Tamara is the absolute best, no other way to say it!!! Tamara (and her team) are the perfect planner for your dream wedding and brought our wildly imaginative ideas and detailed vision to life.
We were fortunate to have worked with Tamara and her team for our wedding 3 years ago and she was the single best decision that we made for our stress levels. She is a trusted advisor in your corner as you begin the journey to plan a wedding all the way through to the big day itself! The things that stand out about Tamara are her kindness, expertise, mastery of her craft, and on top of all of that her extraordinary positivity and warmth. Tamara would take direction and execute on every detail of the vision that we had, handled every question or worry we had with ease and professionalism, she truly is the best at what she does! She was exceedingly kind, patient, and understanding as we struggled at times to navigate and make the most basic of decisions as EVERY wedding couple does when it is their first time trying to do all this. Not only did Tamara put our minds at ease at all times, she truly guided us through every aspect of wedding planning and took care of so many details and tasks, nothing was too big or too small for her to take on or handle. We could not have been in better hands. If she was on it, it was as good as done! Her ability to catch any message, passing thought, question, or request is second to none! Above all, she went the extra mile to make our wedding a beautiful success - both in the leadup and the day of - directing vendors and managing stressful last minute pivots and day of changes when we had rain in our forecast, all the while coordinating everything with a smile on her face.
We only have Tamara to thank for the best wedding and day of our lives - that we will look back on for the rest of our lives knowing it was planned and executed to absolute perfection. A million thanks for everything!

Jenna was fantastic to work with as our wedding coordinator! She was professional, organized, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, she was calm and positive (despite having battled crazy traffic to reach us!). She took care of all setup, made sure our vendors knew where to go and when, kept us on schedule, and made sure we could relax and enjoy. Jenna knew our wedding venue (The Woodmark) and vendors very well which made everything easier. Thank you so much, Jenna! We can’t imagine our wedding day without your support! -

The Dream Team!!!
I worked with Simply by Tamara Nicole for my 2022 wedding and it was one of the best decisions I made. Tamara supported me with design and florals for my June wedding. The result was a show stopper! Her work truly made our wedding magical and memorable. I worked directly with Tamara and she is so wonderful to collaborate with. She was responsive and enthusiastic every step of the way. We maintained regular email communication to share ideas and met face to face a couple of times to review design ideas and shop for flowers.
The day of my wedding was beyond even what I had dreamed up! Her and her team were on time and executed beautifully. On top of that everyone was so friendly and excited for us.
I’ll always be proud of our wedding feature in Seattle Bride Magazine! So wonderful to have SBTN’s work showcased.
I cannot recommend Tamara and her team enough. Looking forward to future opportunities to work together again on other events! -

Jenna is an absolute angel!! She is professional, so talented, organized, poised, and has such positive and fun energy. No matter how many little things I might have dropped the ball on as a bride, she had my back with a smile on her face and a creative idea to make things happen. Our day ran truly PERFECTLY and that was all made possible by her. Jenna and the SBTN team are incredibly experienced and it shows through the countless number of weddings they so flawlessy plan with their brides. Cannot recommend Jenna, Tamara, and their team enough! -

So many good things to say about Tamara!
Tamara is seriously superwoman. Not only is she one of the sweetest people we've ever met, she always has a thousand different balls in the air and still manages to keep a calm, collected, and positive attitude at all times. She worked with us for nearly a year and a half planning all aspects of our wedding and made us feel supported and seen throughout. She had a great balance of giving us options and making sure we felt in control of all aspects of the planning process, but she was also willing to give her opinions and help make decisions when we were feeling decision fatigue by the end of the process. On the wedding day, Tamara seamlessly pulled off all details - if there were any issues on the day of we had no idea because Tamara handled it flawlessly and allowed us to fully enjoy our day with no stress. Several members of the wedding party commented on how incredible Tamara was to work with and how she made the whole day go so smoothly. And last but certainly not least, Tamara did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job as our florist. She took my vision and made it come to life in a more beautiful way than I ever imagined! She has a "sky's the limit" attitude and will go to any length to make things happen for you - like the amazing floral installation she pulled off with a super short window to set up at our venue. Flowers were super important to me and I'm so glad I trusted Tamara to make it all happen. We got SO many comments from guests on how much they loved the florals, and Tamara truly made them a focal point of the day like I had hoped. Would 100% recommend Tamara to other couples! -

Tamara and Nicole gave my husband and I beyond our dream wedding and were our wedding dream team!!! We had to re-schedule our original wedding due to covid, and Tamara + Nicole were not only incredibly understanding with rescheduling, but gave us so much love and support in the process! Not only are these two incredibly talented at what they do, but they are incredible humans!!
We hired Tamara for florals and Nicole from planning/ design and they were incredible. I have never been big into planning anything, but they made the whole plan process fun, exciting, dynamic, and detail oriented to bring out my husband and our personalities and unique tastes.
The florals that Tamara designed were breath taking and phenomenal. Our venue has an arch that over looks the lake and her team spent all day in the > 100 Degree heat decorating the arch and it looked spectacular!!! She went above and beyond with details (including placing a single yellow rose on the inside of my bouquet to honor my grandpa). I have never been super into flowers but had one of the best brainstorming happy hours (~ 4 hours) of throwing ideas back and forth to really make our design and event special. I remember leaving our meeting feeling super inspired and pumped to finish out planning our big day!
Nicole flawlessly helped us design the event dealing with multiple personnel changes with our venue and the inconsistencies that came with these personnel changes. She kept us on track and always had our backs and help strong for Sean and my ideas and wishes to occur. She was incredibly organized and always available in moments were we needed clarification or with communication challenges with out venue. Nicole has a talent of reading when either of us were feeling overwhelmed and knew instantly in the moment how to take on the stress for us or how to manage challenges. On our wedding day, she was always there when needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy every minutes of our wedding. She is amazing!
Nicole and Tamara both went above and beyond in a moment of panic two days before our wedding when my dress had a massive grease stain on the front of it. Together, with our photographer (highly recommend having your vendors stay in the same air bnb esp if they are all friends :) ) salvaged my dress and removed the stain! They all saved the day!!!
Our friends and family have all given rave reviews stating that this was one of the best/ most organized weddings they have ever attended and my husband and I left feeling that the day was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Tamara and Nicole are our wedding dream team!! -

Wedding 2020
Tamara is a truly a dream come true. When we first met with her she was so nice and thoughtful - we knew we needed her to help plan our wedding. We came up with a vision together and she put everything together perfectly. When we started to plan our wedding it was scheduled for July 11th 2020. With many plans canceled in 2020 so was our wedding on July 11th. We changed our date twice and due to covid and decided to get married on August 3rd 2020. Tamara not only guided us through date changes but also a venue change and strict regulations. Without all of her help and patience we would not be married today. She put together a team of amazing vendors who made our dreams come true! Tamara was always so calm cool and collected making me and my family feel so fortunate to have her. She not only planned our wedding but also did all of our amazing flowers and arrangements. Tamara had an amazing team, and you could feel the love and passion behind everything they did. I am truly thankful for Tamara and am lucky to know her! You will not regret hiring Tamara or her team! -

I can't recommend Tamara and her team enough. From the beginning, my (now) husband and I made it pretty clear we're not the event planning types - we had a very limited vision for what we wanted and no idea how to accomplish it. But Tamara was able to get to know us and help us define our vision incredibly quickly. Every meeting I went into with Tamara I was worried that we were behind, and, without exception, every time I left feeling totally confident we were on track and everything was going to be perfect. And good lord was it perfect. She was able to create a PNW bohemian chic paradise for our wedding. Months later I am STILL getting compliments about the flowers and venue (which Tamara designed and pointed us to, respectively). Not only did she make our wedding indescribably beautiful, she made planning it fun. And, the best part - we actually got to enjoy our wedding weekend because we had so much confidence that she had everything under control. Tamara is a rare find - caring and creative, but uber-organized and pragmatic. So many people I spoke with said they were relieved their wedding was over. My husband and I couldn't feel more differently. Tamara made that weekend so special we'd relive it every single day if we could. Nothing but fond memories and thankfulness we made the decision to work with her.

Love love loved Nicole!
I would highly recommend SBTN! We LOVED working with Nicole! She was literally my lifesaver for our wedding day and for the wedding process. She was quick to respond to emails, handled things with my vendors (even ones that kind of became intense towards the wedding day), set everything up as I had planned, cleaned & packed up all of our items, and kept our entire day running smoothly. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. I’m very Type A so her organization and timelines were a positive thing in my book. Girlfriend also stays super calm throughout the day, which is much needed for a stressed out bride, and is fun to talk to. As weird as it sounds, she’s so personable that if I lived in WA, I’d want to be friends with her.
Basically if you are looking for a wedding coordinator and stumble upon these ladies, there’s no need to look further.
Also, I greatly appreciated seeing the insta pics they took. I had no idea & it was great to wake up the next day to see things I didn’t get to get a close look at. Thanks ladies!! -

Tamara and Claire were amazing! They were so encouraging and supportive through the whole experience. I am not good at planning or coming up with awesome ideas and making them happen. The entire prospect just sounded exhausting to me and Pinterest was overwhelming! But they continually reassured me that everything would work out even when I wondered how on earth it would happen. They did so much. I only ever talked to my florist once and they just coordinated everything with them, including the delivery and setup. They coordinated rentals of decor that I never had to be involved with, and answered every single silly question and freak out I had. On the day of, I didn't have to worry about anything. Even when the seating got completely messed up, Claire handled it and it never had to be my problem.
They took care of absolutely everything. Tamara helped come up with beautiful decor ideas I never would have thought about(and helped implement them). My wedding was far more lovely and relaxed than it would have been if we hadn't hired them. We loved working them and will be recommending them to everyone we can. Hiring a wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made through the wedding planning process! If you want someone who will put your mind at ease and be your biggest cheerleader throughout your wedding planning process, these are the gals for you! -

Elle was our wedding planner and was absolutely vital to the success of our big day. She was calm and to the point, gently reminded us to do things (which we needed a lot of), was never pushy and accommodated all our preferences and changes. Tamara and her team did our flowers and decor and OMG the end result blew me away. It was like an enchanted indoor wildflower forest and such a huge wow factor. This is a great team to work with and they will take of you and make your vision come true! -

Where to even begin?! Words can't express how thankful and appreciative we are that Tamara and Nicole came into our lives. I have been envisioning my wedding day since I was a little girl and these two made that dream come true. They are so calm and organized and bring so many great ideas to the table. We really wanted our guests to feel a part of the wedding, and they helped make this happen, incorporating so many special details and touches. I love how much they truly listen and care about their clients - and will go above and beyond to help make your dreams come true. Plus, they have fun doing it and both are such genuine, generous and thoughtful humans - you almost feel like your hanging out with your girlfriends! Tamara and Nicole truly exceeded my expectations for my wedding day. And because of them, I was able to relax and be present. It was one of the most magical days of my life -and I know for certain I could not have pulled it off without them. Our friends and family still tell us it was one of the best weddings they have been to (which is one of the best compliments you can receive!). I highly, highly recommend Simply by Tamara Nicole - you will not be disappointed one bit!!! -
Annie Sent on 06/24/2018We are so happy we had Simply by Tamara Nicole as our wedding planner. Lindsay Comfort was our day of coordinator and we could not have ask for anyone better! She was so sweet and attentive. Our wedding was for nearly 200 guests in Seattle. The ceremony was at St. James Cathedral and the reception was at Axis Pioneer Square. Lindsay and Claire focused mainly on the reception at Axis and when we arrived after the ceremony, I was so happy with how the space looked. It was beautiful and better than I had imagined.
My family is used to helping with weddings and was very hands on with many of the details. We wanted a lot of personal touches to go into the day to save money and make it more personal so we did the signature cocktails, name cards, gift table, homemade cakes, and most of the decor ourselves. Lindsay was able to take what my family had made for the reception and set it up beautifully! My parents loved Lindsay too and totally trusted her with putting everything together :)
Everything went so smoothly and we love how our day turned out! Lindsay was very calming and understanding. She took the stress out of wedding planning! Thank you Lindsay! -

As soon as I got engaged, I was certain that I wanted to design my wedding myself but wanted someone there to coordinate everything to make sure it all came together on the day-of. I researched pretty much every well-rated day-of coordinator in Seattle and ended up choosing Tamara because not only did she already have stellar reviews and offered so much for her day-of package, she was incredibly sweet and friendly and amazingly affordable and I knew she would be perfect! I'm a super organized, detail-oriented person and I had always assumed hiring a coordinator for wedding day would just be back up. Boy, was I wrong! It wasn't until wedding day that I realized how totally crazy things were going to get. Even with my obsessive planning, many things had to be changed or dealt with on the day of and many people had to be herded and I truly don't know what I would've done without someone there like Tamara who knew exactly what I wanted, down to the last detail and executed flawlessly so I could focus on my day, my groom, and have tons of fun. I almost forgot there were so many details I wanted coordinated perfectly until I saw everything done, perfectly, from the timing of things to decor items, to bridal party and family. Who would have kept everything on the planned timeline? Who would have laid out all the decor items exactly where I wanted them? Who would have fixed my veil every time it fell out and no one was around who knew how to put it back in? Who would have told bridal party where to go, stand, and cue them? I have no idea, but Tamara was absolutely perfect in executing my vision. My husband Jon and I were totally thrilled with her and can look back at our wedding day as perfect. Thank you!!!! :) -

She responded to my emails quickly & had answers to all my questions. She gave a lot of ideas, met up with me to go over wedding details & was very organized and helpful. She helped me with the wedding timeline and kept in touch with my vendors. Having her at our wedding left me and my husband to enjoy our day. Not only us, but our family also. She helped with setting up our wedding ceremony, made sure everything looked good for our reception & with everything that she had to keep up with, she still managed to check up on us during the reception. Tamara did an awesome job with keeping everything on track. I would recommend any of my friends or family to Tamara. -

Kendra Sent on 05/09/2013I can not say enough about Tamara! We hired Tamara to be our day-of wedding coordinator and help us with the flow of the day, set-up and timelines. From the moment I met her, she was bubbly, professional, responsive and just a joy to talk to. I could tell she was someone that knew what she was doing and was happy doing it. We clicked right away and had a blast working together!
Whenever we had questions, Tamara was right there to help answer them. She helped us through all the planning of the day-of timeline, coordinated with our other vendors, walked-though the venue with me to make sure she had my vision "just right" and helped with the ceremony rehearsal the day before.
On the big day Tamara executed my vision perfectly and made sure every detail was exactly as I had laid out for her. Everything looked spectacular! When there was a slight emergency with one of my craft projects, Tamara spent extra time setting it right and made sure everything looked perfect.
Between my husband and I, we needed a couple of things during the night and she had them all in her emergency kit. My family could not stop talking about how sweet, on top of things and professional Tamara was all night and even after the wedding was over. Again, I can not say enough good things about Tamara - I would highly, highly recommend her services to any bride looking for an extra hand on their big day. Thank you, Tamara!
