The best of the best!
Simply the best of the best! Before you do anything else, book Clay as your coordinator. He will guide you in the right direction through every aspect of your wedding. Being from out of state and not knowing much about the area, my biggest regret in wedding planning was booking our venue and other vendors before I booked him. He is a true professional that knows everything there is to know about the wedding industry in the Florida Panhandle. From communicating with vendors, designing beautiful floral arrangements, being super responsive, bringing our visions to life, and helping with any issues we had with other vendors along the way, we could not have done it without him. Clay went above and beyond to make our day perfect, stress free, and felt like a friend by the end of our wedding. Thank you so much, Clay! -

Day of Coordination and Florals
Clay and his team at Signature Events were rockstars. We hired Clay for day-of coordination, and we are so glad we did. I was able to truly relax that morning, not having to worry about running around to set anything up and decorate the spaces. Clay was also the florist, and matched my vision wonderfully (making it even better).
Clay was also so nice to work with. He was excited to plan and make the vision come to life. When I had questions, he took a lot of time to explain his process and why he made certain suggestions. We are so grateful for him because our wedding was truly perfect. -

Clay is an angel
Clay was amazing to coordinate with. He kept me sane and organized and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of my wedding. He is meticulous and has great taste. He did an amazing job pulling everything together along with my florist to realize the vision that became my dream wedding. Can't say enough good things about Clay!-

A vision to reality
I could rave about Signature Weddings and Events (Clay and Daniel) for days! My wedding planning experience was anything but typical. I actually found my venue, who recommended Clay, before hiring a planner. Shortly after (within the same evening), my mom was chatting with a friend from ATL, who apparently knew a really great planner in Panama City, FL… Long story short, it was Clay and we KNEW it was meant to be. Clay worked with my mom and me for months planning the best day ever, hearing out all of our grandiose ideas and having “come to Jesus” meetings to remind us of the “budget.” About 4 months before the wedding, after most of the major decisions and deposits had been made, we found out that our venue was heavily damaged by Hurricane Michael (which also devastated our town and life as we knew it)… They could not host our wedding any longer. Despite his own trauma and dealing with the aftermath of the Cat 5 hurricane, Clay spent several days, weeks and months with my mom and me in search of a new venue and planning an entirely different (but dreamy) wedding. As we got closer to wedding day and decisions became more firm, Clay and Daniel endured several spur-of-the-moment meetings, requested by ME, to listen to my indecisive banter and reassure me that everything would be AMAZING. Fast Forward to wedding day and it truly was AMAZING and MORE. Clay and Daniel designed and set-up the most beautiful floral and décor that still have my guests and myself gushing. I was able to enjoy my day, trusting that everything was well-taken care of, and it WAS. Seeing my ceremony and reception spaces for the first time, took my breath away. There aren’t enough words to express how thankful I am for Signature Weddings and Events. YOU’RE THE BEST!! Thank you for making my wedding vision/dreams a reality!!-

Great experience with Signature Events
We had such a great experience with Clay and Signature Events! After hurricane Michael, he pretty much planned my entire weekend in a month. This meant coordinating with a ton of vendors and setting up everything himself since we changed the location. Clay was always quick to respond, professional, and full of excellent ideas. He was great to have at the wedding and was always bringing myself and my husband a new beverage if our hands were empty. You wont find a better coordinator who is sharp, pays attention to detail, but also a blast to be around. Highly recommend! -

Amazing job!
From coordinating vendors to wrangling our high-spirited friends and family, the Signature Events team ensured everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. In addition to dealing with setup, breakdown, and logistics, Clay also took my vision for flowers and turned it all into reality. They were absolutely gorgeous! Thank you again for everything. Our day was perfect—in no small part thanks to Signature Events. -

Signature Events was amazing! Clay handled the details for me - an out of town bride - with a destination wedding. His knowledge, experience and resources were invaluable. I can't say enough about Clay, really. He walked through everything with me and my husband, and helped guide us through many questions. I didn't think I would need a planner for my simple and smaller wedding, but I couldn't have done any of it without Signature Events and Clay. -

Clay and Kristy were in complete control allowing the bride and her parents to just enjoy the day and our guest. The flowers and dinning room set up were beautiful! I don't even know where to begin with the gratitude I have for Clay and his team. He was amazing to work with in the months leading up to the wedding, but after our venue was canceled the week of the wedding, he jumped into action. Not only did he offer emotional support to a panicking bride, but came up with plan B, C, and D in the same breath. Anyone who was a guest at our wedding would have never known the work and challenges that went into our special day all thanks to him. He is incredible at his job and your wedding will be in the best of hands with him and his team. Thank you for everything you did for us, you are incredible! -

What a delight it was to work with Clay of Signature Events on my daughter's wedding. Clay found all of the vendors needed for the outdoor reception and communicated so well with them. He was a great problem solver and a pleasure to be around. Too bad we have only one daughter because we would sure use him again!

Clay is amazing! We met him while getting rentals for our oldest daughter's wedding. He also helped with planning and arranged the bouquets, centerpieces, etc. that were exactly what our daughter had dreamed. We also became friends through this process. Our youngest daughter met Clay also and liked him so much that we hired Clay as our wedding coordinator. He did all of her flowers also. He went above and beyond. He was quick to respond to any of our questions no matter when we contacted him. I don't know of anything that he could have done to improve his services. Any couple would be very pleased when using Clay and Signature Events. If we had another daughter, we would use him again. -

Clay Keels made magic happen on my daughter's wedding day. Not only did he clear up cloudy, rainy skies, but he made the "rain plan" more beautiful and intimate than the original vision. I'm not sure what we would have done without Clay's professionalism, creativity, contacts, and sense of fun during the entire process. Kate's and Steve's Cape San Blas beach wedding was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. I'm just sorry we don't have another daughter to marry off :-) !!! -

I cannot say enough positive things about Clay! In 3 short months, he was able to bring my garden inspired farm wedding to life. I loved every minute of planning the most magical day of my life with him. When I first started planning my wedding I wasn't going to go with a wedding planner, just a day of, then my husband (then fiancé) and I saw how Clay with Signature Weddings and Events handled one of my bestfriends weddings. It was beautiful. It was then that we cancelled our day of planner and I contacted Clay immediately. It was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made (besides my hubs) :) Clay seriously LOVES his clients and he gets to know them. He isn't just there because he has to be. He goes above and beyond to add personal touches to your special day. I knew that whatever I needed I could contact Clay and within the day he would respond and have a solution... even if that solution was "Let me handle this, that is what I am here for", being the OCD person I am, I sat back and let Clay handle everything and I couldn't have been more impressed and in LOVE with our wedding... Signature Weddings & Events was amazing. We were able to have our dream wedding because Signature found creative ways to save money and still produce an amazing event. The day of coordinator was able to keep everything calm and moving along despite the fact of a last minute rain which moved our outdoor ceremony to an indoor ceremony. Without Signature, I'm not sure where we would have been in the planning or execution. Thank you!!! -

Bottom line is that as the father of the bride, and knowing that the overall feel, event and outcome of my daughter's wedding was (in my opinion) a reflection on my wife and I, we could not have pulled off this event in all the beauty and splendor that it was, without Kerry. To sum it all up, a quote from Kerry is most appropriate here; "You have no problems. Anything that comes up is my (Kerry's) problem." And oh yeah, our daughter and new son-in-law were very, very pleased with everything.
Kerry had her eyes and hands on basically everything that involved our backyard wedding and reception. At many points during the day, even during the event, I saw her working in the background, out of sight but in control, even up to the point of rinsing off dinner dishes which the caterer had neglected. Kerry wore many hats; from professional wedding coordinator to best friend to advisor and of course, to firefighter. She is very experienced, and was quick to put out any fires that flared up.
If I could change one thing, I would have included Kerry in at least one of our wedding photographs - she was that instrumental in the entire affair. -

They really listened to what the bride wanted. They were respectful of the bride's budget and were sensitive during budget discussions. Attention to detail was wonderful. Everyone was very warm, and definitely had the bride's best interest in mind. Phoebe felt like a princess! -

Kerry created a wedding very unique and breath taking. We were so delighted
upon arriving at my Daughter and Son-in-laws reception...we thought we were
at the wrong event. It went way beyound our expectations in every way in
creativity and design....truly a one of a kind reception that will last in our memory
for a lifetime...... -

I was so impressed how Kerry took my vision and made it happen! She was extremely creative and so great at helping me make my dream wedding happen! I can't imagine planning a wedding without her! Not only was my wedding gorgeous, but under budget! Kerry saved us money and took all of our stress away! I would refer Signature to any of my friends or family. -

Kerry Garrow and Signature Weddings & Events were beyond amazing. We had our dream wedding and couldn't have done it without Kerry's help. She listened to what we wanted and really saw that our vision was carried out through every detail. She was sensative to my emotions as a bride and to the things that I really cared about for the wedding day. I can't begin to convey how beautiful our wedding was and how taken care of we felt through out the whole process. We are so grateful for Kerry and Signature Weddings and were so blessed to have them be a apart of an unforgettable day!

Kerry was open to hear what our ideas were and helpful in guiding me in making all the decisions. She was always there when I needed her, and really knows her profession well. She also knew what my budget was and was able to come up with what I needed at the price I could afford. -

Signature Events was absolutely wonderful. Clay was easy to work with, he listened to what we wanted and made it possible! He took so much stress off of myself and just got things handled. I would use him hands down!!-

Kerry was wonderful to work with. She has a warm and caring demeanor that made us very comfortable with her from day 1. Her attention to detail is greatly appreciated. You might think you have a handle on the mountain of minutia but don't fool yourself. Give in to help and reward yourself with a chance to breathe. We sure were glad to have that assurance. She is great at giving you piece of mind. Knowing that she is there to handle any hiccups down the road. One aspect I loved with working with her is her access to other vendors. Face it, as the consumer we are just another name on a list for vendors to call back, and I'm sure we get pictured as being yet another frantic couple to work with. Kerry calls and they respond instantly. Most impressive was her performance on our wedding day. She was calm and patient with us and our group. Kerry let us know when and where to go, allowing us to enjoy our moment to the fullest. later after the wedding day we found out about some snafus she encountered with other vendors during the reception. If I had known what she was enduring I would have flipped out. But that never happened because that's what she is there to do. My wife and I could not be happier with Kerry and her assistant Jessica who also helped tremendously. -

Kerry and her staff are the real deal. From the 1st day we contacted her to the last few moments of my wedding day she was amazing. I had to plan my wedding long distance, so with the help of Kerry and my mom we were able to pull off a one of a kind wedding. I would highly recommend Signature Weddings for anyone that wants a classy, professional, and unique wedding.

11.05.2022 Destination Wedding- Lack of detail
We used Signature Wedding and Events for 'Month of' coordinating and florals for our destination wedding. We use to live in PC and currently live in Dallas, TX. We use to live in the area and some locals recommended them for coordinating. I want to mention a few details I noticed regarding things we discussed that were not correct for our wedding. I am a detail oriented person so I notice the small things along with the big things. I spent time picking out the details and putting together inspiration boards so there would be less confusion since we were doing a destination wedding.
I would like to start with the flowers. My bouquet was beautiful but not what we discussed and not like the inspiration photos I sent. I specifically mentioned that I did not want a perfectly rounded/bulb shape bouquet. However, that’s exactly what I received with the greenery being magnolia leaves or something similar. There was no seeded eucalyptus or any type of eucalyptus actually, which we discussed and I sent photos. The handheld bouquets for mothers had daisies in them, and I specifically mentioned I did not want daisies. There was no greenery for The Welcome Sign or the Cake Table…I mentioned I wanted this several times and also that I was willing to pay additional money if needed. I had to ask for the large urns to be brought over to the reception to decorate the card and guest book tables.
The welcome sign was placed on an easel practically sitting on the ground. When I asked for an easel I described what I wanted. I offered to get one myself if needed and I was told that you had one.
The sea grass placemats that were suggested were not on the tables for the reception. This is particularly frustrating bc it was suggested to me by Clay, I liked the idea, and then they were left out. I also asked about them in email when you sent the updated proposal. I could not continue to keep asking about things. I wanted to have faith that it would be taken care of and then we were disappointed..
The incorrect table linen numbers was blamed on me. We discussed the 10 tables, gift table, guest booked table, and cake tables in our weekly calls. As the coordinator, it should have been recognized when placing the order that we were missing a linen. You could have easily texted or emailed to double check.
Lighting was never brought up to me until I asked in the last month and final calls. I was then told I already had cafe lighting booked which was not the case. We were told we could have a call with the media consultant regarding having a TV for the important to us football game during the cocktail hour. We did not get a call with the media consultant as we were told we would.
During our rehearsal it was said that we didn’t discuss the chair setup for the ceremony and it was actually listed on the “updated proposal” as well. The chairs then had to be changed before the ceremony and my sister was told the chair setup was never discussed...
When we chose to do a destination wedding we knew there would be some hiccups. Ultimately, we feel taken advantage of
because we are from out of town. We just pray our photos turn out great. Our photographer, Paul with Sarah & Paul Photography, was amazing so I’m sure he was able to get some great shots. Cedrian with Destin Mobile Makeup was great with hair and makeup. The cake was great from Lakeshore Cake. The Bay Kings Band was great. Communication with coordination, including the hotel (Blue Green Resorts formerly Sheraton Panama City Beach Golf and Spay) was not great. The communication with the hotel was not the fault of Signature Weddings and Events. I don't have any professional photos back yet of the reception, but will update once I receive photos.

Clay was wonderful to work with! He was very accommodating and was able to put ideas into a beautiful product. Clay and his team made our wedding weekend stress-free and even relaxing! We highly recommend his planning services for future couples! -
