11/10 Company to Plan Your Wedding!

I truly don’t know how to put into words how grateful we are for Susan and the Sincerely Yours Team.

Susan took the time to really understand who we are as a couple—our personalities, our style, what mattered to us—and she wove all of that into a wedding day that felt so authentic and meaningful. She remembered the smallest details we casually mentioned months earlier and made sure they were part of our day. She anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had. She stepped in when there were minor and major speed bumps and came up with a solution. She cared about our wedding as if it were her own, and we felt that every step of the way.

On the wedding day, Susan was our calm in the chaos. She handled everything behind the scenes with such grace that we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment. When I look back, I don’t think about stress or timelines—I think about how happy and relaxed we were, and that’s 100% because of her and the team.

Our wedding was genuinely the best day of our lives, and Susan played such a huge role in making that possible. If you’re looking for someone who is warm, dedicated, incredibly organized, creative, and truly cares, look no further. We adore her and cannot recommend her and the entire Sincerely Yours Events team enough.

10.4.2025 Bluffton, SC Wedding

My husband and I planned our wedding in Bluffton, SC from NYC. While we are big planners ourselves and initially thought “oh, the venue provides a point person for us we don’t need a planner.” We couldn’t have been more wrong. Choosing to work with Jordyn at Sincerely Yours was the best decision we made. We only made it down once before our wedding and Jordyn made herself available to attend the venue walk through with us, challenging us to plan all the details and how we want the flow of the day to go, bringing up points neither of us would have thought of. Weddings are expensive and the one day you want everything to run smoothly and go according to plan. We are confident that without Jordyn and her team, our day would not have been as stress-free (for us hah) and perfect as it was. She listened to our wants/needs, executed everything perfectly and even made sure everyone got home safely at the end of the night (She drove some family members who were left behind at the end of the night to meet the bus back to the hotel)! She’s extremely talented and professional and could not recommend Jordyn or Sincerely Yours enough!

So good!

Emily and Kaitlyn helped plan my absolute dream wedding. They were able to understand my vision perfectly. Knowing they were on my team, I felt so calm before the wedding and wasn't worried about anything. I'm very type A and like to be in control but was able to totally trust them and enjoy the wedding. Truly I would have been so lost without them.

Best. Day. Ever.

Sincerely yours events was a seamless and easy process to book and a crucial part of our wedding day! Madison was our wedding planner and she was truly my go to girl for months leading up to the wedding and of course on the wedding day. She would answer my panicked 2am texts ensuring everything would go smoothly on the wedding day- and it did! Not many people can say nothing went wrong on their wedding day but because of Madison and Sincerely Yours, I can! My wedding day was the best day of my life and Madison made sure it would happen. She was there to make sure all my vendors were on time doing their jobs, she even handled a minor issue at the after party for me after she was done with her duties. I am so grateful for Madison and her team and cannot recommend them enough, thank you for the best day ever!!!

When a dream becomes a reality!

Since my daughter's wedding in October 2024 things have not been the same. For starters, I don't have someone asking "what can I do for you", "how can I help" or assuring me "everything is going to be perfect"!!!! That was life with our magnificent wedding planner Kaitlyn Woodard! From day one she was 100% committed to our vision and supported us with enthusiasm and professionalism. Her skill set is amazing. She is attentive to detail, respectful of the budget, communicative, conscientious, and knowledgeable of the wedding industry in the low country. On the wedding day she handled everything flawlessly...and the dream became a reality. And, above all, Kailyn is warm, friendly and so approachable. You can't help but to adore her. I highly recommend Sincerely Yours Events!

I absolutely loved working with Madison Tovar from Sincerely Yours Events. We did "The Wedding Day" (day of/month of) package and Madison was willing to meet with us a few months ahead of the wedding for us to meet her in person and chat through details. She was so easy and fun to work with the entire time and was always available and great at communicating over both text and email. She helped us so much leading up to the wedding and with making the day smooth and carefree for me and my husband. We decided last-minute that we wanted to add a videographer and she found us an incredible one SO quickly. I highly recommend working with Sincerely Yours Events for a perfect wedding day!

A Truly Stress-Free Wedding Experience!

We couldn't have been happier with Sincerely Yours Events or with our wedding planner Kayley. From initial planning stages to the wedding day itself, Kayley and her team did an excellent job making us feel at ease throughout the entire process. The partial planning package, which managed reservations, meal counts, and vendor payments, was a huge help! Our guest list was only 55 people, but most were from out-of-state. Kayley made the process of accommodating everyone’s needs - from travel to dietary and more - easy. The wedding day itself was a truly joyful one to remember from start to finish, thanks to her and her team’s efforts. They took care of everything, and we were able to focus on enjoying the day, eating the delicious food, and partying the night away with loved ones. We’re happy we went with Sincerely Yours Events!!

Wedding Differentiators, Going Above and Beyond!

Our Wedding Team (myself, my husband, parents, MiL) booked Sincerely Yours Events over a year before our wedding. We received the FULL PLAN with Emily, Susan, and the entire office! We knew that our four-day, destination wedding 700 miles away from where we live full time required heavy logistics, vendor coordination, and many details that we never could have imagined. I have worked almost my entire career as a Project or Program Manager, and like to think of myself as detail oriented and incredibly organized. I NEVER could have pulled off even 10% of what this office did for our wedding weekend. Not only did they successfully execute our dream wedding weekend, but myself and everyone at the wedding fell in love with them as people. I am so glad we went with SYE. I had evaluation calls with a few others in the area and while they were professional and I'm sure could have helped us figure out a decent plan, these people went above and beyond at every juncture.

As Mother of the Bride, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was for my daughter to have such fabulous assistance. Most amazing experience with SYE

My husband and I worked with Kaitlyn (Mullen) Woodard for our wedding on 10.28.23. From the moment we began working with Kaitlyn, she has exceeded every single expectation and beyond! She is incredibly professional, detail oriented, compassionate and always checked in on what else she could be helping us with. Within minutes at our rehearsal, my bridal party looked at me and said “wow, your planner is GOOD”. Leading up to the wedding, Kaitlyn kindly answered all of my questions and had creative and thoughtful resolutions anytime we had a challenge pop up. On the wedding week, Kaitlyn handled last minute things with ease and I felt zero stress the week of the wedding. We had the most amazing wedding day, with Kaitlyn & Kelly working hard behind the scenes, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of them and SYE! Dream team!

This team was everything I needed and more. Kaitlyn was an absolute ALL STAR throughout hour whole process. We traveled from out of state for the wedding, and it was amazing having her there as our “boots on the ground” contact. She was thorough with her schedule, the vendors, and me! Kaitlyn had a great response time for anytime I had a question or concern about something. Having Clare with Kaitlyn on the day was was incredible! Both had such a relaxed demeanor and my mom and I had nothing to worry about the entire day. Our entire wedding weekend went by so smoothly with this the tremendous help of this group. Highly Recommend!

We got married in Savannah May 2023. We were not familiar with the area or vendors so having someone with experience in this area helped tremendously. SYE has many packages to choose from to suit any specific needs. My planner was Kayley and she was amazing to work with from day one of booking! She made sure all my vendors were booked accordingly and in a timely manner. She was available anytime I needed her with any last minute thoughts or change of mind. I am a very indecisive person and she gave her honest opinions from her experiences to help me decide on all the big and small details of the day! On my wedding day, unfortunately it rained and we had to move forward with our rain plan. I had my full trust in Kayley to do whatever it took to make our day still as amazing as possible. All of our guests were amazed by how beautiful and smooth everything went despite the rain. Kayley made my day stress-less and took care of all coordination and all last minute decisions seamlessly. I highly recommend SYE for any type of wedding planning if you want full confidence in a stress free day!

Sincerely Yours is the absolute best!!

Sincerely Yours Events is THE premier event planner in Savannah, Georgia and the Southeast Coastal area. My daughter got married this May and it could not have been easier thanks to Emily and her amazing team! Starting one year ago, I received their top notch vendor list and was able to have everything booked and ready months and months ahead of time. Their monthly email checklist (starting 12 months ahead!) is such a stress reducing little gift. As the wedding date neared, I received incredible support and advice. By the time the wedding day arrived, we were relaxed, happy and excited. There was not a minute of the day that someone from Sincerely Yours wasn't with the bridal party, the groomsmen and the families telling us exactly what to do and where to be. Emily's calming presence made it all a dream!!!

Best Day of My Life

Our venue required a month of/day of coordinator, and we chose SYE because it was one of our venue's preferred vendors. And we are SO glad we chose them! Our coordinator Kayley Fleming has such a fun, bubbly personality and did an amazing job keeping all our vendors on the same page. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect--from answering her phone immediately whenever I had a question or concern, to giving her phone number to one of my bridesmaids so that I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. And the moment I stepped out of the party bus after the wedding ceremony, she met me and Will at the entrance of our venue with our signature drinks and even made sure we had appetizers and MORE drinks in our "getting ready" room. She was so attentive and has such a calming demeanor; she truly provided an atmosphere in which I was able to let loose and enjoy my wedding day. It was the best day of my life, and I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me!

Emily, Clare and SYE- you are AMAZING

Wow! Where do I begin. I got engaged May 2021 and stumbled upon Sincerely Yours Events when I saw an amazing wedding they did at Colleton River in Bluffton. Emily was gracious enough to call me the same evening I reached out, and went over their process, suggestions on holding venues and feedback on weddings at Colleton. All of this without even having booked her. I had one of those gut feelings- immediate trust and comfort with her and knew I had to book her as my full time wedding planner.

Over the next two years(just got married in May 2023), Emily became more than a planner- she became a great friend and confidant and helped with every single aspect of our wedding weekend - from the rehearsal, welcome party and wedding day details. We had many logistics to figure out with different trollies for all of the weekend events which Emily planned seamlessly. The vendors she helped source were top notch and made our day absolutely perfect(I would have never found our amazing photographer Holly Felts without Emily!!!) Emily was available any time day or night to text or call and calm my nerves in the planning process. She answered any question no matter how small and handled all of the logistical details with vendors so I could just focus on the fun things like design :) .

Clare assisted Emily on our wedding day and they both flawlessly handled an issue with our band being a bit late from a flat tire. They thought quickly to have the string trio from ceremony and cocktail play during the first half of dinner while the band set up. (Also huge shout out to Clare for getting my second look from the groomsmen cottage during our dinner)

We have lost track of the amount of times we were told “this was by far the best wedding we have ever been to” by family and friends. I know this would not have been possible without Emily’s work on the design, details and organization. On the day of the wedding she and Clare seemed to be every where at once. I don’t think they sat down once the entire 12 hour++ day. Emily’s hustle and love for her brides is unmatched. We all (wedding party, parents, now husband) keep saying “could you imagine trying to have done this without Emily???” She packed and delivered welcome bags, suggested a final venue walk thru the week off, and pinned my dress mid reception so I could do first dances with my heels off.

I am beyond grateful to have had Emily plan our wedding from start to finish and become such a close friend in the process. She made the day more perfect and magical than I ever dreamed of. Truly the best weekend of our lives!! I cannot recommend her enough. I’ll also be forever grateful to her for pushing me to get a videographer and supporting me source that on my own since I had such a hard time deciding on my video vibe!

Haley and the whole team at Sincerely Yours made our day MAGICAL!

We chose the month-of coordination, and their detailed lists, resources and communication leading up to the wedding made the day a huge success.

All my family/friends shared this was one of the best, if not the best, weddings they had been to! We own it all to Sincerely Yours.

Haley’s calm demeanor and resourcefulness kept the day running smoothly. As the bride and groom, we could play host and really enjoy ourselves without thinking of the details as Haley had it all under control. They even brought us our food!! Details I would have never thought of, Haley had it covered.

Thank you Sincerely Yours Events! From the very first conversations we had with this team, we knew we were in the best hands!
We worked with Haley for about a year leading up to our December 2022 wedding. Haley made wedding planning so much easier and was so patient with my husband and I throughout the whole process! We cannot imagine going through wedding planning without her!
Leading up to the wedding, she was so responsive with our emails and took full control coordinating and communicating with all of our vendors! Haley continuously went above and beyond our expectations both leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day!
On our wedding day, the SYE team was amazing! They handled absolutely everything from the church, the reception, our timeline and all coordination with all of our vendors. Do yourself a favor, and hire SYE to help with wedding planning. My event coordinator, Kaitlyn, is a literal angel. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. annot thank the SYE team enough for planning and coordinating the wedding of my dreams! My planning process started back in October of 2021 with the lovely Kate Hunt! She helped us choose vendors, get the perfect quotes, and helped us stay sane through the planning process. Fast forward to end of 2022 and we had the pleasure of having Kaitlyn Mullen take over after Kate learned she was adding another little one to the fam! The thought of basically switching wedding planners is enough to give anyone a mild heart attack, but Kate and Kaitlyn made the transition SO easy for me. We hired SYE for the month of coordination, but I can’t say loud enough how much they did for us! Haley Allen is truly the BEST!!! She reviewed everything I sent her during the planning process and was very available for communication. A review may be a review, but Haley deserves a lot of praise. People tell you that something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day, but I will tell you, if it did, I certainly did not know in the best way! She managed everything and made things run so smoothly. Communication, follow up, and thinking about the things I definitely forgot were top tier! I am not lying when anyone said “oh wait i wish I had, xyz” she had it. Tissues for my mother in law, snacks for my husband, glue for my dress, pins for when my bustle inevitably broken, the list goes on. She managed our wedding party which was 20 strong and our families which again are large, and her assistant always made sure that we had food and drinks! But despite all of her incredible abilities, she just was the kindest and sweetest person to have around all day! She really made it feel like my fiance (now husband) and I were just the most special people!! We loved our experience, and would hire SYE again in a heartbeat!

Hire Sincerely Yours Events!

I don't even know where to begin! We hired Kate with Sincerely Yours Events for our wedding 12/3/22 and could not recommend her and the team enough! From the moment I first spoke to Kate on the phone, I knew she was a perfect fit. She was very genuine, knowledgeable, professional and organized. She was with us every step of the way and truly cared about us as friends and bringing our wedding day vision to life. She helped us make decisions when we couldn't decide and provided so much guidance throughout the entire process. And the day turned out better than I could have ever dreamed of, and it wouldn't have been possible without SYE and Kate. Also, Molly was a huge help the day of and super sweet! This review is long overdue, but SYE, specifically Kate Hunt and Molly Pavlo were absolutely INCREDIBLE for our overall wedding experience. We used them for the day of/month of coordinators and there are not enough words to describe how fantastic the experience was! Kate was our lead coordinator and although she was for the month of, Kate was involved throughout the entire year I spent planning! She answered phone calls, texts, random questions at all hours, she came to every single one of my site visits, she joined all of my Zoom calls. No question was a dumb question and thanks to her, I was able to have the wedding of my dreams and barely lose any sleep during the planning! THANK YOU to SYE and especially to Kate and Molly! Worth every penny!

Choosing to work with Sincerely Yours was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We live in NY and when we decided on getting married in Savannah, booking a planner wasn’t originally planned, but it was hands down the best decision of the entire planning process.

Haley went above and beyond! She was so supportive in any decisions we made & gave us so many ideas we would have never though of otherwise. She brought our vision to life and is really the sweetest person.

The day of the wedding Haley & Kate were there for us every step of the way. Everything we could possibly need they had under control! When the flowers were delivered I remember thinking, “oh yea there’s flowers”. That’s how much I didn’t need to be in control and trust the process (I'm a hands on planner), everything was already taken care of!

All the things you don’t think of, big and small, were perfectly handled. Like gnat spray for our surprise guests at the ceremony, phone calls leading up to the big day, celebratory drinks ready to go post ceremony, running up to the room to grab something you forgot, personal bouquet & train carrier, etc. They were even there to run & get hairdryers for when my groom decided to lean over a little too far into the sink while washing his hands just before the ceremony started.

There are so many good things to say about the woman we worked with and this company as a whole, a big THANK YOU just doesn’t do it enough justice. They truly made our wedding magical! ✨

We could not have planned our wedding without Emily from Sincerely Yours! She was amazing to work with - always kept us on track and took SO many things off our plate. I was very indecisive during the planning process, and I swear that Emily could read my mind even when I couldn't figure out what I wanted. I didn't need to worry about anything the month of our wedding because I knew Emily & her team had it under control. Can't say enough great things!

I truly can't say enough amazing things about SYE! Although I booked for "month of" coordination, Haley took the time to get to know me and thoughtfully answer all of my questions in the months leading up to the wedding. She gave me guidance on details both big and small and helped me to make decisions when it came to vendors, timeline, etc. As the day approached Haley also raised to my attention details that I did not even know to ask about, and made sure everything would come together. For example, when creating our timeline she advocated for some time alone for my husband and I, which in hindsight is one of our most cherished parts of our day. On the day of the wedding, Haley and Kate were ANGELS! They made sure everyone was where they needed to be, all while corralling a large bridal party and hopping around multiple locations. Haley saved the day on multiple occasions, such as having band aids for my feet, fixing my dress' bustle when it ripped, and adjusting our timeline on the fly... all while running around and filling people's champagnes for our toast when our dinner service was delayed.
Most of all, Haley and Kate made my family and I feel SO at ease throughout the day. We were truly able to just kick back and take it all in because they had everything under control! My only wish on my wedding day was that I could be present and enjoy the celebrations, and Haley and Kate made it come true. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart, we are so grateful that you were part of our wedding day!!!

I truly can’t even begin to thank Kayley and the Sincerely Yours Events team for what an amazing job they did. Kayley went above and beyond and kept me sane the whole way through! Wow! What an amazing vendor to work with. We hired Nicolette about a year out from our wedding for the month of package however we were in frequent communication with her all throughout the year. Absolutely Amazing!! Susan was the BEST

Hiring SYE was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process! My sister-in-law used them for her wedding in Savannah, and I used them for mine in Atlanta. Susan was my planner, and the day wouldn't have been amazing without her. I had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted, and she made it come to life. She recommended vendors, contacted vendors, reviewed contracts, etc. If I told her I was stressed, she would talk me through things and immediately take all my stress away. I really wanted blue and white pattern linens, and she found the perfect ones that really brought the entire space together. On the wedding day, I didn't even think about things possibly going wrong. I was so relaxed and trusted her and the rest of my vendor team completely. The entire day was perfect, and I am so thankful for Susan and Sincerely Yours Events!

Kate Hunt and Sincerely Yours Events made our day the best!

If there is ANYTHING I would say is worth making an investment on, it's a wedding planner! But specifically I cannot recommend Sincerely Yours Events enough!! Kate Hunt helped us out with everything from picking our wedding venue, to having the bouquets set out in our dressing room, to finding us deals that easily saved us thousands of dollars! My fiancé and I are from Texas and knew we wanted to get married in Savannah. We checked out a wedding venue that we were smitten with based on photos and were less than impressed with what we saw and the price. Having to leave Savannah the next day, I knew I needed a wedding planner who could be my eyes and ears in Savannah and immediately booked SYE. Kate listened to what we wanted and explained out the pros and cons of a few venues. She was so reassuring that we booked our venue without even visiting it first! Sure enough, when we finally got to visit the venue about 7 months before the wedding we were overwhelmed with excitement! From there Kate helped us coordinate everything from transportation to timeline. On the wedding day, several guests said it had been the best wedding they had been to and partially because it was so well coordinated and put together! Kate made our wedding day and planning so easy that my husband and I could just fully enjoy our time together and with loved ones. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kate and SYE!

A Dream Come True!!!

If you are looking for a wedding planner to help.book your entire wedding or just for the few weeks leading up to the wedding & the day Sincerely Yours is the way to go!! I was the bride who booked everything myself from day one & by the time I found Sincerely Yours I had all my vendors booked but they still helped me with so much leading up to the day & on the day I couldn't ask for more!!! Haley was just amazing, she made my day so perfect! The night of my rehearsal we weren't sure if we were going to be able to get married outside since there were storms in the area & we needed a backup plan...the venue showed me the room I was "suppose" to be married in if we couldn't be outside & I was devastated! Haley told me she would handle it & immediately went to the reception hall where another wedding was being set up & she spoke with one of the event planners for the Westin & she set up for us to have a backup of this gorgeous room over looking the pools & ocean just an amazing view! I can't thank Haley enough because we did end up having to get married inside & it was the dream ceremony I was looking for! Haley made everything so perfect I didn't have to worry about a thing from the minute I woke up that morning, her & Kate were at my door making sure everything was in place & checked on the groom throughout the day to make sure he was set as well!! SYE & Kate Hunt are a 10/10!!

Sincerely Yours Events is highly recommended!! They are a 5-star planning service for a reason! Two months ago, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and SYE made it all possible. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kate Hunt. We first met Kate in person back in January to do a venue walk through and go over details of the wedding to ensure we were staying on schedule. I knew right away it was a perfect fit working with Kate! As soon as our meeting was over my (then) fiancé and I looked at each other and agreed we were so impressed and loved her. We couldn’t wait to work with Kate during our whole wedding process, we knew we would be in good hands. There are so many words to describe Kate…organized, detail-oriented, dedicated, creative, sweet but professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, etc., etc. Planning a wedding is stressful, even more so being out of state and planning a destination wedding. Kate reassured us that everything would be perfect…and that it was OUR special day. She provided great suggestions from table décor to champagne escort cards to the layout of our reception room. She knew exactly what we wanted. Kate even pointed us to a local vendor to create my dream floral arbor for our beach ceremony. We hired SYE for the month-of coordinator, which was the perfect fit for us. I was able to be heavily involved in the planning process and could hand everything over to Kate for a stress-free final month leading up to the wedding. We had numerous issues with our wedding venue but felt so reassured knowing we had Kate. She was someone who advocated for us and made sure everything was perfect. This is exactly why everyone should hire a wedding planner! The day of the wedding flew by, like everyone told us it would, but it was so magical. We knew we wanted a small, intimate wedding. Kate made sure our wedding day was special from start to finish. Kate and Clare were such a big help with our reception room/décor it looked beautiful. Clare stayed with me while we waited for my wedding party to gather and walk down the aisle. She was very comforting during such a nervous and emotional time as I waited to walk down the aisle with my Dad. Everything turned out just the way we envisioned it…but better! We wish we could plan an event every year just so we could hire SYE and work with Kate over and over again!

The best wedding planner!

Emily at Sincerely Yours Events is EVERYTHING wedding dreams are made of. Working with her was the best decision we made and I swear the only reason our wedding was amazing and perfect! She is truly the best at what she does; she’s organized, responsive, realistic, truthful, helpful, the list goes on and on.

Not only did Emily keep us on track throughout the entire wedding planning process, but my fiancé and I are from Manhattan and had never even been so Savannah when we booked our venue. Emily understood our vision, budget, and what was & wasn’t important to us. She made recommendations for all of our vendors for us to choose from and helped lock down those vendors, and worked with them to get us exactly what we wanted. She really worked with us, got to know us and helped give us the wedding beyond our dreams. We were in almost constant communication from the very beginning. She was there to help answer questions, so revise guidance, listen to us vent when stressed, you name it. We were unbelievably lucky to have had such a constant support throughout the whole process from venue selection to the actual wedding day. I am type A and tend to stress a lot. I can’t explain how amazing it was to know I trusted Emily entirely and knew she had everything covered.

Day of the wedding, her and her team were invaluable! They got everything taken care of, we’re there keeping everything on track and handling anything that came up without us even knowing so that all my fiancé and I (and family and friends) had to do was get married and enjoy the best day of our lives! Multiple guests mentioned later how unbelievable the wedding was, how gorgeous and fun it was but also specifically how amazing our wedding planner, Emily, was! Absolute rock star!

You can't get better than this

The shining spot of our wedding was working with Sincerely Your Events. We were out of town planners for a destination wedding and were extremely fortunate to have found Kate with Sincerely Your Events. Communication was 10/10 - email, phone, text, anything you need in terms of questions or coordination with vendors - completely on top of it. There were a handful of items two months prior to the wedding with were surfaced to us from Sincerely Your Events that were fantastic to know about and helped us understand what we didn't know. From there - the execution, 10/10. We had things from blood on shirts, which Kate fixed within 10 seconds of the panic setting in, uninvited guests not being let in, and perfect harmony among the seven vendors we used at our wedding - it was turn key in showing up to the day of and everything being orchestrated as Kate said it would be. Last minute hitches with our venue were unnoticed as coordination was done behind the scenes as we got ready and there was truly a sense of "nothing to worry about" on the day of and weeks prior. If I ever ever planned an event again, Sincerely Your Events set the bar extremely high for coordination and will be the greatest choice you make for your big day. Book SYE for your wedding!

I honestly do not know where to begin. Susan & Emily have put together an amazing team that share the two owner's passion for brides having the BEST day ever. Susan & Emily's planning, along with their emotional and moral support, made enjoying my big day possible. Susan handled all correspondence with every vendor, met with me in person, responded to my emails at 3am, and so much more. I can honestly say that when friends and family asked me how wedding planning was going, I responded "honestly, great. I'm not stressed at all because of my wedding planner!". On the day of the wedding, Kellie was my point of contact. She was INCREDIBLE. My husband even mentioned how great she was! She was always, calm, direct, caring, and very intentional. She made Ben & I a plate for dinner, gave me clear direction (because I was allll over the place, lol), and was the reason I was able to float around and just simply enjoy my reception. The whole entire team worked tirelessly to secure tables & linens at my outside reception during insane winds. It is a miracle that everything didn't blow away, and it's because SYE was on top of it! (Literally, I think someone laid on top of the table cloths to hold them down as they were being securely pinned to the tables). I would not have been able to enjoy this process without the professionalism and skill set of SYE. My mother-in-law also hired them for our rehearsal dinner and it was AMAZING. Kate was our point of contact for that event, and she is the reason the night ran smoothly and beautifully. Sincerely Yours Events is Sincerely the Best!

Planning a wedding is a fun and exciting time for any couple, but can also come with elements of stress. When you toss in a global pandemic, expecting the unexpected becomes a mantra to live by day in and day out. Being event planners ourselves, my husband Jack and I knew we could handle the planning aspects leading up to our wedding, but knew we wanted to hand over the reigns on the actual day. We booked Susan as our Day-of Coordinator back in January 2019 for what we thought would be a May 2020 wedding. Although we hired SYE for day-of services, Susan was always available to answer any question we had throughout the process and helped us navigate the unknown with postponing our wedding twice...once to December 2020 and again to December 2021.

After the second postponement, Susan unfortunately had to step down as our coordinator, but in came Haley to save the day! The transition was so smooth and Haley was well versed in everything we wanted and needed for our wedding without us having to spend time bringing her up to speed. Just like Susan, Even though we chose to hold a small legal ceremony the year prior with close family and friends, Haley knew and respected our vision to not change a thing for our wedding weekend in Savannah. She was determined to give us the wedding we had put so much time and thought into and was simply incredible (with the help of Kendall of course) before, during and even after. She checked in on us throughout the day, picked up our lunch order for our entire wedding party and delivered it to where we were staying. Since we were holding both our ceremony and reception at Soho South, the space needed to be flipped within an hour. On top of all of the things that go into making that happen as smoothly and timely as possible, Haley realized the rental company delivered the wrong size table cloths. She worked with the venue as well as the hotel across the street to outsource more linens and ensure that everything looked perfect when we came into the reception. Following the wedding, she worked with the rental company to give us a refund on all linens. Again, Sincerely the Best!

One thing that we will always be incredibly thankful for is that throughout our entire planning process, neither Susan or Haley treated us like clients, but more like friends. Even though Susan wasn't present on the day-of, she tuned into the livestream and congratulated us on the day. :) While we will miss communicating with them as often as we did, we are excited to stay in touch and hopefully reconnect when we return to Savannah.

From recommending the BEST reliable and outstanding vendors, to thinking of every possible detail of the day, she went above and beyond. Kate from SYE made our day perfection!!

I cannot say enough good things about Kate and the SYE team! We had a destination wedding in Savannah and we hired Kate about a year in advance. She has incredible taste and was extremely helpful, sweet, and responsive throughout the entire process and made our experience so much less stressful planning a wedding from afar. I felt like I was texting a friend anytime I reached out to her at random hours of the day in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was always there with a quick response and put my mind at ease! The wedding day was absolutely perfect. Kate and Molly made sure everything was seamless down to even the smallest details, even ensuring my husband and I never had an empty drink in our hand! We would not change a thing about our day and cannot thank Kate enough for making our vision come to life and making our day so very special.

Outstanding Service & Results!

I’m happy to recommend Emily DeLoach, Sincerely Yours Events, without reservation! She planned our son’s destination wedding in Savannah in early November 2021. She knew all of the local vendors really well and made excellent recommendations. Her attention to detail was superb. We engaged her more than 18 months before the wedding, which was postponed for more than a year due to the pandemic. She helped manage the date change with all of the vendors. Throughout the lengthy process, she kept us focused on important deadlines and decisions to be made. She did an excellent job of addressing the grooms’ and parents’ priorities. We had unexpectedly bad weather for a weekend with mostly outdoor events planned. Emily helped us pivot and navigate all the necessary changes with grace and confidence. The final result was extraordinary! In addition to her strong professional skills, Emily was engaging, warm, responsive, and a pleasure to get to know. I would gladly give her 10 stars!!

My son and his husband chose Emily to be our wedding planner for their destination wedding in Savannah, GA. I can't sing Emily's praises enough. She is very thorough and meticulous and makes everything about planning a wedding seem so easy and seamless. Emily was very sensitive about respecting each family members requests and incorporating them into the wedding weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for Emily and because she was so on track we all enjoyed the process of the planning so much. We felt like family in the end and we were all sorry that our daily/weekly chats were coming to an end. I would highly recommend Emily as an outstanding planner.

Sye - the best team!

I could go on and on about how truly incredible the SYE team is!! As a bride who had to postpone a year due to COVID, Sincerely Yours was with me every step of the way from selecting a new date to confirming every single vendor's availability. Kate Hunt might as well be my new best friend, she is phenomenal and my day was an absolute dream because of her. With uncertain weather the day of, her team rolled with the punches and made it look EASY! I didn't have to stress about one detail, it was such a relief to know I could leave it all to them. Kate answered every last question I had through the process and was available at any time of day to lend a helping hand. I wish I could do it all over just so I could work with this team again, thank you for the love and dedication you put into your role. I feel I will always be a part of the SYE family and for that I am so thankful!!

Perfection

I do not know where to begin expressing how wonderful the Sincerely Events team were in helping plan my daughter's wedding. Susan was there with me every step of the way. Whenever I called she answered the phone with a cheerful attitude no matter what time of day. They are organized and made sure the day flowed perfectly. Literally the best thing I spent money on for my wedding

If I could give 10 stars I would…. I’m telling y’all… these ladies are worth every. dang. penny.
Emily DeLoach is fantastic! She was with me from step one on; offering support, giving suggestions on how to help me stay in budget, and helping round up the best vendors…. She’s also straight up hilarious and just someone you want to be friends with.
Nicolette took the planning reins about a month out of my wedding and essentially took all of the madness/chaos going on in my head and made it make sense. She was the organization queen, kept me calm, and absolutely helped make the day of the wedding go off without a hitch!
I got to relax and take in the day knowing that this team had everything under control. I can’t sing their praises enough!

SYE is the best of the best.

I first got on a call with Emily of Sincerely Your Events the week after I got engaged. From the very beginning, Emily guided and supported me through the entire planning processes. Not only was she right by my side planning the original wedding, she supported me when we decided to postpone an entire year, and celebrated with us when we finally had our big day!

From the beginning I had a vision for my wedding. Throughout several phone calls and sharing a visual idea board, Emily knew just the right vendors to hire to make my wedding dreams come true. And man, did they come true! The relationships and connections the SYE team has with local vendors is unbeatable and especially important in a place like Savannah.

Emily (as well as the entire SYE team) is the best of the best. Meticulous, kind, energetic, opinionated in just the right way. Emily would answer my insane and mostly irrelevant questions as if they were critically important. This team not only knows how to plan weddings, but they are there to support the couples and families during the entire process.

Emily made the timeline process so easy, and made adjustments as I wished for them. The week of the wedding came around with no stressors. I knew Emily and her assistant, Kelley, were going to execute everything perfectly. Not only was the wedding day fantastic in every way, but I got to have this amazing team by my side. It did not feel like I had a “wedding planner” by my side all day, but rather a “great friend.”

I cannot be more thankful for everything that the SYE team did for me to make my wedding dreams a reality! HIRE THEM!

Kate Hunt with Sincerely Your Events is the best of the best. Words can not describe how amazing she its at what she does; she truly goes above and BEYOND! She has an eye for design and constructed the most beautiful wedding we could of ever imagined at the dreamiest venue in Savannah, Georgia. I did not lift a finger on our wedding day and it was so easy and fun all because of Kate and her team. She was always just a text away and worked around my crazy night shift schedule even going to meetings in my place. Kate was the best money we spent and I cannot recommend her enough!!!

The best!

When we decided to have our destination wedding in Hilton Head, we didn't know where to start with the planning. We interviewed several wedding planners and within 5 minutes of speaking with Susan, I looked at my fiancé and said, I LOVE HER! Susan recommended a "Dream Team" of vendors. She was on top of every detail, always made herself available to take my call, was there to help us manage timely decisions, and just had a special way of making me feel calm. Dream Team!!

I would give them more stars if I could! Sincerely Yours Events is truly the dream team to ensure a stress-free wedding! Emily was my planner and she was fantastic to work with! She would answer questions in the middle of the night, put my bride brain at ease and even took on the role of friend and confidant! As an extreme perfectionist bride, I 100% trusted Emily with my wedding weekend. A must hire for your wedding!

The Sincerely Yours Events team was so helpful during our wedding planning process! We hired them for partial planning which also includes day of coordination, and Emily was our planner. “Planner” seems to simple to identify Emily’s role - she was available to me throughout the whole process, a listening ear and a true confidant! She helped me bring the vision for our wedding to life and communicated that vision extremely well to all vendors we hired. Speaking of vendors, she helped me put together a team of amazing vendors in Atlanta, and I am forever grateful for her and how much she helped bring my wedding dreams to life! To put it simply, The Sincerely Yours team is not just there to plan your event - they truly invest in you and your happiness and that’s what makes them the best! Highly recommend! HHI day-of/month-of planner

My husband and I got married in Hilton Head amidst the covid-19 pandemic, and initially worked with Susan. She was extremely helpful from the beginning in planning our wedding with recommending vendors and making suggestions, and then was a life saver in figuring out how to switch our wedding from June 2020 to June 2021 when the pandemic hit. In the interim, we were switched to working with Haley who was so phenomenal. She communicated regularly leading up to the wedding day and took over during the last month. She was extremely helpful the day of and remained by my side without being intrusive. She took care of everything from picking up food, moving flowers around, handing out tips/envelopes, and packing up at the end of the night... while 8 months pregnant! Haley and SYE was lovely to work with and I highly recommend using them as your planner!

I wish I had the ability to give more than 5 stars. Emily is beyond amazing. You get a planner, coordinator, coach, cheerleader, therapist, and friend all in one. She is incredibly talented at what she does and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is hyper-organized yet also flexible to roll with any changes. Her ability to multitask while remaining a calming presence for the bride, groom, and wedding party is EXACTLY what you want. I cannot tell you how many compliments I got from people about it being the best/smoothest wedding and reception they had been to. My daughter had to postpone her wedding reception due to the pandemic and the planner we had been working with as not able to assist with the new date. The Most Helpful!

My husband and I are not from Savannah, but knew this is where we wanted our wedding before moving here. Sincerely Yours was amazing to work with because they have so many contacts for basically everything related to wedding planning. Kate was amazing. I didn't give her much to go off of, a small Pinterest board, but she ran with it and made our venue, florals, and decorations a dream come true! It was truly helpful having a wedding planning expert to guide us through everything from our venue booking to signing contracts and even keeping track of payments.

Our original wedding date had to be moved due to COVID-19 and Kate/Simply Yours was understanding and so helpful in contacting everyone we booked with to get the date changed.
Couldn't have asked for anything better!

We went with SYE for our day-of coordination, and I'm so, so glad we did! Kate was our day-of coordinator and Haley was her assistant, and they did a fantastic job! Kate went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding ran smoothly, and this decreased my stress a TON. She was always quick to respond and offered plenty of suggestions for vendors that was incredibly helpful. She is super organized and even stopped to pick up our wedding favors in Savannah on her way to our wedding! Her assistant Haley did a phenomenal job of overseeing each event at our ceremony and reception, and she was so nice and calming to me when I felt disorganized or unsure of what was happening next! Book with sye - you will not be disappointed!

We booked SYE for our wedding at The Westin Resort & Spa in Hilton Head Island, SC on 10/24/2020. They came highly recommended by our venue, so we really did not look any further. I was paired with Kate through the planning and day of process and I really cannot say enough good things about her and the whole SYE teams. Kate and I clicked instantly and I felt like she was my right hand (wo)man from start to finish. She was always available by text/email/phone calls whenever I needed her and always made every effort to offer recommendations/suggestions or contact vendors when needed. When COVID hit, we were in constant communication about changes that needed to be made and she always made me feel so confident and comfortable that our day was still going to be perfect. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kate handled all vendors and tried to make those weeks as stress-free as possible for me, which was much appreciated. Looking back, there is no possible way our wedding day would've been so perfect without Kate and her assistant - they worked hard all day to make sure every detail was taken care of, everything was extremely organized, and all me and my fiancé had to do was have the best night of our lives. I highly recommend SYE for any level of planning, even their lowest priced package guarantees you have someone planning with you through the whole process. Last but not least -- when COVID hit, there was a lot of uncertainty with many brides and their vendors, and it was a great feeling to know that SYE was with me no matter what and working with me to make our day perfect, even if we had to change our date (which we ended up not having to do). The best decision we could’ve made!

SYE + Emily in particular will probably not ever understand the impact they had on our wedding. I wanted to relax, sip a glass of champagne on my wedding day with my best girls: with no stress. That was achieved plus SO much more. Due to COVID we had to find a new venue extremely quickly if we wanted to keep our original date of Labor Day Weekend, with our original venue canceling about 2 months prior to our wedding. I can honestly say if I didn’t have this powerhouse of a wedding planner by my side, that wouldn’t have happened while working full time. Not only did SYE + Emily make sure our day was flawless with a detailed timeline (yay for being a list gal, much appreciation) but everything leading to that was so far past my expectations. Without a doubt; this was THE best investment we made, and I can not recommend these ladies ENOUGH. Best Wedding

My daughter’s wedding in Savannah was a huge success thanks to Emily at Sincerely Yours. We live in the Atlanta area and didn’t know much a about planning a wedding in Savannah. Emily held our hands the whole way. Oddly, we didn’t meet her until months after we hired her. She listened, ask questions and made my daughters dream happen. My daughter was a Covid bride and Emily handled all the changes that needed to be made. We moved the wedding from May to September without a bump in the road. Emily contacted all the vendors, reworked our contacts and helped overcome any obstacles Covid brought. The wedding took place at the Charles H. Morris Center. I cannot say enough about the folks there as well. My daughter wanted a Southern elegant and high energy wedding. Emily suggested a parade to Washington Square which was a huge hit and so much fun. She helped with all the details, large and small. Many of which I didn’t think of. The vendors she recommended were awesome and I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful my daughter ‘s and bridal party’s hair and makeup was, thanks to Beyond Beautiful by Heather; the food was from J Thomas was super delicious; the flowers from Gray Harper were beautiful; the table settings from Ranco were stunning; best photographer and so much fun Holly Felts and the band, Party Nation was a huge hit. Be sure to check out Square City Productions for videographers, they were amazing.
Sincerely Yours offers two event directors the day of the wedding, don’t dismiss that. It was especially nice, Emily was always available for us and the grooms family, while Katy was at the Morris Center.
Overall, Emily was my helper, counselor and sounding board as mother of the bride throughout the whole process. My daughter will tell you the same for her. Emily became family to us.
Any bride will be blessed to have Emily as your planner. Thank you Emily from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

For Morris Center:
My daughters wedding was on Labor Day weekend at the Charles H. Morris Center. It was a great venue and would highly recommend. The folks there are easy to work with. We had to reschedule due to Covid and though we weren’t able to keep the original date they worked with us to reschedule this year. The ceremony was outside in the courtyard, cocktail hour in the large tent and the reception inside. Plenty of room for tables, bars and dance space. Maria and Noel helped us to have a successful event, thank you.

Susan w/ Sincerely Yours was the first call I made when the Pandemic Hit.

Sincerely Yours was recommended to me by a new bride that I met the day after her wedding. She raved about Susan and her team and how helpful they were the day of her wedding and throughout the planning process I went home that day, called Susan, and after a short conversation I knew she was the right fit for our wedding in early June. When the PANDEMIC HIT😳, she was the first person I called. She helped me make decisions about postponing, sending invitations, deposits, refunds and what Plan B might look like. From the moment my mother and I met with her, we felt her kind and sweet spirit and her selflessness. She absolutely LOVES what she does, and it shows. Emily did exactly the opposite – she never promised anything she couldn’t deliver, she met every promise she made on time and without delay, and she always delivered far beyond our expectations. She has incredible connections with wedding venues, bands, photographers, and other vendors, and she knows how to negotiate contracts and ensure price reasonableness and scope of work. Moreover, she ensured that MY desires were the primary motivating force behind every decision made. She recognizes that an informed bride can marry available options with her feelings and values, and thus, produce the most amazing experience for her and her groom. The wedding weekend far exceeded our expectations. Emily was with us from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening, and never left our side. She is an exemplary organizer, and her spreadsheets and timelines allowed us to proactively communicate with the wedding party and family members such that their involvement went without a hitch. When a couple of issues that could not be anticipated arose, as they do with all major events, Emily’s calm and professional responses eased any potential stress for us, and we were confident that she had everything under control. As my father spoke at the wedding reception and thanked so many for a beautiful event, Emily was one of the first he thanked. She has become a lifelong friend to me and our family; her selfless, loyal and dedicated professionalism is beyond reproach. A wonderful experience!

I booked SYE for the Wedding Day Package because I was able to do most of the up front planning on my own. I am so happy that I did this. Susan provided me with advice and suggestions on vendors and what items I needed to confirm with them, timing of events, and tips on where to purchase items I wanted for the wedding throughout my planning for the wedding. And then once we entered the month of, I didn't have to worry about coordinating with any of my vendors because Susan completely took over. That was a huge help for me. On the day of, Susan helped saved the day on multiple occasions and made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy our day without having to worry about all the details. I would definitely recommend using SYE!

Sincerely Yours Events, specifically Emily Deloach, was my SAVING GRACE on our wedding day this past October- and really the whole month leading up to our wedding, and many times in the year before! I poured my heart into planning and preparing for our big day but had no idea what was in store with Tropical Storm Nestor heading our way that week, and specifically showering us all day on our wedding day! Emily was seriously everything I needed with all those stressful situations and “Plan B” implementations. In all honesty, I don’t know how the wedding could have proceeded without her with all she did in altering the plans for our day to make our outdoor wedding work despite serious weather circumstances. SYE Assistants Kaley and Haley went above and beyond to keep my bridal party on track and as dry as possible, sacrificing their own dryness with smiles on their faces! Absolutely amazing!!

Can not say enough great things about sincerely yours! Emily is absolutely amazing! I honestly could not have done it without her. She knows her stuff! There was no detail untouched! I could reach out to her at any time and get a response! I HIGHLY recommend! My mom forgot my champagne flutes at home (out of town wedding) no worries Emily had me covered she went to Macy’s and got us new Waterford flutes it was all a breeze I never had to stress about anything! She even “released” our dogs down the isle! Oh not to mention she brought a pitcher of frozé to our bridal suit!! I mean absolutely AMAZING! If you want a stress free absolutely perfect day then Emily is your girl!!

Sincerely Yours made our day perfect!

First words when I think of Susan at Sincerely Yours - AMAZING. Let me start by saying we called and requested help for our wedding reception much later than we should have, and Susan went out of her way to help us. From coordinating vendors, to managing day-of events, and also making suggestions/recommendations based on the ideas we threw at her, she was incredibly helpful, calm and professional. She got us a delicious coffee cart, an amazing florist, and even a staging company that brought in all the couches and tables, etc that we wanted. The event was executed flawlessly and all guests AND vendors were extremely happy. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day-of. Leading up to the event, she was super responsive to emails and always very pleasant. I highly recommend her and will use her and this company's help in the future for any events if they will work with us again! They were AWESOME.

Best Wedding Planner

Can't say enough about the service and professionalism of Susan and her staff. From the first contact, to Susan going out of her way to meet both the mother and the bride, to attending the rehearsal, and both Susan and her assistant being present hours before the wedding, Susan put our minds at ease. She managed all the details of a destination wedding, provided referrals and followed up to make sure everything went as planned. Beyond professional and knowledge

Friendly. Efficient. Flexible. Professional. Organized. These words describe my work with Susan as my as my wedding planner and Kearney as my day of coordinator. I was planning a destination wedding from across the country and knew that I would need help during the last month to manage the myriad of details. She stepped in during the last month and provided exactly what I needed to help me engage with my vendors, to create the wedding day schedule, and to answer any questions I had. On the day of the wedding, I had no worries because Kearney and Susan had thought of everything. She sent me a five page detailed schedule well in advance of the wedding and asked for my input all along the way. She made sure that my vision was executed to the exact detail. Amazing wedding planner

WOW!! Can I give like 100 stars?!? Where do I begin? Well my husband and I live in Illinois. So when picking a wedding planner I had to pick someone I could trust because we did not come down until the week of our wedding. Emily was truly the most amazing person I have ever met. I have been told that I am overly organized and I am always prepared for anything. I believe I met my soul mate in Emily lol She would respond to emails, phone calls immediately. She is the most organized well prepared individual I have ever met. She even had the ability to sew my dads tux button back on after it fell off. Bless her heart the day of my rehearsal and wedding she was under the weather but she still showed up with a smile on her face. She even stayed the whole evening even after being told by my husband and I to go home and relax lol You are an amazing person Emily! Emily, Annie and Cassady were truly what you call the dream team. They made my day everything I could ever dream of plus more. They made sure every detail of my wedding was perfect! They all had smiles on there face all day and even engaged with my family/friends. Wonderful experience!

got married in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and hiring Sincerely Yours Events to be my wedding planner was the best decision ever! I worked with Emily through out the entire process and she made the planning process very easy! Emily was very organized, communicated very well, and answered my emails and texts very quickly and thoroughly. We also talked on the phone a couple of times and she always put my fears/ worries at ease! She listened to all of my wants/ needs and coordinated my ceremony/ reception exactly how I wanted it. She coordinated with all of my vendors and made sure they knew where to be and what time to be there. Emily and her assistant Kayley made my wedding day very smooth and I did not worry about a single thing. They were also very sweet and kind to my whole bridal party. I had a patch made from my moms dress that I gave to my sister and Emily assisted my sister in pinning it into her bridesmaid dress. It was also raining during my reception and Emily collected water in a water bottle for me to keep because it is good luck. Their kindness and ability to make my wedding day so smooth meant so much to me! I had an amazing day and I would highly recommend Sincerely Yours Events!

Best Planners in the Southeast!

From the moment I met Emily and Susan, I knew we had made the right decision by booking the full planning service! I did not want to stress about timelines or little details and it was comforting knowing I had them on my team. I was living in Georgia at first but then moved out of state so having them in Savannah to meet with vendors was amazing! Despite the distance, they made sure I was in the loop on all planning and decisions. I felt like they knew my vision enough to make decisions on my behalf as needed. Emily and I set up weekly calls and she helped us stay on track on our “to-do” list. When I first got engaged, I was extremely stressed out about the thought of planning a wedding – but they made the process so easy and fun, and even became dear friends by the end of the process!
From the moment we sat down and I gave them my vision, they hit the ground running and made sure we had the best of the best vendors onboard. Based off of our couple style and what we wanted for the wedding, they hand-curated special details and pieces to the wedding that fit perfectly. Due to my busy job and living out of state, it was so nice knowing I had Emily and Susan there – I completely trusted their knowledge and expertise and appreciated all of their input and help throughout the process.
On the day of the wedding, it was so nice to have the calming spirits by my side throughout the day. I did not have a worry in the world and was able to fully enjoy my wedding day. They both were extremely professional and kind, and were able to keep our big crew on (or ahead) schedule for all of the events. I truly can say my wedding was MORE wonderful than I could have ever dreamed of, and I believe it is due to these lovely ladies. If you are looking for a wedding planner in the Southeast region, do yourself a favor and go with Sincerely Yours Events!

Sincerely amazing!

Susan and her team were absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I needed extra help planning some of the details of our wedding since we both had full-time jobs that require some travel. We also needed a little extra help since our families are from out of town. We went with the partial planning/month of packages and it was worth its weight in gold. They helped us find great vendors (makeup, travel, etc) that we were missing, and coordinated every single vendor leading up to the event. Our wedding day went without a hitch-it was seriously the best day of our lives. We got to enjoy every. single. second of it!!!! It was like WE showed up to the party as a guest! You will not regret having Susan and her team help you on your special day!!

Great Wedding Planner!

We are very happy we chose Sincerely Yours Events to help us plan our wedding. We had the "month of package" which was more than the month of. Emily was great! SYE saved our reception!

Wow, what can I say?! Emily and her team at Sincerely Yours gets my highest recommendation. We had the "month of" package, but Emily was available even farther out for any questions we might have and to help keep us on track. She was always quick to respond to any email or text.

The day of the wedding ran very smoothly even with a very tight timeline and crazy logistics, thanks to Emily. But the true test came during the reception. Our caterer (who was not on Sincerely Yours Events preferred vendor list by the way, but was on the venue's list) completely dropped the ball for serving the dinner. Without going into too many details, let's just say it was not good. Emily and her assistant Hayley saved the night and ensured that everyone, including me, the mother of the bride, still had an amazing time and was not stressed by the situation. She redirected the band at the last moment and solved our food issue by serving Chick-Fil-A sandwiches to everyone on silver trays. I cannot repay her for the intangible gift she gave me, which was completely enjoying my only daughter's wedding. Once again, I HIGHLY recommend SYE; worth every penny of their fee. (which by the way is completely reasonable compared to some others). I honestly feel like I have a new friend. Do yourself a favor if you are getting married in Atlanta or the Savannah area- book Sincerely Yours Events now!

Kate was absolutely wonderful and made my daughter’s wedding planning and wedding weekend easy, stress-free and enjoyable. Sincerely the BEST!

I chose Sincerely Yours Events for help with my wedding on 5/4/19. I did the month of/day of package. They were ABSOLUTELY the best. Susan was always in contact with me. She responded to my emails and questions quickly and with very useful information on ALL of my questions, big and small. She also went out of her way to meet with me for our timeline since I was living about an hour away and had limited time. She was so wonderful.
On the day of (and the rehearsal) Emily and Haley were the best! They even hid a tornado from me and kept me calm during the storm. Emily is on top of everything at all times. She went above and beyond for us. Haley was so sweet and calming to be around and I really enjoyed having her there. She even helped the photographer and helped carry/rearrange my dress during pictures. I know there was also SO much these amazing ladies did behind the scenes that I probably don't even know about. They made sure my entire family was taken care of. I truly did not have to worry or take care of anything the day of my wedding. They did it all and it was the best day ever! I highly, highly reccomend SYE!!

Fabulous wedding planners!!

Emily and her entire team are absolutely fantastic! I was extremely overwhelmed vendor shopping online for our Savannah wedding while living in Atlanta. All it took was the first phone conversation with Emily and all of my stress and anxiety just melted away. Her attention to detail is amazing and her vision is impeccable. I knew very little about Savannah squares, reception venues, florals, invitations, and favors. Emily knew what I wanted and really was always one step ahead of me with planning and execution. She guided me through the entire planning process with ease and I felt comfortable asking any and all questions. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and was exactly what we wanted and SO SO much more. This was all due to the SYE team! The day of was so relaxing and fun spent with my family instead of stressful moments.
