I was so happy with Taylor and her services on my wedding day. Not only is she an amazing make up artist, but she's a very genuine person. She did my make up for my three daughters and me in Hatteras. I cannot say enough good things about her in every possible way! You want to book her for your wedding, she is hands-down, the best! Not only was she the most reasonable, but she was the most professional make up artist I spoke with when trying to book. I spoke with many MUA. So happy she made me feel beautiful on my special day, even at 47! -

Taylor was fantastic from consult to the day of. She was so kind and quick to respond. I wasnt quite sure what I had envisioned myself looking like on our wedding day. But told her what I did and didn’t like and showed her photos of her previous work I loved and she perfectly executed my makeup!! I felt like I still looked like me but Better! I also loved that she offers a facial service prior to doing your makeup. So if you’re a stressed out bride and need a little relaxation and tlc before getting glammed up and walking down the aisle I highly recommend. Thank you so much Taylor!

I couldn’t recommend Southern Glam enough, she done my make up perfectly. I didn’t have time for a consultation with me traveling 12 hours to my destination wedding, I told her what I wanted & she done everything exactly how I imagined it. My make up lasted for the entire wedding, & reception with no need to touch up.
She was kind, personable, & hyped me up ! If I’m ever needing make up services on the outer banks again, she is my girl ! -

Taylor Clarke at Southern Glam made the bride look like a model and the small wedding party gorgeous! Everyone said WOW, especially the groom when he saw his new wife in makeup for the first time. He could not stop looking at her and saying how beautiful she was. We really appreciate how Taylor arrived with all the right tools, expertly applied the makeup, and adjusted techniques to accommodate young and old. Thank you for glamming us up! -

Taylor was amazing to work with!! She did my trial makeup, as well as my day of makeup and when I tell you I looked STUNNING!! I got soo many compliments. I decided to change up a few things with my makeup from the trial, for my wedding day just to feel more like myself and she was more than understanding and truly made me feel the best I possibly could!! Would recommend her work to anyone! -

When I expressed my concerns on how I have looked in past professional make up jobs she knew exactly what to do! My make up also held ALL DAY and night even with all the tears!! I am so thrilled that I made the decision to entrust Taylor with my wedding makeup! As someone who is fairly skilled in makeup and usually does my own makeup for special events, I was worried I wouldn't like anyone else doing my makeup. However, I am SO glad I chose Taylor. It was amazing being able to relax the day of the wedding and be pampered by her. She is incredibly talented and my makeup was absolutely flawless, beyond my wildest dreams. I felt so beautiful and the makeup was not heavy at all, and so comfortable and wearable. It also did. not. budge. the entire day and night, including during our very hot outdoor ceremony. She absolutely crushed it and I can't recommend her more. She is also super sweet and easy to talk to and definitely made the getting ready process more fun! 10/10 recommend Southern Glam! -

Taylor was the right fit for my wedding day! She was responsive in all of our messaging, her prices were reasonable, and she did a fantastic job on my makeup/bridesmaids makeup on my wedding day. I would recommend doing a trial like I did if you have not had professional makeup done before. I ended up changing my look completely from the trial to the wedding day but I loved the final look! -

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Taylor and what a fantastic job she did for our beach wedding. I reside in Pittsburgh and choosing vendors was difficult, but I am so glad I chose her. She absolutely killed our wedding look and I couldn’t be happier. She also has a friend that does does hair and she actually recommended Taylor to me when looking for someone amazing and the duo just nailed everything my mom,sister,and myself wanted. They made us feel so comfortable and I was so excited to put my wedding dress on and see how everything looked together! I highly recommend her-you will not be disappointed -

Taylor was absolutely phenomenal to work with! She is extremely responsive. I reached out just a few months before my wedding and she got me booked right away. During my makeup trial, Taylor was friendly, professional, and attentive to the look I was going for. Taylor had all shades of makeup available and was able to match my darker skin tone.
On my wedding day, I had an event occur that caused me to ball my eyes out. Taylor was patient and kind and we were still able to stay on our wedding timeline thanks to her ability to make magic happen in just minutes.
My mom also got her makeup done for the wedding. She rarely wears makeup, so she wanted something light. Taylor listened to her wants and talked my mom through the process. My mom said she never felt so beautiful! Look no further, go ahead and book Taylor now! -

Wedding Makeup
Working with Taylor at Southern Glam was AWESOME! She was so responsive during the booking process and answering any questions I had. The pre-wedding makeup trial was so relaxing and stress free. My skin looked so flawless after the makeup application I was speechless!! On wedding day Taylor was punctual, organized, and efficient. She did full makeup application on myself, 7 bridesmaids, and 2 grandmothers and everyone looked great! Another side note, the lashes she applied on me stayed on ALL day/night (even through the happy tears). I would recommend Taylor and Southern Glam to anyone looking for a wedding make up artist. Thank you Taylor for helping make my day so special! ❤️ -

I cant say enough great things about Taylor. She was super communicative, flexible, friendly, and sweet since I reached out to her a few months ago. She isn't like any other makeup artist, she is an artisan with highlighting the best features of your face and sculpting the most incredible eyebrows 😉. I had nothing but compliments on my makeup and it lasted all night of dancing, sweating, and of course crying of joy from our special day. My new sister in law LOVED her makeup too and her husband went wild! Lol! Thank you so so much Taylor!!! Also, go ahead splurge on the mini facial...it was a treat for myself before our I Do's and it made me so relaxed! Worth it!!! -
