I cannot praise Bob Shirley and his entire staff enough. From the very beginning to the very end, the staff was very thorough and professional. Marissa was available to me at all times, was easy to work with, made wonderful suggestions, and handled the changes I made immediately. We have been to numerous events at Shirley Acres, and I am always amazed how delicious the food is no matter the number of people. Our guests raved about the food and the cake which was made by their in-house baker. Thank you Bob, Marissa, and all of the Shirley Acres staff.

Completely grateful and blessed for all the efforts flexibility, and work helping us throw together and elopement ceremony in a matter of a couple of weeks. I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire staff and the owner, Mr. Bob Shirley. I am at loss of words. Thank you just doesn't seem enough.

Look no further. This staff / venue property have the Ritz Carlton customer level experience in all aspects of wedding planning, facilitating, and executing the event. The food and decor was beyond expectation. I can not say enough about the food - which was exceptional and unusual, compared to large group catering in general. Hire these people and don't bother shopping around. You will be absolutely delighted.

I can't say enough about the staff and grounds at Shirley Acres. My wedding was a dream thanks to the lovely team there. Bob and Allie were my contacts - Allie is next level fantastic. We are based out of town and the team there helped immensely with video walkthroughs, multiple calls, soooo many questions from me - ha. It all went incredibly smooth and I'm so thankful for the location and experience. The food was AMAZING - Felipe is a star. He can literally cook anything. The compliments we got on the food and location were overwhelming and so reassuring. Thank you, all!

We looked at 15-20 venues around Houston before going to Shirley Acres. The moment we stepped onto the property, we fell in love with it. It had the perfect natural beauty with a rustic, Texan feel. Bob and his team were really great hosts and extremely helpful every step of the way. The wedding/reception packages are very reasonably prices, and worth every penny. They cover all your needs, plus a little more.

The floral decoration and setup was absolutely stunning. It was perfection – right from the arrangement of the tables to each flower petal. Almost every single one of our 300 guests was in awe of the ambiance and the beauty of Shirley Acres.

The personal attention and care provided by Bob and his team was extremely gratifying – they go above and beyond to make sure you are at ease. People say you can’t really enjoy your wedding day and it goes by so fast. We agree, it went by real fast, but we enjoyed every minute of it. All thanks to the Team at Shirley Acres. They were on top of everything, from coordinating with all the vendors, taking care of the guests to even taking care of us! Thank you, Summer, Charity and rest of the crew!

I got married here on October 5th, 2019. We had the ceremony in the outdoor courtyard and the reception was in the Garden Room. Both locations were beautiful backdrops for our special day. I live out of state so it was very important for us to find a venue that provided most of the services in house so we did not have to search for a ton of different vendors. We were so thankful to find Shirley Acres. We used their florist, day-of coordinator, cake, and catering services which made wedding planning much less stressful. Jim the florist did an amazing job on the bouquets and floral centerpieces. I absolutely loved my bouquet, and it turned out better than I had envisioned. We got so many compliments from guests on how tasty the food was from the in-house catering team. (We chose the chicken, salmon, vegetables, and mashed potatoes) I loved how our semi-naked cake turned out, and the raspberry and almond cream fillings were delicious! Charity was our wedding planner and was so helpful throughout the planning process! She made sure our day went off perfectly and put me at ease on our big day. We also used the on-site guest house for the weekend which was the perfect place for the bridal party and mothers to get their hair and makeup done. There was plenty of space and rooms to accommodate everyone, and I loved having a big sleepover with my bridesmaids the night before the wedding! We let the bridesmaids and their dates stay at the guest house after the wedding while my husband and I stayed at a hotel downtown. I cannot say enough good things about Shirley Acres, their team, and our experience with them! They helped to make our wedding dreams a reality! I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking!

We had our wedding here on July 19, 2019, and it was FABULOUS! We had our ceremony and reception in the Garden Room, and it was beautiful! Everything turned out amazing, from the flowers to the food to the DJ and event coordinator (Charity), it was all incredible! The grounds are gorgeous for pictures, the staff was all friendly. We also rented the Guesthouse on property for our Bridal Party for the night before and of the wedding, and it made everything so convenient, plus the Guesthouse was awesome! Mr. Bob Shirley was great to work with too! We had so many compliments from so many guests. We highly recommend this venue!!!!

I would definitely recommend the venue and their wonderful staff! Bob and the staff here are always smiling when you see them and friendly on the phone. They have answered all of questions and pretty much done whatever they can to ease the stress of wedding planning. My fiance and I are still in awe every time we walk into the pavillion.

Bob and his team really are one of a kind. My fiance and I loved the property from the moment we pulled up till when we left, we felt very welcomed by the staff. The energy was very positive from Bob and he is open to answer any and all questions you can think of. I am thankful to be able to have my wedding here and would recommend them to any and everyone.

Shirley Acres is a breath taking property. From the drive up to the actual tour, my fiance and I absolutely loved everything they had to offer. Bob was very nice and was excellent in answering every question I had. The staff was very attentive and the open house was to die for! Anyone would be lucky to have their wedding in such a beautiful place!

From the moment we walked into Shirley Acres we knew we had found the one. From the plush green landscape to the beautiful florals and foliage - it was the kind of picturesque venue we had always imagined for our wedding. Shirley Acres did not disappoint - the staff were amazing especially Charity who co-ordinated our wedding. Charity was heaven sent and I must say that anybody who has her as a co-ordinator should thank God! The food and service was excellent and they are such a flexible venue. Everything went extremely well! Thanks Shirley Acres and Charity for making my big day so special.

When my husband and I began the search for our wedding venue, we were looking for a place that would be able to take care of everything and we definitely found that in Shirley Acres. Since the beginning of our process they were very helpful in answering all of our questions we had, as well as being so accommodating for our big day. From the food (we had people with food allergies and they made sure everyone was taken care of), to the flowers, to the drinks Shirley Acres took care of it all and we could not have been happier! Our day of coordinator, Charity, was so amazing! She took care of things that I would not have even thought of, and made sure everything ran smoothly for our big day. Having a day of coordinator was definitely a large reason why we ended up choosing Shirley Acres, as was the on site florist, Jim. He did such a wonderful job and really brought my ideas to life. There are so many wonderful things about this venue, but I think the thing that puts them over the edge is their professionalism. Every time I would reach out to Shirley Acres, it did not matter who I talked to, every one was so knowledgable and attentive to my requests. We would highly recommend Shirley Acres as your wedding venue choice, you will not be disappointed!

This place is magical! The venue is gorgeous and the people are wonderful. The staff helped us with every single detail and the service was extraordinary. I recommend this place to everyone! They made my wedding truly spectacular and I felt like they went out of their way to make us happy. I'm very impressed with everything that they did for us and the price was so competitive!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

The team at Shirley Acres could not have made our day more perfect! Being indecisive, I gave them the ideas of what I liked and told them to make it pretty. They outdid all of my expectations! I received so many compliments on the food, decor, cake and flowers! Jennifer was our day of coordinator and she made the whole day stress free!! She made sure the wedding ran so smoothly and made sure we were taken care of! I couldn't have picked a more perfect venue!

I cannot recommend Shirley Acres enough! Every employee is kind, professional, efficient, and exceptional at their job. They are quick and excellent communicators and do everything they can to make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly. Even though we only had a three month engagement, Krystal and Jennifer were on the ball in making sure that every detail was perfect. I was so relieved to know that I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding! The flowers and decor were beautiful and the food was delicious. Overall, we could not have asked for a better or more stress-free day.

Sheila Cannon is the BEST. In the years Shirley Acres has been hosting our senior event of 250+, Sheila and her staff have always been professional, courteous, and have provided the best of service. Sheila herself is so warm and gracious and sees that our every need is met and has always been accessible. Truly she is one of the main reasons we continue to have our Annual Senior Recognition Event at your facility. Just beautiful Thank you Sheila.

Words cannot express how wonderful our wedding at Shirley Acres was. Everything was so much more than I expected. Shelia was an absolute dream to work with! She knew everything I needed before I even knew. She did such a great job incorporating my extra decor(even though it was frivolous because the decor provided was amazing!). Shelia was even there to calm me now when I had a minor meltdown before heading out to the ceremony! The food is cooked on sight with many options to choose from. My hubby and I chose the fajitas and received raving reviews from all of our guests on how good they were! We couldn't get all of our belongings picked up that evening and Shirley Acres packaged everything up for us and let us get it picked up the next business day! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely recommend this venue to anyone who asks!

Extremely organized, very detailed oriented, very professional, elegant venue!!! We selected Shirley Acres for the very reasonable price. My son and his wife had a perfect wedding. Everything was taken care of and our family's only job was to have a memorable evening with friends and relatives. Great experience!!!

I highly recommend Shirley Acres for anyone, but particularly if you need special accommodations. My now husband and I rushed our engagement to be sure an ill family member could attend and Shirley Acres helped us as much as possible every step of the way! From special diets, to wheel chairs, to babies this venue was the best at working with us! My entire family and my husband's family had the best experience! I couldn't imagine our wedding being more perfect!

We had a great experience with Shirley Acres. They met our every need and more. Extremely attentive and made it perfect for our big day. The flowers were beautiful and made on site, as well was the food, which was delicious. What really sold us was the garden area where we had the ceremony. It was gorgeous and green with plentiful flowers. The Dj was great, he definitely had a feel for the crowd and played the perfect music to keep people dancing. Christina was our coordinator and she was fantastic. She kept everything on schedule and made sure we were happy. We would absolutely recommend it!

We had to plan our wedding in a very short time and was pretty worried about the whole process. I stumbled onto Shirley Acres while searching online and you dont know how glad I was to have found this gem! They do literally EVERYTHING for you, so you dont have to worry about the details. They provide food, wine/beer, dj, photobooth, flowers, cake, officiant, and more! Planning our wedding was such a breeze thanks to the Shirley Acres team. Bob Shirley is such a sweetheart and Jane our wedding coordinator was awesome. Very flexible to our needs and wants and always made sure that we were happy. We've been to our fair share of weddings and in all honesty the food is always bland, but the food that Shirley Acres dished out was so delicious and juicy! We've already recommended Shirley Acres to our friends that are single, hehehe. Thank you so much for being a lovely host for our wedding!

We had our daughter's quinceanera this past weekend at Shirley Acres. It was a beautiful night. The property is beautiful and the courtyard is stunningly gorgeous. The flowers, the cake, the beautifully decorated Garden Room. We were blown away by the fantastic staff, the chef, and everyone involved. Bob and Jane are fantastic, they took care of everything for us. Our food was delicious, the music was great (they found the DJ for us). My daughter had a fantastic time. We have been receiving many compliments from our friends and family on the beautiful venue. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to have a fabulous celebration.

This place made my wedding day an absolute dream come true. We did an Indian ceremony there and the wedding coordinator was super flexible and knowledgeable about it regardless of her background. She was patient and caring, she kept me sane through the process making it a stress free and enjoyable day!

I was very pleased with the venue especially considering we only found it 2 months before the wedding. The wedding coordinator was very helpful in planning my wedding using my ideas in the wedding ceremony and reception. There were of course issues with guests that did or did not R.S.V.P however the venue was very flexible in accommodating my last minute guests. My favorite part was the food! The cook that they have usually does cajun or american style food however I really wanted Asian food and they went out of their way to prepare it for me. The flowers they provided for my sweetheart table were gorgeous and the table displays were fun and very organized. Shirley Acres practically did everything for me so that I could relax and enjoy my day.

My daughter was married at Shirley Acres 2 weeks ago. It was perfect! Everything, from the decor, food, flowers, and staff was absolutely PERFECT!! My husband and I got married at Shirley Acres two weeks ago. We had the most wonderful time and it was a dream wedding for us! While I have watched friends with different venues stress out, we were able to enjoy being engaged and Shirley Acres took care of all of the details that are making my friends pull their hair out! Jane, our coordinator, was amazing and so helpful. Jim, the florist was a joy to work with and so passionate about his job. The DJ was great and Bob Shirley always made us feel so comfortable. We used The Element hotel and Jane was great at communicating with them when we needed a larger shuttle. The wine and food were wonderful and the cake was perfect (even though it was not traditional - they made it perfectly!). I cannot say enough about how wonderful, how well priced, how easy and enjoyable the wedding was thanks to Shirley Acres! I am so glad we got married there!

My husband & I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Shirley Acres. From day one I contacted them till the day of the event, Bob and his staff were very helpful & proficient in making this celebration memorable and painless. Kudos to Shanna, our wedding coordinator, who made sure that everything went smoothly & to Jane who helped me soooooo much, to the staff/servers/bartenders who were very courteous, and last but not the least, to Bob. This venue was organized and efficient. They had everything planned out and met with me ahead of time to go over any last minute things that needed to be completed. I can say that nothing went wrong on my wedding night!

My husband and I were looking for a beautiful garden setting for our October wedding. We were blessed to find Shirley Acres. The garden area is perfect for an evening wedding under the stars with soft candlelight. okay...maybe I'm a little biased :)

The team of individuals on staff here were great to work with making sure every detail that I requested was met and then some. They handle a multitude of additional things making this a possible one stop shop for the brides that don't like to plan!

Having our wedding at Shirley Acres took all the stress out of the planning process. They took care of everything! From the DJ to the cakes to the centerpieces and everything in between! The food was delicious and we got lots of compliments from our guest that echoed that! The cakes were amazing as well, not only in taste, but in design as well! There are not enough positive words that I can say about Bob and the staff at Shirley Acres. They were so professional and responsive and that was the icing on the cake to the great service they provided us!

My daughter's wedding reception at Shirley Acres was amazing. From sitting down with Bob a year early to working with Shelia and staff on the wedding day, all pleasant. Oldest daughter/first wedding and everything (I truly mean everything) was perfect. The flower colors, the set up, the food, the cakes, the DJ ............ not one complaint. All of our guests were complimentary about polite staff, decor and food as well. It was a wonderful reception.

I only have good things to say about Shirley Acres! I don't live anywhere near Texas and was planning the wedding from states away. Shirley Acres made the process so stress free and provided amazing service in a family friendly way. My best way to describe how positively I feel is with this story- My husbands father was passing away a few months before the wedding, which brought us suddenly into town. We were spending most of our time at the hospital and decided that since we were in town we may as well do some wedding planning to get us out of the hospital (nobody likes being stuck there). So we called Shirley Acres and asked if we could come see the venue, and they said we should come by whenever we were free and someone could meet with us to plan everything! We showed up three hours later and planned everything from the cake to the decorations, to the order of things.....it was perfect, and exactly the escape we needed at that time. They also provided food for us that night, and the next as well, so we could try the dinner options. They even packaged up extra so we could bring it to the hospital for other family members. They truly were incredible, and were with us in some of the most difficult moments- and greeted us with a hug, just like family. Because of that, we knew we could trust them for our wedding, and I'm so glad we did. It was a marvelous day, and they were so skilled with everything that it was a calmer day, and we didn't have to worry about all the set up and extra things, only about each other!

Our wedding at Shirley Acres was fabulous! Kelley was our wedding coordinator and from start to finish did an excellent job keeping the event running smoothly and ensuring we were able to fully experience our special day. We live out of town and planned the wedding generally from afar. Shirley Acres inclusive package was perfect— the flowers prepared by Jim were beautiful, the cake was delicious and pretty, the DJ was awesome, the bridal suite was perfect for me and 9 girls to get ready! We chose the BBQ dinner and all our guests raved about the dinner rolls for days :) If we were to go back and start over we would definitely pick Shirley Acres again, thank you!!

We had our daughter's reception at Shirley Acres in June, 2016. It is a family owned business and they really give you so much individual attention. We did not feel like we were 'just another wedding' rather they recognized that it was our very special wedding and treated us that way. The flowers were incredible, food and cake were very good, and our wedding coordinator was terrific! We wouldn't hesitate to have another wedding there!

Shirley Acres was a gem amongst the Houston venues. They boast beautiful grounds for an insanely reasonable price. I didn't get caught up in any drama. There weren't any last-minute fusses. My wedding was everything my husband and I wanted. Let me be frank: I am quite "go-with-the-flow-ish" in life. I like to focus on what I can control without much regret with the morning details that a wedding surely requires. I never cared if the napkins matched my bouquet and such. Not my style. I didn't exactly know what I wanted, to be honest. They were able to get inside my head at times, and that was fantastic!!
However, there were just a few problems worth mentioning to those more attention-to-detail. I had cupcakes. Not a cake. I was supposed to have the top tier be a small layer of cake, though. They did not provide me with that, so I was unable to use my cake topper I spent a bit of money on. Do I truly care? Not really. I can use that on a plethora of other cakes in my life. Just worth mentioning. Communication FROM this venue needs improvement. I live quite a busy lifestyle, so calling them at every turn isn't possible. I feel like sometimes if I hadn't called them, my wedding would have been rushed with last-minute stuff. They didn't tell us about a $600 safety deposit until one month before. We barely had the funds, but I'm thankful we had it. It isn't perfect, but it was everything I needed on the day of. In that regard, this place is a dream.
I love the grounds. The food was excellent. Attentiveness on the wedding day was impeccable. Just letting you know, they only let us come onto the grounds 1hr and 15 mins before my wedding started. I felt SO rushed by everything happening all at once, so maybe extend that time before to at least 2 hrs. I'm very open and forgiving, so I'm sorry if you feel this review is a bit soft. They worked hard to accommodate me in almost every way. I didn't make a big deal about anything said here. My marriage is what's most important

We really loved this venue especially because of its all-inclusive aspect. It alleviated so much stress not having to shop around for a cake, flowers, a DJ, decorations, etc. The staff was amazing to work with and super accommodating. All in all, it was a beautiful day full of wonderful memories and so much of that is due to Shirley Acres!

We recently had our ceremony/reception at Shirley Acres. The staff is flexible and available for to answer any questions. The day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about anything. They went over and beyond for us and was easy to work with. The food was amazing. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our wedding coordinator was very attentive to our needs and able to make helpful suggestions. Decor/flowers were beautiful and the food was delicious and well prepared. Also, we got a free upgrade to the larger room because it was not booked for the day of our wedding! However, the DJ did not meet our expectations. He failed to play songs on our "Do play list" yet played songs on our "Don't play list." Some guests commented after the wedding that the DJ was not that good. Overall, I give Shirley Acres a good rating.

We decided to go with Shirley Acres because it seemed like we were getting a lot for the overall cost compared to other venues. (They include alcohol, DJ, reception centerpieces, etc). They also gave us 10% off the price because we had our wedding on a Sunday and upgraded our room and meal choice for free. We were extremely happy. I was planning my wedding from 500 miles away so the professionalism and availability of the staff was very important. I made an appointment a couple months in advance to come down to Houston and knock out 80% of the planning in one day (cake design and flavor, meal choice, flower choices, table linens, etc). My fiance and I booked flights down to Houston, and both of our immediate families traveled about 30 minutes to be a part of the fun. Three days before the appointment I called to confirm everything. The girl that answered the phone said that I was in the books and everything would be ready for me when we arrived. When we got there, there was no one there to greet us. We waited in the front room for a about 10 minutes before an officer came to talk to us.(By the way, you end up paying for officers to sit around and chit chat or talk on the phone in a different building than your event) He told us that a wedding was currently going on and no one was available. After realizing he had about a dozen frustrated and flabbergasted people staring at him, he went to get the wedding coordinator from the wedding next door. A flustered woman walked into the room and asked us why we were there. I told her about the appointment we had made and how I had called in advance to double check everything. She told me that the woman we had an appointment with had a personal emergency and that every one else was at the bridal extravaganza. Clearly not only were we upset that we dragged our whole family out there to do absolutely nothing, but we had wasted all of that money spent on getting down there. The coordinator then decided she would do her best to cover the rear end of the ones who flubbed up. She rushed out of the room and about 5 minutes later came back in with three plates of the bride's wedding cake. I was shocked that she would take from the bride's cake and give it to complete strangers! I know that she was just doing her best, but that bride paid for her cake and probably would not have appreciated it being given away. On top of that, the cake was very dry and really, just not even good (I'm sure it was gorgeous though). They also gave us three to go boxes of their carved roast and chicken to try their food. Their food was excellent.
After sorting everything out afterwards, the head coordinator did a much better job of contacting us. (We were quite upset with the whole ordeal.) They didn't offer to help compensate us for travelling all the way down there (because now we had to make arrangements to come back a second time). They simply said they were sorry and at times tried to brush the blame on to us a little bit. Frustrating.
Everything was fine for a while. About a month before the wedding my dad called me to ask about paying the remaining balance. He said no one had tried to contact him or my mother about anything and wondered if I had heard anything about it. I called them and they said that the remaining payment is due 6 weeks before the event. I was pretty shocked that no one tried any means of contact to collect the money or remind us about it. I also found out that I was supposed to have had a personal coordinator to help me with all of the last month and a half - two months worth of planning. No one had tried to contact me what so ever. I wasn't even assigned to anyone. It left me wondering what else I was needing to do (or what they were needing to do). How difficult is it to make a phone call?
On the Tuesday before my wedding (my wedding was on a Sunday) my coordinator told me that the DJ would want me to make a CD of all of the songs we wanted to be played at our wedding. With everything else going on (planning, familiy and friends coming into town, and the stress of it all) I was not about to do the DJ's job FOR him. I decided to cancel what seemed to be a lazy and incompetent DJ that Shirley Acres offered. He had never even attempted to contact me directly, which I found annoying. I went with Complete Music in Houston and ended up extremely happy. They were very accommodating and were $350 cheaper than what Shirley Acres was charging, even when I was doing the work for their DJ. The DJ contacted me directly and we even met up face to face to make sure we had everything ready. I felt completely confident in Complete Music and immediately felt relief that the music was in our DJ, Ryan's, hands. (After all, music makes the party!)
That was the last of the major mishaps with Shirley Acres. They do up-charge their alcohol so be aware. A keg that normally costs $100-120 was $275!
As far as the actual wedding day goes, everything was perfect! Jane did an excellent job of moving things a long. I was very happy with everything. The centerpieces turned out lovely (Jim, the florist, knows his stuff!). All of the guests raved about the food. I even heard that the beer was especially crisp, cold, and delicious. The wine is good and I really liked the champaign. We ended up choosing another vendor for our cakes (since what we tried was dry and disappointing). We went with For Heaven's Cake and was absolutely the best cake I have ever seen or eaten. LOVED working with For Heaven's Cake and would definitely recommend it.
I don't really know how to "rate" them since leading up to the wedding was a little bit of a nightmare at times, but the wedding itself was perfect in every way. Good luck with your planning!

I appreciated the value of the services provided, but was unhappy with the necessity for "add-ons" throughout the process. The "add-ons" were not clearly communicated.

Beautiful place to get married. But the coordinator Christina is not helpful. She lost one of our props for the wedding, she doesn't guide you, and comes to ask what she can do with a situation.
And if you have kids at your wedding, be careful because the mimosa table are not labeled and kids had some. We found out later by our guest.
And make sure that you get the service that they said they will provide. Don't be fooled.

The first issue was that a staff member had made a commitment about an adjacent property, and then a few days before the wedding, the owner backed out of this commitment. The commitment was that we would be able to have a rehearsal dinner at an adjacent property where the bridesmaids were staying. But a few days before the wedding, the owner found out about this plan, and said this would not be allowed, even though it was his employee who had approved this. Three days before the wedding, we were scrambling to find an alternate location, which was hard since most of the family came from out of town.

Another big issue was regarding how they addressed food restrictions. They were supposed to plate food in the kitchen for those with food restrictions. But when meal time came, they did not do that. When I asked about my son's meal, they just said which items to avoid for gluten intolerance. They demonstrated a complete lack of understanding regarding cross contamination and the danger to patrons with serious issues. They finally brought my adult son a plate from the kitchen with just a small piece of chicken and a small serving of vegetables. Hardly a meal. And hard for him to eat it when they have already demonstrated that they don't understand proper food handling for those with food sensitivities, allergies, or in my son's case, celiac's disease. If they had not promised to do better than this, I would have brought in food for my son. And it wasn't just my son, there were about 10 other people that were supposed to have food plated in the kitchen due to dietary restrictions. The dishes in the buffet style serving were not even labeled with ingredients or allergens.

Just do not do it. It isn't worth the headache or the drama.

Not impressed! I have done events with them in past and not had these issues. I was considering using them for the location of my daughter's wedding. It took Karla 4-5 emails to send an attachment with the original quote. There were few small changes I wanted made to the quote, so scheduled an appointment for our daughter to tour the venue. Before the appointment we were ask to change the time so could meet with Bob, we agreed. My daughter shows up at the new appointment time and doesn't get to meet with Bob and the quote has not been prepared. Krystal redoes the quote and it is almost $6,000 more than than the original. Not happy! I guess this is how they run things now. I highly sugggest you at other venues, because I won't trust them to do my daughter's wedding. Who knows how messed up it would be the day of the wedding if I put it in their hands.
