Amazing Detailed and Down to Earth!

I loved working with Suzie and Statice florals for my May 2023 wedding! I wanted some really modest florals that still added a pop to our space and Suzie and her team delivered! I was able to meet one on one with Suzie and my planner and pick out our vessels and go over our design plans and mood boards together. She made the details and planning so easy and I knew working with her team I didn’t have anything to worry about come the wedding day! She was conscious of working within my budget. Highly recommend her and her fabulous team!

Beautiful Execution!

Suzie and her team were such a thrill to work with. From the start they created a mood board that really captured what I was looking for and my vision was executed PERFECTLY! The bride and bridal bouquets were truly stunning as were all of the reception and ceremony flowers. They didn't overpower anything and were not at all understated. They truly knew just how to accentuate and highlight everything and make the spaces look GORGEOUS! Highly recommend!!

Breathtaking florals and the nicest team

Suzie and her team created absolute art for our Charleston rehearsal dinner and wedding. We are still trying to wrap our head around how perfectly she exceeded the extensive vision of the bride and groom and how amazing the overall result was just the star of the events, other than the couple themselves. The florals were stunningly beautiful and we felt Statice gave us the maximum results for our dollars. I wish we could rate her a 12!! Thank you Suzie!

Working with Suzie was a dream!!

I cannot express how wonderful Suzie was to work with! From the first time I contacted her through the day of our wedding, working with Suzie was a dream!

Before booking Suzie for our date, I knew I would love whatever floral design she came up with (since I adore every single one of her pictures that she posts on social media)! She’s extremely talented, communicates well, and has a great eye for design. When we had our first phone conversation, Suzie did a great job asking questions about my overall vision and was genuinely excited about my ideas. She asked questions to help get an idea of what I was envisioning and gently made helpful suggestions to help ME more clearly describe the vision I was wanting. I never once felt like she was pushing her own ideas, but helping me build on my own! She was also great at providing visuals to help communicate ideas (which I so appreciate since I’m such a visual person!) —for example sketching out our table scape or sending photos and videos of other floral examples to help narrow down exactly what I wanted. When COVID19 hit and I needed to change my wedding date and venue, Suzie was super flexible and understanding. She responded positively (and even encouragingly!) when I asked to change some of the floral design we had previously planned out to better match my new venue. My (now) husband and I both agree that when we saw the floral the day of our wedding, it was jaw-dropping gorgeous— even more beautiful than what either of us had envisioned!! Super friendly and great to work with

Suzie was super easy to work with and accommodated above and beyond my expectations for what I wanted with flowers! I had an I aspiration pinterest board and I'm still stunned about how much better her pieces were than the ones I've seen online. She was super friendly and her prices are very fair for the work she does

Even better than I expected!

Suzie is great and so easy to work with! I didn’t have a real vision for the flowers and design on my wedding day other than a color scheme, so I gave Suzie free reign and I was not disappointed! My bouquet as well as my bridesmaids’ bouquets were beautiful, and the floral arrangements on the tables came out even better than I expected! Everything was delivered on time and Suzie worked with my budget. Definitely would recommend!

The best florist that creates your vision!

Suzie not only filled out wedding with flowers but with love! She transformed our venue from a plain dinning room to a formal, elegant, beautiful space. She incorporated my love of peonies and magnolia leaves in my bouquet and head table. The best part about using Suzie is that she will create whatever YOU want! She can create anything you want and really puts her heart and sole into every arrangement! I will be using her for all of my floral needs!

When it comes to wedding flowers, it is hard to put into words (or pinterest photo collages) your exact vision. Suzie of Statice Event Design just gets it. My experience with Suzie from start to finish was absolutely incredible. She was kind, responsive, flexible, and a true artist. She worked within our budget and helped me prioritize wedding flowers/design. She went above and beyond to make our tablescapes and floral arrangements unique, special, and beautiful. She even used flowers from her own garden to capture the feminine, modern, and bohemian vibe we were going for. Do yourself a favor and stop searching, you can not go wrong with Statice Even Design. Suzie did such a wonderful job with our flowers for our wedding day! She did such a great job bringing our "rustic/romantic" look and feel of the day to life! I gave her a few inspiration photos to show the style/color scheme I was hoping for my bouquets, the arbor, and the reception table centerpieces, and she ran with it! We've been friends with Suzie for years, so when we started planning our wedding, I knew I wanted her to do our flowers! The only guidance I gave her was that we wanted Clemson colors, and she did an amazing job. We only had our reception in town, so we only got centerpieces and a guest book table arrangement, but everything was gorgeous.

Suzie was absolutely amazing to work with during this process! Her creativity, talent, and passion showed with the beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and arbor! When it started to rain, her team quickly adjusted and brought the arbor inside for the ceremony which was no easy task. I would recommend Suzie any time! Statice did the flowers for our wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. I didn't have a ton of ideas but I wanted the flowers to be unique and spring looking. They were perfect and the flower "swing" she made for our ceremony was amazing!

Our wedding flowers were so incredibly gorgeous! Suzie listened and understood my vision and I trusted her (not being a floral expert) to use her talent and creativity to bring it to life. From hanging floral chandeliers, to incorporating fish scales in the groomsmen boutonnieres, to last minute changes - Suzie executed it all perfectly. She turned our wedding venue into an enchanting fairy tale; and I was in love with her modern and artistic perspective. Her floral vision was truly my favorite part of our wedding day, and I highly recommend using her for your event!

Suzie did a great job bringing my vision to life. The color scheme was perfect, the flowers looked so natural and gorgeous, and the final product went above and beyond everything I was hoping for. The roses in my centerpieces were absolutely huge and fully bloomed, so her timing was perfect. The bouquets were so elegant and unique. The flowers for my ceremony were absolute perfection. Wonderful experience and gorgeous flowers! Suzie did a beautiful job and was super easy to work with. She listened carefully to what I wanted and even took a sample of my color swatch so she could match the hot pink shade. Closer to the wedding date, I made a few changes to the order, which Suzie was able to accommodate without a problem. Statice is awesome!

Suzie is amazing! I went into this piece of my wedding knowing the vibe I wanted and the color scheme- and she exceeded my expectations! She has an eye for putting together beautiful, classy, and elegant arrangements. My best advice to any bride- tell her what your vibe is, give her some ideas of vases, flowers and then let her creativity take over! Not only is she talented at what she does- she's super easy to work with and has a great personality!

Suzie is the absolute best at what she does! Her arrangements are simply breathtaking. I gave her ideas of what I was looking for color-wise and let her run with it and the bouquet and arrangements turned out better than I could have imagined. Suzie does absolutely beautiful work, and was a delight to work with for our wedding. She constructed the most gorgeous hanging structures of flowers and greenery for our reception after I showed her some photos from Pinterest that I was asking to have replicated. Even though she hadn't made something just like it before, Suzie was more than willing to try something new and was so thoughtful and creative when coming up with the final design. I am a bride in the columbia area that was searching for the perfect florist. I am very very picky when it comes to design. I know that flowers play a huge part in the design of a wedding. Susie is the absolute best at what she does !!! She is very detail oriented and will accommodate the bride as she see her wedding day. My florals were everything I could ask for and more. I have the utmost respect in Suzie. Our first meeting I was a tad flustered as I had never planned a wedding and Suzie put me right at ease. My request for flowers was something she said she hadn't had much experience YET with and my goodness did she absolutely WOW us and designed our floral arrangements and props to perfection. She is knowledgeable about her flowers and how they need to be displayed. Her artistic eye for design in how flowers and props will look and fit in with your venue is beyond compare. Statice Floral Couture designed all of the flowers for my July wedding, and they were incredible. Suzie used the most interesting and unique flowers in my bouquets and arrangements. I'd seen pictures of other weddings she had done, but I was still blown away by how beautiful my flowers were. Suzie was extremely helpful and easy to work with. She really took my basic ideas on what I wanted and turned them into something extraordinary.

We loved working with Suzie. She has extremely good taste and is full of suggestions. The bouquets and boutonnieres turned out better than I would have ever expected. She has such a good eye and needs very little direction to create something beautiful - plus she's sweet as can be.

Suzie was fabulous! I know little to nothing about flowers, so I needed someone to run with very few details. My husband and I were aiming for a simple wedding on the lake in the fall and wanted to incorporate autumn colors (orange, yellow, red, etc.). Suzie took the time to ask questions during our initial conversation to uncover what we were truly aiming for (even though we weren't completely sure). I sent her a picture or two I had found online and she created STUNNING bouquets and arrangements. I could not have asked for anything more! Her prices were phenomenal, as well. I strongly recommend Statice Floral Couture!

Suzie is the sweetest flower nerd ever. We had such fun getting together at Starbucks and just talking about different flower combinations that would look awesome. I really think she is the best at what she does. And she is just starting her career! She has a great eye for balance and combinations of flowers. I trusted her with the decisions, as I gave her some direction and let her run with it. She also does FABULOUS work with succulents. We decided to go big with tons of baby's breath, and just have my bouquet have other flowers. She did amazing work with just the baby's breath. It was natural and elegant. The bouts and corsages were gorgeous too. The moms were gushing all night.

She is prompt, helpful if you have no idea where to start, knowledgeable if you are working out of season (mine was in the middle of winter), and considerate of working on a tight budget. One of the many things that I appreciated was that she allows you to order as much or as little as you have need for, while other florists require you to buy a specific package of things you might not need.

SUZIE! She is THE BEST! I mean, just check out her Instagram page and you'll know. She and I met to discuss colors and flowers I liked. I showed her some pictures of what I liked, and we made a list of what I needed. But then, I ultimately told her - you're the expert. I've seen your work. I know you're good. I trust your artistic judgment. Best call I made! She came in there and made it all perfect! I was brought to tears by just how beautiful it all was. She is truly magnificent. Not to mention just a super cool chick!

Loved working with Suzie! She was great about meeting us throughout the process. I had a few inspiration ideas going into it but Suzie really helped bring those to life. She is very knowledgeable about what she does! She has a very unique style and does more of the "loose" arrangements, which I love! We gave her a few ideas and ran with it and did an amazing job! She was great about helping us stay on budget while still having everything we wanted. She made an amazing wreath for our ceremony and two large swings to go above the bridal party table. They were GORGEOUS!

Suzie did an incredible job doing all the flowers for my August ceremony. She was so good at listening to my vision and likes/dislikes for flowers. I fully trusted that what she would come up with would be great and she exceeded expectations. From lantern centerpieces with floral rings, to tall urn arrangements, to bouquets that popped against the bridesmaids' dresses everything was stunning. Suzie is so down to earth and is incredibly easy to work with. Highly recommend her for your wedding florist. You will not be disappointed!

Love Suzie and her team at the Station! I had the prettiest flowers at my wedding thanks to her. I was fortunate enough to get that just by email and phone communication, as I live out of state. Her flowers are super fresh, the centerpieces lasted beautifully, and once I was able to get my bouquet in some water again, it came back to life. I wish I could have found a way to make the guys boutonnieres last longer, they were flopping before pictures were over. But hey, it was a cut flower, they're going to wilt, and my day was perfect regardless. I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you!

Suzie did an amazing job on our floral arrangements! The flowers exceeded my expectations and everyone commented on how beautiful they were. She added her own personal flair and made each centerpiece and bouquet unique. I would highly recommend Suzie to do your wedding flowers!

Statice has a lot of creativity going on! I loved how Suzie put together a vision board for my wedding flowers and made my ideas a reality. The flowers were vibrant and all locally grown.

Suzie is very sweet and her work is incredible! I was beyond impressed when I came down the aisle and saw all of the incredible flowers. Suzie did a fantastic job of making my vision come to life and was very flexible after I wanted to change directions once seeing the practice bridal bouquet. She is very creative and brings a unique vision. The only negative thing I would say is her responsiveness is quite poor; it was very difficult to get in touch with her throughout the wedding planning process. However, her price was great. I'd Suzie could make more of an effort to respond to emails and phone calls, she would be a 5.0 in my book!

I was very disappointed in the quality of the arrangements. I thought the bridal bouquet would be larger, flowers we asked for were not in the other arrangements for the staircase and we were not told. The jewels were left out of the bridal bouquet but when called the vendor was great and came back and fixed it before the ceremony.

Suzi did my daughter's wedding and at first so impressed with her . But...She did not deliver. showed up to the downtown wedding 1 hour before the wedding and she didn't show but sent her husband and 1 woman to set up ceremony and reception room. Guests were there and they were still working. We paid and did not receive! People that were not on her staff but the venue staff and day planner had to chip in and help. I paid for arrangements that weren't there and the stress she caused was not worth it! Evidently she over books! Unprofessional!!!!!! Does not deliver!
