Our wedding at Solage Calistoga was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire event. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel special.

One thing we really appreciated was the attention to detail that Solage Calistoga provided. Every aspect of the venue, from the decorations to the seating arrangements, was meticulously planned and executed. It truly made our day feel unique and personalized.

While there were some minor hiccups during the planning process, the team at Solage Calistoga was always quick to address our concerns and find solutions. Their responsiveness and professionalism helped alleviate any worries we had along the way.

One aspect that really stood out to us was the food. The catering provided by Solage Calistoga was simply outstanding. Our guests raved about the delicious menu and impeccable service throughout the night. It added an extra touch of luxury to the whole celebration.

Overall, we feel so grateful to have chosen Solage Calistoga as our wedding venue. Despite a few minor bumps in the road, the exceptional service, attention to detail, and delicious food truly made our special day one to remember. We highly recommend Solage Calistoga to any couple looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding experience.

The solage team was amazing from the time we first contacted them. The day of coordination and dedication to ensuring our big day was perfect kept my wife and I totally at ease. The solage experience is certainly worth it for a once in a lifetime big day.

This is a review of the elopement package. We had decided to have a small wedding of just us and 8 guests. So we looked at many elopement packages offered by places in the Napa area. Solage provided the best combo of things we wanted for the price. Here's what made Solage's package stand out for us. 1) photographer - several other places did not provide one. 2) seating for 8 guests at the ceremony - several others venues capped at 4-6 guests and we would have to pay the price bump for a "small wedding" package. 3) private ceremony location - several others were in public garden areas. 4) eating casual a la carte dinner at Solbar - other venues would have required private dining for 10 people and we weren't interested in paying for that price bump. We would have arranged our own offsite dining instead. Extra nice things about their package: spa package, 2 hours for photographer instead of 1.

Wedding went great. Got lots of great photos around the property. You can goto the vineyard across the street for photos too. I did not consider the spa package important at first, but relaxing before the wedding ended up being really nice.

Bonus points for Solage/Solbar, the day of our wedding the chef's private dining room wasn't reserved so we were able to seat our party of 10 in that room. This is perhaps just luck that it wasn't reserved, so one shouldn't assume you'd normally get this. Also, Solbar is delicious and much better than several off-site dinner options we had investigated.

Not having to deal with so many wedding details was exactly what we wanted. If you're eloping and Solage has the combo of things you want, I'm sure you'll be happy.

Sarah & Kristen were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding was in Jeopardy of being cancelled due to the unfortunate wildfires that affected the nearby areas this fall. With less than a week prior to our big day, we saw very little hope with fire situations improving, as Calistoga was still under a mandatory evacuation on that Monday. We were quite worried that even if the evacuation order was lifted later in the week, they wouldn't be able to even staff the area properly in time for such an event, let alone host it. Sarah and Kristen remained extremely positive and hopeful throughout this entire 2-week period and encouraged us to wait, and not cancel in case conditions improved. With a little less than 5 days to go, the evacuation order was lifted and they eventually re-opened the resort on the Thursday before our wedding (Saturday). In the end, we were extremely lucky with mother-nature, as some rain provided relief that Thursday night, and the Saturday wedding was an absolutely perfect fall day. The wedding was nothing short of amazing, we honestly could not have been happier with how everything turned out. They encouraged us to wait and it proved to be the right choice. Without their positivity and support throughout the time of doubt leading up to this event we may have made a choice to move the location and had a less-than-perfect wedding elsewhere. So a huge, huge thank you to them for being awesome and pulling everything off in the most spectacular way possible. The entire staff was more than accommodating, everything about the venue is beautiful. The layout of the space is really versatile and convenient, it makes it possible to host a large event, but still have an intimate setting, with plenty of room to spare. I can't say enough good things, we are extremely grateful to have been able to have our dream-wedding here. Thank you again Sarah & Kristen ! You 2 are Awesome !!

The team is very accommodating, thoughtful and focused on making sure you event meets your vision, and expectations.

We had a small, intimate wedding here at Solage. It was perfect. Sarah Gonzoles (and Kristen Seaholm) was a wonderful coordinator and was on top of every detail, remembering most of the small things. Michelin star food, perfect service (the chef even came to check on us and stayed for a bit). Honestly not a single thing went wrong. The most impressive thing was all the small touches that Solage and Sarah performed, including small personalized gifts, free drinks during the day and at the spa, a personalized turndown service, and full staff recognition. The whole staff knew were were getting married that weekend and they focused on us. The lighting, music, tables, and care was perfect. I can also recommend Chloe Jackman for photography. Seriously good. I see the prelim pictures and it looks like we fell out of a catalogue. We did not do a full ceremony service and party favors with Sarah (since we were small) but they offer that service as well and I am sure they are perfect like the rest. If you use them, please stay here. It is SO WORTH IT.
We live in Sacramento and tahoe and nothing was that good for this price. Our locations along lake tahoe and squaw cost more and offered less. This was worth every penny in quality and stress reduction.

The advice I would give to a couple looking to choose their Napa Valley wedding venue location would be to pick Solage! The entire resort staff at Solage were so friendly, accommodating and helpful! We had a destination wedding so that made the planning from a far more difficult but Kristen was a dream to work with and made all of the planning a breeze.

Great Venue! The court yard was amazing, we were very pleased with how everything turned out.

Solage was an amazing venue, we could not have asked for anything more. Everyone who worked there was incredibly helpful, nice and did whatever it took to make sure we had a great time (especially Kristen!). The venue itself is gorgeous and the chef made the best wedding meal we have ever had (thanks Chef Brandon).

My new husband and I loved our entire experience with Solage and Kristen Seaholm. From our first meeting, Kristen and Solage's staff were friendly and informative. We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed in the outdoor-sy spa atmosphere, and loved the food.

Solage's premises are clean and modern, versatile for any style or theme, and did I mention the food? You and your guests will not be disappointed. Setting and meal aside, the true value of Solage is the service. Kristen Seaholm gave me the hand to hold that I needed, being a first time bride and not really knowing how to plan a wedding. Kristen Jensen was a whiz with our wedding design--she was able to articulate what my husband and I were looking for even better than we could, and the results were gorgeous and outstanding. They were also amazingly flexible with our unexpected cold and drizzly weather, offering three potential backup plans, given that we were not able to have our ceremony on the lawn, as planned.

Our wedding was nearly three weeks ago, and we are still getting messages from family and friends about how much they loved our wedding. We were all able to relax and really enjoy ourselves and our happy occasion. One of our guests said he would give Solage six out of five stars. I agree! I did have a hard time wrapping my mind around wedding budget numbers, but in the end, I'm confident it was money well spent on a beautiful, delicious, comfortable, and love-filled experience. Seriously 5 stars all the way!!! Our experience of getting married here was outstanding! From the initial meeting and throughout the entire process we were treated with the most professional and amazingly relaxing service. The entire staff knew who we were from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. People we had never met before greeted us by name and were so gentle to remind us to take the time to relax and enjoy the celebration with calm accommodation. Weddings are often understandably stressful. All the planning, all the organizing, all the family tension, all the expectations. At Solage, we were the most relaxed couple ever. We were able to fully celebrate our best day ever and the energy for our guests was so beautiful. The food outstanding! Since our wedding day, we have had many comments as to our positive effect on our guests. They slowed down, were able to gain perspective, and truly experience romance. My wife and I are surely in love and it shows, but we couldn't have truly lived in that moment without Kristen Seaholm at Solage. We ended up staying at Solage for 4 nights surrounding our wedding night and there was no need for a honeymoon after that. We are so glad we chose Solage for our wedding venue and feel very lucky to have met Kristen, the wedding and events manager. The vendors were all coordinated seamlessly, if anything had gone wrong, we sure didn't notice. It was beautiful.

We loved this wedding venue!! The venue itself is a perfect mix of natural beauty and impeccable design. It is modern and classically Californian, which is exactly what we were looking for. Our family and friends loved the venue -- we received so many compliments before and after the wedding. The food was amazing (obviously) and the chef was incredibly flexible about creating a set of stations, which we requested instead of plated meals. We were also able to include more interesting food choices -- like scallops and lamb -- which don't typically appear in wedding menus. Kristen Seaholm, the Wedding and Events Manager, could not have been more wonderful. We loved working with Kristen and she made the entire process as stress-free as possible. All in all, it was really a dream wedding thanks in large part to the Solage.

My now husband and I were looking for an elegant but rustic venue with a garden backdrop for the ceremony and an indoor reception room, and Solage fit the bill perfectly! We worked closely with Kristen Seaholm who was so helpful throughout our year long planning process - she was always friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient. Throughout our wedding weekend, we were blown away by the excellence of all the Solage staff (courteous to a fault & genuinely made us feel like guests of honor), the food (SO many compliments from our guests on our wedding dinner), and the attention to detail (handwritten congratulatory cards from the staff, Mr. & Mrs. pillowcases on our bed, and "Just Married" mini license plates on the bikes outside of our cottage). This is a luxury wedding venue for sure, but well worth the investment. We're so glad that we got married here and look forward to visiting again for many anniversaries to come.

We had the most wonderful wedding day at Solage! We held both our wedding ceremony and reception at Solage in August 2015 for 125 guests. We planned our wedding over 9 months and had the pleasure of working closely with Kristen Seaholm, Weddings & Events Manager, who played a crucial role in helping make our wedding day truly the best day of our lives. From our first site visit with Kristen to the days leading up to our wedding, Kristen was a Bride's dream to work with! Kristen was on point with every detail. She helped provide suggestions for other vendors for our various needs, provided a detailed cost estimate up front which helped us plan the wedding finances, and was readily available by phone or email with any needs we had. Our food and beverage was provided by Solage and we enjoyed the unique opportunity to meet with the Michelin Star executive chef, Brandon Sharp, who worked with us to create a menu that was unique to our tastes and likes for our wedding day. Our wedding ceremony was held on the Solage lawn with a backdrop of white roses and mountains. Our guests enjoyed an outdoor cocktail reception and an indoor/outdoor dinner in the modern barn. We were 100% happy with our experience Kristen Seaholm and Solage delivered.
Solage was an absolutely stunning venue that provided our guests a modern, relaxing, luxe experience in beautiful wine country. We would highly recommend Solage to other couples and couldn't be happier with our experience working with them and how fantastic our wedding turned out!

My Mom found Solage through a wedding planner she contacted. Once we saw the venue and met Kristen Seaholm we were sold. First the wedding space at Solage is incredible. All of the staff are great and the food/wine options superb. Kristen was so kind and easy to connect with as soon from the first time we met her. She really made us feel at ease through the whole process of planning our wedding, and was responsive and enthusiastic about our big day. Kristen was also very accommodating when we had a few special requests. We're so happy we had our wedding at Solage! Our guests were impressed and enjoyed every minute -- just like us!

Kristen Seaholm at Solage Calistoga was fantastic throughout our wedding planning. She was calming, very responsive, always polite and fun to work with, and had a way about her that always made us feel like we were the only wedding she was planning. The costs below are associated with what we spent at the venue as a whole - including food, rental cost, alcohol, etc.

Solage is just a lovely place to get married. We were married there in early June, and we truly had the best wedding weekend every, courtesy of Solage and its amazing staff. We honestly loved everything about Solage, but here are the best things about it for planning a wedding. (1) Food. The food here is legit. Sol Bar is a one-michelin star restaurant and this does translate to the wedding food. You get the same food, same ingredients, same amazing preparation. Every bit of our menu from appetizers all the way to dessert was phenomenal and many guests told us this repeatedly. (2) Location. Solage is a beautiful and amazing place. It's modern, luxurious, and naturally beautiful. It's also not stuffy or pretentious like some other wedding venues in Napa that we visited. The site is incredible and has so much potential, no matter what kind of wedding you're planning. (3). Staff. The staff here is second to none. Kristen S., the event coordinator, is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and goes above and went above and beyond her required duties time and again for us. The servers at our wedding brought out each table's meal at the same time -- and we had three huge Kings tables. This was quite a spectable, seeing numerous staff holding hot plates and then placing them in front of a huge row of guests at the same time. Our dear friend in the restaurant business could not believe it. This is the kind of food and service at a French Michelin star restaurant, and you get it at Solage, everyday and especially on your wedding day. They staff did many other kind and wonderful things for us, too numerous to name. We spent a small fortune to have our lovely wedding here, and do not regret it even one cent worth. This is truly a magical place and I would recommend it to anyone planning a special event.

Solage is one of the four venues on our final list, and in terms of responsiveness, thoroughness, and openness, it takes the cake. We like the reception packages because we don’t have to worry about estimating how many dozens of canepes to order (you could add additional items by the dozen). Even though there’s no tasting, we got to sit down with a Michelin-star chef to customize our menu, which was pretty cool. Sommelier suggested very exciting pairing once we finalized our menu; our guests got to drink some very limited production wines that are sold out everywhere. Food is phenomenal, our flat iron steak has texture of rib eye yet more flavorful. We still have guests reaching out to us to say how much they love the food/wine/pairing. Gorgeous ground. It’s a perfect blend of modern simplicity and rustic wine country chic. Our pictures came out filled with natural lights.
People: this is where Solage stands out the most. Kristen, the wedding manager, is very responsive since the initial contact. Her positive attitude and vast knowledge in the business made a huge difference! On our wedding weekend it felt like all the staffs know who we are and always greeted us with big smiles and congratulations. We like the cute little details such as “just married” bike plates and the special pillowcases for the newlyweds—they snuck those in while we were at reception, very sneaky. ;) We extended open bar by an hour at the end of the night on a whim, and banquet manager Sean actually jumped in as the bartender afterhours to make it work!
All in all, wonderful experience. If you’re a type-A like me who needs clear information and quick turnaround in your planning, but still like to keep the experience personal, Solage will be your best bet. If budget is a constraint, they also provide off-peak pricing. Our date just so happened to be the last weekend before peak season, and the saving is significant.

Stephen and I had been to Solage 2 or 3 times before and absolutely loved it. We joked about getting married there from time to time, but never imagined it would be something we could ever afford to do. However, once engaged and while looking for a venue I decided to not cross Solage off our list until I at least gave them a call. I am so glad I made that phone call! From the very first phone call to halfway through our honeymoon in Hawaii Kristen and the entire Solage staff were AMAZING. They treated us and every single one of our friends and family like royalty. Even with our modest budget they made every aspect of our entire wedding week more perfect than we could have ever even imagined. We highly recommend Solage for any event in Napa Valley, and simply cannot thank them enough for making our wedding day absolutely PERFECT!

I cannot say enough about Solage! It is the perfect wedding venue. The grounds and the room are beautiful. It's romantic and so well maintained. The staff is amazing. Our event planner, Kristen, was an enormous help. Always easy to get a hold of, responsive, no question or request to small for her. The food was outstanding. The Chef met with us personally to review options and help select the perfect, seasonal menu. There were many different options for wine, beer, liquor for our wedding and they helped us select the perfect complement of wines. Between Kristen and my wedding planner, I did not have to worry about one, tiny thing (through the year of planning, or on the day of). The entire staff at the resort are friendly and helpful - from the front desk, to the spa, to restaurant. The pool and spa & fitness studio are a huge bonus. Our friends were able to relax and enjoy the Olympic size pool during the weekend. They have wait staff so you can have some food and cocktails by the pool. The fitness room is big and well stocked for the fitness buffs. And the spa --- amazing! It's gorgeous and the therapists there are very well trained. All in all, I can't say enough. It was the perfect place for the best day or our lives! We always look forward to staying at Solage and now it has even more of a special meaning to us.

Kristen at Solage Calistoga made our wedding perfect! We planned our wedding from North Carolina, so the elopement package was perfect for all of our needs. We were able to chose our favorite vendors and Kristen coordinated everything for us. Having not seen the wedding location in person until 2 days before our wedding, we were a little apprehensive about the space. Kristen was able to switch us to the beautiful space we wanted and order us some extra flowers. Ultimately our wedding was perfect! The service was fantastic at the resort as well, with all of the staff congratulating at breakfast and lunch the day after our wedding. The spa experience was world class. We loved our wedding and our time at Solage. We recommend it to everyone and can not wait to go back.

We had such an incredible wedding and a huge part of that was choosing Solage as our venue, and the people there who helped us along the way and on the big day. We felt immediately at ease the moment we arrived and everyone was helpful with any last minute details that came up. They was also there the day of the wedding for anything that we needed, the service is incredible. Our guests raved about the delicious and unique food and the lovely service. The setting was perfect, a great mix of indoor space for dancing that blends with the outdoor space seamlessly, and the garden setting for the wedding was stunning. We have already had friends and family return for a weekend stay at Solage because they loved it there so much! Overall the weekend was more than what we had imagined it would be and a huge part of that was choosing Solage - it exceeded our expectations!

Couldn't of imagined a more amazing wedding day. Everything was perfect from the food to the service. Everyone is so helpful, and Kristen is an amazing coordinator! Would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a baby shower to a wedding!

Solage is the perfect wedding venue in the beautiful wine country. Using process of elimination, we managed to narrow our list from 80+ venues to about 20. We thought we had found our venue in Yountville, but decided to continue our search by driving further north to Calistoga. After a quick brunch at Solbar, we were sold on the food, the service and the immaculate grounds – we knew we had found our perfect spot.
Kristen, the event manager, is friendly and detail oriented. Her responsiveness and thoroughness to our every inquiry and question was amazing.
Everything was flawless on our wedding day. Our beautiful studio was well lighted per my request. We did not have to go far to find a picturesque background for our bridal party photos; in fact, we took our bridal party photos right outside the studio. The ceremony lawn was well manicured. The terrace for our cocktail hour was beautiful and romantic; the fireplace was turned on even though it was still bright out. The food: canapés, starters, entrees and dessert were out of this world! The bar was well stocked and the drinks were delicious! The staffs were courteous, professional; the service was impeccable.
Our family and friends are still raving how beautiful the wedding was, the best food they’ve had (not just at weddings, but best food overall) and how much fun everyone had.
We thank Kristen and the entire fabulous staff at Solage for making our special day precious and joyous. We wouldn’t have it any other way!

Solage was an absolute dream venue. The setting is stunning, the staff is professional, and the food is remarkable. Kristen (the point of contact for events) went above and beyond to make our day perfect and was by far the most responsive vendor we worked with. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at Solage Calistoga and had a wonderful experience. Kristen was amazing to work with and made it an easy stress free process. It rained the day of our wedding and they were so accommodating, and watched the weather and adjusted the schedule to avoid rain during the ceremony. They were standing by with umbrellas and so supportive! The night before they even covered the lawn with a tent so it would not be soaked from the rain the night before. They thought of every detail! They even changed the license plates on the bicycles that came with the room to read, "Just Married," is was such a nice touch! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this property if you are planning a destination wedding or any event!

The venue was gorgeous and the staff was amazing! Having a designer come with the venue was amazing and made the planning/organization of rentals super easy! The venue is a little pricey, but fairly priced amongst the other venue options in the area (I just think wedding venues in general are pricey :)). Overall, I would highly recommend the team and venue that Solage has to offer!

We were a little turned off by not having a tasting before hand, but we felt confident after the chef consultation. He literally made our dream wedding entrees - with all our favorites foods, and it was delicious, the best wedding food I've ever had!

We had an amazing wedding at Solage. We picked Solage because of the atmosphere (serene and beautiful outdoors), location close to a downtown (so guests could easily access if they weren't staying at the hotel), ability to have a live band until midnight, and the known high-end service/food.

Kristen Seaholm is incredible and deserves 5 stars herself - she was always responsive, so helpful with every question and consideration, and couldn't have made the experience any better for us.

Chef is also amazing - our guests (most of which were from NYC) said it was the best wedding food they ever had (so for anyone considering the price tag - you will get your $ worth!).

Solage was amazing! Kristen was so incredibly helpful, having (thankfully) never been married before I did not know what exactly to expect. Kristen made it so easy for my wife and I to organize everything and then the day of the wedding was so smooth and perfect! The property is incredible, the spa was ridiculous (in all the best ways) and relaxing. I really cannot say enough good things about Solage Calistoga and especially Kristen.

Our overall experience getting married at Solage was absolutely fantastic. The planners (Kristen & Sarah) were great to work with and were clear, concise, and professional in each phase of the process. One of the aspects we appreciated most was expectations were clearly defined up front and there were no " expensive or shocking surprises" that came up once the contract was signed as we've seen happen to other friends getting married in the area.

Solage and team truly did a fantastic job building and executing our perfect day and left no detail overlooked. Overall we cant recommend Solage and their team, food, and overall experience more highly : )

Solage was the perfect venue for what we were looking for. Guests didn't have to get on buses to go from the ceremony to the reception since everything was within throwing distance. The food was amazing as well as the service!

Solage is a beautiful resort where service is a high priority. They leave no detail unattended. The staff is professional and friendly from housekeeping to the waiters to the spa. We had our wedding and reception here and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and they made sure our guests with allergies were well taken care of. The wait staff was prompt and professional. We worked with Kristen throughout the planning process and she was great as well. Any time we had questions or concerns she was prompt with an answer. They keep the grounds looking gorgeous even though the drought they're having. The only negative thing I have to say is that they are not flexible with pricing. There were a few things that we asked for that were not granted even though we spent a great deal of money there. Overall, it was a positive experience and we're excited to go back for our anniversary next year.

Our wedding at Solage was absolutely beautiful - and it rained the whole time!! That's how great they were. They seamlessly transitioned our outdoor ceremony into an indoor space and made it just as spectacular if we had had the ridge as the backdrop. Throughout the week our friends and family conveniently enjoyed Calistoga bc of Solage's perfect location and their BMW program and bikes. They opened the spa for our pictures which was a wonderful alternative. The food and service was beyond our expectations - they even got on their hands and knees to towel dry my train since it had soaked up some rain. Even our older retriever was well taken care of with a puppy bed, food and water bowels and love/care given by all the staff that met him.

For planning purposes they always provided timely and complete responses. If they didn't know they would find out for me. For the location and style of the resort I thought the prices were definitely appropriate, but with the level of service we received from Kristen, the events team, the service staff and chefs I would've definitely paid more. Our wedding was joyful, beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

I got married this August at Solage and Kristen, who is the wedding coordinator there, was a wonderful resource! I cannot recommend her enough. Her professionalism and also the experience she brought made our wedding go so smoothly. I also found her to be warm and caring and that made a difference rather than being just another bride getting married there.
Solage is a fantastic venue, everything seemed catered for and the flexibility catering to your every need, plus the AMAZING michelin starred restaurant makes for an unforgettable wedding.

Solage is a great even space for weddings. They have venue space that you can transform and make it your own with little ease. The staff is extremely helpful and wants to make sure the bride/groom have a memorable experience. The food is also wonderful and sets menu based upon seasonal ingredients. The venue is expensive, but overall worth the cost.

Solage is an amazing location for a wedding. Both the outdoor and indoor settings were a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The best part of the experience is the Michelin starred food, easily the best wedding food available in the Napa area. The staff is extremely professional. Only thing to keep in mind is that all of these amenities and services do not come cheap.

Working with everyone on the event planning side at Solage was wonderful. So responsive and so kind throughout the whole process. It is a beautiful venue and everyone is so organized I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. My only negative was that a number of hotel guests crashed our wedding and one of my guests had to escort them out. There seemed to be more security to keep my guests out of the hotel area then vise versa.

Beautiful venue. The restaurant at the hotel, solbar, has delicious food, but the wedding food not nearly as good. The coordinators were very helpful in the planning stages especially considering that we planned the whole thing with them from out of state. However, when it came to the wedding their service fell short. We did not see our leading planner Kristin virtually the entire wedding, and while sara was around and very sweet, she is new at her job and definitely still has some learning to do. For example, we had a live band but we worked out with sara that we would play one song over the stereo. So the band stopped playing and sara fumbled figuring out how the stereo worked, you could hardly hear the song until she found someone to help understand how to raise the volume. It was an embarrassing moment. Kristin really should have been present to help make the day flow more smoothly.

Solage was a beautiful location for our wedding ceremony and Kristen was a pleasure to work with.

I recently had my wedding and thankfully (due to mainly myself and my husbands planning it was not a total disaster), however looking back, I would not have chosen Solage as my venue for numerous reasons. Firstly, tons of turn over, two planners quit within the year of planning for the wedding, and the person they nonchalantly left us with A MONTH before the wedding since our planner provided thru Solage quit was oblivious and not prepared to be helpful in any way, basically we had no planner just a body. Secondly, they are SEXIST. My husband was the only one they ever address (including they only reached out to him after my survey that I filled out with our dissatisfaction. Interesting though the one time they reached out to the female is when they sent the bill over from accounting) or attempt to resolve concerns with, there was zero attention, shockingly, to the bride meanwhile I paid for half this wedding. The day of the wedding the army of useless wedding staff (our given wedding coordinator, her manager and some other person who was not even introduced to the bride) only attended to the groom and groomsmen and barely, my husband also was dissatisfied with their service. Also, expect guests of Solage to walk into your wedding and take pictures during the outdoor cocktail hour, they have a small sign saying “private event” but that does nothing, and numerous ppl were able to take pictures and pop their head into my wedding cocktail hour. I have heard this from people before and I addressed my concern of this and as feared the exact same thing happened to us. The food was good, however the staff did not even bother with having wine at our sweetheart table, so the entire night we had to keep getting up and had nothing in our glasses for our toasts. The AC did not work in our bridal suite while all getting ready. Overall lots of mistakes happened and I can go on and on, but bottom line they are not Auberge level quality of customer service, staff, and not worth the money. Thankfully I had a great photographer (who I found, not Solage vendor) who did not need any direction from Solage staff and he was able to figure out the property on his own to get great pics. I would only chose this venue if u plan to do tons of work coordinating and planning because you will have little to no support from the venue, so you won’t be able to enjoy your day since you are problem solving their errors the entire day and night.
