    Organized, calm and kind day of coordinator!

    Stacey was a fantastic day of coordinator for our wedding! From our initial call with her, we felt comfortable that she would manage the logistics of the day with ease, professionalism and match the tone and style we wanted for our day. We had a couple planning calls in the months leading up which were very helpful to keep on top of timelines, vendor expectations, and stay organized. Day of, I had trust that Stacey had everything under control, if it wasn’t - I had no idea and can enjoy my day as the Bride! She shared a couple changes made day of with confidence and ease that I didn’t have think about it. From setup through ceremony, reception and cleanup, Stacey managed the timeline, vendors and logistics smoothly and we as a couple and our guests had a great experience. Hopefully I don’t need to ever use Stacey’s services again (haha :) ) , though recommend to Bay Area couples

    Stacey was responsive, patient and really helped us execute the vision we wanted for our wedding.

    Stacey was our day of coordinator for our wedding this past Saturday and we are so happy we hired her. We had a vision of what we wanted for the wedding and she executed it perfectly. I’m also so glad she was there to handle problems for us so we didn’t have to deal with it on our wedding day (for example, the bakery we hired our main dessert from somehow gave our order to the wrong people but she got them to redo the entire order and deliver the desserts in time!). We were able to have the wedding of our dreams without stressing about any of the logistics and details the day of our wedding. Everything went so smoothly. I also appreciate that she was so flexible, responsive, and patient. Her prices were so reasonable for the services she offered. Thank you again Stacey!!!

    Excellent planner

    We worked with Stacey to plan our 180 people anniversary celebration. She was ever the professional and reliable person. We met with her a few times, once virtually where she had us go through our plans and asked questions of gaps we may have missed, then we met with her at the venue to plan out our table layout, then we met one more time virtually about a week and half before the ceremony. She was flexible and accommodating. She held our (many many) favors for a couple of days before the ceremony since it’s the only way that worked to give them to her.

    I have no hesitancy recommending her for you wedding/ party planning needs.

    Amazing(ly organized) day-of coordinator!

    Stacey was an amazing help to us in the planning and execution process!

    We knew we wanted a day-of coordinator so we could wash our hands of all the last-minute stress, but had no idea when we found her through a random google search how many little details of wedding planning we were missing. Thankfully, during our first phone call many months in advance of the event, and the second a month out as we were finalizing details, she ran through some very helpful checklists that organized some of our more scattered plans. (Who knew you needed a card box? Not us!)

    From setting up our more eccentric table decorations (cheese boards) to wrangling folks for photos to dealing with family members who didn't understand why they couldn't go back for seconds until everyone had gotten through the buffet line (hopefully they don't read this review, but *that person knows who they are*), she was a dream. From the moment we woke up until I pulled out the last hair extension and removed the fake eyelashes before bed, we didn't have to handle a single detail. Hire her!

    Friendly, detail oriented and reliable day of coordinator!

    We hired Stacey for our September 2020 wedding to be our day of coordinator. She was the only day of coordinator that recommended a video conference to talk about her services and immediately put us at ease. She was very flexible in terms of services for day of coordination and her pricing is extremely reasonable. Due to current circumstances with COVID, we are changing our wedding plans and will not be using Stacey for our official wedding day, but she has offered to help us put a timeline together which will help us ensure that our smaller wedding still runs smoothly.

    Perfect Wedding

    My husband and I hired Stacey as a day of coordinator for our wedding. We had a vision and had done a lot of pre-planning. But we wanted to make sure someone other than us was managing all the details on the big day. We met with Stacey a couple of times before the wedding to hash out the details of what we wanted.
    On the day of our wedding everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for it to be any better. I am super grateful that we hired Stacey to help make our day magical.
    To make it even better, her price point was better than anyone else that we talked to! Worth every penny!!

    Amazing and Detailed Coordinator

    Stacey is an absolutely gem of a coordinator. I came to her, almost a month before our wedding and she took on the task to not only help bring our vision to life but she did it with gusto and eagerness. She did it professionally, diligently and with an air of confidence that never made me question her abilities.

    Her overall demeanor is calm, confident, detailed and keen to help you as the bride bring your vision to life. I'm surprised at how much she was willing to do and without hesitation. She worked with me via phone, email and text and made communication open and clear - something that is an absolutely must for planning and executing a wedding.

    Stacey made sure to bring up possible issues you may not have considered from logistics, limitations on venue space or people, and always looked at ways to make the end result worth the effort. From putting up decor, helping to plan decor placement, and following up on what is needed or doable. My wedding would have never gotten off the ground without her.

    She works so amazingly with vendors from reaching out to them, coordinating with them and verifying details with them to allow them to do their assigned roles. She was so on point with this, it was a relief to know she had my back and reached out to folks to make sure everything was set for the wedding day.

    Her pricing is more than fair but also worth every penny. Stacey was always available, patient, kind and just the right fit for me and my bridal party. I never saw her frustrated, always saw her on point and she made it her goal to help you as the bride focus on your day. She would be a tremendous addition to any wedding planning process from timeline creation, scheduling, troubleshooting and verifying of needs or wants. She is also flexible and never left me hanging.

    Stacey, you are an amazing coordinator, I'm glad I found you and you have my upmost respect for taking on a role that ensures the wedding day goes not only to plan but is memorable and absolutely lovely.

    Amazing experience!

    Stacey was the day-of coordinator for our March reception in San Francisco, and it was easily one of the best wedding decisions we made. We didn't have much help available for dinnerware and other setup (chairs, place cards, seating chart, you name it) or for overseeing vendors, and I wasn't sure if we could find anyone without breaking bank who would make sure everything looked exactly the way we envisioned it. In other words, I wasn't sure Stacey existed :) I was SO relieved when I found her listing online just a few days into my search. She answered all the questions we had and was clear upfront about what she'll need from us to do her job well (vendor contacts, timelines etc.). She was always responsive and always generous with her input whenever we needed it. Once everything was finalized, we introduced Stacey to all the vendors (and there were quite a few), and she handled all communication with them in the days leading up to the wedding. I didn't get a single phone call the day of the wedding because she had everything under control. When I finally walked in for our evening reception and saw the venue for the first time that day, I was blown away - Stacey had not only followed all our instructions to a t, she had also made sensible, on-the-spot decisions where needed to bring our vision to life. I would recommend her to all friends and family in a heartbeat, and to you too if you happen to be reading this :)
