The best wedding planner ever!

Emily made our daughter’s wedding possible. Our daughter lives overseas and we do not live in Nashville. She was kind, responsive and professional.. Her contacts were so helpful. We had a wonderful experience!

Helps to make the perfect day!

Emily and her staff at Simply Yours are truly wonderful! Since our wedding, I have no idea how many times I have said that they were the key to making our day so special & fun. We didn't have to worry about a detail and could just focus on savoring the memories made with friends and family as we began our life together. One of the best decisions in planning our wedding was to have Simple Yours on board!

Personal Touch with Perfectly Handled Details

I can't say enough about how amazing Emily and her team is! You go into planning a wedding thinking you know all the things that go into it... You don't! I was planning a wedding in Nashville from Dallas and I seriously couldn't have pulled it off without Emily. I was never worried about the details because I knew she had everything handled. I was able to figure out some of the big details, ask her about the others I wasn't sure about and boy am I glad I asked her for help for some of those details. My cake and flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined and they were from vendors she gave me (and very affordable too). She always assured me when I'd email out of nowhere in a panic, she handled my crazy parents and their concerns, and created a wedding that truly took my breath away when I saw it all come together. I really wasn't great about saying what I wanted and she somehow was able to read my mind and put together a dream wedding - my now husband was blown away as well. She goes above and beyond every step of the way and pulls it all together and makes the day all about you enjoying the wedding vs. worrying about how it will turn out. I can't recommend her enough, you absolutely won't regret hiring her!

Emily was just the best we could have ever asked for!! Neither of us lived in the town we were getting married, and she was so flexible and willing to work with us. We trusted her with everything, and our wedding was all we could’ve ever hoped for!

WE LOVE EMILY HUMPHRIES!! she allowed us to worry about nothing and laugh about/ enjoy everything. Our last meeting ended with her praying over our marriage and all of us in a puddle of mush. She has become a dear friend and we are FOREVER grateful for her. XO

Cannot recommend Emily and her team more highly! She was able to plan every detail for our special day in Franklin Tennessee - while the bride and groom were living halfway across the world in Australia. She was always responsive and communicated to us with any updated via email and phone. Her team were amazing making everything run smoothly when we had last minute rain on the day - all whilst Emily was nearly 8 months pregnant! If you are looking for someone top keep a level head and be a calming soul in the middle of the wedding storm, Emily is the way to go

Emily is an amazingly talented planner. She has done events at my venue flawlessly. She has a grace to her that is appreciated by everyone that works with her. She handles clients and guests with preciseness, yet always seems sweet! She is super organized, creative and on top of her events. I would highly recommend her to assist in your wedding planning and making your vision come to life!!

Simply Yours Weddings was a dream come true. I was planning my wedding from out of state and Emily and her team were always there when I needed them. She made things efficient and as simple as they could be! She has a strong connection with my venue, Loveless Barn, so all contact was smoothened she was able to help me understand every little thing about my day.

On the day of, the Simply Yours team was on point, helping me wrangle two crazy families who didn't have a ton of direction because I was way to lenient of a bride! Ultimately our day was every thing I ever could have imagined. I would recommend Simply Yours Weddings to ANYONE planning a wedding in middle Tennessee!

I seriously can't say enough about what Emily was able to accomplish with me in a rather short period of time. Our wedding was a destination weekend in Savannah, GA and despite the logistical challenges of being away from venues and key people, she pulled off one of the most spectacular wedding weekends that my friends and family are still raving about!

Emily is super honest, quick to respond, reliable and VERY easy to work and collaborate with. She will make sure you are true to your budget the entire time and keep you from making rash or hasty decisions. Her design style is current and relevant and she was able to help me navigate the pressures of Pinterest in order to find my real, true vision. The wedding was romantic and yet laid back - just as I was hoping. She's amazing! You will be blessed beyond belief if you so chose to work with her!

Emily is amazing. She came highly recommended by our venue and we were so blessed to have her as part of our day. In the months before our wedding, Emily was instrumental in helping us with our budget and assembling an amazing team of vendors, especially since my husband and I didn't live in Nashville. She was extremely responsive to all of our calls, texts, and emails and very patient as we changed our minds on some of the details. By the time our wedding day arrived, I knew everything would go smoothly since Emily was at the helm. When the power went out at our venue 2 hours before our wedding started due to a crazy storm, Emily and her team exhibited such grace under pressure as they did everything in their power to get the lights back on before the party started. I could not have asked for a better team and highly recommend Emily and Simply Yours Weddings!

Emily and her team were beyond fabulous!!! I was never stressed out while planning my wedding and was able to enjoy ever moment along the way. Emily is absolutely incredible - she truly became our friend throughout the planning process. She is full of creativity and helped up come up with ideas and bring them to life for our big day! She made time to meet with us after work hours and made the wedding planning experience really fun! She was able to help honor family members who weren't with us in very special ways, and one of my favorite memories from my wedding day was a moment with her before everything began when she and I were looking at the ceremony site and she asked to pray with me. I could not have had a better experience! Her connections with other vendors, her passion for what she does, and the time she took to really get to know us as a couple made every single part of the wedding as special as it should be. She is sweet, kind, smart, creative, flexible, funny, hardworking, and somehow makes everything seem easy. Planning a wedding was overwhelming to me, but the second I met Emily I was completely at ease. She's great at reading people and caters to every personality involved. THANK YOU for making our wedding so memorable, sweet, FUN, and perfect!!! ALSO - she is an amaaaaaaaaaaaazing FLORIST! Wow. Our flowers were so beautiful and creative - she completely took our personalities and came up with the sweetest touches, including sweeping soft flowers over the barnwood doors that were the backdrop to our ceremony site. I cannot recommend her ENOUGH! THANK YOU EM and your awesome team who made it all happen!!!

Emily Humphries is so professional and reliable! Our son's wedding went off without a hitch, the night was fantastic. Emily was with us from the beginning, we couldn't have planned the wedding without her. We will definitely use her again!!!

Emily is the best!! She is so wonderful and does so much. She is very thoughtful in everything she does. Our DJ Adam from premier djs was the best DJ he really knows how to read the room. Kristin Vanzant was our photographer and she is just the nicest person. All our vendors were better than we could have ever imagined!

Simply Yours Weddings is absolutely amazing! They are truly invaluable. I couldn't imagine our wedding without them. Emily was always prompt, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond. Throughout the planning process Emily helped me choose vendors, make decisions, and always had great suggestions. She has great relationships with Nashville's best wedding vendors. The day of the wedding I was able to focus on spending time with friends and family instead of worrying about setup. I knew everything was in great hands with Emily in charge! We give thanks to Emily for her great ideas, hard work, professionalism, and quiet calm. Our daughter's wedding ran smoothly and was great fun. Emily thinks of everything and manages to calm the most nervous of nerves. She responds to phone calls and emails promptly-- every question answered! Emily came recommended to me by my wedding venue, Houston Station, and boy do i know why the recommended her! If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner DO IT (and use Simply Yours)! Weddings should not be stressful and Emily makes sure that stays true for you. She is well known with other vendors so everyone feels comfortable working with each other. She is full of energy and amazing at her job. And it's not just Emily, on the wedding day she has a wonderful group of girls that make it all happen. I can't say enough good things about Simply Yours, besides that you better book her fast because she's a got item.

The best word I can use to describe Emily and her team is "self-less." Their focus is 100% the bride and making sure the day is perfect. Emily not only dealt with communication between the bride but also the mother, and was very helpful finding compromises between the two. My favorite thing about Emily is that she works for the Lord and that she continually prayed for me and my family and even aloud over us the week of the wedding. Needless to say, we were very pleased for the second wedding using Simply Yours!

Emily Humphries is the best wedding planner. EVER. Ok, I've only had one wedding...but I'm so so glad I worked with Simply Yours Weddings! Emily is not only professional, creative, and responsible, but also a warm, engaging person who helps you remember what's really important about a wedding (while also pulling off all the fun (but superficial) details like decorations, etc). She is a joy to work with, incredibly responsive, and meets you where you are in terms of how much you want to DIY, your priorities, and your budget. I thought I wanted to do a lot of pinterest-y things myself, but seeing as I'm not crafty and we were planning our wedding from afar, Emily stepped in and made my vision happen, on my budget, and with minimal DIY'ing on my part (which is a very good thing). Emily made wedding planning fun and formed wonderful relationships with not just me but my (now) husband, parents, and in-laws too. I would recommend her to anyone-- I'm so grateful we worked with her!

Emily was a such a blessing before and during the wedding!! I was planning our Belle Meade Plantation wedding while living in Los Angeles, which was definitely stressful, but Emily worked so hard to make our vision come together. She was patient, kind and diligent throughout the entire process, even when I changed my mind or had second thoughts about my design/vendor choices. I know our day wouldn't have been as stress-free and beautiful if she wasn't there with her team to execute and manage everything. Whether you're looking for full-service planning or just a day-of manager, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her. Emily, I said it day-of and I'll say it again, you are a saint!

I'm a very organized and project oriented person, but as the mother of the bride, planning is so much more than making a list and checking it off. Having Emily help me was priceless. She allowed me to do as much as I wanted to do, with the comfort and assurance in knowing that I could "handoff" anything..anytime if it was too much for me. And towards the end...I did! I realized that I wanted to enjoy the day as a mother, and not see how much I could conquer on my own. With Emily's experience, talent and passion for her job and for our family, I was able to relax and just enjoy my daughter's wedding. I can honestly say, I wouldn't have changed a thing. I even asked her to be in charge of the flowers and decorations without knowing the outcome. They were perfect and absolutely beautiful! We had hired a wedding coordinator right after we got engaged without looking into it too much (just for month of planning). Once we got further into our planning, I realized it wasn't a good fit anymore and that we needed a change. We found Emily through other local vendors and social networks, and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. She had such wonderful ideas that we would not have even thought of and she covered EVERY single detail. Neither of us had an ounce of stress in our body on our big day because we knew that Emily would have everything under control. She was so professional to work with and brought that extra something special to our day! Our wedding was perfect and that is all because of Emily.

Emily will be at your beckon call. I was a bride that would have rather eloped, but Emily walked me through each step of the process for planning a wedding during my short engagement (4 1/2 months)! She listened to my wants and needs and was diligent to carry through on my wishes. Emily was available to accommodate my busy schedule. She answered my calls and texts at all times of the day. She was willing to make the commute to meet me for appointments any day of the week. I needed to feel completely assured that my special day was in good hands. Emily provided me that security.

She was great. Great price, great services. I don't know how things could have been any better. Wow the wedding was great. I know we couldn't have done it without her. She kept us informed and in contact with us through phone, email, text, and mail. Even though we didn't have much time to plan she did a great job putting things together for us very timely. She was very flexible, accommodating, patient, and kind, and nice, and sweet. Not only did we love her but the whole family loved her. She was very organized and professional. I don't know how any planner could be any better. She gave us ideas that we would have not even thought about. She even helped with decorating. She did it all. I would reccommend her everytime for a big or small wedding. She was perfect for helping us stay in budget. Thanks Emily for everything.

I could not have imagined what an important role a wedding planner would make
to guide and direct us through such an important event in our lives. Emily was such a joy to work with and took care of so many details that I would have missed.
At our first meeting, I remember feeling so overwhelmed by all that needed to be
accomplished. As the months passed, Emily kept us focused and on track with all
our meetings with vendors. She was full of information and resources to help with
our decision making. On the Big Day, I can honestly say I was not stressed.
The relationship from months before gave me the confidence to know Emily had it
all under control. I was completely at ease and really was able to enjoy a beautiful
wedding and reception with our Daughter. The value for the service provided was
exceptional.
