I don’t know quite how to say it other than Rebecca is THE best. From my very first appointment to when I picked up my dress (and even since then!) the experience has been top tier.
For starters, there wasn’t a moment when I was in her shop when I wasn’t getting her undivided attention. She was engaged and genuinely excited from the minute we walked in the door. Her intuition is amazing. The dress I ended up with wasn’t even on my radar, but it became the standout winner because she was able to quickly understand what I liked and didn’t like, curating the perfect dresses for me to try. She was thoughtful, helpful and patient as I weighed my options and provided valuable details about each gown and the variety of ways they could be worn or styled. In short, she’s really good at what she does!!
Beyond picking my dress, Rebecca helped me envision my whole look for the wedding day AND for other wedding related events, even sending me a potential rehearsal dinner dress that she thought I’d like AFTER I’d picked up my gown.
Rebecca is just a really great person. She’s positive and kind and genuinely curious and caring. She makes you feel special and the time spent in her store feels like time spent with a friend. I can’t say enough good things about Rebecca and Something White. Every time I left the shop I left feeling happier and even more excited for my wedding. I HIGHLY recommend. -

Something White is a top notch bridal boutique! Rebecca has a special selection of gowns that fit my style and the elegant look I was dreaming of for my wedding. She knows her gowns and is really great at putting you in something you wouldn’t pick on your own, but ends up looking great on your body. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I definitely recommend Something White to any bride looking for a couture gown and a highly professional shopping experience! -

I cannot speak highly enough of Rebecca and her bridal gown boutique, Something White. It was my first wedding adventure, and she certainly set the bar high!
When scheduling an appointment, I completed a survey that inquired about gown preferences and had me select gowns from the Something White Pinterest. Immediately when I entered the boutique, it was clear she had reviewed my answers and Pinterest selected gowns. She was familiar with what I was looking for, but also encouraged me to try on a few gowns outside my expected style.
In trying on gowns, Rebecca's presence and vibe has been unmatched. She was quick to "fit" the gowns, so that each one felt perfect. All of her gowns are of top quality and excellent design. It is difficult to not feel bridal in each one.
What has stood out to me about Something White weeks later, is the quality of assistance Rebecca provides her brides. In determining a favorite gown, she asked perfect, prompting questions, but was always positive and genuine. Our fitting ran long, but I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. She has maintained excellent communication since my visit, and I cannot wait to return back! -

I couldn't have asked for a better experience picking out my wedding dress! Becky was unbelievably accommodating and welcoming. She shared in all the emotions that me and my group felt and seriously catered to our every need. I'm SO glad that I went there. Rebecca and everything about Something White is the BEST! It was the first and only bridal appointment I had to find my wedding dress and after trying on about 10, I knew. Rebecca does a nice job of figuring out what your style is before your appointment so she helps start you off with a couple choices and with individual appointments, it's really nice to not feel pressured while figuring out what you love about each dress. It's also nice that there's plenty to choose from but it's not too many where it's overwhelming - the perfect balance. Picking accessories like the veil and jewelry was an easy pick too. I highly recommend! -

I had a specific gown in mind, and Something White was the only boutique in the area that had it. I am SO happy I made the trip! Once we got there, Rebecca was so kind and patient. I tried on about 10 dresses to make sure I was confident with my choice. Once I put my favorite dress back on, Rebecca put my hair up and added some accessories to help me see the whole picture. I would 100% reccomend Something White! -

I found Something White on just a google search for bridal shops in the area. Making an appointment was so easy online, and she had very pointed questions on her intake form so she knew exactly what I was looking for before my appointment, including my dream dress I found online that I went into the appointment with as the one to beat. Even with Covid, I could bring my Mom and best friend from out of town to the appointment with me. We were all in masks and washed our hands upon entering. Rebecca is the owner/operator consultant and made me feel like I was the only bride in world at that moment in time. She didn't have any other appointments during the time we were there (about 2 hours) so we got the adorable shop to ourselves. The shop itself is an old house that has been converted into business use. There were just the right amount of dresses to look through without feeling overwhelmed (less than 500 probably). After we all had the opportunity to pull dresses, we went into the dressing room and to try on. Rebecca always let me lead when asking how a dress made me feel and if I wanted to show my Mom and friend. She gave us space when I was taking a dress in or considering how I felt about it. I probably tried on about 15 dresses or so altogether. I tried on a dress where I loved the bottom and said "Yes!" to the crepe material, but was not sold on the dress completely. Rebecca was not pushy at all in helping me decide if this dress was the one, but instead offered up suggestions about what we could do to see if changing the top would help me love it. We tried on several different bodice tops over the existing top, and she had great insight into what alterations could do to make this dress one of a kind and exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting the dress with the bottom I loved off the sample rack, in addition to a bodice top that alterations will use to create my perfect dream dress! I had the BEST dress shopping experience and got to go home with a dress THAT day within my budget. Her website says dresses range from about $3-47K which is true for most of her dresses in shop, but my two sample pieces together were more like $2K because of taking them off the rack, as-is. I will be recommending Rebecca and her shop to all my bride-to-be friends. Thank you for a such a great experience! -

Quaint bridal boutique that made the wedding dress experience perfect!
Rebecca, the owner of Something White did an amazing job helping my daughter find her wedding dress. She had a beautiful variety of dresses and we purchased a dress at our first appointment and didn't even need to look at other boutiques. Rebecca was fun and easygoing and was very helpful with ideas and suggestions. My daughter's wedding dress arrived in a timely manner and we had such a great experience. -

Rebecca is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend Something White to any bride! It was a totally different experience than the other bridal boutiques I went to. Rebecca was so accommodating. I scheduled my appointment during a time outside her normal hours for a fee which went toward my dress. The store itself was gorgeous with a large area for my mom and MOH to sit. Rebecca had me send her links to my Pinterest ahead of time so she could have a better idea of what I wanted. I showed her a few pictures again that day and the very first dress she pulled for me wound up being the one! She knew right away that she had a a perfect gown for me. We still tried on dresses after that but nothing beat the first dress. She did an amazing job listening to me during the entire appointment and was constantly asking me how I was feeling. She was patient, allowing me to try on different styles and we talked about what I did and didn’t like. At the end we decided to put the first dress back on. Rebecca got me in my dress and went above and beyond. She went downstairs to get hair pins and pinned my hair back, put on my veil, and gave me different jewelry. I was nervous about making such a big decision and she was so patient. She allowed me to have plenty of time to wear my dress while I decided. I went into the appointment not expecting to purchase that day and had anticipated coming back for a second appointment to officially say “yes”. When I decided to say yes that day, she popped some champagne for us and I could tell she was genuinely happy for me - I never felt like just a monetary value to her. I can tell she goes above and beyond for each one of her brides. After I got changed back she went over all the paper work and details about ordering. She was very professional and helpful in every way. I left the shop on cloud nine and can not wait for my gown to come in. My appointment with her was exactly what girls dream of when they think of dress shopping! -

You cannot make a better decision than to go to Something White and work with Rebecca to find your wedding dress. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you're in your own little bridal world. Rebecca takes the time to find out your likes and dislikes are, what type of ceremony you're having, what your reception venue style is, and she works with you to pick dresses that are PHENOMENAL. She truly has a great eye and a great sense of style and can advise you on things to try, how to adjust the dress, considerations to keep in mind for the day of, etc. Not to mention, she is just truly the nicest, sweetest, most positive person you could ever hope to spend a day with as you're looking for the most important dress probably of your life. The styles and selection of dresses that she carries are outstanding. I had previously lived in New York for school and work and returned home to Ohio recently, and for part of my wedding search I visited Mark Ingram Atelier, Kleinfeld's, and Wedding Atelier, and I have to say, Something White tops them all - from customer service to communication via email, phone, or even instagram, to an outstanding dress selection with fabulous designers. You will not regret a beautiful afternoon spent at Something White with Rebecca and you will very likely find your wedding dress here like I did! -

Absolutely stunning collection of dresses geared toward a more traditional style. Rebecca is simply fabulous. I feel like she has a sixth sense for knowing a bride's style and some kind of telepathy, because I'd be thinking something and she would say it. She was honest, and truly helpful with my questions. She even took the time to put my hair into a similar style I wanted to wear for the wedding day, accessorize with jewelry and a veil, and let me have the full experience. She is a true gem, and seemed more excited that I am getting my dream dress than that she was selling me a dress. I could not be happier I got my gown from Something White!! -

Where to start! Rebecca @ Something White is amazing and made me feel so special during my appointment. I could go on and on about how wonderful my experience was, but what you need to know is that gown shopping in the Cleveland area without a stop at Something White is a mistake! I was thrilled to support a local, women-owned boutique who so graciously takes care of their clients, with my purchase and you will too!
More detail if you're interested: I never thought that I would buy during my first weekend of bridal appointments but I fell in love with the first dress Rebecca recommended for me. I was torn between the first and second one I tried on and she helped me customize by combining features of the two which is something I never could have dreamed up on my own. I love that they only take one bride at a time so that you are never fighting over a dress and you have their full attention during the appointment. They help you get into each dress you try on in a completely separate room from your entourage and they always ask how you're feeling before sending you out into the main room to make sure they can help control the conversation. She patiently walked me through sizing options to find the best fit, and even called me a week later to let me know that the designer was able to accommodate my three-way split instead of the default two-way sizing. She made my group feel so welcome and celebrated the decision with champagne for the whole crew. -

I found my dream dress at Something White and Rebecca went above and beyond from a customer service perspective. During my first appointment at Something White, I didn't find my dress. However, Rebecca and I stayed in touch and she sent me pictures of dresses via email that she thought I might like and even brought in a dress specifically for me to try on during my second appointment. I also visited bridal salons in Chicago where I experienced some of the most pushy sales people ever. I felt like Rebecca always had my best interests and never felt any pressure from her. I knew I wanted to buy my dress from Rebecca because of her customer service. I received so many compliments on my dress and was so incredibly happy with it. Thank you Something White! -

Absolutely a perfect experience. Rebecca was amazing, kind, and genuine. She gave the full bridal experience, even taking it a step further and putting my hair in an up-do. She did not rush the appointment and gave my family and I additional alone time to talk over my decision. When I said yes to the dress, she was just as excited as I was. Jumping up and down and gave me a huge hug. Loved her shop, her story and the experience she gave! -

Karin and Rebecca are super friendly and made me feel right at home. I had a great experience from the selection process to the fittings. They were even able to work with me when I needed special alterations. Beautiful shop.......I highly recommend Something White! -

I had high expectations for my appointment, thanks to the positive reviews, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment from the beginning. My group, consisting of my mom, aunt, and sister, arrived 10 minutes early to find the doors locked. The owner, eventually let us in after making us wait, and then seemed to have preconceived notions about us based on our appearance.
The downstairs gallery didn't offer much that appealed to my athletic build, and things took a frustrating turn when the owner assisted me upstairs. Despite my repeated explanations that I was still exploring options and had not finalized details like the date, venue, or style, she rushed me to the sales rack. The dresses there were damaged and overpriced, making the experience less than ideal.
The showroom itself was not properly cleaned after the previous party, with confetti, dirty glasses, and garbage left behind. The most uncomfortable part of the appointment was the owner not offering to leave the room while I changed. This lack of consideration added an unnecessary awkwardness to the situation, especially as it was only my second time at a dress appointment.
I tried on several dresses, and when my mom asked to veil one, the owner's response was disheartening. So we decided to veil that one, although I appreciated the time to discuss with my family in private, the owner returned with aggressive sales tactics, making statements like "this won't be here if you come back" and questioning why I needed to look elsewhere. Expressing my desire to explore options at different stores seemed to upset her, leading to a negative atmosphere.
The final straw was the owner's unprofessional behavior when I decided not to purchase a dress. Instead of thanking us for considering her shop, she displayed a sour attitude, snatching away jewelry when handed to her and acting condescending. The lack of a polite farewell or an offer for a follow-up appointment left us shocked and appalled.
In conclusion, this business demonstrated unprofessionalism, judgmental behavior, and a focus on making quick profits in the bridal industry. I hesitated to write this review due to its negative nature, but I believe it's important to share my experience to inform others and prevent them from going through a similar ordeal. Save your money and find a more respectful and customer-centric bridal store.
