Anna from Sposiamovi is the best ever of all time

To keep it short - Anna from Sposiamovi, and the broader Sposiamovi team, is nothing short of exceptional.

She is personal, creative, hard working, and is obsessed with her craft. She doesn't just want to throw a wedding party, she wants it to be PERFECT down to the last detail like what color the napkin should be. Not in an annoying way either, she will just take care of it, as if by magic.

She and the whole team have exquisite taste and are are to push the design and vision beyond what is trendy to what is up and coming, while keeping it timeless and gorgeous.

She is also so so personable. I told her the day after our wedding that my biggest sadness is that I don't have an excuse anymore to text her all the time.

All of our guests loved them and loved the concierge service - HIGHLY recommend that as well.

I really cannot say enough good things. Our wedding was logistically complicated with many stakeholders etc and the event was absolutely flawless.

Don't think about it, just book them, and pray that you get lucky enough to get Anna.

Amazing Lake Garda wedding - Thanks Alessandra!

We were lucky enough to find Alessandra who helped us plan our dream wedding at Isola del Garda in Lake Garda 💓. Coming from abroad and speaking no Italian, Alessandra was our go-to for everything!

She took a lot of the stress out of the planning for us and we felt she was in complete control the whole time... from a creative standpoint, she was also amazing, suggesting ideas for everything that would and wouldn't work.

The day itself went incredibly smoothly and Alessandra was a godsend helping with everything and coordinating all the different parties always with a smile... Nothing was too much bother and all our guests commented how amazing it all went.

Thank you so much Alessandra, you made our special day perfect 💓

We got married on 12th June 2013 at Castello Vicchiomaggio, Greve, Tuscany. Our wedding planner was the wonderful Francesca Simoncini. I really don't know where to start, Francesca was amazing. From start to finish I felt that Francesca had everything under control. She was approachable, polite, professional, understanding, reassuring and every other positive word you can think of. This may sound over the top but I assure you that I am not exaggerating. She truly was perfect. She made our planning so easy. The first contact I had with Francesca my mind was put at ease. We asked for a estimated budget and 10 months on it was as she originally quoted, a big worry for us was that we would be estimated a quote and before the wedding have paid double. This was definitely not the case. I cannot praise Francesca enough. As you're probably aware wedding planning is not easy, but I'm sure she would be able to do it whilst sleeping!! The last minute changes to our wedding (guests cancelling etc) was just not an issue for her. After the wedding, when we returned to England, we expected for the contact to end from Francesca, but she still offers advice and follow up care to this day. We have met a wonderful woman who is beautiful on the inside and out. Our only issue is that we do not live closer to her.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY/FRANCESCA TO EVERYONE!!

As a wedding planner myself I could not have been more exacting. Stefania at ItaluanRomeWeddings not only met but exceeded my expectations. The venue was perfectly picturesque, the officiant was compassionate and professional and the impromptu reception at a local restaurant was the perfect ending to a perfect day.

Myself and my husband cannot rate SposiamoVi enough. Cinzia and Alice took care of every little detail of our wedding day both for us and for our 100 guests and no task seemed to much. Weddings are apparently stressful for the bride and groom, well not for us, We had the most amazing week in Italy and what our guests describe as a "magical", and"incredible" wedding day.. Nearly a year and a half later our guests still talk to us about how they have never been to or never will be at another wedding that was so amazing.
The venue, the food, the music, the transport - everything was perfect.

A dream planner and perfect wedding

We met Michelle in the pandemic on Zoom when searching for a planner and from our first meeting we knew she would help us achieve our dream wedding.
She was always available throughout the process, respected our budget, advised us on the best vendors and most importantly helped us find for our perfect venue. She was open to our ideas and guided us on how we could make our vision come to life.

We unfortunately had to move our wedding due to the pandemic and despite having other weddings she made us feel like a priority and made it as stress free as possible when making alternative arrangements. The day was executed professionally and to schedule with no stress.

We hope to see her again when we visit Italy and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

When my husband and I first had the idea to get married in Italy, it was more like a dream than an idea. Although we wanted to get married in Italy, I never thought it was possible to plan the wedding that I had envisioned in another country. Once we began to plan our wedding here in the United States something about it simply didn’t fit our vision so we revisited the Italy idea and began to interview coordinators via Skype.

From the moment we first spoke with Cinzia from SposiamoVI, we immediately knew that our dream of being married in Italy could actually become our reality. SposiamoVI stood in their professionalism and personalization from the very beginning. There are truly not enough words to express how much we loved working with them and what a truly amazing job they did from day one of planning our wedding.

I am extremely type A and was also a wedding planner here in the United States, so I had a very detailed vision on what I was looking for. Cinzia and her team worked diligently to understand our vision, style, and personalities. We also worked closely with Clea and Amanda who were also amazing. The SposiamoVI team went above and beyond to make everything our entire wedding week for both us and our 50 guests absolutely flawless. We could not have had a more perfect experience.

The level of detail payed to our wedding week and also our wedding day was of the highest level of service. They provided everything I dreamed of and more. The professionalism of the team is truly unmatched. Most of all, while it could have been stressful planning a wedding abroad, so much stress was taken off due to Cinzia’s quick response time and always being sure to keep me in the loop and to show me that my wedding was important to them. In the end, our guests had just as an amazing week as we did full of fabulous activities and events. Our wedding looked like it was straight out of a magazine and we loved every minute!

Our Ravello Wedding

Nina and Chiara were truly amazing, the best wedding planners we could’ve ever asked for!!!

They worked miracles we didn’t even know were possible and they created such a memorable experience for ourselves and our guests! Having their talent and innovative ideas made planning our wedding one of the easiest things we’ve done - they took all the stress away and allowed us to truly be present and enjoy each aspect of our wedding. From finding the perfect town to get married in to sending us countless videos when we couldn’t travel to site visits. They even helped our great grandmothers walk around the venue and made sure they always had an extra seat for them when needed - Nina and Chiara went above and beyond. Even when the weather forecast was not in our favor, they worked overtime to make sure plan A and plan B were both ready to go. Our guests were blown away at the level of detail and intimate touches throughout the entire wedding.

If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a single thing and cannot express our gratitude enough to Nina, Chiara, and the SposiamoVi Team!!

We got married june 2015 at Borgo Stomennano. It was, THE BEST DAY of our lives. Expectations were high, but even with the greatest of imagination, we could not dream it would be as magical as it actually was. The one person to thank for that is our wedding planner Francesca Simoncini from Sposiamovi. We found Francesca and Sposiamovi through a wedding blog. As we are Norwegian getting married in Italy we felt we needed help to arrange some practical things. Being a perfectionist I had already looked through a million blogs and had a good idea of how I wanted it. Little did I know about the level of organization needed to pull off a stylish, authentic Italian wedding for 107 people …in a foreign country. After our first chat on Skype Francesca quickly realized what we wanted and she did not waste any time. She presented us with affordable high quality options for everything we needed from a venue to flowers, photography etc making sure we booked it in good time to get our first choice.
She took our dreams and expectations extremely serious and went out of her way to make it a wedding in our spirit. We kept in close contact through emails and skype and also flew over to Italy a few times beforehand. Through the process she was always available answering our questions promptly. We had about 107 guest from all over the world for a 3 day bash. Its safe to say our wedding was quite the logistical challenge with buses transporting the guests from A to B to C. Despite the fact that we were in Italy, everything went smoothly and many of our guest commented on the fact that the wedding was extremely well organized. Apart form picking the right husband, I think this is the single most important thing on the big day as delay and misunderstandings can cause tremendous stress and ruin a perfect moment.
For those of you out there with BIG expectations and want the day to be PERFECT we can strongly recommend Fracesca Simoncini from Sposiamovi. She will make it happen!

I couldnt recommend Silvia and Francesca (SposiamoVi) more. From the moment we started the process, looking at venues and hotels, right up until the day of the wedding, their service was faultless. They were both very friendly and approachable, as well as professional and honest. They made our every dream come true and the comments from our friends and family about the wedding weekend proves that we were not the only ones who enjoyed it!!

Italian Dream in Tuscany Countryside

Sposiamovi was the the best decision we made for planning an Italian wedding from New York. We we so impressed with their work, professionalism, taste and talent. The planning process was easy & they did an amazing job selecting the vendors and organizing it all. And the wedding... oh my gosh... it was a fairytale. In tuscany italy at a tuscan countryside with 30 of our very best friends & family for 4 days. We felt like we were dreaming. Tt was truly perfecto, every detail accounted for and NOT ONE THING WHEN WRONG. Instead the extra touches wowed us. Zero complaints Pleasure to work with, and handled everything so professionally, so calm, and I truly miss working with them.

Francesca is a very skilled project manager /wedding planner. She was professional from the first e-mail and was very efficient and prompt in response throughout the process. This is important since we live in Norway and had never been to the wedding venue. She responded to my e-mails regardless of whether she was ill, busy with other weddings or it was weekend! She was easy to communicate with, directly, come up with good advice and creative solutions when we were unsure or chose solutions that were difficult to implement. She sent all options in a clear way with prices and pictures and never too many choices at once. She reassured us and made us relax when we were stressing a “little” towards the end. She responded patiently to all our strange questions. She made us feel confident that our wishes and needs were really taken into account!
The suppliers she recommended were top class, from the catering company, flower decorator, hairdresser to musician, photographer, Dj, barmen and the Celebrant. She followed up before, during and after the wedding and we are forever grateful for the perfect completion of the entire process. Our guests went to her on our wedding day and celebrated her work. They felt everything was incredible and that they were living a dream! We are so grateful and happy to conclude that due to her thorough planning the wedding was perfect! You can feel confident that you will have a perfect wedding planning process if you choose proficient Francesca from SposiamoVi. She exudes warmth, patience and determination.

Alice and team did a fantastic job. First of all, they have a portfolio of venues and suppliers of the highest quality. Second, they were very patient in customizing every aspect of the wedding according to our taste. Third, we had a number of family and friends that were travelling from various locations around the world, and they took care of finding accomodation for all of them, arranging taxi transfers and pick ups from the airport, etc. Fourth, they are really nice people to work with. To my own admission, there were a good few instances where i was getting impatient or a bit edgy about certain aspects of the planning, but Alice and team never lost their cool and were always curteous. The end result really came together very seamlessly, the guests were delighted and my wife and I actually managed to enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about all the details. They did a great job for us!

Elia Moretti worked with us on our wedding and it was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. My husband and I live in Ireland and rather than having the " traditional wedding" we wanted to have something a little more intimate. From the moment we met Elia, he understood our needs.
We first travelled to Italy in November 2011- Elia spent an entire day giving us a tour of Tuscany (and even took us for lunch!)- his enthusiasm and knowledge of his locality is a marvel and incredibly infectious. After the initial visit, we communicated with Elia via email, calls and text on a weekly basis. It was wonderful, as over the course of our time working together we got to know each other as friends- so much so that it was like Elia was reading my mind as to what we wanted for the wedding!
What was also very special about working with Elia is that we had a limited budget and he understood that. He did his utmost to provide my husband, family and I with the best day possible within our means... I know now that his wonderful wife even handmade some of our table and floral displays! On the day itself Elia was attentive and professional. Everything went off without a hitch but I know that Elia was always at hand if we were to need something- he stayed until the very end. My husband and I owe the best day of our lives to Elia and his wife- who spent many months working to make it more special than i could have imagined. We are so proud to be able to call them our friends.

Working with Francesca at SposiamoVi on our Tuscan wedding was the best decision we made in wedding planning! From the beginning, it was clear that Francesca had a deep understanding of the area but she also just seemed to understand what we wanted from day 1. We live in NYC, so almost all of our planning happened via email and Skype calls. We did visit Italy twice during the planning, but I feel confident that with SposiamoVi everything would have been just as perfect if we had not had the chance to visit as well! Throughout the year that we spent working with Francesca, I truly looked forward to receiving her emails and to our Skype calls -- she made the entire process of planning our wedding fun and easy. It was more like planning a wedding with a friend than anything!

The concierge team at SposiamoVi is also fantastic -- they helped our guests plan hotels and transportation, and they also planned and booked our honeymoon for us in the Amalfi Coast, which was amazing. They were always prompt and helpful, and even helped me to plan a fun vintage car surprise for my husband!

The vendors that SposiamoVi works with are top-notch, so I felt very confident in everyone we booked. Francesca kept us in line with our budget, so we didn't worry about that either. Everything was fantastic, from the food and the lighting to the DJ and photographer. Weeks later, our guests are still telling us that they can't believe how amazing everything was. Most importantly, Francesca and her team took care of everything so that my husband and I got to enjoy every second of our wedding day with our family and friends.

I can't recommend SposiamoVi highly enough for couples considering getting married in Italy -- they are true experts at what they do, and they took all of the stress and worry out of planning a wedding abroad!

We came across Sposiamovi when researching weddings abroad. We had done a lot of research on through travel agents previously and had decided we wanted something more personalised. The photos of Ravello on the website looked amazing and we contacted Valentina for more information. After a few emails and a Skype call, we travelled out to the Amalfi coast to view some potential venues with Valentina. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit and decided upon a civil ceremony at the town hall and then the reception at Villa Eva. After the date was finalised, Valentina and Alessandra were in regular contact to help us finalise every detail of our wedding including assisting guests with advice on the area and bookings. Valentina was incredibly patient in finalising our menu - we had three vegetarians on the top table however there were ample options provided.
Upon arrival at Naples airport, we were greeted by a professional transfer (organised by Alessandra) to take us to Ravello - a beautiful drive through the hills took us to Ravello where we had a couple of days to settle in before official wedding duties started. We wanted to organise a get together the night before the wedding and this was difficult to organise with a limited budget however Valentina and Alessandra were able to organise a pizza party at our hotel - this was amazing and the perfect start to the wedding. The wedding day itself was a dream come true. The hairdresser and make up artist organised were fantastic - the photographer had excellent local knowledge (I believe he was from Ravello) and got our photos with the best views of the Amalfi coast. The setting of Ravello is just magical from the views from the town hall gardens to the toast in the piazza to the gardens of Villa Eva (perfect for small and large wedding parties). We did not have a preference for table décor and were able to take advantage of Valentina's creative side - we were not disappointed.

Amazing planning services

Michelle was just outstanding. She was very responsive throughout the entire planning process which ended up taking about 3 years because of covid. She seamlessly and proactively managed the date changes each time and was so empathetic and understanding. It made what was a really challenging time so much easier.

On the day of - I felt totally relaxed and knew I was in great hands. She was very thoughtful and made me and husband feel at total ease.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service - we will cherish the memories forever!

Valentina at SposiamoVi is AMAZING. We had the wedding of our dreams in Lake Orta Italy. Most of the planning was done through emails and phone calls and the event couldn't have turned out any better. We were so lucky to have found Valentina! She is an amazing planner and is dear friends with many of the vendors in the area so we were welcomed as friends by everyone who worked with us on our wedding. I couldn't give a higher recommendation. If you want the wedding of your dreams within your budget, than don't look any further!

Grazie alla sua professionalita' in pochi incontri ha capito che tipo di allestimento floreale desideravo sia per la chiesa che per il ricevimento, rispettando rigorosamente i miei gusti, ma interpretando i miei pensieri con idee nuove, semplici ed eleganti.
Quando sono entrata nel Santuario di San Giorgio a Portofino, il giorno del mio matrimonio, sono rimasta meravigliata perché l'allestimento floreale andava oltre la mia immaginazione con un risultato estasiante.

We recently got married in Tuscany with help from the SposiamoVi team and specifically Sara.

Although the company was recommended to us by a friend of a friend, we decided to reach out to a few planners before making our final choice. SposiamoVi immediately stood out as they responded very quickly and their presentation was very well done.

We got along with Sara very well and right from the first Skype call, it was easy to see that she was going to be a joy to work with.
She quickly helped us select a beautiful venue and all the vendors required. She was really instrumental in negotiating contract terms and we were particularly impressed with how she helped us resolve a major issue we had with the venue that would have been a deal breaker. She sent us regular updates and was super quick in responding to our queries. She always seemed to anticipate our questions/needs. Whilst she gave us her expert opinion/ideas to help us make our decisions, she was careful not to influence our final say. We really appreciated it this space.

On the eve and wedding days, she was simply a star! She made sure that everything was exactly as we had specified. Our guests loved her and everyone was asking how we found her.

Going with SposiamoVi was worth every penny and we will always be grateful to Sara for all her efforts in making our wedding day extra special!

I would definitely recommend them/her as you can be guaranteed to have a stress-free wedding planning process.

The professional and personal service we received from Valentina and Ernesto was five star all the way through. We needed alot of support and received this in abundance the year leading up the day. Always contactable, unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable, about everything! They gave great advice and enabled me to have the day exactly how i had imagined. On the actual day they were both faultless, they did not allow me to have any stress, they were always one step ahead, ensuring everything ran perfectly. I didnt know what a wedding planners role really was but what I do know is without them my day would have not been as amazing as it was and it is hugely down to them. We had a fairy tale wedding in Tuscany, thanks to Sposiamovi. We worked with Francesca and Silvia, out of Florence. Francesca put us in contact and set up meetings with some of the best vendors in Italy. After 1 or 2 Skype calls, she had a great idea of exactly what I had in mind for my dream wedding. Planning a wedding from the United States couldn't have been easier.

For our 3 day wedding event, Francesca and some from her team were always onsite making sure things were going smoothly. Attention to small details were incredible. I felt totally catered to, and taken care of.

Francesca was absolutely fantastic! We didn’t have a clue where to start so I googled “wedding planners in Tuscany” & sent 5 or so emails to various wedding planners. Francesca replied quickly & was the only one to send a personal message. Other companies had obviously copied and pasted a standard response.

From the start, she was so incredibly helpful. When we were choosing a venue, each time I said “no I don’t like that”, she just said ok & offered different options, she never got frustrated if we changed our minds. We narrowed it down to 3 venues and then made the trip to Florence. Francesca met us at the train station and walked all over town with us. The next day due to the unexpected snow, Sylvia showed us around our remaining venues.

The whole 2 days were wonderful, Francesca and Sylvia were so easy going and really wanted the best for us. I knew I'd picked a brilliant wedding planner.

Throughout the whole process Francesca has been so extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We have been emailing a lot in the last 18 months & she always responds really quickly and provides clarification.

I’m sure she had many weddings to arrange, but I felt like she was only arranging ours because she was always so friendly & provided such a personal service. She took care of all the payments & helped us keep track of our budget, took care of all paper work and made getting married abroad so easy. Many of my friends who got married in the UK were so stressed organising it themselves, but I never felt stressed once and that is all due to Francesca.

On the wedding day, she arrived at my apartment at 12 lunch time with the flowers & she was still at the castle at 1am, I wasn’t expecting her to be there all day at all as it it was her free weekend.

I honestly could not have organised the wedding without Francesca and my heartfelt thanks go out to her. She was so amazing and I honestly cannot say nicer things about her!

From the first moment I met with Alice, I knew I was in excellent hands. We started planning our wedding almost one year in advance- and Alice and Amanda (her super duper efficent concierge!) have been there for us, all the way. From small to big requests, to suggestions and consulting and also laughing and sharing opinions, the assistance they gave was priceless. And not only that- they know the best vendors, and can assure the best qualities. The flowers, the food, the location, the photographers- everything was perfect- but not just perfect, it was perfect FOR US. Alice has been able to read us perfectly, and her experience and personality made it possible for her to understand exactly what kind of couple we were and what would have worked for us.
I can only say that it has been beyond any expectations- it was so beautiful, I can only be grateful and recommend to get in touch with those beautiful ladies if you want to get married in Liguria!

We are from California and found Sposiamo Vi online to plan our wedding in Tuscany, Italy. Our wedding planner was Francesca and she was fantastic! Another OUTSTANDING review for Francesca.. she made planning our 145-people 3-day wedding in Tuscany seem easier than most of our friends planning a small local NYC event! By far the best decision we made.. we interviewed over 6 planners and she really stood out. Being both in highly demanding busy jobs, we’re very busy AND demanding ourselves... and she delivered on everything. Francesca was very responsive and always went above and Beyond to make our wishes realities. She is extremely organized and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Also, she kept to the budget and didn’t push. BRAVO AND THANK YOU!!!

Also the concierge service option is GAME CHANGER... made it so much easier taking dealing with guest bookings out of the equations. Best extra money we spent.

I hired the services of SposiamoVi to help organise our wedding in Italy. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were absolutely brilliant. They are so professional, efficient, flexible and above all, so nice to deal with. There is no way we would have been able to organise the type of wedding we wanted without their help. Alice, constantly went beyond the call of duty to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted for our big day. Amanda in the office is so efficient and made sure all the travel, accommodation and needs of our guests were looked after. The day of the wedding they were there from start to finish quietly working in the background to make sure everything was running smoothly. We had the best day of our lives and it was so much more than I could have ever hoped for and that is all down to SposiamoVi. They took my vision and they executed it perfectly. I will be eternally grateful to them for showing me and my guests of 150 people who traveled to Italy and I quote "the best weekend of their lives". My husband and I live in Melbourne. We are both from Ireland and we decided to plan our wedding in Florence.
We set out to find a wedding planner, eventually we found Francesca from SposiamoVi. From the beginning, we had an understanding with Francesca. She was very professional and understood the vision we had. We took a trip to Florence a year before our wedding to choose the venue. We viewed three venues. Francesca asked if she could take us to another venue she thought we would like. It was magnificent, breathtaking, had an onsite chapel and was within our budget. Our venue was Castello Vicchiomaggio.
A lot of trust is required when planning a wedding and we had 100% trust in Francesca.
She worked very hard to get us the vendors, which suited our vision for our dream wedding.
On our wedding day, Francesca was there to help with everything and was always in the background organising. We had one hiccup which was I had forgotten to arrange our table plans. It was the day before the wedding. Francesca was on the phone immediately to her calligrapher and we had the most beautiful table plan that matched our stationary and style.
From wedding day planning, rehearsal dinner, transportation, guest queries, guest’s accommodation, next day bbq and most of all organisation of paperwork for our catholic and civil documentation. SposiamoVi really go beyond the wedding planner brief and are great value. Our budget was monitored and we were informed if anything was outside this budget before making a decision. We received monthly updates on progress.

I got married in Amalfi in July 2014. Upon planning my wedding I was researching wedding planners. I, luckily, came across SposiamoVi. I did my research and read all the reviews on this company. I was hesitant to go forward with them because I found it strange that I did not find one bad or mediocre review. Now that the wedding is over I can see why. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Valentina and Alessandra. They were AMAZING!! They made a great team together. From day one of planning to the day of the wedding they were on top of our every want and need. They made my wedding exceed any expectation I had. I cannot even put into words how grateful and appreciative I am of this dynamic duo. Not only do I recommend them but I think anyone would planning a wedding in the Amalfi area would be foolish not to. They gave great recommendations for rehearsal dinner, hair, makeup, photographer, videographer, florist, reception etc. I do not have any complaints of any service we recieved. A Magical Wedding in Tuscany - Thank you Sara!!

We were so lucky to have Sara from SposiamoVi as our wedding planner. It was such an amazing experience to work with her and our 3 day wedding in Tuscany was such a dream come true! It was everything that we’d wished for and more. Everything was so well executed and we felt so well taken care of during the entire process.
My husband and I live in Japan. Our wedding was originally planned for 2020 but was postponed twice because of covid and it finally happened in August this year. Over the 2+ years of wedding planning, SposiamoVi was so accommodating and understanding with all the changes that we needed to make. Our head planner Sara is literally the BEST! She made our entire planning process so stress free and enjoyable. From communicating with our venue, working with different vendors and brainstorming decoration ideas to finalizing all the details, Sara always listened to our concerns patiently and provided great ideas and options until we found the best solution. She always followed up on every single detail that we discussed during our catch-up calls and made sure everything is clearly communicated and taken care of. Even though planning a wedding remotely could be stressful and challenging, Sara’s professionalism and enthusiasm always made us feel so confident about everything because we knew we were in such good hands. Because of the especially long planning process, we feel like we were also able to build a friendship throughout all this time that we worked together. The Best of the Best

I'm a September 2023 bride who just got married in Rome and SposiaMovi -- specifically Anna Grimaldi, was our planner, working with Silvia and Valentina. I don't have the words to describe what an OUTSTANDING planner Anna is in every single way. She blew our expectations out of the water, and I have *admittedly* very high expectations.

Planning from the US, we knew we wanted to go with a local Italian planner and found that in Anna. She's of course bilingual so could communicate with us but also local vendors which was a huge plus. We wanted someone with knowledge of the area. Though Anna had not yet planned a wedding in Rome, her team had and was familiar with our venues.

We were planning a 3-day large scale destination wedding of 200 guests. As we're Indian, we wanted a luxe wedding with lots of fun and specific details, and SposiaMovi was able to deliver in spades. We had 3 different venues, needed transport from our 2 hotels and hour by hour coordination, and they helped us with flawless execution at every turn.

There is so much more I could go into in the process, but I'll keep at this. These are the areas where I feel that SposiaMovi added the MOST value:

- value for money: it felt like they understood that our budget was our budget, and they knew how to stretch the dollar. I don't know how they did it but it felt like specifically our floral and food budget went WAY further than we could have ever dreamed it would.
- vendor management: Anna could always find the best vendors to do any job, from the florist to lighting to decor and catering, and found ways to negotiate on our behalf. She also found our welcome drinks venue which was a hidden gem in Rome that didn't break the bank. While we found our own photographer and videographer, Anna managed every vendor perfectly.
- can do attitude: Anna remained calm under pressure in a way I could never have imagined throughout the process, keeping her composure even when we (the couple) tested her patience. When it came to the wedding, it unexpectedly rained at our reception and Anna was quick to spring to action with a Plan B (luckily it stopped and we didn't have to implement).

Other notes:
- we paid extra for their Concierge service which our guests loved; they can also manage your guest list but my husband took care of that, and we built our own website as well
- SposiaMovi sent a team of people to all of our events. I don't know if this is typical for other planners but we felt EXTREMELY supported and so did our guests.
- I had a bridal assistant (Marta!) for 2/3 events and that was an amazing experience. She was basically a built-in bridesmaid and it was such a help. Lifesaver.

We were initially going to go with another planner who was actually more expensive and I am SO thankful my gut told me to keep looking and we found Ana and the SposiaMovi team. Our wedding would not have been the dream that it was without them. I am forever grateful. Anna has now become a friend and we plan to visit her in Italy for years to come

Wedding planner of SposiamoVi - truly the best

We still think back of our wedding in Tuscany with a big smile in our faces and hearts. We are so grateful for everything Michelle of sposiamoVi did for us and for making our dream wedding come true. She really over exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier about how everything went. There is no such thing as "this or that should have been different" - we felt super well taken care of and had no doubt during the entire process as well as during our 3 days stay with our family at our wedding venue that everything would go as planned. To us and our guests everything was perfection! Every vendor was AMAZING! We still say that our wedding was the best organized and most beautiful wedding we have been to. The food for all three days, venue (Tenuta di Monaciano), flower arrangements, our photographer, the make up and hair stylist, our pianist lady, EVERYTHING was perfect. We had the most amazing experience and the best time of our lives. During our honeymoon we were still reminiscing about our wedding and even now, nearly half a year later, we still have every detail in our minds and are so grateful for our amazing wedding experience.

Dream Lake Como Wedding!

Working with Sabrina G. with Italian Wedding Planners was an absolute dream! Planning a wedding from overseas and different time zones seemed like a crazy idea, but everything went without a hitch. The entire planning process was fun and stress free. She was incredibly attentive, gracious, and flexible. The result was an incredible day with the most beautiful, intimate wedding. Sabrina was able to produce the exact day that we always imagined down to the tiniest detail. She was ever so thoughtful and diligent. We are thankful! Hi! We got married on 7.7.2012 at the Villa Catignano near Siena, Italy. We are from Russia and we wanted to do something special that's why we have chosen Italy for our best day. Our wedding planner was Silvia from Florence! We found her totally by chance. And she is a gem! When we started looking for venue in February we couldn't find any suitable place: either it was too expensive or it couldn't fit our guests - around 55 people. At the very beginning we hired a Russian agency and they couldn't offer anything suitable too, only a number of apartments located separately in one town for us and our guests.. Silvia was recommended to us by one catering service which we wanted to book. And she had found for us a beautiful Villa Catignano in the heart of Tuscany near Siena. First of all I must say that she provided not too expensive but the highest quality service. It was a 17th century Villa where all our guests and we had accomodated for 5 days. Our Russian agency couldn't meet any our request and all that they had offered was 3 times more expencive that Silvia's. She helped us with everything, with the ceremony, with legalisation of our marriage. As we decided to get married in Italy we have chosen a theme for our wedding a Venetian carnival and Silvia helped us to order and deliver 55 venetian original masks for all our guests and us. She had found a real professional hairdresser who managed to make a gorgeous hair with my straight unruly hair and beautiful makeup! He had also brought his 5 colleagues with him in the early morning 07.07 who managed to make hair to 15 ladies - my bridesmaids and friends!:) We had a ceremony in Siena town hall and all our guests went with us by bus which Silvia had ordered for (50 people). She also suggested us to have a champaign after the ceremony in one of the bars at the main Siena square Il Campo:) We had ordered 10 bottles of champaign and couldn't imagine that this bar would lay the tables for all 50 people and also provide snacks and fruits which were for free. So we had a rest and went further to visit the most beautiful little towns in Tuscany - Monteriggioni and San Geminiano where we had tried the World tastiest ice-cream. This town were also suggests by Silvia as she knew this region and could calculate the destination and plan the timing for this walk. When we returned to Villa we couldn't recognize the place - everything was so beautiful and thanks to florist who made a decoration. The Catering Gli Specialisti provided a delicious meal! Welcome drinks and total service was perfect. They even could provide a black tea for the cake and desserts as in Russia we always drink tea in the evenings :)))
We had ordered a press-wall with our initials and masks for photo shooting and also we had ordered a wooden floor for dance as at the Villa there is a gravel yard and we coulnd't dance in the high hills. So Silvia could meet all our requests and her own ideas were also very useful! We had booked everything from Russia by mail and we didn't tried a catering in advance, we didn't visited the Villa before but now after the wedding we can tell that everything Silvia suggested us were perfect and you can totally rely on her! All our guests we totally happy:) All of them came from Russia with us and some of them had never been to Italy before so there was a beautiful chance to visit most romantic country and try the most delicious meal!
We had the best day in our live, I woudn't had dreamed about all this without Silvia's help! She could had found for us the most romantic place in the world for our wedding which will stay in our hearts forever!

Our wedding planner Cinzia gave us the greatest gift..........being able to sit back and watch our family and friends, laughing, and enjoying themselves and knowing every moment was personally being taken care of with the upmost precision. With her hard work, open communication, and considered approach, Cinzia made it possible to have a Greek Wedding on the Italian Riviera! Being passionate about one’s industry is not something that can be disguised, and Cinzia's passion was reflected in her work, and obvious in her enthusiasm about our day. From the start, we felt we could freely communicate our vision, and were confident that in turn Cinzia would be able to find the best solution gracefully. Cinzia is everything and more you could want in a wedding planner. She is patient and understanding, and combines a calm demeanour with a professional, warm and caring approach and someone you both like and trust. Cinzia had the initial task of gaining the permission of the bishop for us to have a Greek Orthodox ceremony. Knowing how important this was to us, she guided us every step of the way to overcome the potentially complicated and challenging process. Cinzia has an extensive and solid knowledge of local suppliers and venues of the highest standards. The caterers and staff on the wedding day were exceptional and our day flowed seamlessly. Italian friends commended the food saying that it was the best aperitif ever tasted in Italy!
The care and attention showed by our videographer and photographer made for the most amazing results. On the actual day of the wedding Cinzia was present from the start of the day to the very end.......2am, and worked hard to ensure that our day was perfect and without fault. This personal touch reflects the care and attention you can expect to find from Cinzia. Fast forward through a year of wedding planning and four days at a Tuscan villa with our closest friends and family, and I cannot be more thrilled with how our wedding festivities turned out. Everything surpassed my expectations and the credit is due to the talented and knowledgable staff at SposiamoVi. We had the pleasure of working with the lovely Sara and she is nothing short of a miracle worker. She made the whole wedding process not only painless but down right FUN. Her exceptional organizational skills (we exchanged nothing short of a thousand emails back and forth - I still don't know how she kept everything straight!), understanding of the industry, experience with the best vendors in Italy and willingness to put me, her client, first, through all business dealings with said vendors ... For these reasons and many more I feel so fortunate to have gotten to work with her.

Beyond those necessary formal skills, what made me most happy in working with Sara was that I truly believe she planned our wedding as if she was planning her own special day. She cared as much, if not more, about every little detail as I did. On the actual day of the wedding she was there from the morning all the way until 3am - she didn't leave until the party ended, making sure everything was perfect the whole way through. I was probably the most relaxed bride on the day of her wedding - I had nothing to do but sit around, sip champagne, and watch the magic happen around me!

Valentina and Ernesto where fabulous.

Everything was perfect and exactly as we had requested which was amazing especially as all the arrangements were agreed over email.

On the day of the wedding the heavens opened to our horror as the wedding had been arranged as an outside events, without a Plan B. It didn't matter V and E changed all of the arrangements to ensure our day was perfect.

The wedding ended up being all the more special and we can't thank them enough.

We chose this company because it offered all services we needed and we were really glad and satisfied with our choice.
As my husband and I are- foreign citizens - it was very important for us that a wedding planner helped us in a document prepare procedure. Everything was made as quick as possible - i mean cooperation with the representatives of the Embassy of our countries in Rome, Comuna (ceremony hall) & restaurant booking.
It`d be important for the brides that the Company provides you with the services of stylist and you get a hairdress and make-up to be more attractive and special this day. It was also very helpful that we didn`t have to look for the bride bouquet .
After the official ceremony we had a photo session in a park in Tivoly with the company photographer. Creative approach and marvelous sights worked and we got splendid pictures.
So I` d like to recommend this company if you plan a wedding in Italy - for their professionalism and friendliness.

There are no words to describe how incredible Cinzia in Sposiamovi was in creating the most magical,memorable wedding that our guests still speak about 2 years on as being the best wedding they ever attended. This was all down to her superb planning, creativity and organisation. She was extremely efficient and professional throughout and listened to our every wish and idea and made them all a reality. She was incredibly reliable and honest and no job was too big or small. I had spent alot of time researching online about different planners as I was travelling to Italy from Ireland to get married, I was concerned that if I didn't find the right person for the job, I could have been faced with a number of difficulties, but as soon as I met the beautiful Cinzia I was reassured that I had found the right person, her English is perfect. I have since recommended her to a number of friends - three whom have got married after us with Sposiamovi and have all returned home very happy with the service and with their own magical memories of their weddings. Finally, I still quite regularly check out their website to see different venus and weddings and I am so impressed with how they are constantly updating their website with new locations and the different flowers, colour schemes and ideas. The Sposiamovi team never seem to amaze me, they are a very talented and creative team alongside their organisation - if only Alan would propose again I would be straight on the phone to Cinzia - maybe our 20 year anniversary !! From the pre-planning with Valentina to the trip to our Castle, SposiamoVi were simply amazing. We were in constant contact despite a seven hour time difference. Our wedding at Castello di Vincigliata was more amazing than we could have imagined. The work of Silvia & Francesca, and their team of vendors was excellent and every aspect of the wedding was the highest quality. We never felt nervous during the planning, and were quite relaxed throughout the entire process, even on the day itself! Due to the fact that it was so well organised, and the vendors provided excellent quality of service, it made planning the wedding enjoyable. The Most Incredible Wedding Planning Experience

We planned our wedding on the Amalfi Coast with Anna. She was the best thing that could have happened to us! We chose her and SposiamoVi because she was super responsive at initial contact and scheduled a video call with us to get to know each other and feel the chemistry. My husband and I choose to work with SposiamoVi after reading their wonderful reviews online. Planning a wedding in Italy from Belfast was a daunting task for us, but as soon as we went out to meet Sara in Florence to choose our venues we were instantly put at ease. Sara was so professional throughout the year of planning but what made it more special was Sara's kind nature, she was always so helpful and reassuring. Nothing was too much of a challenge for Sara and the team at SposiamoVi - all of our suggestions and ideas were listened to and valued. Every email was answered in a matter of days. Planning the wedding with them was so easy. On the day of the wedding I cannot speak highly enough of Sara and the team, Every single detail was executed perfectly. Sara added such an element of fun to the day, there was absolutely no stress which meant we could completely concentrate on the most important part of our wedding day, each other and our friends and family. Our interactions with SposiamoVi were amazing from start to finish. We can’t say enough about Silvia and Francesca from the Tuscany division of SposiamoVi. Francesca (who was our primary contact through our wedding planning process) was incredibly communicative and sent regular reports about the vendor choices and budget. When my husband and I started planning, we didn’t have a strong vision of the details of the wedding, but knew we wanted to have a multi-day affair that included multiple meals and touristy trips. Francesca planned it all, not just the day of the actual wedding, going above and beyond anything we would have expected. As our vision became more specific and we started nailing down the details, it was very easy to convey what we wanted through pictures and emails. For our vendors (food, music, photographers, etc…), Francesca suggested a few different vendors (with photos and proposals) and we were able to choose from a wide variety of companies, or we could have brought in our own if we had any suggestions (such as a photographer we liked). Every single vendor we chose was amazing, and gave extremely professional and meticulous service. The day of the wedding I was literally speechless at how beautifully everything came together. We also toured with Alice and Amanda from Liguria, and would have felt just as comfortable working with them. PLEASE BOOK WITH SPOSIAMIOVI. I genuinely don't know what my husband or I would have done without Clea as our wedding planner! I can't say enough great things about her and the company. We started our planning about nine months out from our wedding and Clea was there every step of the way. I'm American and my now-husband is British, so having an Italian wedding planner who was able to handle everything from afar with grace, love and attention was incredible. We had FaceTime meetings with Clea and she sorted everything. She reminded us what tasks we needed to complete, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I'm an event planner myself, so I have a high standard, but right away I could tell that I could trust her with everything! The team at Sposiamovi is incredible. Their concierge helped arrange airport transportation for our guests and the team they work with to design our wedding specifically for us was perfect! I can't stress enough the importance of a wedding planner - especially when you're planning a wedding in a country that is not home to you! SposiamoVi Made our Dream Wedding a Reality!

We greatly enjoyed working with Valentina. Throughout our 9 months of planning our wedding with Valentina, the attention to detail and responsiveness really affirmed that we made the best possible decision. She understood our priorities, and took the time to get to know us through countless video calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Additionally during our scouting trip she made us feel very prioritized, spending nearly a week with us at multiple site visits across Italy.

Working with SposiamoVi made us feel like we had a huge number of resources at our disposal. Their connections to vendors is unmatched, which basically means they can resolve any situation and make any creative vision a reality. Valentina also had a great enthusiasm towards working with our preferred vendors and establishing new relationships. This enthusiasm carried over into the project and the final results.

We also used SposiamoVi’s concierge service, which was fantastic. Giulia is the best! She is very kind, and determined to provide top quality service to both us and our guests. For example, she arranged guests’ booking for hair and makeup appointments, found nannies for some of our guests, and helped to arrange car transfers and many other logistical tasks. When my family’s luggage was delayed 3 days before the wedding, Sposiamovi was quick to help schedule last minute tuxedo rental appointments.

We can keep singing the praises of SposiamoVi and the great work they do, but to conclude, the team at SposiamoVi are truly professional, kind, and determined to give you the wedding of your dreams. When we look back on the whole process, despite the stressful nature of planning a wedding, we always felt we were in good hands and that the team at SposiamoVi would make our dreams a reality. Looking back now on the wedding day, we have so many great memories and so much appreciation for Valentina and all the SposiamoVi team for all their help.

Words can't describe how amazing Silvia Galli and the SposiamoVi team were. Our dream Lake Como wedding could not have happened without them. Silvia is so talented and what every bride needs - professional, organized and patient! Wedding planning is such a long and difficult process and having a destination wedding means it is even more difficult. Silvia will hold your hand every step of the way. I changed my mind a million times and she was always patient and accommodating and never seemed to get flustered. Even more importantly, you will never feel like your budget is a problem or that you are being judged for the choices you make (which is how we felt with some of the other planners we met with before choosing SposiamoVi). Silvia worked exceptionally hard to give us exactly what we wanted and all of her recommendations were spot on. She gives you 100% of her attention and is always responsive over email, and you will be the only wedding she works on during a particular weekend.

As a self-proclaimed perfectionist and control freak, I have never been so calm and happy as I was on my wedding day and I owe that all to Silvia, Clea and Carlotta who put me at total ease. I didn't worry about a single thing because I knew I could trust it was all being taken care of. Even when there were inevitable issues that came up, it was all handled smoothly without my or my husband needing to get involved or distracting from our wedding night.

We had guests from all over the world and they are still talking about the best wedding they have ever attended (some admittedly tried to find something to complain about and couldn't; others said we aimed for perfection and surpassed it). I highly recommend SposiamoVi and especially Silvia Galli's services - they will exceed all of your expectations and really make your dream wedding come true! I just wish I could do it all over again!

The best in the business

We had a beautiful wedding that the folks at SposiamoVi made much easier than we expected it to be. They were efficient with their time and ours, they were attentive to all of our needs, and they were the utmost professional group of individuals we've ever had the pleasure with of working with. Their attention to detail was unlike anything we had ever seen and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our special day. We loved the Christmas gift we got during the first year of planning with them, it was so thoughtful! The most memorable part of our day was of course the ceremony but also seeing all the elements we put together brought to life by SposiamoVi. We truly had no words and neither did our guests, we were all stunned by it all. We would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Italy, especially as foreigners. The whole experience was excellent! For months leading up to the wedding, all the emails were answered promptly & I was at ease planning, not only the big day, but also a couple other events my planner coordinated for my guests. Hiring someone abroad that you don't know to plan such an important event & paying partially up front has the potential to be a nightmare, but I got SO LUCKY and received the wedding of what dreams are made of!

Francesca at SposiamoVi was quite simply AMAZING!!! We used SposiamoVi and Francesca's services from start to finish and the whole process was simple and enjoyable. We had an introduction skype call with Francesca and she asked us what our requirements were. She then matched our requirements to a number of suitable venues. We then shortlisted a small number of venues and went on a tour for a few days. Francesca made the whole process really enjoyable and by the end of the tour we had found our perfect venue (Borgo Pignano). Francesca then managed the whole process which was great considering we didnt speak Italian. Her attention to detail was second to none and we were confident that she achieved the best price for everything! Alice has planned our wedding in Portofino and did an incredible job. She was aware of every single detail- from the color of the table cloth to the sequencing of the event. Not only did she do an impecabale job with the wedding but she also did a fantastic job with the prior 2 nights events. I cannot recommend Sara Bartolini enough. I was highly skeptical about doing a wedding abroad (for obvious reasons), and knew I would need to get a wedding planner in order to do so. What I didn't know, is how seamless the process could be. It was absolutely seamless from beginning to end. Sara was patient and unbelievably accommodating - not to mention very responsive. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will take care of the entire process for you, look no further.

We'd heard that organising a wedding can be one of the most stressful activities in your life, especially if it's in a different country. However, our experience with SposiamoVi was extremely pleasurable. From finding Casa Cornacchi (the most beautiful venue) to arranging flowers, food, drink, ceremony, musicians...no stone was left unturned and no question left unanswered. They kept us up to date with regular reports, useful advice and detailed financial positions of what we'd paid for and what still needed to be paid. They thought of everything. The day itself was perfect and the SposiamoVi staff ensured it all went smoothly. Our main point of contact was Francesca who was so friendly, approachable and organised; nothing was a problem for her and her responsiveness to emails and texts was almost instantaneous. When we met 6 months before for a "reconnaissance" trip we instantly hit it off and after sharing such a perfect wedding day we consider her our friend. We'd thoroughly recommend SposiamoVi for organising your wedding they're excellent value for money.

I met Silvia through a friend of a friend who had found her randomly years ago to plan her Tuscan wedding. I had a really exciting skype conversation with Silvia and decided that her company would do really spectacular things for us. After choosing one of a very large selection of magically beautiful venues, Silvia passed me on to one of her colleagues, Sara, who specialized in Borgo Pignano weddings. I was nervous, but only for a moment or two until I met her, via skype, with my mother. We instantly knew she was perfect! Every morning I woke up to a new email, or two, from Sara that clearly and succinctly presented a few really great choices for each decision that had to be made. She also offered her expert opinion when I asked for it. From the very first day, she had everything up and running, and somehow managed to pull everything together in just 6 months. She found vendors who not only expertly brought my vision to life (h/t Pinterest), but who were an absolute joy to work with. She even arranged an entire weekend for me and my mom to visit her and the venue we had selected. We really didn't need to go given how hands on she is and how truly accurate SposiamoVi's descriptions and informational packets are, but we thought it would be fun, which it was! SposiamoVi also has a concierge who wrangled guests from all over the globe who were able to make it to the villa easily and without any issues. Even during the few weeks/days before, Sara was thinking of ways to make the weekend perfect, such as when the weather looked a bit chilly, suggesting and getting matching pashminas for the female guests. What's more, Sara is completely lovely inside and out, and all of the people she surrounds herself with are truly lovely, too. Sara made the entire process SO easy and so much fun(!). There was literally nothing I had to worry about. I feel so very lucky to have found SposiamoVi, and especially Sara, and to have had her be an integral part of our journey!

Working with Elia was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more amazing person to help us plan and execute the day of our dreams! Our parties, dinners, ceremonies and everything else under the sun that Elia helped us organize were picture perfect and were exactly what we had pictured for a low-key and family weeding in gorgeous Tuscany. Elia is personable, funny & has so many options tailored just for you and your finance to choose from. All of his suggestions were amazing and we often went with his favorite and his taste is impeccable. Not only did we have an amazing wedding, but Elia became a part of our family and we will be back to visit him and his lovely wife Arianna!

Valentina and Ernesto are wonderful wedding planners! We found them warm, friendly and very helpful. Leading up to the wedding they both offered lots of advice to help us choose the perfect venue for the ceremony and reception and they made every step of organising the wedding run smoothly and feel less daunting. On the morning of the wedding I was really nervous and they helped to calm my nerves with their reassurance and proffesionalism. THe wedding itself went perfectly thanks to all their hard work and all of our guests had an amazing time. Valentina and Ernesto were present throughout the whole event until the end of the evening to ensure everything went like clockwork. It felt more like having friends at the wedding than wedding planners! I would definitely recommed them. Thanks for making our dream wedding a reality Valentina & Ernesto!

Stefania could not have been more lovely and more helpful in the planning of my June 22nd 2012 wedding. She is extremely professional and attentive. Dream Amalfi Destination Wedding!

Valentina and Anna were the best decision we made when planning our Positano destination wedding! From the very beginning, they took the time to understand our vision for our pre-wedding boat trip, ceremony, and farewell beach party. We relied on Valentina & Anna's stylish and tasteful recommendations to bring our inspiration to reality all the way from San Francisco. Every vendor and detail they recommended, from food/beverage to musicians to fireworks, helped bring our vision to life (seriously, if in doubt, go with their recommendations)

We are especially thankful for Valentina & Anna's professionalism and communication through the planning process, especially in the middle of a pandemic. When we had to push back our original wedding date due to COVID, they helped us reschedule our venue, all the vendors, and proactively communicated updates to our guests. They also helped coordinate transportation for our three day event for 50 guests who arrived on different days in multiple airports. Even though we were planning for nearly 1.5 years due to COVID, Valentina and Anna made the entire process both seamless and enjoyable.

Overall, the execution for our three day event went as smoothly as possible. Nearly all of our guests told us this was the best wedding they've ever been to, and we want to go back and relive our wedding week. A big thank you to Valentina & Anna for going above and beyond to make sure that we had the wedding of our dreams!

When my now husband and I decided to get married in Italy the whole thing seemed quite overwhelming, with little idea of what the budget should be and how to create the wedding that we had envisioned. Both of us are Americans and speak very little to no Italian. SposiamoVi came highly recommended to us by one of our British friends. We were fortunate enough to be paired with Sara and within a week we flew to Florence to meet her. She arranged two days of venue tours at six of the twelve locations that she recommended based on what we had expressed via emails.

Sara was very professional, responsive and genuinely enthusiastic about making our wishes come true. She gently guided us to vendors who met our requirements and went beyond our expectations. Sara truly made the wedding planning process from abroad a breeze.

For our rehearsal/welcome dinner, Sara was there to help ease any concerns we had, helping our guests find their way, and putting together and helping us hand deliver or welcome baskets to our guests. On our special day everything went off seamlessly. Sara was there for well over 12 hours. Her smile never faded and her gentle guiding hand never failed. She nailed ever detail. She made my Pinterest page reality. And if anything went wrong, my husband and I have no idea, which is a gift in and of itself.

I also cannot say enough good things about the vendors that Sara provided. Hair and makeup were spot on. The food and wine (which were my husband’s main priority) were out of this world and quite possibly the best thing we've eaten on our whole trip to Italy. The officiant that Sarah connected us with respected our backgrounds and our wishes; and was able to give us quite a personalized and intimate ceremony.

I'm sure I'm leaving out many of the important details about why Sara and SposiamoVi is the only way to plan a wedding in Italy, but you'll just have to take my word for it.

Dream wedding in Tuscany - Thank you Michelle!

We just celebrated our dream wedding right outside of Florence (Impruneta) on September 3,2022. After interviewing countless wedding planners, we decided to go with Sposiamovi - particularly Michelle. My husband and I live in the United States with family and friends scattered across Russia, United States and Europe. Our wedding turned out better than we ever hoped for. Everything was executed in the best possible way. Michelle helped me throughout a year when it came to choosing vendors, dealing with unexpected situations (like last minute DJ cancellations) and made sure that the planning process is fun and not stressful. The team was great, and we did not even feel there presens on the say, but knew they were there!
Every sceen was set up long before our arrival, and was just perfect!

Amazing team to work with

One of the many reasons that made us pick Alice& her team was they deliver things faster than other wedding planner. We both had a lot of fun in planning our wedding, and actually missed planning it with Alice! Everything seams seamless and stress-free. We were worried at the beginning if Sposiamovi would be able to handle our guests, who are mostly Asians, however after our 3-day wedding event, all our guests were amazed by how accommodating and how helpful the team was in getting in & out of the events. Silvia and her team made our wedding day very special! They were very well organised, responsive for our requests and wishes, coordinated everything on the day perfectly so we didn't notice a single hiccup, and even prepared a couple of small surprises for us to make the day even more memorable. I was recommended these wedding planners by a friend and I was not disappointed! Silvia and Francesca were an absolute pleasure to deal with and organised a perfect wedding for myself and my husband. Their attention to detail was second to none.
They went above and beyond their official role helping our guests arrange holidays around our wedding as well as sorting out any issues that they encountered. With a attendance of over 120 guests, I'm sure this was not always easy.

They were also present over the three days ensuring everything ran smoothly and allowing us to completely relax and enjoy the event. They took all the stress out of what can be an very stressful time and allowed us to enjoy the few days.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. It was the best value money spent on our wedding!

Francesca in Tuscany

There is not one thing I would change about my wedding weekend. There was no stress, only joy.

The single best (and most important) decision we made for our 150 people wedding in Tuscany was choosing Francesca from sposiamovi as our planner. We interviewed 8 service, and 4 of those with a follow on phone interview. We are extremely busy couple from New York with little time to spend on event planning yet specific defined taste and preferences. And high expectations.

Francesca made the whole process feel extremely smooth. No chaos, no surprises, no tears, no Fights. She was extremely responsive, available, resourceful, and well organized. We felt like she got us. It was such a relief to be able to send over a 3line request via email and feel confident she would handle it, without having to follow up.

She also was extremely respectful of our budget, which we actually ended up increasing because we had low balled her after horror stories from friends whose planner exceeded the initial number by 50-100%. She helped us decide where you can decide to save and where she recommends splurging. She didn’t try to impose her preferences on us. She also helped us find an incredible DJ. I very strongly recommend paying for the guest concierge option which was worth its weigh in hold habdling all guest requests and payments.

To this day our friends tell us this is the best most fun yet fluid wedding they have ever attended. Not a small feat for a 3-day affair with three native tongue in play and 150 international guests. I opened this account simply with purpose to give back to Francesca without whom this wouldn’t have been possible. Thank you thank you!!!!!

We got married in Monteriggioni (Tuscany) 3 weeks ago, and our wedding planner have been Sara from SposiamoVi in Florence. Sara is an amazing wedding planner, and I can not thank her enough for making our day absolutely perfect.

She is has a very short response time, and is very pleasant to work with. She understood our vision completely and found the best vendors to suit our needs.
All of our friends and family also loved her! Everybody told us that the wedding has been a once in a lifetime experience that they will remember forever :)

I would reccomend SposiamoVi to anyone who is planning a wedding in Italy. They made the time leading up to the wedding all about excitement and joy. I was never stressed, as I was 100 % sure that they had everything under control.

They also arranged our reherseal dinner the day before, and a lunch the day after. Both events were just what we wanted.

Since returning from being recently married in Fiesole, Italy, people say to me wow those photos were amazing….would you have done differently or changed?
The honest answer to that is no, our wedding day was perfect…. and without a doubt the best day of my life…like nothing I could have ever have imagined.
This is all because of the best wedding planner in the world, Francesca Firenze from Sposiamovi in Florence.
I first met with Francesca from Sposiamovi in 2012 when I got engaged, two years before I got married. In the initial Skype meetings and and email exchanges I could see immediately the level of commitment, creativity and professionalism that stood out from Francesca.
It is pertinent to describe to brides-to-be seeking to appoint a wedding planner that I was a challenging client. ...I was often indecisive, poorly organised, and not as responsive as I needed to be however had high expectations with the added difficulty of time zones (me being in Australia and Francesca in Italy) I am sure I tested Francesca at times.
However it is Francesca's personable style, client service orientation and work ethic that overcame these challenges and furthermore exceeded my expectations.
She did this by helping with the advice around the vendor appointments e.g venue, catering, photographer, hair and make up. In addition Francesca organised accommodation, transport for my guests travelling from Australia to Italy, our pre and post ceremony events. All the vendors recommended were first class quality.
One of my fondest memories was when I met Francesca in person for the first time for our catering tasting and it was like having dinner with a friend!
On the actual day everything was just seamless we did not have to think of anything except to just enjoy ourselves.
I can't thank Francesca enough for the most incredible day not just for for us but our family and friends who tell us that they will be talking about the day for a long time to come!

I contacted SposiamoVi after reading great reviews about the company and also finding them to be the most responsive and helpful of the vendors I reached out to. After our first face-to-face Skype call with Alice and Sara, I knew we had made the right decision. Every single step of the way, they were on top of everything I needed to know. Wedding planning can be stressful, but SposiamoVi ensured not to overwhelm me at any time, making sure that once one aspect of the wedding was dealt with and paid for, we'd then concentrate on the next. Their proposal pdfs are phenomenal; laid out so beautifully, prices always stated and examples always shown. In emails I received, I was always given every option available to me laid out perfectly and in a very easy to understand way. It's one thing having quality pdfs/proposals, but another thing for the service provided to live up to the standard expected - but at no time was I let down by any of the vendors they work with. Our catering company was fabulous, from the outstanding food right to the layout of the tables. The castle we chose was decked out so beautifully, it's hard to believe just how stunning our special day was. Alice worked closest with us and from our rehearsal dinner, to our big day and even afterwards, she was always there when we needed her. Alice took control of our event and is a very special, warm and beautiful person. We felt like our day was as big a priority to her & SposiamoVi, as it was to us, the bride and groom. To say she went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. To give an example; at the end of the night, more guests than anticipated had stayed until the very end of the event, meaning that our transport numbers on the shuttle service became a little lopsided. Alice and her brother kindly drove my husband and I back to our hotel in their own time, along with other guests, which meant we could fit more guests on the transport we booked. Super service all round.

When we decided to plan our wedding abroad I felt very nervous as I wasn't there to oversee our plans become reality, when I expressed my concerns we were recommended to consider using a wedding planner, at first I was unsure but then we found sposiamovi. I was assigned Clea as my wedding planner and all I can say is I don't know how I would have done it without her. Clea helped with everything from the flowers to the legal documentation. When my wedding day arrived it was the most magical day I could have ever wished for, Clea had made my plans a reality and added her personal touch to make it the special day it was! I would recommend them to anyone.

Craig and I were married June 19, in the small town of Rufina outside of Florence. We were referred to Silvia from the owner of the villa we had rented (Estate of Petroio).

We originally thought we could plan the wedding ourselves from Canada, but quickly learned that we just didn't have the contacts and there were too many details & requirements. When we were first referred we were a bit hesitant, but it turned out to be our best decision. As soon as Silvia & Sara took over, I felt stress free. They took care of every detail quickly & efficiently. Half the time, I had no idea what I wanted, they would step in and give me some options & suggestions, and all I had to do was pick. It was perfect. Having Silvia & Sara to take on the legal & documentation requirements was a relief. They sent a detailed outline of what was required, then handled all the paperwork and coordination with the embassy in Rome. They also took care of the documentation required to legalize our marriage in Canada. That alone was worth the investment.

Silvia & Sara are extremely profession, responding quickly to every question & request. They even accommodated a surprise request from a good friend who couldn't attend the wedding - they coordinated a champagne surprise & transferred her congratulations email to a beautiful scroll. Thank you!

Every vendor suggested was perfect, especially the hair & makeup services! There is nothing I would change from the wedding day! Every detail was perfect, from the flowers to the beautiful little menus with seating cards attached.

Thank you for staying with us the entire wedding day to ensure everything ran smoothly - from vendor coordination, transportation of guests, translating, event timing, & much more!
