If I could give Stir Beverage 6 stars I would. They go above and beyond. In choosing the Bar Service, as with other vendors, a criterion that was a must be a less than 24-hour turn round in email responses. Not only did Chad respond promptly he followed up with phone calls where he got to know us personally. His enthusiasm and professionalism were apparent from the start. The signature cocktails that were created were magnificent in taste as well as presentation. The bartenders were so enjoyable with over-the-top personalities. Chad made sure that there was an appropriate number of staff -as there were minimal lines at the bar. Thank you Stir Beverage, thank you Chad for a wedding day that will go down in history! -

Stir Beverage came recommended to us from nearly every other vendor we booked for their attention to detail, professionalism and quality of their drinks and service. From our first tasting experience to our wedding day and all the communication in between, our experience with Chad (the owner) and the rest of the team at Stir was fantastic. We spoke to several bar vendors before making our decision and Im so glad we chose Stir. They are absolutely the best bar vendor with the best pricing for all of the included services and detail. They also have the best selection for glass rentals for whatever style you’re going for. Our guests raved about how delicious the cocktails were, and there was never a long line at the bar like you see at some weddings because the bartenders can’t keep up. The bartenders were top notch and kept the drinks flowing. It wasn’t just an average open bar at a wedding…it was a whole experience that our friends and family will never forget. -

We recently had an outdoor wedding and needed a bar service and Stir Beverage was on our venue's preferred vendors list. Their team was fantastic from start to finish! We initially hopped in a call with Stir to go over any info we need to know and they were super informative and really responsive. As someone who doesn't really know much about alcohol, Stir was definitely very helpful and gave us an alcohol list of what types of alcohol they recommend for guests and we were free to adjust it as wee see fit. Budget was never an issue while working with them so we were also very grateful for that. -

Stir Beverage absolutely crushed it at our wedding. First of all, and most importantly to me as the bride, Chad made sure that my husband and I had a drink at our disposal at every moment of the night. He was also making sure that all the tables had all the drinks they could want and their glasses were full. His attention to detail and care for every guest set the tone for an unforgettable night.
The Baby Piña (shaken piña colada) and the Climate Change (mango margarita) were the stars of the show. I literally didn’t order anything else. The baby piña was the best piña colada I’ve ever had.
The bartenders kept the energy high from start to finish. We allowed for shots and at one point in the night, I signaled to the bartender to start pouring out rounds for everyone and they got on it immediately while calling out to the crowd for a count. People were gathering and whooping and hollering and having the best time. Definitely a core memory for me! Huge shoutout to Jake for bringing the vibes and keeping the party going. The whole team was kind, attentive, and so much fun to be around. They matched the guests’ energy, kept the line short, and made sure the drinks never stopped flowing.
They also struck the perfect balance between fun and responsibility. Everyone had a great time, but the team made sure things stayed safe and under control. They checked in with guests, watched the room, and made sure no one went overboard, which put me SO at ease.
If you’re looking for a bar team that brings amazing cocktails, great energy, and genuine care for your guests, Stir Beverage is it. Chad and his crew nailed it. As a self-proclaimed frugal bride, they were worth every penny and more. -

Stir Beverage came recommended through our wedding planner, and they did not disappoint. Coordinating with the team was incredibly easy throughout the entire wedding planning process. Whenever there were questions or changes that we had to make, the team was super responsive and there to chime in. When my wife and I visited Oahu 6 months ahead of our wedding to visit vendors, we even locked in a tasting to choose our specialty cocktails... I'd HIGHLY recommend doing that!

Stir Beverage is one of the most amazing vendors we worked with when planning our Hawaiian destination wedding. We started booking vendors over a year in advance and we are so grateful that Stir was available on our date. We had the best experience booking with Chad and Kara. They were so thorough with every detail and made everything so perfect for us. We unfortunately were not able to come to the island for a cocktail tasting ahead of time, however the virtual tasting was such a fun experience. Our virtual tasting was at 8 am HST (shoutout to Chad to being so accommodating) and during that hour we saw how much Chad loved working with people and how passionate he was about cocktails and the experience! We gave Chad a couple ideas of what we each liked and he was able to create us these amazing signature cocktails. I came to Chad kind of clueless as to what I wanted and really valued all his recommendations I also asked Chad to help us create these welcome shooters in mini Patron bottles and those were a huge hit. Chad turned my small idea into something incredible and I can't thank him and his team enough for the experience they provided to us and our guests. The only downside to our bar was that we did not order enough alcohol...we really had no idea how much our guests were going to drink but with such amazing cocktails, what did we expect?! Our bartenders for the night, Nicki and Adam, were also freaking amazing and there was a party around the bar during 90% of the reception. They worked their butts off for us and were so freaking fun to work with! A week later and all our guests are still talking about how great everything was from the drinks to the bartenders. I don't even know how we got so lucky to book this company but I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone for their bartending needs. -

The entire experience we had with Stir was so positive and easy. Chad is so passionate about his craft, and it was so exciting to have a consultation with him to choose our signature drinks and make a plan for beverages overall. The bar staff themselves were SO lovely, generous with their pours, and just really felt like part of the crew. We would very happily hire Stir again for any event we could be lucky enough to have in the future! -

We recently had our wedding at Lanikuhonua on Oahu, and one of the absolute highlights of the day was the phenomenal cocktail experience provided by Stir Beverage. From the very beginning, we were blown away by the care and creativity that went into their service. Chad, the owner, personally guided us through a private cocktail tasting before the big day, and it was truly one of the most memorable parts of our wedding planning. We were not only able to select and taste our signature cocktails, Chad allowed us to tailor each of our favorites (a classic Mai Tai and Stir’s signature Spicy Mango Mezcal) to our liking.
On the day of our wedding, Stir Beverage absolutely delivered. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the drinks—each one was a perfect blend of flavor, balance, and presentation. Stir Beverage’s bartenders were professional, fun, and brought such great energy to the event. If you're planning a wedding on Oahu, booking Stir Beverage is an absolute MUST. They elevated our celebration beyond our expectations and helped create an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. -

the owner Chad you can tell takes pride in his job. He is so helpful and professional and made the decision process so streamlined and easy... not to mention the drinks are AMAZE-BALLS.

They were so helpful and professional, and they helped us choose and made the process fun and easy. also, their drinks and service on the day of my wedding were incredible the beautiful bar presentation was stunning and the bartenders were incredibly personable and attentive to the needs of our guests. Every detail was thought of and made my life easier as the bride!

WOW! The Stir team, from start to finish, were consummate professionals, creative with their cocktails (and mocktails!) and such a pleasure to have as part of our 25 year wedding anniversary party. They handled EVERYTHING - we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Even our venue POC was impressed with the fact that they were so turnkey, not needing any additional support.
Additionally, our guests were so impressed with the cocktails and beverage selection, the bar area was certainly the most popular area of the entire venue - for good reason.
Working with Stir was an incredible experience. You'll be making a great decision by choosing Chad and the Stir team! -

Our guests are still raving about (and wanting more of) the custom cocktails they created for us—and honestly, so are we! Seriously, can we have the recipes? Lol! (Not kidding)
The drinks were not only absolutely delicious but also beautiful in their pretty glasses, elevated with garnishes. Stir made our custom cocktails extra special by letting us name them after our cats and creating a custom menu sign, which was such a sweet and personal touch for us. Our bar looked awesome.
Chad, the owner, was personally there on the big day with a big smile and warm energy. His team of talented bartenders were incredibly kind, friendly, and fun. They really know how to throw a party, Hawaii-style, with tons of aloha in every pour. We couldn't have asked for better vibes or better service.
We’ll be recommending Stir Beverage to all of our friends and family for weddings and any other events. If you're considering booking them, don’t think twice—and absolutely take advantage of the cocktail tasting beforehand! We had the best time with Keoni, who guided us through the tasting. My sister came along for the fun, and my groom mayyyy have gotten a little too into it, but it was hands-down our favorite part of the entire wedding planning process. Can we do that again?

Amazing!!!
Stir Beverage has hands down made the best drinks I have ever had! We chose the Island Sunset and Wild Berry Smash as our signature drinks after a zoom meeting with Chad! He described all of the drinks so well and they are so beautifully made.
All of our guests raved about the bartenders and their drinks, people who do not normally drink decided to drink at our wedding! That is why Stir had to go out and buy 8 more bottles of alcohol for us before the reception to keep the party going!
From the drinks, to the staff, and to the beautiful glassware- everything was perfect! -

I can’t say enough good things about this company. STIR was an absolute joy to work with. From the moment we met Chad and his team there was no doubt in our minds we had to hire them- they had good vibes, were amazing to work worth and ultimately provided a GREAT bar service to our guests. We had two signature drinks which allowed us to put a personal touch on our event, as well as an extra refreshment stand for our thirty and sober curious pals. The team was just incredible the whole evening of the event and didn’t miss a beat. My friends and family are still raving about STIR. If you need a bar service look no further.

Delicious Drink and Amazing Service
Cara, Chad and most importantly all of the members of the team who worked the day of our wedding were incredible.
From day one, Chad was reaching out offering his services seeing if we were interested, even our planner told us how efficient and thorough their team was. We decided that we wanted to go with them.
From the first call to every email exchange the Stir team was incredibly responsive, friendly and kind. We had many requests and specialty things we wanted at our wedding and they were more than happy to accommodate.
We communicated with their team for about a year on and off through our wedding planner and they had a quick response time, always being helpful to whatever we needed.
Not living in Hawaii and not being able to try sample our wedding his/her cocktails was incredibly nerve wracking for us, we left this in their hands and they definitely did not disappoint. The drinks were delicious, our guests went crazy for them.
We had a large number of guests at our wedding, and up until this day, we have had people comment on how friendly, helpful and efficient the entire team was.
A couple of reasons why you should book stir, my grandma went up to the bar multiple times, they remembered what she liked to drink and her allergies, this was huge and memorable.
They had a drink waiting for us at our lounge area when we signed our marriage certificate as well as a designated person to my husband and I ensuring throughout the night that we never had an empty glass. Even while we were eating dinner, we never had to get up.
Every one of the bar team members was on it.
Drinks were never empty, and they did it with a smile.
I can’t recommend this team enough!

Stir Beverage was a vendor that I HAD to get for my wedding. From the beginning til the end of wedding preparation, they were very responsive and on-top of it. They have the perfect balance of professionalism and fun! On the day of the wedding, the set up was Soo beautiful and the staff were so so nice and so so patient with our guests haha. We had so many compliments on our cocktail drinks, even the glasses were pretty!

When we first met with Chad and the Stir Beverage team, it was so clear how passionate they were about what they do and the experience they provide. Chad took our favorite flavors and created the most beautiful cocktails for the menu. He also really anticipated a lot of our needs in that first meeting which was really amazing!
On the actual wedding day, Chad and the team really blew us and the guests away! The cocktails were so delicious and also stunning to look at. Our signature cocktails were a Lilikoi Mule and a Gin Lavender Cucumber Spritzer. Both drinks were to die for! As the bride and groom, the team would frequently check in with us to see if we wanted another drink or if we needed water. Their energy on the day was electric. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Stir Beverage!! -

The ABSOLUTE best bar service out there!!
Stirr beverage truly made our wedding weekend! We were fortunate enough to hire them for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day and it was be best decision ever. Their drinks are truly out of this world and some of the best drinks I’ve had, not just at a wedding, but ever!! My husband, who considers himself an old fashioned connoisseur, says that the kiawe smoked old fashioned served on our wedding day is his favorite old fashioned he’s ever had!! Hands down the #1 feedback from our guests has been how good the drinks were! Stirr is not just another wedding bar service, they truly have a passion for mixology and service. I will be recommending stirr to everyone and anyone I know getting married in Hawaii and will 100% be using them again for an event in the future!! Do yourself a favor and book Stirr immediately - you will not regret it!! -

We hired Stir Beverage on the recommendation of our planner and they were amazing! We wanted to go above and beyond the usual drink service and really treat our guests. Stir was the perfect choice. I can’t say enough good things about Stir Beverage. Chad was very responsive, worked with us in creating our signature drinks which we dedicated to our two dogs, and made our whole experience effortless. At our event, from the cocktail hour through to last call at the reception, it was the most amazing bar service I’ve ever experienced at a wedding, and what a dream for that wedding to be our own. We have quite a FUN and thirsty group of friends and family and for days following our wedding, they could not stop raving about the service of Stir Beverage and how our two signature drinks that were served, might just be the best cocktails they have ever had. Stir Beverage was one of the easiest and best decisions we made to have at our wedding at Kualoa Ranch in Hawaii! From the very first email/call, Chad from Stir Bev was very welcoming and promptly answered all of our questions and concerns and made it so easy to plan. Considering how stressful it was planning a destination wedding (we are from CA) during the pandemic, Stir Bev made it such a wonderful experience. They have so many different options of cocktails that are meticulously made with amazing ingredients. Since we were unable to do any tastings beforehand, we made our cocktail decisions solely based on the descriptions of the cocktails that were provided to us. And let me tell you, the drinks tasted AMAZING!! All of our guests kept telling us that our cocktails were the best drinks they ever had at a wedding! -

Our experience working with Chad and the entire team at Stir Beverage was amazing from start to finish. Chad was so easy to work with and made the planning process so easy. We had 3 signature drinks, the island sunset, raspberry margarita and the old fashion.
Each drink looked beautiful and tasted great. Our bartenders that worked our wedding were both super fun and nice. I would definitely recommend Stir Beverage! -

Amazing experience with the Stir Beverage team!
Chad, Chelsee and their team have been stellar right from the start. They were enthusiastic, responsive and professional in addressing our questions leading up to the wedding.
They provided a full suite of services including beverage list recommendations, purchasing, and personalized cocktails. After a brief survey of our favorite cocktails, they recommended 2 amazing signature cocktails for us, which drew spectacular reviews from everyone.
Service from the Stir Beverage team was impeccable throughout the reception. Drinks were innovative and delicious, with gorgeous presentation, e.g. floral ice.
We appreciate the attention to detail they put into making the drinks, e.g. they would taste a drop of every cocktail before serving, floral decorations in the cocktail glasses for the bride and groom.
They were so great to interact with throughout, making sure everyone was enjoying the evening and always had a drink in their hands. Chad, Chelsee, and the team were nothing but a class act. We would come back and party with them 1,000 times more if we could. Highly recommend the Stir Beverage team to anyone looking to have a wonderful bar experience! -

The drinks were awesome, The set up was perfect!, The cost was fair, but the service was phenomenal. Chad was amazing! He really worked with us to come up with drinks that we loved.
At the wedding, He didn’t just stay at the bar, He was out there with us and our guests making sure everyones drinks were full or refreshed! Anyone can learn to pour a drink but this guy had the personality to go right along with it. He learned and remembered our names and what we liked right away. That is where the professionalism and expertise plays its part. We loved having Chad/ Stir Beverage at our wedding! I’ve been to enough weddings/events to know that bartenders and beverage company’s like Stir Beverage are few and far between. I don’t know how we got so lucky. Overall, the lack of communication and organization among the STIR team led to avoidable, and unnecessary, very last minute detail finalization to the night before the wedding. We were not reassured at all by the end as to whether STIR could execute the drink experience we wanted, given the staff's constant misunderstanding of our requests, and confusion around our program. For the premium service they advertise and charge, it was not worth it for us because one of our signatures wasn't even made properly - even though the team reassured us they knew what they were doing. -

Ill preface this review by mentioning a few things. Firstly, I have been coming to Hawaii from California over the past 4-5 years to celebrate all of my nieces & nephews weddings since our family has been visiting here on a regular basis since they were all kids. So I had attended numerous weddings and experienced stir a handful of times. Secondly, I own 3 bars across California. So, as you can imagine good bar quality as such an important occasion is integral. Wedding planners for many weddings recommend stir. Now for my main commentary. Stir is by far the farthest from what they advertise. Bartenders have no knowledge of anything I would expect from such high prices. Many don’t understand basic questions about their own cocktails. Honestly. I would go as far to say that these aren’t even true bartenders. Ive chat with some of them over the times I came to weddings. Some have never even worked in bars before. Okay since thats out of the way. My main complaint, and reason for writing this. I attended a tasting for my nieces wedding that happened in August. At the tasting they advertised their passionfruit and ingredients being locally sourced. Lovely great. I attend the wedding and numerous numerous times I see a bartender refilling their plastic bottles out of a gray plastic bottle with a printed label. Clearly store bought. I was outraged. I didnt want to cause a scene at my baby nieces wedding, so here I am writing this review. If you are serious about getting good bartenders look elsewhere. Its not here. They are clearly riding on their quick service and presentation. The lack of competence and integrity is very clear to me now. Im so upset with myself because I pushed stir based on my research. Never again will I recommend stir to any of my family coming back to Hawaii. I will have to look over things again. So disappointed.
