We couldn't have asked for a better team of photographers to be with us on our wedding day, and in the days leading up to our wedding. They are personable, kind, and energetic. Dan and Stacia sent us a personalized card and chocolates during our wedding planning process and emails that expressed so much excitement for our upcoming wedding day. Not only were they so fun to work with, but they are organized, knowledgeable, and do extremely quality work. I trusted them completely to capture our day. Dan and Stacia were great at helping us organize our wedding and scheduling all the events of the day. They took beautiful pictures of the scenery, people who attended and the wedding party. Dan and Stacia were very organized and were extremely helpful in the planning stages of our wedding. We chatted with them several times before the big day and they helped us get everything right. They took amazing pictures and they turned out beautifully. We got an amazing wall print with our package. They are true professionals. Dan and Stacia are impeccably professional and helped us beautifully document one of the greatest days of our lives. They traveled from Seattle to Newport, Arkansas and went above and beyond for us. We will be forever grateful to them for being flexible with our crazy wedding weekend schedules! Choosing to work with Dan and Stacia of Sparkfly Photography was one of the best decisions Jayme and I made. Dan and Stacia are professional, fun and personable. They spent a great deal of time getting to know Jayme and I before our big day. You can tell from just their presence that they not only love what that they do but that they are truly interested in getting to know the couple they are working with and their hopes for the event and the photography. Not only that but Dan and Stacia made the official picture taking on our wedding day easy. They made us feel comfortable and captured moments of our day that I cherish. Furthermore, Dan and Stacia fit into our day and it was great that they not only captured special moments but became a part of our wedding in general. I love our photos and if I had bigger walls I would have printed out all of our prints! Their work is thoughtful, beautiful and they managed to capture the essence of our day as well as our personality as a couple. To keep it short and simple: we LOVED (and continue to love) working with Sparkfly Photography. Dan & Stacia are amazing people who genuinely love the work they do, the people they photograph, and the stories they help tell. Working with them allowed us to feel at ease, like we could be ourselves and capture very real moments. Something we especially appreciated was our ability to communicate with Dan & Stacia about what we wanted to communicate through our wedding to our guests, and in turn what we hoped they would be able to capture in our photos.
We received the best one-month mile marker in our marriage from Sparkfly Photography: a link to all of our photos up and ready to go! It was the most joyful experience right before going to sleep to look at our photos, smile, laugh and give thanks for the beautiful, precious day our wedding was - not just the posed, clean pictures, but the little interactions, the details we may have missed seeing in the whirlwind of it all, and the dancing - which there was a lot of! Also, our photos are outstanding - seriously so great that we cannot figure out how to narrow down which ones we want to put up!!!! (Perk: Sparkfly Photography also helps make sure you DO make a decision so you can have your photos to appreciate beyond in drop box ;) )
Ok, so maybe this wasn't too short, but we have nothing but great things to say about these passionate photographers, and we hope you consider allowing them to be a piece of your story - you certainly won't regret it.

Dan and Stacia of Sparkfly Photography did such an amazing job at our wedding! We love our photos! Neither my wife nor I have done any modeling in the past so posing for pictures was a foreign feeling. Dan and Stacia did such a good job of helping us relax into just being ourselves in front of the camera, which really shows in our photos. Our wedding was an amazing day and I'm so glad that we have great pictures that captured those sweet moments in time.Dan and Stacia of Sparkfly Photography did such an amazing job at our wedding! Sparkfly was amazing! They had scoped out great spots for photos beforehand so that pictures went smoothly and quickly. They got great shots of the day as it was unfolding as well. The pictures were beautiful, and the service was great. They were responsive throughout the whole process and got our pictures back to us quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding schedule was on track and even offered extra support to make sure the day went forward as planned. Sparkfly photographed our November 2012 wedding at Heritage Hall in Kirkland. They exceeded my expectations and I am SO THANKFUL that we got to work with them for the best day of our lives. I recommend them without reservation for two main reasons: (1) They are professional yet easy and fun to work with AND (2) they take great photographs.
WORKING WITH SPARKFLY: Our wedding was an intimate affair, with just 60 members of our family and closest friends but we planned it in just a few weeks, long-distance. Dan and Stacia were fabulous to work with, from beginning to end. We did all the planning by email and Skype and I (the bride) didn't even meet them in person until the day of the wedding. They immediately felt like old friends though. We had carefully planned the photo session ahead of time, and it went like clockwork. Stacia is a charmer of small children and even the extended family photographs are amazing. After the wedding, they kept us updated on the editing timelines and sent us "previews" along the way that took our breath away. There were no surprises--everything about the package was well-explained ahead of time and we knew we could stick to our budget. The entire process was smooth and easy--no added stress at all.
SPARKLY MAKES BEAUTIFUL PHOTOGRAPHS: Several months later, I still look frequently at our wedding photos because they capture the FEELING of that day. I can see the love in my husband's eyes and remember the fun times with our family and friends. The lighting is gorgeous. Details will be forever remembered. Sparkfly did a blog posting of our day that I've sent to several friends and colleagues, who all comment on how beautiful the photographs are. I can't stand having my picture taken. I try to "photo-bomb" my own pictures. My wife is far more comfortable in front of the camera than I am, I've just always hated having my picture taken. With this in mind I'm just floored at the experience we had with Sparkfly for our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. The laughter was authentic and captured in the moment, the "moments" themselves were brilliantly thought out and easily communicated to us both, I can't say more as far as a compliment goes than both Dan and Stacia made the actual picture taking experience FUN! Who knew!?!?!
The edits and finished pictures are breathtaking. We've had countless individuals give us feedback of the highest regard and we give the credit to two wonderful photographers.
Perhaps even more important than the pictures themselves, however, was the experience. Getting married is HUGE! With so many details it is easy to be overwhelmed. With Dan and Stacia we felt like we didn't have just photographers, we had advocates in our corner championing for us in this life-endeavor. The support they gave in their words was wonderful, and how they treat one another as husband and wife gave us a great real life example of what a blessed marriage looks like.
They fact that they are wonderful individuals who are amazing photographers is merely icing on the cake. Thank you two!
