  Beyond Expectations

  From the minute we met Stephanie, we knew that she was the perfect person. She was always available (for 2 years of planning), cheerful, professional, and simply amazing to work with. Knowing that Stephanie had everything under control allowed me to completely detach from the details and enjoy my daughter's wedding weekend. She took our vision and helped create the wedding of the bride's dream. We would not have been able to do any of it or be totally present throughout the weekend without her. I only wish I had another party to plan so that we could work together again!

  Three Cheers for Stephanie!

  Stephanie is a very experienced and competent wedding planner who, throughout our planning process, impressed us with her level of organization and detail orientation. She's a joy to work with, always bringing wonderful good cheer to every meeting. We appreciated her sound judgment and common sense as well as her open and accepting style. Above all, she listened intently to our ideas and goals and worked hard to creatively achieve these goals. Stephanie also has strong relationships with quality vendors (flowers, caterers, etc) who offer an exceptional level of service. Our venue was very challenging logistically and Stephanie handled all the complications with calm and professionalism. The wedding day was smooth and stress-free for the bride and groom because of Stephanie and her terrific staff. We highly recommend her.

  Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party

  As Mother of the Groom I hired Stephanie to help with the rehearsal dinner (50 people) and welcome party(140 people). I live out of state so I really needed someone that knew the area and had vendors. Stephanie did a fabulous job connecting me with wonderful local vendors, and she was so eager to explore lots of different possibilities. Her cheerful attitude and attention to detail were very appreciated. I would highly recommend Stephanie for your event!

  Couldn't have asked for a better planner and experience!!!

  Working with Stephanie and her team was the BEST decision we could’ve possibly made in planning our wedding!! She went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend an absolute dream and ensure everything went smoothly behind the scenes. From the very start, Stephanie was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, but what makes her even more special is her warm, gracious and enthusiastic personality. She accommodated every question or request we had (big or small), without ever making us feel like we were a burden. When things felt stressful in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, Stephanie was there to guide us, propose solutions and most importantly, make us feel at ease. She is extremely quick to reply and always ready to step in and help however needed. We will forever be grateful for Stephanie’s service.   Stephanie and her team are incredible. Her slogan is , “the details matter” and this is beyond evident on every aspect from the planning process through to the wedding event it’s self.   The absolute best wedding planner around!

  I could not have planned my son’s wedding without Stephanie. She is professional, very knowledgable in the field and helped create the most beautiful and magical wedding weekend. Stephanie is extremely responsive, creative, organized, has an eye for design and detail and is overall a wonderful person to be around. I will definitely be using Stephanie for my next child’s wedding!

  Phenomenal planner and human!

  Stephanie and her team were simply EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! They were there for us every single step of the way, from the brainstorming phase, to operationalizing crazy ideas, to executing on every little detail throughout the entire wedding weekend. They made the weekend feel easy and just incredible. We also have never met someone more responsive and quick to respond on emails!! Add that skill to the long list of accolades and talents. We cannot recommend her and her team MORE HIGHLY!!!!!! :)

  Where do I begin? It was an absolute pleasure working with Stephanie from start to finish. My wedding was at Lion Rock Farm which is a very “a la carte” venue with a lot of moving pieces and decisions to make. Stephanie made this process as easy as possible, using her impressive background in event planning to set expectations and help guide me when I needed it, without pressure. She was incredibly responsive, positive and a generally fun person to be around. My wedding completely exceeded my expectations and everything went according to plan. I definitely attribute that to Stephanie’s organization and attention to detail. I cannot thank Stephanie enough for her partnership and helping us throw the wedding of our dreams!

  Stephanie provided a constant reassuring and enthusiastic presence throughout the wedding planning process as well as through the lead up to and actual weekend events. Her management style is excellent -- attention to detail, proactive thinking, fastidious follow-through. She has exquisite taste and helped generate and build on creative and unique ideas that brought our vision to life and made the event very special. She leads the process in a commanding and collaborative way -- none of us could believe how calm and relaxed we felt and we know it was because we knew Stephanie and her team had everything covered and magnificently managed under her careful and caring eye!
  
  She introduced us to new vendor partners and worked beautifully with the ones we had already contracted - she created a great team spirit.   Exceptional in Everyway

  Stephanie is "exceptional" in every way. Although I did not plan the wedding where I was a guest, I produced large (16k pp) events and this wedding was flawless. Every detail was addressed, every aspect utterly beautiful. The music was one of the best bands (live) I have heard at a private event in decades. I would recommend Stephanie for any event you are thinking of planning.

  Stephanie is "exceptional" in every way. Although I did not plan the wedding where I was a guest, I produced large (16k pp) events and this wedding was flawless. Every detail was addressed, every aspect utterly beautiful. The music was one of the best bands (live) I have heard at a private event in decades.   We had the best experience with Stephanie! She is on top of every little detail and truly made our wedding weekend feel special. Stephanie has a wonderful way of reminding you when certain decisions have to be made without it feeling pushy at all. She has so much experience that if we were ever stuck on a decision she was able to provide helpful guidance around what has worked in the past, but always let us voice our opinions and only offered her own if we asked, the perfect balance. As soon as we showed up to the venue, Stephanie took our multiple boxes of materials for the entire wedding weekend and made it clear she had everything covered so we could just relax and enjoy it. Our vendors also commented on how easy it was to work with Stephanie and how much they appreciated her collaboration. We couldn't recommend Stephanie any more highly--she was so wonderful to work with and truly came to feel like a friend by the end of it.

  Stephanie made our wedding an absolute dream come true! She was such a joy to work with and made the process of planning a wedding a breeze. She is the incredibly organized and may hold the record for being the worlds fastest responder to all forms of communication. :)
  
  She was able to understand our wedding vision when we weren't even able to put words to it and helped us assemble an impeccable vendor team for our big day.
  
  On our wedding weekend she worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the entire weekend ran flawlessly.   Bravo Stephanie!

  As MOG, I used Stephanie for the Rehearsal dinner and Welcome Party planning, as well as the After Party. She was SO responsive, and prepared with good ideas for any question I asked. I followed her advice at all points, with terrific results. I truly could not have managed the events without her. Bravo Stephanie!

  SHG Event Planning is AMAZING!

  Put simply, Stephanie and her team are incredible. Under normal circumstances I would say Stephanie is the best of the best. Under COVID, she was unflappable. She helped us adjust everything, moved things seamlessly, and was a truly empathetic ear throughout it all without ever seeming to break a sweat. She has fantastic recommendations and relationships throughout the wedding industry, and we truly could not have pulled off our incredible wedding weekend without her. We got so much positive feedback from our guests about vendors and small details, all of which were Stephanie's idea. And over the actual wedding weekend, her team worked tirelessly to make everything run smoothly and perfectly. Stephanie is a planner who will just HANDLE THINGS for you instead of dumping problems in your lap. I found out after the fact that, for example, our mirrored bar arrived cracked from the vendor. Not only did she fix the situation, I had no idea it even happened until after the wedding was over. That's the kind of person you want on your team. Stephanie has a great eye for detail, a super positive attitude, and she knows how to pull off a high-end wedding while making it look and feel easy for the guests and the couple. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  TRULY above and beyond

  Stephanie was recommended to us and was truly a dream to work with. She is insanely diligent, responsive, and easy/enjoyable to work with. With the many moving parts that come with a wedding, she made everything feel so much less stressful. I cannot recommend her enough!

  I met Stephanie through my caterer and I will forever be grateful to him for doing so. From day 1 Stephanie's positivity, knowledge, creativity and honesty made me feel so much more comfortable. She thinks of literally everything!
  
  I truly wish I could hire Stephanie to coordinate my everyday life just to have her around everyday!! If you're looking for someone who will never let you feel overwhelmed, will send you friendly reminders when deadlines are approaching and someone who genuinely wants your day to be picture perfect, Stephanie is your girl.

  Stephanie is nothing short of a life savor, dream maker, wedding planner extraordinaire !!! Our wedding planning was a saga - initially trying to plan it in 3 months, then pushing it a year due to COVID - and we would NOT have gotten through it without Steph’s many essential qualities:
  Stephanie is a real wedding expert, and knows how to plan a PARTY. She’s seen it all and can offer really valuable insight into what works best. This is crucial when you have a million decisions to make. She always imparted this advice with humor and with our preferences in mind - never over bearing, judgmental, etc. She is super detail oriented and consistent.
  Stephanie is a fantastic communicator. She is kind and patient, but urgent when necessary. She is so understanding of other life commitments and was always asking how she could be helpful to help us meeting deadlines. She is so speedy at answering one off texts and more in depth emails and really started to feeling like a friend throughout the process!
  Stephanie has great relationships with vendors and makes excellent recommendations. She really is THE person to know if you’re getting married in the Lion Rock area.

  Stephanie went above and beyond helping us create the weekend of our dreams - and we couldn’t have been happier in terms of the service, professionalism, and thoughtfulness she provided. One of the things that stands out was her responsiveness - we were always so surprised and impressed with the speed and thoughtfulness of her responses.
