  Such a beautiful location for our reception, great service and professionalism! We rented the whole Loft are for our reception. It was great to have a private bar for our party. The space looked so glamorous with the Simon Pearce glasses decorating all our tables. The food, drinks and service were 5 stars! Everybody had such an amazing time. Simon Pearce staff will make your wedding special and help you through-out the process. Our direct contact was with Rose Dulac and she was extra attentive and made the process of working out the details so smooth and gratifying. We had them make our wedding cake and it was spectacular! The Loft area was just a beautiful setting for our cocktail hour and dancing time!

  Even though Simon Pearce was hit by a hurricane, they were able to provide everything I needed for the wedding. We did have a bit of trouble getting a hold of their event planner, but everything sorted itself out, and by the day of, it was set up perfectly. We were able to hold the ceremony and reception in The Loft, and the decor, food, service, and general attitude of the staff was impeccable.

  We planned the timing of our engagement around booking Simon Pearce for our reception. I remember the day, over three years before our wedding day, that I told my then-boyfriend that I had an idea for where we should have our reception. I showed him a few pictures. He was silent. I ended the slideshow and asked, "So?" He didn't hesitate: "It's perfect."
  
  And it really was! The cocktail reception was in the gallery of Simon Pearce glasswork upstairs -- so bright and bold and natural! A true taste of New England, but in a refined and dramatic way. Then, the magical Loft room came alive for our dinner. Imagine eating world class food on your wedding day instead of no-hum buffet food! Everything was delicious, and our guests thanked us for it. Service was wonderful. And the beverage manager even took a special trip to Massachusetts to get us some cider from my hometown -- an amazing personal touch.
  
  Simon Pearce was so accommodating and set just about everything up for us. You should be aware that you can't have full-scale dancing in the reception room, which is right over the main restaurant, but they will let you move to the gallery again for dancing. But, our band set up easily and we were able to do our first dance, father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance in the room no problem. And there was PLENTY of space for our 70-person wedding. This place is perfect for small weddings like ours or rehearsal dinners.

  Terrible experience - how can you forget to give the bride her bouquet? No ownership for this huge mistake by Simon Pierce management. If planning a wedding you are on you own. Very poor communication and no follow up The wedding.manager was no where to be found to go over arrangements the day of the wedding and when asking for help I was told by the restaurant management that she was under staffed and needed to leave.. You would think that wedding management when she arrived would have at least attempted to contact us. Nope. Management on all levels was horrible. For the amount of money paid for this event one would think that there would have been a higher standard of service. In fact there was no service other than setting the tables and serving the food. Other than that you are totally on your own and don't forget to ask for your bouquet ! All the mishaps of the day created much anxiety and management didn't appear to take ownership of anything and frankly didn't care.
