As my partner and I embark on the journey of wedding planning, we are fortunate to have Katarina by our side. She’s an incredible wedding planner who has already proven herself to be a true gem. We came into wedding planning with no idea where to start, and Katarina earned our trust right away. She took the time to really get to know us as a couple, and that effort showed in every recommendation she made.
Katarina made the whole process fun, easy, and collaborative. The venue was our most important decision since we wanted to provide our own choice of food. We were fortunate to find the perfect place after just one day with Katarina. The venue exceeded our expectations and kept us under our initial budget. From that first big decision to the very last detail, she offered thoughtful advice and creative ideas.
Our wedding day came together better than we could have imagined or planned ourselves. We made it a point to enjoy our big day as if we were guests, and we couldn’t have had that experience without Katarina and her team. They are professional, dedicated, and passionate about what they do. As a couple, they made us look and feel our best!

Best Day of my Life and Best Planner
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Katarina. What started as hiring her to help bridge the gap between myself in Las Vegas and my wedding planner in Detroit turned into so much more. She became not only an incredible support throughout the planning process, but also someone I genuinely considered a friend by the end of it all.
Katarina went far beyond what was ever expected of her role. She helped me stay organized, communicated in such a detailed and thoughtful way with vendors, assisted tremendously with invitations and logistics, and most importantly, helped keep me sane during what can be such a stressful season. No detail was ever too small for her, and she always made me feel supported, heard, and cared for.
Even though she is known for full-service wedding planning here in Las Vegas, she seamlessly stepped into this unique role and absolutely excelled at it. Having someone trustworthy, calm, kind, and genuinely invested in my wedding experience made all the difference.

We cannot say enough incredible things about Katarina from Signature Weddings LV.
A month ago, we were planning a destination wedding in Mexico with 80 guests. Just days before our wedding, we were faced with unexpected uncertainty that could have completely canceled everything. Within hours, we made the decision to pivot our entire wedding to Las Vegas—with only a few days to plan.
Katarina was one of the first people to reach out, and from her very first message, we knew we were in the right hands. She immediately jumped in with confidence, reassurance, and a clear plan. What felt impossible suddenly felt achievable.
In less than 72 hours, Katarina helped us plan an entire wedding from scratch. She coordinated multiple vendors, including finding our amazing photographer, managed contracts, handled logistics, and kept everything moving seamlessly—all while we were flying across the country trying to regroup with our families.
What truly sets Katarina apart is her ability to stay calm under pressure and make you feel completely supported. We had complete trust in her almost instantly, and she delivered on every single promise.
On the wedding day, she went above and beyond in every way. From coordinating our timeline, managing transportation for our guests, setting up our décor, and ensuring every detail was in place—she allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy our day. Meeting her in person felt like meeting someone we had known for years.
Despite planning our wedding in just a few days, our guests couldn’t believe how seamless and well thought-out everything felt. That is entirely because of Katarina.

As a very Type A, control-freak bride planning a wedding from out of state, I had high expectations and a lot of anxiety about the details of our wedding. I loved the process of planning our wedding.! It bought me so much happiness being able to plan the details of our big day. My biggest worry was the day of and trying to make sure everything went smoothly while still trying to be present and stress free. There I went, calling Kat at 11pm at night to ask if she could take over! Lol she helped us fine tune all of the details, was always available anytime we needed her, and helped make sure our wedding day went perfect. All of her suggestions really makes you know she’s genuinely listening to your needs. She was the primary contact for all vendors and even our family to help with directions, etc. She is “going above & beyond” in its truest form. We love you forever Kat! -
