Perfect Meal, Amazing Service, and Wonderful Staff!!

Everything that Sterling Events provided for our wedding was absolutely perfect!!! From catering and linens to bartending, setup, breakdown, and even day-of coordination, they were instrumental in making our dream day a reality. Everything ran incredibly smoothly, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the meal! We chose their Budget Italian Dinner with the addition of their spinach and artichoke dip served during our cocktail hour.

Sterling Events impressed us with their transparent pricing and clear communication, which was truly invaluable while wedding planning. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally kind and courteous, but we must highlight the outstanding work of Emily Vidal, our coordinator and main contact at Sterling. Emily was not only friendly and detail-oriented but also incredibly prompt in her communication. Her presence was a gift in itself on our wedding day as she made our wedding day stress-free, which allowed us to fully enjoy and cherish the day. Her dedication made our experience with Sterling Events truly exceptional.

If you're looking for the perfect caterer for your wedding day then look no further!! Sterling Events had everything we needed and their seamless execution made our special day truly feel like a fairytale!

Wedding dinner was fantastic!

We were so happy using Sterling Events for our wedding dinner. The food was great and they were super easy to work with! Truly had no worries with them and they provided an amazing experience!

The Sterling team was amazing! I am so thankful that we chose them for our wedding. Emily was wonderful to work with and made the whole process seamless. Can't recommend them enough - and the Italian food was DELICIOUS!

Amazing Vendor!

We used Sterling Events for our Catering and Day of Coordinating service for our wedding in August 2023. We highly recommend their services. Not only was the food AMAZING but the service was incredible. Everyone from our wedding hasn't stopped talking about the food. They met all of our catering needs and made the process so easy thanks to Emily Vidal. Emily was so informative and always accommodating to our schedules. She responded immediately to our hundreds of questions we had regarding details of our wedding. ...We truly couldn't have had an amazing wedding without her. Book them!

Everyone talked about how good the food was!

We were going to use another recommended caterer, but when we went to the tasting, the food was terrible! We were very stressed out finding a new caterer, but Sterling Events was awesome! Great to work with, start to finish. Highly recommend! Also, very reasonable compared to other quotes we received!

Dream Catering Team

We recently had Sterling cater our wedding and I must say, they were exceptional. From the delicious hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour to the flavorful dishes during the reception dinner, everything was perfect. Drinks were seamlessly flowing all evening. The staff was attentive and professional, ensuring that everyone had a great time, even when drinks where spilled on the dance floor! Shout out to Emily who was our point of contact and made our dreams come true.

Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Events to anyone looking for a catering service. Our coordinator, Lauren, was so responsive throughout the whole year we planned our wedding and was so flexible with all the changes we had to make. She is also so organized and always made sure we were on the same page. Their catering team, including their bartenders, did a wonderful job during our cocktail hour and reception. Their food was delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests on the quality and the taste of the food that Sterling served. They catered to our guest count of 200+ seamlessly.

We love Sterling & we love Emily !!!

We absolutely loved working with the Sterling team - the initial food tasting is such a great way to get to know the team and taste a wide range of appetizers & entrees (plus you have the option of champagne with your tasting!). We evaluated a handful of different caterers, and we felt Sterling was the best quality for the price. We also loved how amenable the chef was to recipe suggestions (they offered to make the salmon exactly how we do at home, using our favorite marinade); although we didn't take them up on that offer, they seemed more than happy to accomodate. The options for guests with dietary restrictions were a hit as well, so we know everyone left that wedding feeling happy and full!! We opted for plated dinner, and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was professional, timely with the food, and had everything cleaned up in a jiffy. We would definitely recommend working with the Sterling team!! Especially Emily Vidal :)

Emily is the Wedding Coordinator you need; she is the exact right person to get the job done, and we couldn't be happier that we were able to work with her!! I truly cannot say enough good things about Emily - she was organized, efficient, knowledgeable, so kind, and it really felt like she was excited for us and our big day. We didn't hire a Wedding Planner so we had a LOT of questions, and even though Emily was our day-of Coordinator, she really helped us work through the entire process. From the last-minute emails and texts with our frantic questions, to making sure our bags were packed in the getaway car, Emily made sure we didn't have to worry about anything on our Wedding Day. There was never a point during the wedding where I was stressed about details, because I knew Emily had everything under control, and that's really all you can ask for!! Even our wedding party was impressed with Emily & her team; everyone was kind and supportive, and I know they would go out of their way to make sure the day was perfect!

Best catering service you could ever find!

Selecting Sterling as our wedding caterer was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
Emily and the entire Sterling team were on top of it all; They gave us the perfect setup, quick and seamless transitions between the areas, and absolutely AMAZING food & service.
They were also very flexible on the bar options. All we wanted to serve were cocktails, and they were one of the few caterers who would do this for us. And the bartender did a fantastic job! There was never a line at the bar, and the drinks were perfect!
We are grateful to the team and their great level of communication, professionalism, and service.

AMAZING!! Food, alcohol, service, wedding coordinator, everything!

I would 150% recommend Sterling Events for food/alcohol AND most definitely their wedding coordinator add on service. I had Emily and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My wedding day would not have even come close to as smooth, fun, and stress-free without Emily. The food (shout out to Chef Paul) was delicious, and all of the staff with Sterling was friendly, organized, and professional (shout out to Maria!!) Amazing experience all around and zero complaints!!!

We met the Sterling staff at an open house event at Villa Antonia. The food we sampled was delicious and we loved the service packages they offered. From day 1 Emily was such a pleasure to work with and made everything so seamless. The coordination and planning was great and our guests still haven’t stopped raving about the food. Best Food and Best Service

We used Sterling Events to cater our wedding and for day-of-coordination and we couldn’t be happier! We served the tacos at our wedding and they were truly some of the best we have had! Our guests told us the food was the tastiest wedding food they have had and that the service at the bar was super quick and efficient. Sterling Events was super responsive and very easy to work with. Amazing Service from Start to Finish!

We used Sterling Events bar service for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Lauren was so responsive and answered every single question I had, regardless of how many I asked. She went back and forth with me through the quoting process to make sure I had pricing for exactly what I needed and she never once made me feel like I was wasting her time or asking too much. She was probably one of the easiest vendor contacts to work with, to be honest. She was so professional but kind and it just made getting the bar service booked so easy. The staff that showed up the day of to serve the bar were AMAZING! They were all so kind, fun and lively for the guest. They were all so professional and courteous and the whole night they handled our guest count of 200 so well. They made everything an absolute breeze and I didn't have to worry about a thing (except we provided our own alcohol - but that was easy). I would not hesitate to recommend Sterling Events for any type of event you're having. You will not be disappointed with the staff, the service or the hospitality. They are amazing and I will recommend anyone I know to use them for event staffing, bar or food service. They were perfection!

Sterling Events did a fantastic job catering our wedding.

Emily was our catering manager and helped us put together the perfect menu for our wedding and executed everything on site day of. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was. They went above and beyond putting the menu together for us and allowed us to tweak dishes to our liking. We also liked that we were able to meet with the chef that would be preparing our food for our special day. It was a great experience working with them from start to finish and highly recommend them for any future events.

Over the top service and professionalism!

They stepped in when the previous caterer dropped out within a month of the wedding. They handled every detail with perfection. I can't say enough nice things about the planning staff and the on site team ... all terrific. Mr. Sterling, too! The food was wonderful. It's impossible to rate them too high or to recommend them highly enough.

A go-to for my couples!

As a seasoned wedding planner, I am always wanting to suggest the BEST vendors that I know will get the job done right. Sterling is among my top-tier caterers that I always push for my couples to use. The show up one time, the get the job done right the first time, they have incredibly friendly staff and the sales team (Specifically, Emily) is always quick to answer my questions. I can always take a big sigh of relief when Sterling is the caterer at my wedding. My couples always rave about how delicious the food is and how quick they are to set-up, bus tables, and tear down. Brides (AND Planners) can rest easy knowing Sterling is their full-service caterer.

Absolutely the BEST

Sterling Events, and our coordinator Emily, were absolutely phenomenal!! I honestly give them all the credit for our wedding being so amazing. We hired them for: food, bartending, and day of event coordination. The food was absolutely delicious and we continue to get compliments a month later. They were very accommodating with my specific custom cocktail recipes (down to the brand of ingredients!) and overall the cost of providing open bar to our guests was incredibly affordable!!

Emily, our day of coordinator, gets her own section because wow, she was the best. We got married in Austin but live in Seattle and could not have planned the wedding, from afar, without her. She was in touch with us from day one, helped us arrange a tasting when we were in Austin for a quick planning trip, and she put us at ease during the wedding weekend. All we had to do was enjoy the day. Emily is so wonderful, and my husband and I could not be more grateful for her help!

Sterling events was amazing!

We used STERLING events for our son's wedding and the work and service they did was simply outstanding. Food quality was amazing, the staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to meet and exceed all our expectations.. From preparation before the event, to service and support during the wedding to the post wedding party and clean up, we can not recommend them high enough. Definitely 5 star food, service and support, and we will use them again if we ever have occasion to do so.

Absolutely Amazing Service!

As a wedding planner in the area, I am always looking for wonderful caterers to recommend to couples. I had the opportunity to work with Sterling Events in early October 2021 and they were an absolute dream! Emily the manager with Sterling was organized and professional. She did everything to ensure her team was successful the moment they arrived day-of. Event captain Ray and his staff (both front of house and back of house) were also such a pleasure to work with. They communicated the entire evening, jumped in on any last minute tasks, and took such good care of the guests and vendors which always makes my job easier. The food was also wonderful and the couple was very happy at the end of the evening. Thank you Sterling Events team. I will be reaching out again in the future!

January 2021 Wedding

Sterling Events provided excellent food at reasonable price during this covid season. The staff was friendly and very helpful in setting up and breakdown the venue. They helped setup our tables and decor, which made the wedding more enjoyable and stress free for this family affair. Lauren was easy to communicate with, offered selections and options when requested, provided excellent customer service! If we had to chose again for another event, we will go with Sterling Events!

I was able to relax and trust everything would get taken care of when I booked with Sterling Affairs. Not only did they take care of my reception venue, set it up, serve our food and beverages, create all my flowers AND do my lighting but they did it with professionalism, grace and with no interruption to our special day. It was incredible what they pulled out for our 200 person wedding reception. I would highly recommend Sterling affairs for any occasion/event!

I cannot say enough good things about Sterling. I had them cater my wedding in November of 2015. Prior to hiring them, I did a ton of research on caterers, which included reading every review written, and comparing every category that came along with the service. Of the seven vendors that I could choose from based off of the requirements from my venue, Sterling came in first with reviews and cost.

At first, the thought "you get what you pay for" came to mind. But from the great communication and constant contact with the coordinator Shea Johnson, to the tasting with the cook, to the menu selections, to the special orders with dietary needs for my guests, all the way through the final product at the wedding, I was all the way around pleased with my decision.

2 months later, I still have guests from the wedding telling me how good the food was. They all say wedding food is never anything to write home about, but that meal was SO GOOD!

I was very impressed all the way around, and would HIGHLY recommend this company for your catering needs.

We couldn't be happier with the food provided by Sterling Affairs for our wedding. They had so many options to choose from, but let you do a tasting appointment to try things out before settling on a menu- that was super helpful! Everything they provided was delicious, and many of our guests commented on how good it was. We also hired them for bar service, and the bartender was ace, even with the custom cocktails we came up with. Shea in particular was super patient in answering all of my questions about what was included or how we should do things. Very happy with our choice to use Sterling!

Sterling Affairs, and Shea in particular, are perfect examples of professionalism, courtesy, and quality. Some friends of ours used them for their wedding, and my then-fiance and I remembered how much we liked their food. After all, food is a big priority in weddings, and in life, really! Shea was very responsive and put together a detailed quote with lots of options. We felt like she was really flexible when we reviewed options to help us have the best experience while also staying in our budget (a true challenge during wedding planning like none other I've known to date).

I highly recommend doing the tasting, not only because you get to taste a lot of delicious things, but it really does help you determine what is best for your theme. For example, BBQ may sound good, but is hella messy, so you might want to lean toward the fajitas (or otherwise).

As we got closer to the wedding, Shea was on point with all the details. She helped us finalize our timeline (again, a beast of a task) and make sure everything was ready to go so we wouldn't stress. For the day-of coordination, everything was flawless. Shea did such a great job taking care of us and making sure we had everything we needed. I loved working with her spunky yet focused personality, and I recommend her to anyone!

And yes, the food was delicious! :)

We used Sterling Affairs for our daughter's wedding at Pioneer Farms in April of this year. It was a unique venue with some some unique challenges. Lori Simon was an exceptional planner working with us and the venue to coordinate a very successful event. Lori handled all of our requests including all of the contingencies for rain and the staff at Sterling Affairs served a fabulous meal. Our guests raved about the delicious food. Most important, the next day our daughter and son-in-law were happy with the way their most important night turned out. Thank you Sterling Affairs for a memorable wedding.

Lori Simon and Sterling Affairs were an absolute DREAM to work with this past weekend. From the very first meeting with Lori I knew my fiance and I would be well taken care of. Any email I sent was responded to promptly, Lori met with me frequently and we built an amazing, professional relationship up until my event on Oct. 4. Sterling Affairs catered our wedding reception recently, and they did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond to make sure the evening went smoothly. The service and food were phenomenal! Shea was our catering coordinator during the planning phase and she was always super helpful and nice, and very professional. Rainbow and Levi were also in charge the day of the wedding, and they both were fantastic! I would most definitely recommend Sterling Affairs!

We were recently married and worked with Sterling Affairs and Events for our use of The Long Center for both the wedding ceremony and reception. During the time between booking the venue and the actual event, we worked with two different coordinators. This experience was night and day and fortunately for us, we ended up with Emily as the big day approached. She was absolutely amazing! Emily was professional, knowledgable, and incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She took an interest in our event and made sure that everything was in order and ready for that day. She quickly answered any questions we had, made us feel at ease, and assured us that everything would turn out OK and it did. We can't thank her enough for holding our hand through the process and for letting us simply enjoy our day with family and friends. Likewise, the reception was set up perfectly, our vendors had access when they needed it, and Emily worked closely with our outside caterer, taking care of all the details. We did use the beverage service provided by Sterling Affairs and had several guests complain about the attitude of the bartenders, but other than that, everything went smoothly. Keep in mind that our rating for this vendor is based upon Emily as our coordinator and had we done this based on the coordinator we were originally assigned, the numbers would be much lower. Like many vendors, success depends on who you get to work with and I hope anyone using Sterling Affairs and Events gets to work with Emily!

Everything turn out to be last minute. My uncle died the day of my wedding so everybody was not really in the mood to set up and get ready for the party. They help us set up everything, the food was amazing, I got a lot of compliment about the service (really discrete and always smiling) and they cut the cake even if it wasn't in their contract. I will definitely hire them again for an other event

Shea Johnson and the team at Sterling Affairs were awesome! From the point of initial contact, they were very attentive and quick to respond. We scheduled a tasting and the food was delicious! We selected passed appetizers, a two meat buffet which included a starch, vegetable, and salad, and also added their Mac and Cheese "Fun Station." One of our main concerns was that we did not want to serve cold food. We wanted it to be hot! We were delighted when we were able to sit for our meal and were served a hot plate of food. Also, when we selected our menu, Shea asked if there were any special requests for the bride and groom's meals. We requested to have Medium Rare meat for our plates but Medium for everyone else since we know many of our guests would not like Medium Rare. Our plates were served and the meat was cooked perfectly! Everything was delicious and the guests have all made comments about how good the food tasted.

Sterling Affairs also provided the china, glassware, linens, and bartender for our night. The bartender had a great personality, was quick to serve, and was able to keep a thirsty crowd happy all night.

Thank you to Shea and the wedding day crew from Sterling affairs for helping make our dream wedding come true. The food was hot and delicious. A wonderful surprise for us was also when we got into our getaway car to find that we had two meals boxed for us to take away as a late night snack.

Shea and staff were soo awesome!! From the first day I called a year ago to ask questions to coming in and have a tasting all the way to the day of. The chef was very gracious during the tasting and personable. He really wanted us to be happy. During the day of and after so many guests raved about the food saying how good and delicious is was. That is was some of the best at any wedding they had been to. I agree that's why we went with them. Also as far as costs they provided the linens and glassware and set up all for a great price. The menu choices you have to pick from are endless, they have fun stations and many side stations to add on to make it your own. My husband and I love mac and cheese, so we added that as our fun station. It was a HUGE hit. This staff, this food, the prices are the best!!!

Shea was amazing to work with and very helpful. She was always there to answer questions and to meet our needs. They catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding and everything was super tasty. They were very organized and everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious and we were able to provide a great variety. Everyone complimented on how great the food was. The only unfortunate thing was the bar service seemed a little slow, but just remember to ask about it if you have a lot of guests who drink.

What a wonderful memory Larry and his friendly, professional staff provided for me and my new wife! The food was outstanding. So many of our guests actually said they'd never had food as good at a wedding. The hors d'oeuvres were scrumptious. The buffet style dinner was out of this world. I'm not sure I've ever had a more perfectly cooked steak! They designed our wedding cakes in such a unique and delicious way, I might not ever want to eat cake again because nothing will ever top it. If you are looking for a place to get hitched or have any other special event, you must have Sterling Affairs provide the grub!!

I was a guest at the BOMA lunch today. I was very impressed with food and the quality of the food.
Please send me a price list......In mid September we are having an Open House and to follow a Casino Night. The crowd will be casual and the food would need to be heavy appetizers. A few people passing the food and 2 bars set up within the building and an outdoor tent.

With the wedding now behind us, I wanted to take a moment and thank Sterling Affairs for all of the hard work for the wedding reception.

Everything came out beautifully, and I truly wished the night had never ended...or at least that it had lasted a little longer!

The food was fantastic, and everything we could have hoped for in a catered meal. The professionalism and personalization of effort were a major part of our success, and wanted to thank Sterling Affairs again. Sterling Affairs provided the catering, bar, and event services for our December 2012 wedding. We worked with Lindsay Blackwell throughout the entire process, and everything was really great! She was there to answer our questions, helped us make the best decisions based on our budget and guest count, and made sure we were happy with the way everything would turn out before it was finalized! She and our wedding coordinator also worked really well together, so the whole night flowed smoothly and the results were beautiful! VERY helpful, professional. Food was wonderful and all high quality and homemade. We had the fajita buffet and everyone loved it. The service was nice. The tea was not very good but that was fine. The catering planner, Shea, was so helpful and kind. I wish that she could have been at the wedding. They did everything that I had asked for, all the way down to the fresh cut jalapenos! The presentation of the food was beautiful. They worked with our budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Sterling Affairs did an awesome job catering our wedding. Shea was so helpful! I never had to go to the bar to get a drink because she always had one ready for me. She was there before the ceremony to help calm my pre-wedding jitters and was able to find me some snacks. I didn't think that was part of her job description but the fact that she helped out anyway meant a lot to me! She made sure everything from the processional to the exit went smoothly. All the staff members were also helpful with our special requests and were all very nice and pleasant. And of course the food was delicious! Everyone kept telling us the food was the best they've had at any wedding! I HIGHLY recommend using Sterling Affairs and requesting Shea as your wedding assistant. A million thumbs up!

The sterling affairs coordinator ended up being our wedding coordinator because she had worked at the venue before and the venue coordinator was out giving birth to her child. She did a perfect job on the wedding. She is very kind and very patient with everyone. Definitely go with sterling affairs as the caterer.

I was married May 7, and I can’t begin to say enough good things about my experience with Sterling Affairs. I am a very picky person who pays attention to the details and has a good memory, and while I had great experiences with most of my vendors, I can point out little things that didn’t go quite according to plan. “They were great, but…” With SA however, I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied, and they’re the only vendor I can say that about. No “but”s.

From start to finish, Shea Johnson was stellar with her service. She is very friendly, and took the time to answer every one of my questions (and I had a whole lot of them). She addressed every one of my ideas, and had some great suggestions of her own…you should definitely trust her opinion! I felt totally confident from the beginning that I had chosen the right caterer. The day of the wedding, the food tasted amazing. I heard compliments all night long, after the wedding, and I myself nearly cleaned my plate. I always hear how the bride usually doesn’t eat very much, but no matter how distracted I might have been I could not put my fork down! The food tasted fresh and the steak was perfectly done…no rubbery food here. It tasted like it had been prepared in a kitchen on-site just for me. Definitely the best food I've ever had at a wedding, and many people have told me the same.

Presentation was lovely…clean and simple, really showcasing the food. The service staff were friendly and attentive, but didn’t bring attention to themselves. They always had a big smile for the bride! The food was served in a timely manner too…my guests didn’t have to wait for anything. As for price, SA was actually more affordable than I thought they would be. At my venue’s open house last year, I was able to sample a few different caterers’ offerings. I assumed SA would be the most expensive b/c they tasted the best and had the best presentation. They were actually NOT the most expensive, and Shea was always mindful of any budget I might have set. A lot of things were included in the menu price that other caterers add on to their total.

If you have the option of choosing Sterling Affairs for your catering, I highly recommend you do so! This aspect of the wedding and of the planning process was by far the one I’m happiest with. My husband and I wish we could go back to SA for dinner one night to have our wedding meal again!

I was SUPER impressed with Sterling Affairs. Shea was so easy to work with and really took the stress away from the food planning. I only wish I would have had more time to eat!! All of my guests complimented me on the food. I'm so glad I decided to go with Sterling Affairs. They are really first class.

We had more compliments about our food than anything else. The staff was friendly, approachable, flexible and fun. The guests said they had never had better food at a wedding before in their entire lives. The director worked with us to make a drink specially created for our wedding to pass out to guests before the food was served and any requests we made were honored. It even rained on the wedding day and the caterer took care to make sure our stations were set for any weather. If I could give this caterer a score of a 10 I would.

Sterling affairs catered my wedding and the food was delicious. Shea is great to work with and she will do everything in her power to make sure that everything goes smoothly. All of the guests loved the food and were raving throughout the night.

The food was very important to us and sterling was a great choice for us. Shea was awesome very informative, fast response time with emails/ phone calls and very nice. We are somewhat picky food people in that we didn't want to have some of the usual wedding foods such as BBQ, mexican, pasta or finger foods. We had the braised short ribs and chicken imperial. Our guest loved the food and we got the most compliments on the chicken...... people said they could of just gotten seconds of the stuffing. I would recommend sterling and shea for any event. They did a great job and took care of everything.

Shea was wonderful! She is obviously a pro in her field. The food was nothing short of delicious. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to eat and enjoy the food.

Would definitely recommend!

We had such a good experience working with Lauren and Sterling Events! We signed an all inclusive contract with our venue and had two options for catering, but the venue owner heavily encouraged us to go with Sterling and I am so glad they did. They provided the meal and our bar service and I’m pleased with the way it all turned out! The appetizers passed during cocktail hour were definitely our favorite part (the chicken and waffles were a big hit with our guests too!) The meal was definitely classic wedding food, but superior to other meals I’ve had at weddings! The staff working the night were some of the nicest people too!! Everyone was smiling and seemed happy - which is not something I’ve experienced at a wedding before. Overall, such a good experience and really helped to elevate our night. Thank you so much!!

Excellent Bar Service for our Wedding

We used Sterling Events for our wedding at Highpointe Estate. They did a fantastic job in overseeing the bartending both inside and outside. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about them. The bartenders were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Lauren, our point of contact at Sterling was very accommodating and flexible in terms of working out the details. Big thanks to them for helping everything run smoothly!

Sterling Affairs catered our wedding reception recently at Natures Point in Lago Vista, TX. They were in constant communication with Krystal, our wedding coordinator,and everything went smoothly!

Sterling did a fantastic job! They made sure the evening went well. The service and food were phenomenal! Shea, the catering coordinator, was great. She was even there to calm me down, offer kind words, and fix my dress before my Dad and I walked down the aisle.

The food was really good, and people seemed to enjoy it. We got many compliments on the food. It was high quality, and cooked to our satisfaction! They took our suggestions into account and enhanced their menu items to our specifications. I would most definitely recommend Sterling Affairs! Thanks Again!

Shea was phenomenal to work with. She was very accommodating to our needs and was always able to respond quickly to our questions. I would recommend Shea and Sterling Affairs to future clients; prices a little high per person, but again, Shea accommodated us on pricing and menu options. Sterling Affairs was great on the day of the wedding and all very professional. Our guests raved about the food. I did not have to worry about a thing on the day of. Shea and Krystal have a great relationship, which made it easier for planning and organizing throughout the whole process (they were always on the same page). Their staff was very sweet to my husband and I always making sure we had the food we wanted and would never let us go get our own food ;)

We were very pleased with Shea and her ability to make our vision a reality. She was open to all of our ideas and went above and beyond to make everything happen. Our only complaint is that we have a guest who is unable to swallow solid foods due to cancer. We specifically ordered and paid separately for a bowl of creamy soup for him. I provided his name and table number to ensure that he would get his soup but found out after the event that he never got it and, therefore, was unable to eat during our event. Disappointing.

We had a family style dinner (platter service) in our contract, but the dinner was served plated instead. We planned our table layouts and centerpieces around the family style dinner. This also made serving dinner slower than planned. Overall it was not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know that they could not accommodate a family style dinner ahead of time for planning purposes. We have had a completely positive experience working with Sterling Affairs. Shae was wonderful as far as communication prior to the event, and the food was wonderful.

Shea was great to work with and the event manager did a wonderful job. They are very flexible and timely in responding to issue or changes. The food was fantastic and I had many excellent comments on how great it tasted. The kids meals went over very well and all the servers were very helpful to make sure everyone got what they wanted.

Tedi and the Sterling Affairs staff were great! They took care of everything and knew our venue very well. They were very accommodating to our seating arrangement and made sure that everything was set out perfectly. They even took care of setting up our DJ and cake tables. They were great!

Sterling Affairs provided the excellent quality linens, china, glasses, etc. for my wedding. The staff at the receptions was abundant and quick. I was very pleased with every aspect of their service. The food was wonderful, and they did a fantastic job of helping me narrow down my choices. I was so pleased with all of they advice I took from them. My only tiniest complaint would be with their flexibility. I was an out of town bride, and they only offer planning meetings and taste testing at limited times during the week. Because of my work schedule (your typical M-F job), it was impossible for me to meet with them face to face without taking vacation from work. Also, they do not offer taste testing before you've made your food decisions, only after. I didn't like that at all, but because I was unable to make a taste testing at all, it didn't matter for me. Regardless, they spent a lot of time helping me make my decisions, and I loved all of the food I chose.

We used Sterling for a wedding at the Neill Cochran House. They were very flexible, able to provide changes and very helpful. The food was good and a great value! Would definitely recommend !
