I’d tell anyone to go there!

I truly can’t say enough about Stella and this location. I knew the exact style of dress I was looking for and after 3 failed attempts in Buffalo, I found a dress I loved online, saw Stella had it in stock and JUMPED on the opportunity to try it on. The second I walked in it felt like home and like they actually cared about what they were doing. I worked with Stella directly and before trying anything on, she asked me what words I’d use to describe how I wanted the day to feel. This immediately made me cry lol but it also took some pressure off; stopping to focus on what the day was truly about and how I wanted people to remember it and it made the whole thing feel special and helped to slow me down a little bit. She pulled multiple dresses that fit the vibe I was going for and had me try on the dress I inquired about, last. The second she zipped it, I knew it was the one. I can’t say enough good about them from start to finish. She made me comfortable and there was 0 rush whatsoever which I didn’t find with some of the local dress shops I looked at. The dress came in early too which was nice! My only regret is buying two sizes bigger from what I tried on, than the one size Stella recommended and that’s my fault lol

Amazing experience!

I cannot say enough about Stella’s Bridal, from their beautiful studio to the most professional and knowledgeable staff. Zachary was amazing and knew what would work and look amazing on me! He also took measurements which is very important but that the place I had gone to the day before never did. Zachary gave me all the information I needed for each dress that he pulled. I enjoyed the private, quiet and personal room I had for me and my guests, it made me feel at ease and comfortable. Again, Zachary was amazing and thanks to him I became a Stella’s Bride!

Stella's Bridal in LeRoy

I cannot say enough about Stella's in LeRoy. Stylist Zach was not only knowledgeable but so much fun. My daughter was given the experience she deserved when looking for her dream dress, which she found. I would recommend Stella's LeRoy to any new bride .

So happy I went to Stella's!!!

I had been to 4 other bridal shops in the WNY region when I thought I found my dress at another shop. I had an appointment at Stella's the following week and decided to keep my appointment just because. THANK GOODNESS I DID!!! My experience at Stella's was superb and better than any of the other salons. All of the other salons let me pick out dresses to try on and then helped me in them. At Stella's, I was assigned two consultants were amazing and helped me feel so comfortable. They listened and took what I was looking for into consideration and pulled a bunch of dresses as I described and ones they thought would look good on me. I came into the shop saying absolutely "NO!" to a strapless. The consultants had me try on a strapless just for fun, and I instantly knew it was my dress. I felt so pretty!!!! It was 100 times better than the other dress at the other shop... and lucky for me it was a sample dress that was SO affordable (and I was able to take it home with me that day). I also bought a beautiful veil at Stella's that looked great with my dress. I feel so lucky I kept this appointment and recommend Stella's to all of my friends!

Loved it!!

Incredible incredible experience here! The shop is such a cute little space. By far my favorite atmosphere and such unique special dresses. Mackenzie was so helpful and pulled dresses that totally fit my vision. I loved every single dress I tried on. The service and atmosphere was so special and I would 100% recommend Stella’s to any brides looking for a dress. I'm going to leave reviews for them wherever I can because I just can't recommend them enough!

Wedding dress

Stella’s was knowledgeable in the bridal gown industry and found me the dress of my dreams. They did not push me and my mom to buy a more expensive dress or try to make a profit off of our experience. And even during covid they allowed me to go maskless and bring some guests with masks. My experience at stellas meant so much to my mom and I and it was the best part of my wedding planning experience hands down.

Amazing assistance, even during a sample sale!

I went to Stella’s during a sample sale, and never expected to find the perfect dress. The dress I found would never have been in my budget unless it was a sample sale! Even with multiple brides being at the salon everyone was so friendly and helpful! I would recommend Stella’s again and again!

What every little girl dreams of

My experience at Stella’s was everything I have ever imagined it being. Saying yes to the dress and celebrating with a champagne toast was the icing on the cake. The were patient and understanding and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in!

Focused on my wants

Working with Kela was a joy. She listened to my wants/interests and pulled dresses that focused on just that. She only pulled dresses within my budget and when it was not in budget, she’d ask me if she wanted me to bring it into the fitting room. I loved how my visit to Stella’s Bridal was not rushed and I was listened to. I highly recommend you check it out!

Indecisive Brides START HERE!

Stella's was my first stop for my dress as they come highly recommended. I went there with NO idea what I was looking for. I worked with Kela, she put me in every kind of dress, mermaid, fit and flare, ball gown, A-line. Every dress she asked, "Okay, so what do you like and not like about this dress?" She was able to take my feedback and then find more and more dresses that narrowed down what I was looking for. I thought I found the dress that I loved and I decided to sleep on it. Kela was so supportive and understanding that this was a big decision. She set me up with another appointment, knowing I was going to look elsewhere. She gave me some great advice about searching too much.

After I had slept on it and shopped somewhere else, Stella's was the way to go. Other shops just let me have at it, and I had no idea where to begin or even look. Stella's listened to what I wanted and most importantly, stayed respectful of my price point.

I would recommend Stella's bridal for anyone's first-time dress shopping, they are so informative and really listen to their customers.

Wonderful selection, great staff

I chose my wedding gown over a year in advance. I didn't want to wait until the last minute and I had already searched several boutiques by the time I got to Stella's, and let's just say I wish I had gone there first and saved myself the hassle. They had a great selection and when I arrived with what I had in mind they were very quick to bring me what I asked for, as well as similar dresses in case I wanted changes in style. There was no pressure, it was all about what I felt comfortable in and what I wanted on my wedding day (certainly didn't feel that in other boutiques who seemed to push the latest or most expensive styles). I would (and do!) recommend Stella's in a heartbeat.

Great Experience!

Stella's Bridal is one of the best bridal shops in the area! While I ultimately didn't purchase my dress here, everything about my consultation with them was fabulous. Their space is beautiful and organized. My stylist listened to my budget and vision to pull some beautiful pieces. I also am a plus sized bride and I felt completely comfortable and had many dress options to select from. Additionally, unlike other shops I had experienced, Stella's was respectful of my budget and was able to show me beautiful dresses within that budget. As a wedding planner, I recommend Stella's to all my brides, and have had many who have had the best experience with them! Lastely, they are so active in the wedding dress world going to conventions, fashion shows, and more, making them true expects. If you're looking for a great wedding dresss expeirence, Stella's is truly an excellent choice!

Stella's is THE place to go!

Stella was the absolute best and I would recommend Stella's Bridal to anyone in Rochester or Buffalo! I was very nervous for my appointment and she made me feel so comfortable! This was my first appointment of the day and Stella set the bar SO HIGH! My family and friends that were with me absolutely loved her and she made it so fun. When I came back to order my dress she let me hang in it for awhile. I am so excited for my dress, but also that I'm getting it from such a great place!

Stella’s Bridal Boutique in LeRoy, NY is absolutely amazing and beyond beautiful! It’s one of the most gorgeous places I have seen! A quaint little boutique sitting on acres of land with a long winding driveway. The inside is just as stunning. The staff there is the best and super sweet!! I loved working with Ryan. She was very knowledgeable and the nicest person you will ever meet! I felt very comfortable and relaxed. My favorite part about Stella’s Bridal was that they accommodated to only one bride at a time! Which makes for a very memorable and intimate experience. There were so many gorgeous wedding dresses. Ryan knew what I wanted and helped me choose a beautiful Lillian West wedding dress!! When I first tried the dress on at Stella’s, the song that I wanted to walk down the aisle to came on their radio. I knew it was meant to be. The whole experience will be memory that will last a lifetime! Thank you Stella’s for making that moment special.

I purchased my wedding dress at Stella's this past year- this was the 3rd boutique I had been to and I knew right away it was going to be a great experience. From the minute you walk in the ladies make you feel so special and excited. They listened to my ideas of what I wanted in a dress and took the time to work with me to find several options, and eventually the one. I never felt rushed or pressured, and when I found the dress they took extra time to help me pick out accessories. Stella's also recommended a great tailor locally who did a beautiful job fitting my dress and making it look perfect. I would highly recommend to any bride!

I am from out of town and wanted my Great Aunt and Grandmother to see me try on dresses seeing as they probably will not make it to my actual wedding. I had the absolute best experience at Stella’s, it far exceeded what I thought trying on dresses would be like. Kela styled me for the appointment and she fantastic. What I thought I would love for a dress was not the case at all. Kela was able to take what I liked about a dress and pick out other options that better suited me. When I came out to show my family, Kela would go over the details of the dress; SHE KNEW EVERYTHING! The joy that I got to see on my Grandmother and Great Aunt’s faces will never be matched. There are truly no words to express how happy I am that Kela gave me those moments with my family, I will forever cherish them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I learned about Stella's years ago and waited for the day I could make an appointment with them. It was not disappointing. My fiance and I are planning a wedding in 6.5 months and our consultant Ryan was so absolutely helpful and full of options for our faster than normal time frame. I explained to her what I was looking for in a dress, what I was open to, and I ended up saying yes to a dress I didn't think I would. If I were able to look through the racks, I most likely would've blown right by it, but she pulled it and was so right to do so. As she was helping me in and out of dresses, the conversation between us ranged from wedding plans, to fiance details, to her trip to Rome, to finding a shared love of kayaking, lots of laughter - like I was talking to a friend! I cannot say enough about Ryan and my experience at Stella's. Because that's exactly what it was, an experience. I have always recommended Stella's to any brides looking for a place to shop, but I can tell my personal story now on how phenomenal they are. Thank you for making this step so incredibly easy and fun!

Best experience at Stella's Bridal in LeRoy, and I am am not the bride! As "mom" of the bride, I can't tell enough people that if they are looking for the right place to have the best experience, and truly, want to have really special memories from the start, please take the extra time to make this your first stop. Most likely, it will be the best and other places will not measure up. We went to a bridal show, and first met Stella, who, even at the end of a long show, and many visitors to the vendor area, was as pleasant as if she just started greeting us at the beginning of the show. We booked an appointment as our first appt. for wedding dress shopping. Our consultant, Ryan worked so passionately in learning about my daughter and her preferences and even possible options that she was ok with and not ruled out. In a matter of minutes, she brought the most beautiful gowns, and even though my daughter looked amazing in many styles, Ryan completely understood her, and narrowed down the options, resulting in the dress that brought tears as we realized she was a bride at that very moment... We so wanted to not even look elsewhere, based on the time there alone, and Ryan and the whole magical experience. We did however, inform her that we had to honor the later appointment, out or respect to the time they set aside for us that day. Ryan appreciated the honesty, and never once tried to push a decision or obligation for the time she just spent with us, without a commitment. The professionalism and enthusiasm she had was so genuine, and she offered herself available for us at any point, and she meant it. We took the other appt, and wow, realized the difference between private time for a bride and other places. The non private time at the other appt was walking through other families and the bride's to be, staff yelling over the non private walls, and picking our own dresses...We went happily back to Stella's and said "yes"! This was the memory we wanted!!

This bridal boutique is absolutely the best. Ryan was awesome to work with and made the trip from Canandaigua well worth it. She was friendly and accommodating and made the experience a memorable one. My gown was absolutely beautiful and came in several weeks early. I just found my amazing dress at Stella's Bridal Boutique yesterday and absolutely loved my experience! I worked with Stella and she took time to listen to what I envisioned my wedding dress to look like. She found amazing dresses for me to try on in the styles I was interested in and the "fun" dress I tried on ended up being the one I fell in love with. Through the whole appointment Stella was so encouraging and honest. She has a contagious enthusiasm and made the whole time so comfortable for me and my guests. My experience at Stella's was beyond amazing! Ryan was super helpful and sweet! She explained all the different fits, colors and the fabrics to us. I had gone to three other bridal stores and didn't get that kind of treatment. She actually took her time and listened to what I was liking and not liking and helped me find my dream dress! Stella's provided an amazing experience as I searched for the perfect wedding gown. I had made an appointment for a Saturday morning and tried on numerous beautiful dresses, all within the price range we discussed. They were very helpful in picking dresses that fit the style I wanted. Ryan was beyond wonderful to work with and left me with a very difficult choice between all of the great options. I had gone to another bridal boutique and did not get anywhere close to the experience I had at Stella's and still had a dress in the back of my mind that Ryan chose for me. I called on a Friday and wanted to come back in to try it on again. They were full with appointments and stil made time for me to come in and try on the dress I couldn't seem to get out of my head. I walked in and they had a room waiting for me with the dress and vail all ready to step into! As soon as I put it on I knew it was the one. Stella brought in champagne for myself, my mother and mother in law to be. The water works started for all of us. I would recommend Stella's to anyone in the future. The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxed. Ryan hand picked dresses exactly to what I explained I was looking for and stayed within my budget. When I tried on the very first one I knew it was the one but to be 100 percent certain I tried on several more to see the different variations and styles I love how you aren't overwhelmed with a huge selection of dresses to choose from, and they don't rush you at all! (they let me try the first one on several times just to be sure) The next day I said yes to the dress!! I can not wait for my big day! I also want to thank kella and Stella as well you both were so amazing!

Stella and Ryan made me feel like an AMAZING bride! They treat you like you are the only bride they have not only during your initial appointment but every time you go in for fittings. The customer service they provide is worth every penny and they were very helpful finding the perfect dress within budget. If you want a Rochester version of "Say yes to the dress" they give the full experience and are super sweet doing what they clearly love to do! I cannot thank them enough for making my experience perfect and stress free. They even rescheduled me and squeezed me in when I forgot my shoes my first fitting. I can't recommend them enough! Don't waste time going anywhere else. Yasmin did an amazing job with my alterations too. At one point I asked her how she knew what to do, and she replied "its like Cinderella, bippity boppity boo" She's right, my dress was AWESOME!

From the first appointment when I was so nervous to try on dresses to the final steam of my dress days before the wedding, everything was smooth. I really liked the way that during the first appointment to try on dresses, Stella didn't ask me to go pick something out, rather she listened to some of the types of dresses I liked and she brought them to me. This helped me focus and find the dress of my dreams. Then the seamstress she works with was so good at what she does, and professional and friendly. She was very easy to work with and my dress fit perfectly, I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night!

I had the best time at Stella's Wedding Boutique. The store (which did not feel like a store) was just beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and they give you the one on one attention you need. I had gone to another place previously where the "stylists" are double booked and the store had easily 60+ people in it. After trying on a handful of dresses my appointment was suddenly done. At Stella's I worked with Ryan and she was so good at narrowing the type of wedding dress I wanted-- and she let me try on as many as I needed to in order for me to figure out the type I liked. She never rushed me and never pushed me towards one dress or anything I did not want to do. She gave me her undivided attention. At Stella's even though there were a few other clients there, I felt like we (my mom, and two co-maids of honor) were the only ones there and were treated that way. The owner, Stella, made a point to introduce herself to us even though she was not working with us. I ended up saying "yes to the dress there" but if I hadn't I still would recommend this place. All the dresses I tried on were beautiful and were high quality and they had dress for every budget. I ended up spending a lot less then I thought I would on a gorgeous gown that I can not wait to wear for my wedding day!! Once I said yes to the dress they broke out some champagne and chocolates for us to celebrate. It was such a great experience! I resided in Rochester, so the boutique was a little over 30 minutes away--but the drive is totally worth it!

Stella, Yasmin, Laura & Ryan are the BEST!!!! ......every time I look at my wedding photos I fall in love with my dress (and my bridesmaid's dresses!) all over again. Without Stella's Bridal my wedding and wedding dress shopping experience would not have been the same, you ladies are incredible! My very first dress shopping day was at Stella's (i did not know what i wanted and i left empty handed) and SEVEN other bridal shops (and 43 dresses) later i found myself missing Stella's. I made a second appointment & within minutes Stella had picked my wedding dress based on my new knowledge of wedding dresses & actually knowing what i wanted. Stella was absolutely fabulous to work with. From the initial phone call, to the warm greeting (even personalized sign welcoming our group) to the perfect dress, it was an outstanding experience. Stella makes you feel right at home, and pulls the most perfect dresses. We celebrated saying "yes" to the dress by toasting champagne that Stella brought out on a silver platter! Getting my dress at Stella's was one of my FAVORITE parts of the whole experience of planning our wedding. From beginning to end, it was fun, easy, and just a wonderful process. I'd been to a few dress shops before going to Stella's, and nothing even came close to their personalized service, awesome atmosphere, gorgeous selection of dresses, and overall positive energy! Stella and Laura were such a pleasure to work with. They are super organized, and I never had to worry about a thing. Yasmin, their seamstress, is so talented, and my dress fit like a glove. They have dresses at every price point, and a selection of lovely accessories (I purchased my veil and a sash for my dress there as well). Their new store is gorgeous, too. I HIGHLY recommend Stella's, it is truly a special place, and the experience is worth the drive to LeRoy from anywhere, I promise! Thank you again, Stella and Laura!

As soon as I walked into Stella's it was a very personal experience. The shop is small so it allows for only a few brides to be in there. When I went, I was the only bride. Stell took great care of me. She listened to what style I wanted and found great matches. She also provided me with different choices to see if I would like something different. She was not pushy and trying to sell me any dress. Stella wanted me to have the dress of my dreams. I did find it there! The dress was high quality and came in way before they thought it would.

Stella’s is the only place to go in the Rochester, NY area if you’re looking for a wedding/bridesmaid dress. Stella's Bridal absolutely saved the day for me!!!! After my wedding dress (which was bought at Kleinfelds) was completely ruined by another seamstress in Rochester just days before my wedding, I had no idea what to do. I contacted Stella and her seamstress, Yasmin, agreed to fix my dress. I was in tears and truly believed my dress was damaged beyond repair. I had to pick up my dress just 2 days before the wedding because of the big time crunch. But Yasmin was a miracle worker!! I don't know how she did it, but my dress fit like a glove and it was restored to its original beauty. I could not be more thankful for her hard work and for Stella to let me alter my dress at her shop. Thank you so much!!! I 'd absolutely recommend this shop to any girl looking for a dress and wants fantastic service! I am honestly so grateful for them!

Stella and Laura were such a please to work with through the entire process! I loved that when I went to the initial VIP appointment, it was only me and my family in the shop, so I didn't have to worry at all about being self-conscious or uncomfortable around other brides. They helped me find my dream dress. They were easy going and so flexible with scheduling appointments for my fittings. From the moment we walked Into Stella's bridal boutique, seeing a personalized sign with my name on it, I felt so special. We had a one on one appointment until I found exactly the dress I was looking for. The staff was so knowledgable. Stella's is a fantastic place to go for a dress. Stella and Laura are up on all of the latest trends and they choose only the best dresses for their shop.

Laura helped me find my dress and she chose the BEST dress for me. She truly listened to my preferences and general aesthetic likes and dislikes and pulled dresses accordingly. Never in my life did I think I was going to be a bride who cried when they found the perfect dress, and I was. She has a true talent for pulling dresses that are specific to the bride's tastes.

Make sure to stick with their in-house seamstress. She is OUTSTANDING and meticulous. She is the best value and made my dress even better than I could have ever expected for my wedding day.

Stella and her crew made me feel like a princess trying on dresses for my wedding. I found my perfect dress at Stella's and it was an amazing experience. My daughter and I worked with Laura at a VIP appointment. Laura was given a tough order to fill. The wedding was a small family affair to he held in a private room of a rustic, vintage restaurant. The dress needed to fit the venue, and show my daughter as the bride, not just a guest, but also not over the top. In addition, my daughter requested a dress with color. Laura found the perfect gown - a slim champagne colored slip gown with an ivory lace overlay. The dress had a definite vintage feel and was bridal. Not only were both Laura and Stella a joy to work with, but the seamstress, Yasmin did a spectacular job. I strongly recommend beginning your bridal gown search at Stella's.

I'm reviewing Stella's Bridal based on my sister's experience and her wedding on September 21, 2013. I am the brother of the bride and I observed a great experience at Stella's Bridal Boutique. My older sister chose Stella's Bridal after looking around for somewhere friendly and exciting for her bridesmaids to get their dresses. Stella provided a fun, relaxing experience for Alissa and her bridal party. I went with Alissa to pick up her wedding dress after it had been altered for her. Of course, I was nervous the whole way because I was going to be the younger brother that goes into that bridal shop with his sister, but Stella welcomed us and I felt very comfortable with her. She made it feel like everyone is welcome. Alissa had a great experience with Stella and her staff with her dress alterations that day and I made a new friend in Stella. Stella's bridal boutique was the most incredible store that I have gone to in Rochester area. I've been to many and had trouble finding a dress that I fell in love with but Stella listened to what I wanted and showed me the dress of my dreams! She was very accommodating with scheduling the appointment and even went above and beyond to let me know some bridesmaids dresses might be discontinued if I don't order them soon! Stella made saying yes to the dress the incredible experience that it should be and I had a blast with her! I had visited many (seven!!) other bridal shops prior to going to my VIP Appointment Stella’s. I can honestly say that none of the other shops can even compare to my amazing experience at Stella’s! When they say “VIP Appointment,” that is exactly what you get! We had the entire, gorgeous shop to ourselves, and even a personalized welcome sign for us when we walked in! Laura was absolutely amazing! She sat down with me at the beginning of the appointment and asked me some questions so she could get a really good idea of what I had in mind for my wedding and my dress. Every dress that she pulled for me to try on was a perfect match to what we had discussed. She brought me a great selection of beautiful gowns that were different from the dresses and designers carried in many of the other local stores. Laura was so knowledgeable, professional, caring and fun! She helped me narrow down my choices, and let me switch back and forth between my top two dresses as many times as I needed! She gave us plenty of time to ourselves so I could make my final decision; there was never any pressure. After I said “Yes” to the dress, she surprised us with champagne to celebrate! I truly felt like a VIP, as all brides should when shopping for their dress. It was the best dress shopping experience I could have ever asked for! I cannot wait to go back for my fittings and to shop for bridesmaid dresses! I did not meet Stella, but I can only imagine she would provide the same amazing experience to every bride that comes in! I would absolutely recommend Stella’s Bridal Boutique!!

I have dreamed, like every of girl, of what my wedding gown would look like for my whole life. Stella made my every dream come true! She is absolutely wonderful to work with, and the VIP style appointment is truly amazing! My family and I felt like rockstars being the only ones in the boutique for my appointment. She even served us champagne to celebrate! She has a wonderful personality, and a fantastic selection of gowns! She nailed very detail down to the very last bit of "bling"! I've been in many other weddings, and I have never been measured so accurately as she did. Its also very convenient that she has on-site fittings so I didn't have to worry about transporting my precious gown. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends because I enjoyed very minute I spent with her in her beautiful boutique!

Loved stella and her place. She provided excellent service and my dress was beautiful. The tailoring was perfect as well. I suggest everyone go here for their wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses. My bridesmaids looked flawless in their gowns. Also, she has amazing prices!

I loved shopping for my wedding dress at Stella's! At first I didn't think the VIP appointment was necessary, but it was so nice to have all of Stella and her assistant's attention. It made the process seamless and easy. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I ended up with a stunning Justin Alexander dress for a wonderful price. After the purchase, anytime I emailed Stella asking about the arrival of my dress, she or her staff got back to me very quickly and were very sweet, despite the fact that I was bugging them long before I knew my dress would get in. The whole experience of working with Stella has been a dream so far!

I bought my dress at one of their sample sales and I'm so in love with it- it's not a dress that I would've been able to afford had it not been on sale. I also appreciated the extra 10% off just for wearing plaid that day! Since it was a sample sale, I didn't have anyone's attention one-on-one (I knew that going into the sale) but I was there for quite a few hours deciding between a few dresses and I was given all the time and space I needed to make a decision I was confident in. Shopping here was a wonderful experience. My daughter was treated with the utmost respect and Kat was amazing. She looked my daughter over and brought us the most beautiful dresses to try on.The first one was amazing! The second one was amazing! You get the point. My mother set up an appointment for us to go look at dresses shortly after my engagement (May 2015). While on the phone, whomever she spoke to tried to talk her out of setting up an appointment because our wedding date isn't until September of 2017. She was told "styles change, dresses change, you wouldn't want her to love a dress just for it to be gone in a few months." First red flag, but we went to our appointment any way. When we came in, we were warmly greeted by Stella and we were let loose to look at gowns while we waited for the "assigned" associate for my appointment. The associate asked some questions in regards to styles I liked or didn't like, colors, silhouettes, etc and we got started. The sample gowns are VERY large (double digits I believe) and the only dress clips that they had were binder clips! Some gowns were held together fine with these clips but some popped as soon as I exhaled. The most upsetting part of this visit was the associate pulling dresses that were out of our strict budget. Our budget for a gown was around $1500-$2000 and a gown she pulled was DOUBLE this budget (which was of course the dress I fell in love with and there were MANY tears due to the fact that it was simply not affordable). Though staff was very friendly, there were these few things that ruined the experience. Unfortunately I've had to look elsewhere for a boutique that will ONLY pull dresses in my budget and wont "Kleinfeld" you by pulling something you know you can't afford.

I feel that I have to leave an honest review based on my experience at Stella's. I purchased a bridesmaid dress, after being measured, that did not fit. This thing didn't even zip up my back at all; it seems to be at least three sizes too small. Regardless of how this happened, when I contacted Stella I feel I was not met with a helpful response.

I wish Stella had been more open to helping me and willing to help when I first contacted her. She stated that they can only recommend dress sizes and not force me to get a certain size, but I wanted to explain to her that I think something was wrong. Maybe the dress was labeled wrong by the manufacturer, because it did not fit my upper back and rib cage (i.e. not an area where I had or would gain weight). But based on the way the dress fit (or rather, didn't fit), there's no way I could have fit into it based off of my measurements. I got increasingly more upset as the conversation went on because I felt that I was not being provided helpful responses. I wish I had been met with something like, "So sorry this happened, let's see what we can do to help" at the outset.

Edited to add: I returned to Stella's today to see what could be done as far as alterations. Stella and the seamstress (I apologize, I don't remember her name) did fit me in on a day when they were booked with appointments so I much appreciate that. They went over some options for tailoring and we settled on adding some panels and a corset back. They also said they will cover the alterations at no cost, which is also much appreciated.
