I had a Masquerade Gala on 2/15/2020. When I say amazing, that’s an understatement. From the beginning, dealing with Anne & Ashley, EVERYTHING was better than Perfect! The professionalism, quality of correspondence down to the setup and serving during the event was completely ABOVE all of my expectations!
I appreciate EVERYTHING and will refer you as was looking forward to using your facility again in the future.

The staff and facilities at S. Charlotte Banquet Center were absolutely superb! Everything was under one roof and I did not have to worry about anything for my wedding. They even did all the decorations of my tables and the venue. They have a whole room of decorations to choose from which cuts down on your overall expense. And the price is absolutely fabulous. During our wedding, they were on site making sure everything ran smoothly. Our Guests loved the entire experience and kept commenting on how nice everything was. Anne and ASHLEY worked closely with us on the set up and arrangement‘s. They met with our DJ and caterer. And at the end of the day they boxed up all of our food and gave us what we wanted from what was left over. But the great part was that at the end of the night, they took most of the leftover food to a homeless shelter, which they have a relationship with. We could not have asked for a better group of people to work with; they made our special day an event to remember!! we highly recommend! -

OMG, where do I start.. Anne & Ashley was amazing! They was very accommodating and made sure my baby shower was exactly how I visioned it. The venue itself is beautiful and their prices is reasonable. They included a lot with their prices as well. They’re some sweet people which made my experience wonderful! I would definitely use their venue again in the future and recommend them to others. -

We loved having our wedding at South Charlotte Banquet Center. Anne and her team are so precise, professional, and caring. They made our day completely stress free and it went off without a single issue. You can expect clear and timely communication and flexibility with this group. The best part is that you can make this venue exactly what you want and completely customize your wedding to what fits you best. -

Wonderful Venue
South Charlotte Banquet Center was the great choice for our wedding. The outside patio was perfect for the ceremony and the catering hall was decorated lovely. -

Wedding Reception
Anne and her team are wonderful! Our daughter selected their venue for her wedding reception in April 2019. The venue is in a great location and just the right size! Anne and Ashley took great care of us from planning the event, throughout the event, and after.
All we had to do is bring the decoration items we wanted used and Anne and Ashley took it from there and they did a beautiful job putting everything together. I am a picky person and it was better than we could have ever done or imagined!
Then when it was over they had everything broken down and packed up for us in no time. Which was great because after an event like this you are so tired and the last thing you want to do is worry about cleaning and packing up decorations.
All of the guests commented on the venue and how beautiful it was. Anne and Ashley took such great care of all the guests and made sure all had a great time!
I will for sure recommend this location to anyone I hear looking to host an event. Thank you Anne, Ashley and team for taking such great care of us and for the wonderful night! -

The staff at South Charlotte Banquet Center were great. We had our son's rehearsal dinner there and it was so easy! They provided table cloths, napkins, etc., all included in the price. We had an open bar and even that was priced reasonably. They allowed us to bring in any caterer we wanted. They also have two closets full of other decorations you can use or bring your own. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them for another event! -

Anne made sure that everything went exactly how I wanted it for my special day! There was so much space and very affordable! I was able to have my ceremony and reception at the venue and everything was just....beautiful! They kept everything on schedule without being super anal about it lol. I also love how I didn’t have to bring too many centerpieces because they have so many at the venue! They took great care of me! -

Ms.Anne and Ashley were the best!! They made our wedding day the best day ever!!! I loved working with them both and would recommend them a 100 times over. Such a great experience and they know how to pull off an amazing wedding!! -

There aren’t enough words to summarize how amazing this venue was!!! Anne and her daughter Stephanie were very great and very easy to work with! From beginning to end they made sure everything we wanted happened. Emails, phone calls and text messages never went unanswered. You get so much for what you actually pay, you really can’t beat it. The decorations came out just as we had discussed! Our reception area looked amazing! Having a day of coordinator made the day go by seamlessly. Anne was a lifesaver when it came time for me to walk down the aisle as I was a ball of nerves. She assured me everything would be ok and let me move at my pace! If you’re looking for a great venue to have your wedding and reception, please don’t hesitate when you book with them! -

They are so professional & took such care in making sure everything was perfect for my mom & dad's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Gladys Sent on 05/30/2016This is a hidden gem in South Charlotte! It's a lovely venue for both wedding ceremony (indoor or outdoor) and reception. Inside there is a big dining area and dance floor, a newly renovated bar lounge, and a comfortable bride's room. Outside there is a large patio with arbor, nice landscaping, and a stately brick fireplace -- all great backdrop for our formal wedding portraits & family group photos! We really liked the fact that it's a standalone building, and you have it all to yourself -- no running into other parties! We had the pleasure of working with Anne, the venue's wedding coordinator, and her daughter Ashley. They are both extremely organized and have a keen eye for fine detail. And that's coming from someone who is a super Type A plus! We had originally planned for an outdoor ceremony, and Anne decorated the arbor so elegantly. She is truly talented with years of experience in the business! Unfortunately, due to cold temperature and high winds, we had to move the ceremony indoors. Anne, without missing a beat, worked with our other wedding vendors to seamlessly transition everything indoors. The new indoor venue looked just as elegant as the outdoor -- I was truly amazed! Anne did everything we requested, plus some! Her sweet, caring personality was a great calming effect. She genuinely cares for her brides and wants their special day to be perfect. Since we live nearby, I would often drop by to check on things, and I felt welcome each time. And if that's not enough, the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic! For our reception, we had cocktail hour, sit-down luncheon, and open bar -- it was top-notch service all the way around! My husband and I received tons of compliments days and weeks after the wedding. We couldn't be any happier! -

We held our 25th wedding anniversary party at SCBC. Anne and her team were great to work with. The venue looked beautiful and we had a great time. I would highly recommend it.
