We hired Southern Bash for our wedding, and from the very first meeting, it was clear they meant business in the best way possible. Kari was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and didn’t let anything slip through the cracks.
That said, she also brought a surprising amount of fun to the process. Whether it was her sense of humor during vendor meetings or her ability to calm everyone down, Kari knew how to read the room and keep the vibes right. On the wedding day, she was a total pro firm when needed, but also the first to make us laugh when nerves kicked in.
If you want a planner who will run your wedding like a well-oiled machine but still make the process enjoyable, Kari is your person. We couldn’t have pulled it off without her and her team. -

Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to our extraordinary wedding planner, Cindy, with Southern Bash. We first heard about Southern Bash thanks to my sister-in-law, who used them for her wedding in McKinney. While our wedding was located in Downtown Dallas, we reached out anyways, and they were fortunately available and willing to work with us!
From our first meeting with Cindy, we knew we were in good hands, but we had no idea just how incredible our wedding would turn out under her guidance. Her attention to detail and her ability to turn our vision into reality is truly remarkable. She worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of our wedding, from the venue décor to the flower arrangements to the timeline of events, was nothing short of perfection. Her joy and expertise shone through in every element of the day.
Cindy was not only a fantastic organizer but also a calming presence throughout the entire planning process. Her ability to handle every challenge, and quirky request, with grace and composure gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our day without any worries.
Cindy's communication skills were impeccable. She kept us informed at every stage of the planning and was always readily available to answer our questions or concerns. Her responsiveness and willingness to listen to our ideas made us feel like our wedding truly reflected our personalities and desires.
On the day of the wedding, Cindy's presence, along with her colleagues, was invaluable. She ensured that everything ran like clockwork, and any unexpected issues were handled discreetly and efficiently. We were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day, knowing that Cindy had everything under control.

She transformed our vision into reality, and for that, we will be forever grateful. Our guests were raving about how seamless and beautiful everything was, and we can't thank Cindy enough for curating a truly wonderful wedding that exceeded our wildest expectations.

Huge help!
Kari was a huge help in planning and executing the wedding . There were so many details that i would not have thought of. She also has a lot of insight into the wedding industry and vendors which is helpful. The wedding went perfectly! -
