  Wonderful experience!

  Jay and the team at Snapshots Photography did a fantastic job with our wedding! Because of Covid, we requested that they livestream the ceremony for our guests around the world, and they executed beautifully. Our guests keep commenting on how great the quality was, and how connected they felt. This was in addition to an engagement shoot, wedding photography, and videography. We thank Jay and his team for making us feel so comfortable, while being so flexible and reliable. 6/5 stars!

  You have to hire Snapshots for any of your photography needs! From the moment we met Jay he was friendly, welcoming, relaxed, fun, and professional. Jay will put his life on the line to get the perfect shot. He literally walked into traffic Seattle, dodging cars frogger-style, to get the right shot of us in front of our hotel. Jay has an amazing eye and captured the most important day of our lives perfectly. He doesn’t just capture the perfect individual moments, but he is able to tell a story through her photos. We had such an amazing time working with Jay and his team and we cannot wait to continue to work with him in the future. We continue to recommend him to all our friends because of her amazing work and we just really want to hang out with him again.

  Not Just Photography but Exceptionally Great Services!

  We have worked with Snapshots photography & videography on several projects including event coverage, portfolio photoshoots, portraits and candid shots. They are exceptionally good and we would rate them 5 star plus if that was an option. Jay is very professional, punctual and easy to work with. His ideas & creativity is unique and makes it very easy to work with him and his team. We will always recommend Snapshots Photography.

  Professional, fun, easy to work with

  I would highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a wedding photographer! He was really fun to work with, helping us become more comfortable and naturally front of the camera. He has a great eye for detail and the pictures turned out incredibly! He’s also flexible, as he stayed longer than we anticipated to take pictures of the dancing. Very good value!

  Beautiful photos and a wonderful experience

  Jay and his team at Snapshots were so fantastic to work with! My husband and I were one of the many couples whose wedding plans were upended by the pandemic. We decided to move forward with a small ceremony outdoors just one month before the date, and contacted Jay only three weeks ahead of time. He was enthusiastic and ready to jump in. On the day of the wedding, I threw him a last minute curve ball by saying I wanted to walk to the site in my dress and have photos, and he was not only game, but he offered to set up recording equipment at the site so we would have a professional video to share with family members who couldn't be there. And when it came time for portraits, he did a fantastic job of directing us and our guests in a way that was professional and kind, and ensured we'd get beautiful photos. As someone who doesn't get her photo taken for a living, I definitely appreciated the help. We happily recommend Jay and the Snapshots Photography team!

  Jay is awesome!

  Not worth the money

  They captures some pretty good pictures but the poses they had us do and the way they instructed us just made us (already awkward couple) more awkward. I feel like they didn't plan their shots at all before the wedding day. We spent about an hour and a half taking photos and they weren't working together. They kind of bickered as well. They had us re say our vows 3 times because the microphone wasn't working. So it sounded very robotic at that point. They said things like "just talk to each other" or "pretend to laugh about something" which is just awkward. We need direction and I specifically told him we did because we are awkward people. The communication was not good as well. I would set up a time to call him to discuss detaila before the big day and he would be running late and have to reschedule. Time management wasn't a strong suit. For what we paid I expected a larger amount of good photos, and their complimentary video was pretty amateur. They didn't get one single good picture of us with BOTH of our families. That's an important picture. I told them my major request was capturing my hubands reaction when he first sees me. They didnt. They also seemed flustered and surprised when I came down the aisle like they weren't ready yet. They didn't bother touching up blemishes either. So overall not a great experience.

  Spam! Beware when you meet this person.

  Hanif aka Jay (that’s how he introduces himself) will take your money and stop replying. He has taken money for our wedding and when it got cancelled due to covid, he said he will return it. He returned a couple hundred bucks after 2 years and ghosted and blocked my husband so that he won’t have to return it.
