Our Dream Wedding Made Reality at The Sterling Ballroom!
We had our wedding at The Sterling Ballroom at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Tinton Falls, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, planning was made incredibly easy thanks to Allison. Her communication was seamless - she was always quick to respond, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire process feel stress-free and well organized.
On the day of our wedding, Nemo and his team were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. Knowing we were in such capable hands allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our day.
The food was truly top-notch. Guests are still talking about it and jokingly asking for a redo with an extended cocktail hour because there were so many incredible stations and options to try! Our guests definitely enjoyed the open bar and our signature drinks - the bartenders were amazing and kept us well hydrated 😉. Our package also included our wedding cake from Palermo’s, and it was absolutely delicious—both beautiful and a huge hit with our guests.
Another major highlight was the accommodations. Our package included multiple rooms, including the beautiful Presidential/Honeymoon Suite for the guys to get ready in and our wedding night, as well as a dedicated Bridal Suite, which was stunning, spacious, and perfect for the morning of the wedding.
We also hosted our rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch at the hotel, and having everything in one location was so convenient for both us and our guests. No one had to worry about transportation or missing events, and even though everything took place at the same venue, the food was different for each event and never felt repetitive - every meal was excellent.
Overall, The Sterling Ballroom and the entire team exceeded our expectations in every way. The service, food, coordination, and convenience were perfect. We would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a seamless, memorable, budget-friendly and truly special wedding experience.

Affordable, beautiful venue
Affordable, beautiful, the staff is amazing and helpful. Runs everything smoothly. We booked during one of their two week wedding sales and let me tell you if you’re looking for an affordable wedding venue that has SO much included for the price - look no further ! The ONLY con is there isn’t much around for nice outside photos - a good photography team will figure it out though 😊

My husband and I got married here on 10/17/25. Nemo and Allison were so amazing to work with from start to finish. They made my vision come to life! We had such a perfect wedding day and they made sure of it with every detail! I highly recommend the Sterling ballroom they helped and answered any question I had leading all the way up to the wedding and the day of! Everyone that stayed had a wonderful hotel experience as well and the food was SOO delicious everyone raved about it. I wish I could give them more stars!

The Best Day of our Lives!
We had our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom on June 14, 2025, and it was absolutely perfect. From the start, Allison was incredible — she always answered my (many) questions and made the planning process feel easy and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, Nemo was so helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. We went with the Executive Package and are so glad we did. The food was delicious — our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour! The space itself is beautiful, and once decorated, it truly felt like ours. Our vendors had no issues, and everything came together seamlessly. I didn’t even need to hire a wedding coordinator, which was a huge bonus. Even when we had to move our ceremony indoors due to rain, the staff handled it all quickly and flawlessly. They flipped the room and made it look amazing. We had 147 guests, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Sterling Ballroom for making the best day of our lives so beautiful and memorable!

Amazing Venue
Sterling Ballroom did not disappoint. From the staff, to the food, to the atmosphere. Everything about this place was exceptional. They did an amazing job making my wedding the perfect day. And the attention to detail on the decorations was more than I could have asked for. Not to mention the helpfulness and kindness of the staff made planning a wedding at this venue an absolute pleasure and a breeze. Allison and Nemo knocked it out of the park. This is a highly recommended venue for any special event or occasion.

The A team
The Sterling Ballroom receives my highest of praises! My husband and I held our wedding here in September and when we booked, we had no idea what it could be due to the renovations that were happening. Allison, our fearless wedding coordinator/catering sales director, went above and beyond to make sure renovations that needed to be done would be completed by the time of our wedding so that there would be little to no disruptions. And she absolutely delivered! We met with Allison numerous times throughout our 10 months together working and thinking through the details of the wedding. She was helpful, organized, responsible and just a joy to work with! Our wedding was spectacular - our guests had the best time and the food was delicious! The high tide and the carving stations were HUGE hits; all of us are foodies and everyone was just in awe by the caliber of the food quality! The entire staff was attentive, friendly, fun and really took care of everyone. Sindy who helped Allison with some of the coordination was remarkable and so helpful. She was such a lovely person to work with and made sure my mom was taken care of, and that is so appreciated in the midst of a hectic day! Our maître d' Nemo was so wonderful and made sure everything was set up properly and packed up at the end of the night, and that we stuck to the schedule. He was by our side throughout the night and just made sure we always had everything we needed. They were just a dynamic team. They coordinated not just the wedding, but the rehearsal dinner and our post wedding breakfast. We also had a whole tea ceremony the morning of the wedding and they made sure that was in tip top shape!
I also need to give Faye, Brooke, Melissa and Andrew huge shoutouts for taking care of our guests who stayed at the Doubletree. They were organized and made sure everything was stress-free!
This was really a wonderful experience and I am still on cloud nine from this dream of a wedding. Thank you to this entire team so much! Please give these guys a raise!!

Great Experience
I had a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the garden, then cocktail hour in the Sapphire room and reception in the Sterling room. No complaints - everything was flawless. There was tons and tons of food. I love that my guests could party in the hotel all weekend, and that the wedding area has a separate entrance. Highly recommended!

Amazing Venue!
Every single person we dealt with was amazing from start to finish! Allison took a lot of stress away from us with wedding planning and Nemo was there all day making sure everything went well and was set up. They were both incredible and made our day stress-free! The guests all raved about the food, it was definitely the highlight of the wedding! So much delicious food at the cocktail hour and then the dinner was also delicious! I would 100% choose this venue again!

Best Day Ever
Our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom was nothing but amazing. From the moment I went in to book until the day after I was blow away by how smooth and easy everything was. Allison is beyond incredible. I wish I had to plan my wedding all over again, because it was such an awesome experience. I did not feel stressed at all. She, along with her staff accommodated every request and guided me along the way. Allison made sure that I was happy throughout the process and made me feel comfortable asking my millions of questions. She answered all emails quickly, so I never was waiting and wondering. Nemo was also incredible to work with. I am extremely easygoing and really didn't have a plan for the ceremony, nor really know how to plan for one. He gave me the best suggestions and made sure everything ran smoothly. During the night he was constantly around and checking in and making sure everything from the temperature of the room to the ligthing to the food aand services was exceeding expectations. My only hope is that someone else I know has a wedding at the Sterling Ballroom so I can attend as a guest! An extra perk was having the hotel attached to the venue where we were able to continue the party at the bar for a little then enjoy a nice breakfast in the morning! I could not have asked for a better experience and I cannot even stop thinking about our favorite day!
Again, if you have the chance to work with Allison, Nemo, and The Sterling Ballroom you will not be disappointed!

No Regrets!
So glad I chose the Sterling room at Doubletree! I recommend their gorgeous outdoor ceremony space. My wedding was in winter so we had indoor ceremony... but the Winter Wonderland deal was so good that I have no regrets! Everyone was so nice and the holiday decor in the hotel was beautiful and enhanced the day. They treated us and our friends and family like gold. Special thanks to Nemo the maitre d!

Wonderful Experience

I can not say enough amazing things about Sterling Ballroom in the Doubletree Hotel in Tinton Falls NJ. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We booked weeks before COVID hit and just got married Saturday June 12th. They were always so responsive even in a pandemic and literally went above and beyond! We started with Reena who was amazing but she got a promotion and Allison came in and took over! Allison was literally a God Send! She was so nice and personable and responsive! She went out of her way to make sure we had the best wedding day ever! And she succeeded!! Nemo our Maitre D was the absolute best!! It was like he knew what I wanted before I said anything! He was so attentive and always made sure we were okay and eating and anything we needed! I could not recommend this place anymore! I am so happy with everything and truly had my dream wedding thanks to everyone at Sterling Ballroom!! Thank you again!!!

REENA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PERSON TO WORK WITH. from our very first appointment until cocktail hour at my wedding she was hands on and super helpful! She made planning my wedding an absolute breeze. Even when I freaked out she was there to pull me back and let me know everything will be okay! Nemo was an amazing help throughout the entire wedding. We had a large bridal party and he kept everyone in check and made sure my wedding had no hiccups everything went so smoothe. I can't say enough great things about working with everyone at the Sterling ballroom. If you want to have an amazing wedding you NEED to book this place. I wanted a Christmas theme wedding they allowed me to bring in my own decorations and trees. Help set everything up. Truly made my wedding an experience of a lifetime

I could not of asked for a better to have my wedding! Sue and Reena were absolutely amazing they made my experience over the top with all of there help. They would answer any question I had in a timely fashion, and were there to support me on my big day! Nemo did an amazing job setting up all of the extras I brought with me for my special day and he helped make my night perfect! My guests cannot stop raving about the food and the atmosphere. It was such a beautiful day, and I would not change a thing! Everything about the Sterling Ballroom was absolutely amazing and I am so thankful I had my wedding here with such great staff to help make my night complete!

Best venue !!!!!!!
My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at the Sterling Ballroom! We fantasized about a large ballroom wedding, but were concerned we had to give that dream up when we saw pricing for many venues. Thankfully, we visited the Sterling Ballroom and knew immediately this was our dream venue!! The food was AMAZING and you get sooooooo much for your pricing! The cocktail hour was tremendous with so many unique personalizations. My guests haven’t stopped raving about it!! The entrees were amazing — totally not your “average wedding food”. Many of my guests have told me this was one of the few weddings they thoroughly enjoyed their entree at. The venue is local to a bunch of great picture stops (we went to Monmouth University and loved it). Guests also loved the convenience of staying at the hotel after. Our wedding ended at 10:30 and we all partied in the hotel bar until about 2am. Most importantly- Reena and Sue are a DREAM to work with! I worked with Reena most often. She was extremely accommodating, professional, fun, and the best spirit to work with! I never felt stressed out when working with her. She has such a contagious positive energy that we always looked forward to when going to the hall. We even had a few issues with our contract from a previous employee that we booked with and when I brought them to Reenas attention she immediately apologized and corrected everything- didnt give me the runaround at all. On the day of the wedding, the Matri’d Nemo was so professional I literally didn’t worry about a single thing and trusted him 100%, and everything came PERFECT! This venue was absolutely above and beyond amazing!!

Amazing Wedding Experience!
We had our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom this past Sunday, 10/13/19, and we could not have asked for anything better! Everything was flawless and perfectly executed. The staff here is SO beyond helpful and accommodating. Reena and Sue were amazing throughout the entire planning process before the big day. They were always so positive and helpful with answering any and all questions we had! Nemo was wonderfully helpful from our first meeting with him as we dropped all of our decor and day-of items off, and was constantly present and asking us if we needed anything throughout the night. Our guests could not stop complimenting the venue and food. All in all we had an amazing time and literally could not have asked for anything more. They really went above and beyond to make our day as perfect as it was! Would definitely recommend!!

Reena Chitkara and Sue Zambrana, hands down made our wedding so seamless. Now mind you, we live in Florida but our families live in NY and NJ and this team has made this experience/planning very easy. They were always available if we had any questions and they were very friendly, professional and accommodating. We were married on 9/20/19 and they made it so memorable. The venue, and food and beverage offerings were top notch. Not to mention, the staff working the event were first class. If you get a chance to work with our Maître D, Nemo he will not disappoint. I had an amazing experience!!!
I had the best time at our wedding! Working with Reena and Sue made everything easy! They both took time to answer all my questions and concerns! There was not a detail missed! Their passion for the job they do and genuine excitement for you, as the bride and groom definitely is part of what made us have such a great day! Down to the moment I was walking down the aisle, Reena was there giving my gown the final “fluff” ! I just can’t say enough amazing things about this wedding duo !! Absolutely amazing
My husband and I got married at the Sterling Ballroom last night. Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true and I would give this venue 10 stars if I could. We worked closely with Reena, Sue, and Nemo. Reena and Sue answer your emails literally within minutes. They are the most caring, accommodating, and kind people you could ever meet. They truly will do everything in their power to make sure your day is perfect. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. Nemo helped us with all of the set up and made sure everything ran smooth the day of the wedding. He did a phenomenal job and ran around like a maniac to make sure we always had a drink and were always happy. All of our guests raved about the food, the service, and how beautiful the ceremony area and the reception room were. These people gave us our dream wedding and we really cannot say enough good things about them. Reena, Sue, and Nemo are truly amazing at what they do and we are so so happy that we chose the Sterling Ballroom!

I just had my daughter's bridal shower and it was terrific! The room was beautiful, the staff great and everyone loved the food. Sue and Rena were so helpful and made the planning stress free. I highly recommend this venue!!

A wonderful experience (8/4/19 wedding)
My husband and I found the Doubletree By Hilton in Tinton Falls / Eatontown to be an overall wonderful experience. Their representatives extended offers to communicate regularly, from the initial consultation to several days before our big event. They offer great packages that include bonuses such as extra appetizers served during the cocktail hour and an ice cream / sundae station for dessert. We felt the package we chose was reasonable for everything they offered, and within this package was much flexibility to personalize our event. The Doubletree definitely delivered on the day of the wedding. The tables were set beautifully, the uplighting was atmospheric, and the bar was generous. Several guests remarked that ours was the best wedding they ever attended. Thank you Doubletree At Hilton for an extraordinary experience!

Amazing night!!
We just had our wedding here on 06.14.2019 and words cannot explain how perfect it was. The food was great, amazing service from the staff, everything was clean and the rooms were beautiful. Reena, Sue and Nemo the maitre de were so helpful during the planning and making sure the night ran smoothly. We initially chose this venue because it is local to us but easy to get to for those traveling, and it’s also affordable! It was also important to us to choose a place that only does one wedding a night, because they were really able to focus on us and making our night so special. You can make your package as simple or extravagant as you want. I would definitely recommend this place a million times.

A dream come true
There are so many good things I could say about all of the wedding coordinators at Sterling Ballroom. Wedding planning was a breeze. All emails were answered within hours of sending them. They were so helpful every step of the way. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing, Beautiful and Responsive!
We just got married here this past Friday and this vendor was everything my husband and I dreamed of! He wanted something convenient for our guests and Sterling was it. From the time we booked last February up until now the staff was wonderful, and we had the best night of our lives. Sue is amazing and makes sure every little detail is taken care of, and Heidi and Nemo as well. The weather was not supposed to be great that day so we had moved the ceremony inside and around 5pm they had asked if I wanted to move it outside since it’s what I dreamed and the weather was holding out. They really care of their couples, and Nemo is wonderful! He set up everything in the ballroom perfectly and to be honest better than I would. Thank you again Sterling for a night we will never forget!

They made picking a venue a no brainer!
My fiancé and I are getting married here on 11/07/2020 and could not be more excited! One of the biggest deciding factors in choosing the venue was working with Sue. She was incredible from the moment we got in contact with her and made us feel special throughout both of our site visits. She was so friendly, eager to answer any of our questions, super knowledgeable about all of the options, and transparent about the process. This was the first venue we saw and she couldn’t have made the experience any easier or more perfect!
My fiancé and I are thrilled with the service so far and appreciate that Sue went above and beyond. We look forward to working with the team in the months to come!!

Wedding was perfect
My wife and I got married here on 12/31/18 (NYE). We had the best night of our lives and the venue was perfect. Nemo our Maître d’ Nemo made our entire night smooth and absolutely perfect. The entire venue crew and staff also did an outstanding job. Rena was great from start to finish. Having a venue attached to a hotel is very convenient and easy for the bridal party as well as your family and friends. I would highly recommend this venue for your upcoming wedding.

The most perfect venue to make our most perfect day
Melissa and the staff at the Sterling Ballroom could not have made our wedding any better. My husband and I did not expect to book our reception at the first place we looked at but we fell in love. We had heard great things from other people. The ballroom being in the Hilton had everything we were looking for our out of state guests. From blocking out rooms at the hotel was so easy and everyone did make effort to make our guest a priority. Melissa and coordinators answered emails in timely fashion. We had people say our wedding was better than their own kids. People are continuing about the food. It was hot and delicious. Could not have asked for better food! The staff made our day super stress free. Was able to drop off our welcome bags and all decorations. They set up everything the day or our reception amazing and had perfect vision. Nemo was there helping my husband and I have a great time with drink in hand. The best moment was when my husband and I got to walk into the ballroom before all the guests and see our vision a reality. Thank you so much to the entire staff. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding. We wish we could relive the day over and over! Thank you everyone for our most perfect day.

Had a site tour at this venue on November, absolutely loved the place and the service. Even though we did not end up booking because the minimum capacity needed was over the amount of people we had, I absolutely fell in love with the place!

We just had our wedding on November 30th and it was absolutely beautiful!!! It was a night we will never forget! The food was outstanding and our guests are raving about the enormous cocktail hour!! Everything went so smooth from getting ready in the bridal suite, to the ceremony, to cocktail hour, and then to the reception. Reena was absolutely amazing leading up to our big day and answered every single question we had (especially the million emails we sent daily the whole month before)! She even went out and bought the groom his favorite drink of choice (monster energy drink) since he doesn’t drink alcohol. Nemo, the Maitre D, was fantastic. He made sure everything was perfect and was fully present the entire night! We honestly can’t say enough great things about The Sterling Ballroom!!

We got married at the beginning of November and could not have been happier we chose The Sterling Ballroom! The months leading up to our wedding Reena was fantastic! We can’t say enough about her and the calm she brought to our wedding planning! Patiently answering every question and helping us ensure all details of our wedding were exactly what we wanted! The day of, I couldn’t believe how beautiful the ballroom looked when I walked in! It brought me to tears! The staff went out of their way to make sure all our decor and starry night theme was perfected! The large dance floor, attentive staff, & and delicious food (best wedding cocktial hour!) have had our guests raving! We also highly reccomend the Sundae Bar! You won’t be disappointed!

Best venue ever!
We could not have chosen a better venue than this one! Their packages include SO MUCH and the price is so worth it! The food was DELICIOUS, our guest could not stop raving about how much food there was during cocktail hour! The service was FLAWLESS, My Husband and I felt catered to the whole night and our guest, again, was saying the service they were given was amazing as well. I could not have been any happier. Literally they said no wedding goes perfect as planned, AND MY WEDDING WAS PERFECT as planned! NOT ONE MISTAKE OR SLIP UP. I worked with Reena so closely and she was AMAZING, through the work she has done, I felt like she truly loves her job and genuinely cares about the couples happiness and satisfaction. She was SO responsive through e-mail and honestly, made this whole process so much easier than I thought possible. My Maitre-D, Nemo, was super efficient as well! If you hire this venue, I PROMISE you will not be disappointed.

Everything was stunning. When you look for venues sometimes the photos don't match the experience and this couldn't be further from the truth for us. It was so easy to book an appointment for a viewing, and everyone we worked with was so patient and flexible and willing to work with us on everything. The very moment we looked into the sterling ballroom we were amazed by their professionalism and the overall look of the ballroom. The food was unbelievably good and our guest can’t stop raving about it!!! Everyone in the catering department that we worked with whether it was Tara from when we first booked our wedding to Melissa who was there to finalize every detail of our special day! The day of our wedding the maiter d Nemo was spectacular he was at our every beck and call anything we needed or any issue he may have come across he took care of it in the most precessional and courteous manner!!! This is the best venue no matter how small or large your wedding is, we had slightly over 200 people and the venue fit everyone well!

If you are still looking for a venue please stop and call the Sterling! When choosing a venue i was looking for something that was not only beautiful but convenient! I was a laidback bride and was looking to deal with as little people as possible. The Sterling has everything to offer.. i mean their packages are outrageous and you CANNOT beat the price! I narrowed my search down to two places and now I’ll be honest my husband calls me a snob when it comes to my expectations on customer service. At the end of the day Melissa is what sold me on the venue. She was the most genuine person i had met with when going on our hunt. She gave me all the right vibes and did not disappoint at any point in the two years we were planning the wedding. Emails were answered swiftly , concerns addressed right away! She was literally every brides dream team! I definitely have to give a shout out to both Reena and Nemo as well! Amazing amazing amazing. We had our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom on 5/19/18. I can not say enough good things about the venue and the entire staff. Melissa made the whole process so easy from beginning to end and Nemo was spectacular during the reception. They put everything together exactly how we wanted and were so accommodating to last minute changes I needed to make due to the weather. The best part of everything, at least according to my guest, was the food. My guests are still raving about how wonderful the food was and how much food there was at cocktail hour. They couldn't believe it! I would recommend the Sterling Ballroom to anyone planning a wedding.!

The entire staff at the Sterling Ballroom was awesome to work with - very accommodating, quick to respond, professional and patient with our many questions throughout the planning process! Our wedding day was truly a dream come true - the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT. It is about 3 weeks later now and we are still receiving compliments on the venue choice, decor and of course the food! We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone searching for a venue with a hotel - our guests loved having the opportunity to stay the night and continue the party in the Aqua Lounge (lobby bar)!

One Word...PHENOMENAL!! I enjoyed the most beautiful wedding day ever because of the Sterling Ballroom. I am so grateful that God led me to this AMAZING venue after visiting 25+ venues from New York, to North Jersey, to Central Jersey. I was looking for a modern but classy venue that would accommodate 220+ guests on a tight budget...very tight budget. I can honestly say that Melissa, Tara, Danine, Nino and the entire staff EXCEEDED my expectations. I cannot believe how seamless the day was, from start to finish.
I had a morning wedding, booked rooms at the Hotel (which is very Chic and Modern), had breakfast included, Gorgeous photographs on site of an outdoor wedding at the hotel, followed by a SPECTACULAR reception. My guests are still blown away at my wedding. This venue is as close as it gets to Perfection...I have high standards and I am still in awe at how amazing everything turned out. SOOO EASY too! Cake of my choice & design- INCLUDED; Centerpieces of my choice and Décor of my Color/Taste- INCLUDED; Extensive cocktail hour with signature drink- INCLUDED, Up lighting color of my choice- INCLUDED; Charger plates & Jeweled Napkin rings- INCLUDED. Victoria was amazing! Really phenomenal!! I was so lucky to walk into this venue on one of the few days she is in the office because without her I know our wedding day would not have been as amazing. From the second we walked into the door she was there to help us get exactly what we wanted. I never felt that I was restricted, something I experienced with other venues. We had the platinum package and I promise you, it's SO worth the extra money! Every single person has told me how there was so much amazing food and could not believe it was the first wedding they went to at the sterling ballroom. Cocktail hour was almost overwhelming with the amount of food there was! And the desserts at the end of the party ended the party just as amazing as the start! We had a lot of complicated items and needed to set up a day prior. It was no problem. Everytime something came up Melissa came up with the solution immediately. I can't recommend this venue enough. The value for what you get is great.

As soon as we found the Sterling Ballroom online, we knew this was going to be the place where we got married. Once we went there in person and met with the staff, it was even clearer that this was the perfect venue for us. Melissa, Victoria, Nemo, and Reena (from the DoubleTree) were absolutely fantastic in helping us plan the perfect day! They were quick to respond to our many emails and were flexible with some of our more interesting requests (like adding Twisted Tea and Fireball to the alcohol list, having a hot sauce table, etc.). We had a large amount of items for them to set up on the wedding day and they did it perfectly without worrying us or anyone in the wedding party. And we were most excited about our cocktail style reception with unique and delicious station options (we went with the man cave, bacon me crazy, off the hook, and smashed potato bar). Everyone at our wedding was blown away by the amount and quality of the food. My husband’s one request for the wedding was a mashed potato bar and it exceeded his expectations! We also loved being able to add the beer flight station (which we got a deal on due to their pre-wedding food tasting party) and the coffee and cordials bar (mixing bailey’s and coffee is one of our faves!) The venue is beautiful as is the outdoor wedding space, which was perfect for our ceremony and for creating amazing pictures to help us remember the day forever. I cannot express enough how helpful, kind, caring, and hard-working the staff at the Sterling Ballroom are. They truly care that your wedding is exactly as you want it and we received our dream wedding because of them!

My husband and I got married there last weekend, and we had the best day of our lives. Everything was superb at The Sterling Ballroom from top to bottom; the food, the service, the decor, the staff, and more. We had almost 200 people and the room did not feel crowded one bit. We are still getting rave reviews about cocktail hour and how original the food choices were. We took photos in the courtyard and they came out BEAUTIFUL, plus the hotel was very accommodating with keeping the bar open afterwards for our guests staying, along with free breakfast. Our wedding planner Melissa and matradee Nemo were such a joy the entire process. You get SO MUCH for your money at this venue, I cannot recommend it enough. We had the time of our lives, and LOVE The Sterling Ballroom!

We were just married on June 04, 2016! My husband and I booked this venue back in January of 2015 but I wanted to wait to write a true review! From the day we first visited the venue both Victoria and Melissa were awesome! Whenever I had a question or wasn't sure about something I could email them and within a day I would get a response. I can't being to thank the whole staff at the venue they were AMAZING. The day of the wedding went so smooth and Nemo the maitr'd is WONDERFUL. He made sure my husband and I were taking care of being to end. The wait staff and bartender's were top notch. Every one of our guest raved how great the food and drinks were. We received compliments all night how it was the best wedding they have been to. The price was perfect and staff was great! I can't thank you all enough how perfect you made our day! I am so glad we decided to have our wedding here! Victoria was so nice and patient to work with! I e-mailed her a million questions and she always kindly responded right away! On the day of the wedding, I felt like my wedding was the first they ever held there (in a good way) because they truly cared about how I liked the way everything was set up and they took their time to make everything beautiful! The hotel accommodations were lovely and the complimentary hot breakfast the next morning was delicious! My guests really enjoyed it! I would recommend Double Tree Tinton Falls to anyone!

We used the DoubleTree for our wedding hotel and the day after brunch and couldn't have been happier! The prices were great, the rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was delightful! I worked with Kristi to set up the room blocks and she was always quick to respond to my emails/calls and was very flexible and helpful. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helped me carry in and organize the hotel "wedding welcome bags."
The day after brunch was held in there Sterling Ballroom and it was absoluly delicious! They provided loads of food and continued to fill all the trays until the last guest was finished eating. Again, the wait staff was extremely patient, kind and welcoming.
I would highly recommend The DoubleTree. Thank you to Kristi and to the entire DoubeTree staff for a fabulous stay and send off brunch!

We are so incredibly pleased with The Sterling Ballroom! From the minute we walked in, we felt welcome; we knew right away that this was the venue for us. Victoria was our wedding coordinator and she is amazing! She always knew the answers to our questions and she responded right away almost every time. I just had my wedding reception here last night (12-12-15) and it was absolutely the best night of my life! I wouldn't have had such an amazing experience if it wasn't for the outstanding staff (servers,bar tenders,etc) but most importantly Victoria and Nemo. Victoria has been super helpful since day one. She is friendly, professional, patient, and makes you feel at ease. She would always get back to me right away whenever I had a question. She truly does an amazing job at what she does!
Nemo is the best! He made me feel like a princess. Always checking up on me seeing if I needed anything. He made everything run smoothly. He is one of the nicest people I have met!
The Sterling Ballroom is a beautiful venue to have your wedding reception or any celebration, I would reccomend it to anyone!!

The Sterling Ballroom is holding my wedding this coming June 2016 and they have been absolutely amazing through the whole process. Every time a payment is due or there is something i need to choose and finalize they are right there keeping me on track. Any time i have a question my planner Melissa is just a phone call or email away and she always gets back to me fast. They have made this whole process stress free. I have attended weddings at this location in the past and based on my experience attending and now my experience working directly with the staff I know our special day will be more then we could have ever hoped for.

From the day we got our tour and met with Victoria, to the little touches in our complimentary suite when it was all said and done - The Sterling Ballroom and Double Tree have done nothing but make us and our guests a top priority. Staff in the catering department was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process. They were more than willing to work with us and our small budget. I booked my reception at the DoubleTree back in July, when they were running a promotion for 10% off.They also were running a Teacher/EMT promotion for an addition 10% off. They also let us combine that with their Winter Wonderland Package. The price was right in my budget, and I LOVED that Victoria and her team were willing to make my needs fit with what they offered. Victoria has been wonderful throughout planning, answering any questions I have, even if they are little silly questions. She is very quick to respond to an e-mail and is always friendly and helpful. The venue is GORGEOUS, clean and neat. The food is amazing (I've had it at other events in the past.) I am looking forward to my wedding in a few months!

Victoria was our event coordinator at the Doubletree and we couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with her in creating our dream wedding yet again. Victoria was exceptional to deal with, she was responsive and so helpful throughout the wedding process and always took the time to listen to our needs and provided suggestions in helping us reduce costs while helping us achieve everything we wanted in our wedding.My husband and I are very detailed oriented and this venue provided us with a lot of flexibility and choices in creating a night that suited us, on top of that this venue provided many additional services that other venues charge additional for such as table linens, centerpieces, cake etc. We had our ceremony in the garden and the landscaping is beautiful and well kept, in fact the gardening was so well done that it concealed the nearby roadways that we were afraid would be included in our pictures. Now onto the food, although my husband and I were unable to sit down and enjoy the food our guests have told us that the biggest hits were the Sushi, Slider and Waffle/dessert station by far. Nemo was our Maitre’D and he provided excellent service that night however our guests enjoyed some of our specialty station so much that when everything was finished our guests complained when it wasn’t replenished. Our expectations were far exceeded when we received a complimentary nights stay at the Presidential Suite, it was by far the nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in and it was large enough for us to accommodate both our bridal parties to get ready in. Since we had so many guests from out of town we were able to request for a group rate discount and the hotel was also able to help us coordinate a breakfast buffet for our guests the next morning which was the perfect ending to our dream wedding. Overall, we were highly impressed and can't thank Victoria and to all the DoubleTree staff enough for helping us create a night we will never forget.

The Sterling Ballroom is the perfect choice. We wanted a venue that was connected to a hotel after attending weddings that had numerous issues with their transportation plans for guests; and after booking the Sterling Ballroom, our guests were excited to hear that the ballroom was part of the hotel. Our day luckily had no problems. We got married at a church 30 minutes away and took pictures nearby at Monmouth University. This venue allowed our guests to quickly and easily travel from our church to relax at the hotel, while the bridal party took pictures nearby before cocktail hour.
The staff at Sterling Ballroom ran the night smoothly and perfectly. Victoria is very personable and responded quickly to emails and phone calls and always went out of her way to get the answers to your questions. Nemo was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly for us during the wedding. The rest of the staff were friendly and added to the joyful occasion. Our families and friends are still raving about how great the food and how beautiful the venue is. We highly recommend the Sterling Ballroom.

We are thrilled with our ceremony and reception venue. We got married at the Sterling Ballroom this August and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Victoria was there for us every step of the way, from when we booked more than two years out, to the night before the wedding when she answered an email I sent her at 8 PM, to the day after when she saw us and congratulated us, and of course all of the time in between. She was always so responsive and so helpful, and we feel so lucky to have met and worked with her.
Nemo, our go to guy for everything the day of, was incredible. I had a lot of things that I had done myself for the wedding, so I sent photos of how I wanted everything set up, and he executed it all perfectly. He brought me out to see our memory table prior to the ceremony and then into the reception room, and my breath was taken away by everything. He was so fantastic and helpful the entire night, ending with when he brought all of our items up to our room for us at the end of the night.
The entire staff at the Sterling Ballroom played such a huge role in how perfect our day was. The food was excellent, the venue looked stunning, and nothing went wrong. The hotel staff was extremely helpful as well, with transferring our rooms from the getting ready rooms to our bridal suite midway through the day while we were outside taking photos. They even kept the restaurant in the lobby open late for us to get together after the reception and continue the party.
The Sterling Ballroom offers everything you could want in your ceremony and reception venue and at such an affordable price. The quality of the service that we received was outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone who is searching!

My husband and I had our reception here on 9/3/15. If we were to describe the Sterling/Doubletree staff in one word it would be AMAZING! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was as well as how delicious everything tasted. Every detail of our day was beautiful. We have to give the most credit to our event coordinator Victoria S., without whom it wouldn't have been possible. Victoria was there with us every step of the way from answering emails to phone calls; she was even there on the day of to assure that everything flowed smoothly. We had our wedding here August 7, 2015 and it was everything we wanted it to be and more! So much fun! Victoria and staff were absolutely amazing from the very start of the process until the very last dance on our wedding night. Victoria was super helpful and accommodating to my many questions and specific wedding details. We had our ceremony on the patio out back and it was beautiful. Our friends and family are still raving about the food from the awesome spread at cocktail hour to the delicious main course. Our wedding cake was phenomenal!! Our guests loved the dessert tiers at each table and Sundae at the Boardwak dessert station with so many options and goodies. Our wedding day was a blast from the very start of the day as the girls got ready in one suite, the guys in another....to the ceremony on the patio....awesome cocktail hour.....super fun reception, to the after party at the hotel bar. THANK YOU to the entire staff at the DoubleTree/Sterling Ballroom for helping to make our day the best it could possibly be! Lisa & Mark Kobuszewski

Our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom was amazing! Victoria and all the staff were so nice and helpful. Our guests are still commenting on how amazing our wedding was and how much they loved the food. We are so grateful and would recommend this venue to the next couple who wants to make sure their day is memorable.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Sterling Ballroom for our wedding on August 2nd. From the moment we first saw the venue nearly two years ago, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding reception. Throughout the entire planning process Victoria could not have been more helpful, attentive, understanding and kind as she worked with us to answer any questions we had and made sure every detail was decided. Everyone at the hotel was more than willing to accommodate our needs and was very helpful the morning of our wedding providing the hair dresser and makeup artist with things they needed in the hotel room as my bridal party and I got ready for the big day! Nemo did a great job bringing our wedding vision to life as he and his staff set up the ballroom, making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it to be! After a last minute switch of our photo location, we decided to use the beautifully landscaped outdoor area at the hotel and our photos look great with the greenery and flowers in the background! By the end of the night, everyone was in awe over how wonderful the wedding was and our families and guests had a great time! We are so very happy with the way everything turned out and could not be more thankful to Victoria and everyone at Sterling Ballroom for making our wedding the best night of our lives!

5 Stars for the Sterling Ballroom at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tinton Falls - Eatontown! We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, affordable, convenient location! Leading up to the wedding, Victoria and Melissa were very responsive and helpful in answering all questions and tackling any issues. The day of the wedding, Nemo was on top of everything from beginning to end! Our guests have been raving about the cocktail hour food. You won't regret choosing this place! 7/31/15 R+A

What can I say - the Sterling Ballroom at the DoubleTree Tinton Falls made all of our wedding dreams come true. From the beginning, Victoria and the rest of the staff were accommodating, thorough, and made us feel comfortable. We could tell immediately this would be a great experience, and I was especially impressed by their responsiveness via phone and e-mail. The day of the wedding went smoothly because of their hard work, and definitely because of the wonderful maitre d', Nemo. We didn't have to worry about anything, everything looked spectacular and was setup exactly how we wanted it for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The food was delicious. We received so many compliments from guests saying this was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, and that even the most exclusive venue would not have been as nice as The Sterling Ballroom. The guest rooms were lovely with all the amenities you would want, and the bridal suite - wow! The most beautiful hotel room I've ever seen. I cannot thank Victoria, Nemo, and the DoubleTree staff enough for everything they did for us. It is something we will never forget! I highly highly HIGHLY recommend The Sterling Ballroom for anyone's wedding!

I am SO thankful that we chose to have our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom on 7/30/15- it was amazing, fantastic, and overall the perfect venue to celebrate the happiest day in our lives together! Victoria, the Catering Director is literally the most informed, on-top-of-it, genuine person you will ever deal with in the wedding industry. She will make sure everything you need is taken care of and is always one step ahead - we currently live out of state (family is local to NJ) and she was constantly going above and beyond to accommodate. Nemo, the Maitre'D was incredible on the day of our wedding. Everything was set up exactly as we had asked, and he was so kind and helpful throughout the whole night, making sure we had drinks, food and everything was going smoothly. We had a slider station which everyone was RAVING about and the food itself was delicious. At least 10 people told me that night that our wedding was the best they had ever been to.
Pricing at the Sterling was incredibly reasonable, but you would never know it based on the abundance and quality of food and drink and the attentiveness of the staff. The day wouldn't have been nearly as successful if it weren't for the wonderful venue and everyone who worked with me along the way! Thanks again!

We had an amazing wedding at the Sterling ballroom! It was the first and only place we looked at for a venue and we were extremely happy with our decision. Victoria, who planned and coordinated our wedding, is the best. She makes everything easy while letting you personalize the day to make it your own. Planning was painless and fun with Vicotia's help. The food is amazing and everyone raved about it, especially the cocktail hour. The rooms inside the ballroom are beautiful, as were the hotel rooms. Choosing a location that allowed for an outdoor ceremony and separate cocktail hour and reception rooms, all while connected to the hotel made the day hassle free. It's also close enough to the beach and other great places for pictures, including the beautiful Deep Cut Gardens where we took ours. We would highly recommend the Sterling Ballroom to anyone planning a wedding.

I still haven't signed the contract but recently visit their facility and it was amazing. The place is nice and clean. The service I received from Melissa was amazing. She is very nice and understanding. Would be booking this locations for my next year wedding =) My Fiancé loved the place.

Working with Victoria, Nemo, and the Sterling Ballroom was phenomenal! She was super responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner, answering all of my questions, and ensuring that everything we wanted happened. We had a lot of unique touches that wanted for our wedding and Victoria ensured that they were coordinated and Nemo made them happen the day of. I could't have asked for more from this venue. The cocktail hour spread was phenomenal and exactly what we wanted. People couldn't stop raving about it. Dinner was excellent as well. We did the Sundae at the Boardwalk dessert station and everyone LOVED it! I wish that I didn't stuff myself and could have had some. We absolutely loved our wedding! Check them out if you are looking for a venue near Long Branch/Jersey Shore! Their decor is not dated and looks extremely fresh and recently updated. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I got married at the Sterling Ballroom last weekend. Our wedding was truly AMAZING. We are so happy with how everything turned out. We have received so many comments from our guests about how beautiful the venue is and how good the food, drinks, and dessert were! The wedding coordinators Victoria and Melissa are so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. The maitre d' Nemo was so great; he made sure everything ran smoothly. I was not aware of any hiccups on the day of my wedding. I am honestly very happy that I chose the Sterling Ballroom. I had such an awesome wedding, and for such a reasonable price!

My wedding here was a dream come true! The ballroom was gorgeous! For the amount we spent we got a wedding worth so much more! Victoria was so great to work with through all the planning! Everyone raved about the food all night! Thanks again!

Our reception was beautiful - every detail was perfect! Our coordinator left the company halfway through planning our wedding, but Victoria stepped in for us and knew every detail. The transition was seamless! The food was amazing - people are still talking about how delicious everything was! Thank you all so much for a fantastic event!

I had my winter wedding at the Sterling Ballroom. Having no money, I truly didn't believe that I would find a venue at all. I sat down with Victoria and even though they were already running a winter special, she heard and understood my situation and then discounted even further and even threw in sone extras to put my event over the top while remaining at a price we could afford. Victoria is almost always available for those little bridal worries. She is what puts this venue over the top. Her obvious passion for what she does and her compassionate nature bleed into every interaction with her and you will feel truly cared about as though you had a second Maid of Honor you never knew you had. My guests are still raving about the food saying that cocktail hour was over the top plentiful and delicious, dinner was delightful and that the ice cream sundae station the venue threw in for us put everything over the top! Nemo, managed my entire event and ensured that all my handmade centerpieces were set up to my exact specifications and everything went smoothly and perfectly all night! I couldn't have asked for a better, bigger, more beautiful venue or more caring and personal staff. Thank you Double Tree if Tinton Falls!

AMAZING!!! That is the best way to describe the Sterling Ballroom!! From start to finish everything was amazing!! Everyone has done nothing but compliment us on how much food there was and they are all raving about how delicious it all was!! We are so happy that we chose to have our reception here!!! Made my wedding an amazing event that everyone has been talking about since! Victoria was more than helpful and I actually miss her!
