  Connecting with Stefanie was truly the best decision we made to bring our wedding vision to life; the day was magical as everyone involved exceeded our expectations and we ended up meeting the most wonderful people throughout this amazing journey.
  Considering the distance, language and cultural barriers that came with planning our wedding, Stefanie managed to bring everything and everyone together so perfectly and we couldn’t be more thankful. We trusted her completely with every decision we made together and very early on she grasped exactly what we wanted from our day and was always a step ahead of what we were looking for, even before we expressed it!
  On the day of our wedding, our minds were completely at ease and we weren’t worried about any aspects of the day going to plan as we knew it couldn’t have been in better hands - this meant we were able to enjoy every single moment as it happened together with our friends and family who had traveled so far to celebrate this day with us.
  In the short time we actually spent together in Brazil, we became so fond of Stefanie and her team and it felt like we had known each other for years. We are forever grateful in so many ways and can’t thank her enough for all that was done to make our day so special. Her kindness throughout was very touching and the details were perfect. Looking back, we don't know what we would have done without her throughout the whole process and can't recommend her enough! Our day was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined and this was thanks to Stefanie and her team!

  I was completely and wonderfully overwhelmed with the quality services that Lavender Joy. From start to finish, I felt as though I was being helped by someone who really "knew the business" but at the same time was very much tuned into what we wanted the day to look and feel like. Using their services made the wedding exactly what we wanted without the stress and details that would have distracted from the experience. We had fun and felt confident in choices of vendors and in the styling of the wedding from start to finish with the help of Lavender Joy. I recommend her services at the highest level!

  Stefanie was awesome! She was wonderful at getting everything I wanted for my wedding planned down to every detail. Her knowledge of vendors was superb. She was great at helping me express better what I was looking for as far as theme, colors, flowers, etc. and then making it happen! I recommend her highly...she was vital in making my wedding day just how I had always imagined it.

  I had the privilege of working with Stefanie Miles for our wedding with approx. 200 guests. For brides considering Lavender Joy, you can expect:
  
  Direction:
  Stefanie understood our particular vision for a relaxed, shabby-chic, and romantic wedding and really helped incorporate those values into our wedding. Some of my favorite parts of our wedding day were only pulled off because of Stefanie's help. I had ideas that I liked but would have been too intimidated to do on my own; however, with Stefanie's help and expertise, we were able to pull it off beautifully. Stefanie's feedback in the planning and layout of our venue were invaluable. She has a creative eye but is also very practical, which you need. It will not take long to see that Stefanie is incredibly, incredibly gifted at what she does.
  
  Event Management:
  Stefanie knew the time frame that we needed to start working on each part of the wedding, so I didn't have to worry about things that were down the road in the planning process. She was helpful in setting up appointments with vendors, signing contracts, and letting me know when to pay vendors. Stefanie was always quick to respond to my questions, and I quickly realized by her responses that she is very gifted in what she does. At one point, I had a few issues with some of the vendors that I had chosen. Stefanie was cool, calm, and collected. She helped me handle each situation, coming up with a plan of action and providing reassurance when things were not going as planned.
  
  Friendship:
  Lastly, as a person, Stefanie is an absolute gem. She is a JOY to work with; not only extremely talented in what she does, but also a wonderful person. Stefanie became a dear friend to me throughout the several months that we worked together on the wedding. If you are considering a wedding planner, choose Stefanie Miles. Her planning services were a worthwhile investment; I honestly cannot imagine having gone through the engagement process without her.

  Stefanie and her Lavender Joy team stepped in and made all the difference for us. We had already started a lot of the wedding planning before connecting with Stefanie and she came in just in the nick of time handling so many details for us and making sure the day went perfectly.
  We had a backyard wedding at our not fully finished home. This was not necessarily an ideal location for most planners, but she embraced our vision for it and made sure all the bases were covered.
  Not only did she handle so so many details for us she also thought through things we had not even considered yet or hadn't nailed down. One of my favorite suggestions she had for me was to have breakfast or brunch with my Dad the morning of the wedding. She pointed out that so many times Dads get a little lost in the shuffle of all the wedding day hoopla. This is one of my favorite memories of my day... a special, quiet breakfast with my Dad.
  I cannot recommend Stefanie and the Lavender Joy team highly enough.

  The styling of the wedding came out perfectly and was everything my hubby and I had envisioned for our wedding day. Stefanie listed to both of us and incorporated both of our ideas into our reception to make it a true reflection of our styles as a couple. Stefanie's staff were extremely sweet and professional and the vendors Stefanie recommended were equally as amazing and professional. Not only was everything beautiful but we didn't have to worry about a thing and to our knowledge everything went off smoothy.

  My event was a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner. I choose to work with Stefanie because she was hired by the Bride and I wanted to coordinate with the wedding. I interviewed 2 other planners and found Lavender Joy to be priced competitively. I enjoyed every aspect of planing and preparation. The event was run so smoothly and was so professional because of all the behind the scenes work done. The vendors I used at the recommendation of Stefanie were excellent. The entire event exceeded my hopes and dreams. The memories I have of the entire weekend are nothing but outstanding!
