  Tamara is simply awesome! My husband and I hired her for our day-of coordinator and our wedding would not have gone as perfectly as it did without her. I had a huge list of items for her to setup, and she and her husband executed everything amazingly. Our ceremony and reception spaces looked so beautiful, and I know that so much of that was her doing. Not only did she deal with setup though, she also obviously had to coordinate.
  
  She was so professional, making sure we had everything ready to go, organized. Made sure all the vendors knew when to show up, helping get the timeline perfect! People knew where to walk, where to stand. And I’m sure she did so many other behind-the-scenes things that I never even got to see or know about. But I never had to worry that things weren’t going to go well, because I trusted that she would take care of whatever came up.
  
  Nothing fazes this woman- she is the best! Her services are affordable, and so so worth it. She goes above and beyond any expectations, and is so much fun to work with. I cannot recommend her more for a day-of coordinator. As an aside, her design work is also amazing! So while I wanted to do my own crafting and projects for my wedding, I would highly recommend her for full coordination if you need design help. This lady has amazing taste and design sense/skills! She just made top three for Seattle Bride- it’s clear she has made it and is continuing to go places!

I would work with Tammy on any upcoming party, she truly made a difference on my wedding day and I know she could do the same of any of her clients. She was so helpful with creative ideas throughout the entire process and was great communicating with me anytime I had questions or needed ideas. On the day of the wedding, she was so professional, fun, hard working and extremely organized.   We are so happy we had Simply by Tamara Nicole as our wedding planner. Lindsay Comfort was our day of coordinator and we could not have ask for anyone better! She was so sweet and attentive. Our wedding was for nearly 200 guests in Seattle. The ceremony was at St. James Cathedral and the reception was at Axis Pioneer Square. Lindsay and Claire focused mainly on the reception at Axis and when we arrived after the ceremony, I was so happy with how the space looked. It was beautiful and better than I had imagined.
  
  My family is used to helping with weddings and was very hands on with many of the details. We wanted a lot of personal touches to go into the day to save money and make it more personal so we did the signature cocktails, name cards, gift table, homemade cakes, and most of the decor ourselves. Lindsay was able to take what my family had made for the reception and set it up beautifully! My parents loved Lindsay too and totally trusted her with putting everything together :)
  
  Everything went so smoothly and we love how our day turned out! Lindsay was very calming and understanding. She took the stress out of wedding planning! Thank you Lindsay!

  Tammy was absolutely amazing! I hired her as my day-of-coordinator for my October wedding and she went above and beyond my expectations! She was always so organized and met with me on multiple occasions with and without my wedding vendors. Tammy has a very sweet personality and she is definitely a people pleaser.   She took our venue aesthetic to a whole new level with her amazing floral skills! Our jaws dropped when we saw the venue and everyone at our wedding was super impressed with the florals and decor. Not just that - our wedding flowers were put to good use after the event and brought joy to so many people!

The decorations were even better than we imagined, we loved our cupcakes (done by a vendor she works with), and overall we were just so glad she was there to help guide us through. We got so much praise not just from our guests but from our caterer, photographer, even my hair and makeup stylist because of how organized she was and how easy it was to communicate with her.   If you are looking for a planner in Seattle, look no further. I was stressed and overwhelmed before I met Tammy. Now I am as calm as can be! She has kept me way under budget allowing me extra $$ for those last minute details every bride needs to make their wedding unique and interesting. We have the best time when were together. She is extremely organized, amazingly crafty, and knows all the "hottest" wedding ideas. I didn't have to research a thing, she came to me with all the ideas(-: Which is what every bride needs! I will recommend her to all my friends. She travels too!

  I myself work in the wedding industry as a pastry chef, and my professional experience with Tamara has always been outstanding. Hiring Tamara to help plan and coordinate my own wedding was the first and easiest decision that my then-fiancé and I made in the whole process. There are many characteristics that good wedding planners have in common. Tamara possesses them all: patience and grace under pressure, adaptability and problem-solving skills, a strong aptitude for budget management, extensive knowledge of the wedding industry and current trends, and a passion for organization and logistics. Not only that; she also has a number of other talents and traits that set her apart from the rest:
  
  1) Compassion and curiosity: Tamara has a big heart and is really open-minded. This means she's interested in finding out what YOU dream of and envision for your day, and she has the love and energy to carry all those visions through to the actual wedding in a tangible way. She was always sensitive to our emotional experience, and her thoughtful texts and thorough emails meant that my husband and I were as relaxed as can be. We knew we were in good hands.
  
  2) Awe-inspiring attention to detail: Tamara misses *nothing*. Obviously you'd expect all the major logistical details to be taken care of, and they were, seamlessly. But the icing on the cake was all her little touches that made the whole event incredibly personal.
  
  3) Character and integrity: Tamara continued to help us handle an irksome issue with our rentals company even when her contract with us was technically over. Her professionalism doesn't end when the wedding is done. Furthermore, she managed all our vendors with warmth and friendliness, and yet retained her business-like attitude that created good boundaries for everyone and a clear sense of what to do and where to be. She was straightforward and clear in all her dealings.

Tamara takes the time to get to know her clients, understand their vision, and guides you in a creative direction to enhance what you want, but keep it well within your budget. She recommended multiple vendors, and was at every appointment to help narrow down vendors we wanted to work with. Also, wedding day coordination requires the perfect blend of personality, creativity, authority and organization. Especially when you have a high maintenance wedding party that you're trying to wrangle together for photos and the reception, and Tamara and her company excelled in this endeavor. My husband and I never had to worry that she was going to drop the ball, and we never felt overwhelmed because she was so good at handling everything. Everything about the planning stages and wedding day went so smoothly with her help. I highly recommend Tamara. You will not regret it!

  Tamara was amazing!   Ladies, look no further...hire this woman!!! As soon as I got engaged, I was certain that I wanted to design my wedding myself but wanted someone there to coordinate everything to make sure it all came together on the day-of. I researched pretty much every well-rated day-of coordinator in Seattle and ended up choosing Tamara because not only did she already have stellar reviews and offered so much for her day-of package, she was incredibly sweet and friendly and amazingly affordable and I knew she would be perfect! I'm a super organized, detail-oriented person and I had always assumed hiring a coordinator for wedding day would just be back up. Boy, was I wrong! It wasn't until wedding day that I realized how totally crazy things were going to get. Even with my obsessive planning, many things had to be changed or dealt with on the day of and many people had to be herded and I truly don't know what I would've done without someone there like Tamara who knew exactly what I wanted, down to the last detail and executed flawlessly so I could focus on my day, my groom, and have tons of fun. I almost forgot there were so many details I wanted coordinated perfectly until I saw everything done, perfectly, from the timing of things to decor items, to bridal party and family. Who would have kept everything on the planned timeline? Who would have laid out all the decor items exactly where I wanted them? Who would have fixed my veil every time it fell out and no one was around who knew how to put it back in? Who would have told bridal party where to go, stand, and cue them? I have no idea, but Tamara was absolutely perfect in executing my vision. My husband Jon and I were totally thrilled with her and can look back at our wedding day as perfect. Thank you!!!! :)

  Wedding 2020

  Tamara is a truly a dream come true. When we first met with her she was so nice and thoughtful - we knew we needed her to help plan our wedding. We came up with a vision together and she put everything together perfectly. When we started to plan our wedding it was scheduled for July 11th 2020. With many plans canceled in 2020 so was our wedding on July 11th. We changed our date twice and due to covid and decided to get married on August 3rd 2020. Tamara not only guided us through date changes but also a venue change and strict regulations. Without all of her help and patience we would not be married today. She put together a team of amazing vendors who made our dreams come true! Tamara was always so calm cool and collected making me and my family feel so fortunate to have her. She not only planned our wedding but also did all of our amazing flowers and arrangements. Tamara had an amazing team, and you could feel the love and passion behind everything they did. I am truly thankful for Tamara and am lucky to know her! You will not regret hiring Tamara or her team!

  Tamara is the perfect blend of organization, knowledge, personality, and ultimately execution. She exudes a sense of calm yet assertiveness to get things done from the styling of a wedding to keeping the timeline on track.
  
  My wife was at ease throughout the planning process because of Tamara's checklists and attention to details a regular couple wouldn't know unless they had planned 100+ weddings like she has.
  
  Although Tamara technically works for her couples, she really works WITH them as a team. Her investment and ownership really sets her apart.

  I worked with Simply by Tamara Nicole for my 2022 wedding and it was one of the best decisions I made. Tamara supported me with design and florals for my June wedding. The result was a show stopper! Her work truly made our wedding magical and memorable. I worked directly with Tamara and she is so wonderful to collaborate with. She was responsive and enthusiastic every step of the way. We maintained regular email communication to share ideas and met face to face a couple of times to review design ideas and shop for flowers.
  
  The day of my wedding was beyond even what I had dreamed up! Her and her team were on time and executed beautifully. On top of that everyone was so friendly and excited for us.
  
  I’ll always be proud of our wedding feature in Seattle Bride Magazine! So wonderful to have SBTN’s work showcased.

  Tammy was INCREDIBLE! As the maid of honor I wanted this day to be PERFECT for my sister. It was something we had been dreaming about forever it seemed there was no way to live up to our expectations, yet Tammy not only made it happen, she pulled things together in such a way that the wedding was more beautiful and smoothly orchestrated than I could have ever imagined. Not to mention some of the deals she was able to broker to make things happen. She dedicated endless hours and time into perfecting our vision. Despite her busy schedule she was always accomodating with the most amazing attitude throughout. Her enthusiasm kept us encouraged amidst the most overwhelming of moments. It was only looking at the pictures, after the fact, that we were really even able to appreciate everything she did. Tammy was priceless! I strongly recommend her services to anyone!

  Very energetic & enthusiastic! Impressive organizational skills and creativity. I appreciate how she helps me to find and bring the true me into the wedding to make it much more personal! Best wedding investment thus far! Her prices are competitive (although I would pay just for her personality alone!).

  Wedding Dream Team

  Tamara and Nicole gave my husband and I beyond our dream wedding and were our wedding dream team!!! We had to re-schedule our original wedding due to covid, and Tamara + Nicole were not only incredibly understanding with rescheduling, but gave us so much love and support in the process! Not only are these two incredibly talented at what they do, but they are incredible humans!!
  
  We hired Tamara for florals and Nicole from planning/ design and they were incredible. I have never been big into planning anything, but they made the whole plan process fun, exciting, dynamic, and detail oriented to bring out my husband and our personalities and unique tastes.
  
  The florals that Tamara designed were breath taking and phenomenal. Our venue has an arch that over looks the lake and her team spent all day in the > 100 Degree heat decorating the arch and it looked spectacular!!! She went above and beyond with details (including placing a single yellow rose on the inside of my bouquet to honor my grandpa). I have never been super into flowers but had one of the best brainstorming happy hours (~ 4 hours) of throwing ideas back and forth to really make our design and event special. I remember leaving our meeting feeling super inspired and pumped to finish out planning our big day!
  
  Nicole flawlessly helped us design the event dealing with multiple personnel changes with our venue and the inconsistencies that came with these personnel changes. She kept us on track and always had our backs and help strong for Sean and my ideas and wishes to occur. She was incredibly organized and always available in moments were we needed clarification or with communication challenges with out venue. Nicole has a talent of reading when either of us were feeling overwhelmed and knew instantly in the moment how to take on the stress for us or how to manage challenges. On our wedding day, she was always there when needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy every minutes of our wedding. She is amazing!
  
  Nicole and Tamara both went above and beyond in a moment of panic two days before our wedding when my dress had a massive grease stain on the front of it. Together, with our photographer (highly recommend having your vendors stay in the same air bnb esp if they are all friends :) ) salvaged my dress and removed the stain! They all saved the day!!!
  
  Our friends and family have all given rave reviews stating that this was one of the best/ most organized weddings they have ever attended and my husband and I left feeling that the day was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Tamara and Nicole are our wedding dream team!!

  My family and I were so fortunate to find Tamara to help us plan my daughters wedding on October 18, 2014. From the moment we met her, we knew spending a year in the planning phase would be delightful. What we didn't know was how tireless, creative, responsive, inventive, reassuring, connected, and incredibly ORGANIZED and dedicated she was. She never missed a beat while pregnant with her adorable son and with his birth thereafter - yet we would have totally understood.
  
  She kept us excited and calm throughout the entire process, even sending little notes of encouragement and offers to help with anything. Her vendor recommendations were outstanding, and we have new, life long friends due to meeting and working with these quality people. We are blessed.
  
  Tamara's ideas and suggestions were unique and personal to us, and she created many decor items herself! To say she is extremely talented while being incredibly personable just doesn't seem descriptive enough. My husband witnessed her in action during set up (with so many details!) and called her a "marvel to watch." She was the conductor of her own orchestra, a queen bee, a supreme leader who so calmly handled a thousand details with a never ending smile. So many of our guests told me it was one of the very BEST WEDDINGS they'd ever attended, and appreciated the relaxed evening versus a rushed agenda, even though we had so much planned and a few surprises in store.
  
  As parents of the bride, we got to relax and enjoy every moment of this spectacular day, without a single worry or thought about what to do next. I admire her as a professional event planner, but she feels like an adored family member now. It's an unexpected gift! THANK YOU, Tamara...for everything! My baby girl had the wedding of her dreams, and our every dream was fulfilled. Enjoy your much deserved and overdue maternity leave with your precious bundle of boy and your sweet, patient husband! :) We could not give you a higher recommendation!
