We truly could not have picked a more beautiful venue than Stillwater Meadow for our wedding. From the first tour, we knew it was special. The property is absolutely gorgeous, so peaceful, and every part of the venue photographed beautifully.
The entire day flowed so smoothly, and the staff was always kind, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was, especially during sunset.

Best day ever!
Stillwater Meadow is an absolute dream, made all my wedding needs come to life and I can’t recommend enough! Their vendors open house days helped us so much during the planning process. Everyone we booked were through Stillwater! Food, desserts, florals, Dj, and photographer! Any questions we had leading up were answered asap by Emma! Pricing is definitely manageable and not too expensive compared to some! You definitely get what you pay for! Stillwater meadow blew us away!! 💍❤️Stillwater Meadow's reply:

Writing this review is a bit challenging because words honestly do not capture how warm, inviting, and magical Stillwater Meadow and its staff are; this venue is truly a dream come true. From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was something special - lush, peaceful, natural, and elegant in all the right ways. The green fields, charming rustic buildings, the sweetest stained glass windows... Every inch of the property is absolutely BREATHTAKING! But what made our experience even more exceptional was the incredible team behind the venue. Emma, in particular, made me feel so seen and valued throughout the entire planning process. She was a constant calm and encouraging presence. She works with so many brides but never failed to make me feel individualized and not just another bride on the calendar, and that means the world. The communication was seamless, and every question or concern was met with genuine care and professionalism. I highly recommend getting their decor package - the decor team transformed the space into something out of a fairytale and executed my vision beyond what I dreamed was possible! I sincerely can’t say enough good things about this family-owned gem. Stillwater Meadow is what wedding dreams are made of - they far exceeded every expectation we had and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. This venue is excellent. The staff is excellent. The vendors that they recommend are excellent. I felt so taken care of and felt like they could handle any and every slight or big problem that arose on the day of. Our wedding day was seamless thanks to the Stillwater Meadow staff. My wife and I had our wedding here 2 weeks ago. We could not have been more pleased with Emma and her staff! Stillwater is such a beautiful venue, but also so convenient. We loved having a separate chapel and reception hall, but it was perfect for our guests... since they are located just a few steps from each other. The Chapel is the perfect blend of classic charm, yet comfortable. We loved the stained glass and all the windows. It made for some awesome pics during our ceremony. The reception hall/barn is just so cool. It housed all 190 of our guests easily, with plenty of room for a food buffet and still we had a huge dance floor without having to adjust any tables or move furniture. The high ceiling in the reception hall makes if feel roomy, but all the wood makes if feel very cozy. It is also super fun to have two separate houses on the property that are used for a bridal suite and grooms cabin. If we had to do it all over again we would not have changed one thing, we would book Stillwater Meadows in a heartbeat. We will have forever memories of our day, and so grateful for all Emma and her staff for making our wedding day dreams a reality.Stillwater Meadow's reply:

This venue is absolutely beautiful and has every setting you need for your big day. The Goldberg family is incredibly sweet and dedicated to support you. We had Emma do our month-of coordinating, and I honestly can’t imagine having to pull everything together without all of her hard work. I highly recommend the coordinating package to save time, money and stress. Emma was SO fast to respond to all of my bridal anxiety inquiries!
The venue even has a whole room of decor and wedding arches to choose from, so my reception and chapel decor were completely free AND I didn’t have to haul it onsite and deal with selling loads of candle holders and flowers after.
I guess most of us brides don’t truly know how much work coordinating a wedding is until we are in the thick of it. Stillwater Meadow took off so much pressure and tasks compared to brides I’ve spoken to who used other venues. My guests raved about the venue and amenities so it’s user approved as well!Stillwater Meadow's reply:

Stillwater Meadow is such a dreamy and romantic venue. I fell in love immediately with the chapel. The stain glass and view through the windows is breathtaking especially at sundown. Trust me on this!
We also highly recommend working with Emma. She is such an incredible wedding coordinator and a wonderful person inside and out! She helped us every step of the way and made our day so memorable!Stillwater Meadow's reply:

Emma and the team at Stillwater Meadow are absolutely amazing! We found Stillwater Meadow through a Google Search/The Knot Search and loved all the features from the pictures we saw online. When we finally made it out to tour the venue, the pictures that were online did not give this venue justice!! The chapel and reception hall are all handmade by their family and every piece is so beautiful and unique! Once we toured the venue, we fell in love with the idea that it gave that rustic feel, but also had the chapel aspect for the ceremony. We loved that everything we needed was onsite, from a bridal suite and a groom's suite, to the chapel and reception hall being at the same location. Another piece that helped in our decision making were all the features, inclusivity of a decor room, and pricing. The decor room in itself was massive because they had almost everything you could think of so it saved us soooo much money because we didn't have to buy as many small decorations for our tables, etc. Emma was so responsive every time I reached out with questions and the Stillwater team ensured our wedding day was a success! This is an incredible venue that treated us like we were part of their family and helped create our dream day!Stillwater Meadow's reply:

They were very flexible and accommodating during the planning process and super helpful the day of with all the last minute details. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have asked for a smoother day! They have storage room full of decorations that they let you use and you have the option to have them set up all the decorations the day of. This was the biggest stress relief as I didn't have to worry about it! The bridal suite was cute and had plenty of space for my large party to get ready in. This venue is absolutely beautiful. They even have a fun swing on one of the trees that we took beautiful photos on. The chapel and separate reception hall were both romantic and the perfect set up for us. Emma, the coordinator was a dream to work with. She was so helpful in the wedding process and her expertise and calm nature made everything go super smooth. If you’re considering this venue you should absolutely go for it and pay the extra package to have Emma as your month of coordinator. I LOVED THIS VENUE!! Emma and the Goldbergs made our wedding beautiful and run so smoothly. We rented the AirBnb (also owned by the Goldbergs) for the weekend, it was one of the best decisions we made. We were able to have our whole wedding party stay together after the rehearsal dinner and have breakfast together before the wedding. We got married at Holy Redeemer Catholic Paris right across the highway. Even though we din't have our ceremony at Stillwater, Emma was with me through every step of the planning process. She is truly amazing and will make you think your day went perfectly, even though there's always something that goes wrong!!Stillwater Meadow's reply:

A hidden gem
This venue has everything you need to have a beautiful and stress free wedding day. The set up is perfect. You have a beautiful chapel, a gorgeous reception hall, an entire house for the bridal party to get ready in, and a historical vintage cabin for the groomsmen. You can bring your own food and alcohol! We had Nigerian food as self serve inside and our vendor with barbecue doing the buffet line outside. The outdoor space is a mix of wilderness and cool eclectic areas with tons of opportunities for photos. Some of our guests biggest compliments included the outdoor space, the set up of the reception hall- the ease and flow of the food line (yes guests really care about getting fed quickly 😂😂😂), the two bars as well as the bartenders, and the accessibility and ease of parking. We had Emma do wedding coordinating and all of our vendors reached out saying how easy she made it- and we loved it because we didn’t have to speak to a vendor all day- things were just magically set up and happening- no issues to discuss and no stress for the bride and groom… if anything was awry- we weren’t aware of it and neither were our guests. It really is worth every penny. Not only convenient for you and your guests but also just a beautiful space with a well organized and calm team. I wish we could do it all over again… best party of our lives! -

We found this venue online and fell in love before we even visited. Seeing it in person only exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day was perfect and all of guests loved the venue. One of the biggest selling points for us was that the ceremony and reception spaces were so beautiful on their own that minimal décor was needed and any décor that was, we could pull from the venues stash -

Stillwater is an absolutely beautiful venue. The wood used in the buildings onsite make it the perfect venue to dress up for a rustic glam event or dress down for a more earthy and neutral ceremony and reception. The inherit beauty of the reception hall and chapel were great for us, since we didn’t want to buy a ton of decorations we’d never use after the wedding! (Stillwater’s decoration closet is a massive help with this too!) Also a huge bonus, the reception hall is just a stone’s throw from the chapel! No commuting to a separate party location for the guests.
The bridal house is perfect to get ready in. A comfortable, relaxing spot to spend the morning of your wedding that easily transforms into a hair and make up salon when the HMU crew arrives! The groomsmen cabin is great too, with some games and lounge areas for the guys to relax and prep for the big day. The land and location of Stillwater next to a pond really make for amazing photo opportunities (especially in that golden light!) and I am so happy with how our pictures and the entire evening turned out. The reception was so much fun that our guests didn’t want to leave!
Emma is the manager of Stillwater and was our day-of coordinator, and I really don’t think I could have gotten through the day without her and her assistant guiding me! She did such a beautiful job coordinating all my vendors, making sure the night ran on time, and just being there for me and my husband through all the speed bumps that are bound to come with such a big event.
We got so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was and had so much fun. I can honestly say this is all thanks to Stillwater, their lovely crew, and Sharon & Emma! -

I had a wonderful time working along side with the Goldberg family. Everything went amazing during my wedding, I want to relive the day over and over again! I planned my wedding from Germany and viewed the wedding venue after it was paid for. I fell more in love with the venue when I saw it in person during a short trip to Texas, the pictures and FaceTime tour do not do it justice! My husband and I loved every detail the entire family has put into the venue. The venue was perfect for our Harry Potter theme wedding!!! All of our wedding guests said amazing things about the venue! The bridal house is great and has a lot of space for everyone to get ready, it's great to take that perfect Instagram picture. The groom's cabin is historic and has a lot of character, it's perfect for the guys (or anyone that's getting ready there) to lay back while the everyone gets ready. The chapel is breath taking! I didn't want to decorate too much because it's already beautiful the way it normally is, however, you can add more if you want! :) The chapel has beautiful natural light throughout the day. The reception hall is amazing in its own way. I love the rustic feel of the hall. The big chandelier is a big focus point that invites you in. Again, this venue is great and amazing, highly recommend! -

Beautiful Venue
Couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding! Stillwater Meadow was the first place my husband and I toured and the second we got in the car to leave we both agreed we didn't need to tour any others. Loved that it was an all in one venue. They have the bridal suite, groomsmen cabin , Chapel and Reception area all in one location so it made it so easy for our wedding party, family, and guests. I highly recommend having Emma be your wedding coordinator! She is awesome! She answered my many questions and did all the follow up with my vendors which really helped alleviate stress. She also made sure the wedding day went off without a hitch!! Thank you Stillwater Meadow for everything that you did to make our day special! -

Yesterday was my 30th Birthday and Sharon allowed me and some of my friends to use the bridal suite and grounds for a birthday/boudoir photo shoot. I had been out to Stillwater Meadows before and fell in love with it. It was the perfect location to make all my birthday photoshoot dreams come true! We absolutely had a blast! The bridal suite, and really the entire venue, is pure eye candy.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to host an event, wedding, photoshoot, you name it. It's clean, beautiful and the family that owns and manages it are the nicest, easiest to work with people.

How can I even begin to describe how wonderful Stillwater Meadow is!? My fiance and I got engaged in February of 2019 and just got married at Stillwater Meadow on July 25, 2020. To say that my experience with this venue and the incredible people who run it was perfect is the understatement of the century. Our original wedding date was March 21, 2020 and due to COVID-19 we had to reschedule. The owner, Sharon, was so understanding and empathetic. She helped us reschedule our date and made sure that we could have the day of our dreams. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding Sharon was always available to answer any and all questions we had and had the best recommendations for vendors. The venue itself is absolutely stunning from the chandeliers, to the church pews, to the bridal house. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Get married here!
My husband and I got married 8 months ago on June 2 at Stillwater Meadow, and while I’ve had this written for a while now, I’m long overdue in sharing it. First of all, planning a wedding has the potential to be incredibly stressful, but Sharon played a huge part in making every part of our planning a breeze. She was so flexible and gracious when I wanted to come up and look at the venue, dream up potential decor combination, and show off her beautiful venue to my mom and others helping with our wedding. She helped us think through flow of the reception and told us how others had arranged things, but also encouraged new ideas and bought into my vision 100%. She even let my 9yo brother hang out in her home while my mom and I picked out decorations from her amazing collection. Talk about going above and beyond! Throughout each step, Sharon constantly reminded me that I was the bride and my vision and my heart for our wedding was important. The day of the wedding, Sharon and her team were so accommodating-Sharon helped ward off early guests so my husband and I could have a private first look and even helped me pick ants out of my train when she saw them. Stillwater Meadow is the best because Sharon and her team are so kind and inviting and it is reflected in each step of the planning process, the wedding day, and the attention to detail in the venue itself. I picked Stillwater Meadow because I wanted a mix of traditional and inviting-from the gorgeous chapel with stain glass windows to the exposed wood and twinkle lights in the reception space, Stillwater Meadow was perfect. We had 175 people at our wedding and it worked perfectly-it didn’t feel too big or empty even though it could have easily held more. The amount of decorations Sharon already has was such a blessing for both my vision and my budget-I got everything I wanted and more!!! Setting up and cleaning up day of was also so easy because Sharon communicated expectations upfront and showed us where she wanted everything left. I hope you will love Stillwater Meadow just as much as we did! -

Just got married two days ago, and I am still beaming with how amazing and perfect our wedding was!!!
Sharon was an absolute joy to work with. I picked Stillwater because it hosts two separate buildings; the ceremony chapel has pews, stained glass windows, and an alter, and it will give your wedding a chapel-like ambiance that is so romantic and special. The reception hall is next door, and it is so rustic and elegant, with balconies to the left and right- it didn’t even need decorations.
Speaking of decorations, Sharon has TONS of decorations for your party to set up. She even did the decorations for us and helped with the layout. She is a godsend. I was getting anxious as the wedding got closer, and she reassured me that everything was going to be amazing—it was beyond my wildest expeditions.
Both buildings are climate controlled and enclosed, so you don’t have to fret over bad weather. And brides, oh my gosh. You get a bridal HOUSE!! With bedrooms, bathrooms, amazing lighting, a mini kitchen...you will feel like you’re on vacation with your girls when you are getting ready for your big day. We were poppin’ champagne and dancing around the house like it was a girls night out! (The fellas also have their own building in the back to get ready in).
Sharon was always available via text and email. She will help you out so much and make your day run as smoothly as possible. She is too selfless-little did I know that she hurt her head while setting up ice, and instead of running to the ER ASAP, she continued to set things up and made sure we were okay throughout the evening (later found out she got a concussion!!??!).
I highly recommend Stillwater Meadow for your celebration. It’s a beautiful venue and our guests can’t stop raving about it. My fiancé and I will remember this night for the rest of our lives!!
*note: I have read some reviews where some brides expressed issues regarding “day of” coordination. I did as well, but after a few emails with Sharon, everything was clarified.
Sharon does SO MUCH for you on your day. Just because she’s not coming to you every 30 seconds does not mean she’s not working endlessly with your family and wedding party to make your day special! As all the vendors are arriving, she is working to make sure everything runs smoothly and is set up perfectly. She is a huge resource and is available for any questions or concerns. I independently had all of my vendors set up and basically gave Sharon my timeline. She is great!! -

Stillwater Meadow is an absolute dream. My husband and I were married here on 12-7-19, and it was a phenomenal day. Sharon was so kind and easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding. Always in good contact, and helping any way she could. And the day of she worked so hard to help me create my vision. The venue has tons of high quality decor to choose from that will take your wedding to the next level, and the whole place has the most beautiful lighting for photos. Best wedding venue ever!

My husband and I could not have picked a better place to get married than Stillwater Meadow! The pictures instantly captured our attention, but once we saw it in person, it blew us away! It had everything we ever wanted!
Sharon is absolutely wonderful! She made us feel like family and she was so easy to work with! She made the whole process less stressful, and she really helped with every detail to make everything go smoothly. She went above and beyond, and I am truly thankful we had her help!! Love this beautiful spot! Plenty of parking, beautiful landscaping all around, and bridal house and groom house access for getting ready/relaxing was perfect! Sharon really helped us plan in the months leading to the wedding, and coordinated the reception during, so I did not have to worry about everything as much! I had my wedding at a Catholic Church in Fort Worth, and the distance to the venue in Willow Park was very manageable for all of my guests. -

Sharon was so easy to work with! I am not a very creative person, so finding a venue that needed little to nothing was my goal and Stillwater Meadow was perfect! The venue is so beautiful that anything extra would just ruin the beauty within! From the bridal suite, to the reception hall , I couldn't have asked for anything more. Not only that but the little decor we did decide to use Sharon already had!!!! We spoke a week before about before about what decor from her storage room I would be using and come wedding day the tables were pretty much set up for me! It was so easy and stress free! If I could do it all over again I would and I would still book Stillwater!
