  Best wedding food! We had so many compliments on the food and the service at the wedding. The brunch was delicious too and Rhiannan out wedding planner was great to work with. I would recommend this venue to brides as there are so many beautiful areas around the hotel to take pictures at too!

  It was a pleasure working with the Sheraton Lakeside Chalet for our wedding.
  We had the pleasure of working with Beverly Pruett, who was very accommodating and answered all our needs.
  She was very quick to answer our questions, had worked with all our vendors before, which was especially useful because we are Indian Decent, so we wanted some one who knew how to prepare for our typical style reception. Everything went to so smoothly, I was able to enjoy every part of the reception!
  She even sent us up our wedding cake to our honey moon suite, with champagne and strawberries. She gave both my parents and the grooms parents complimentary rooms for the wedding night as well.
  I would highly recommend the sheraton, it was such a beautiful place to have our wedding reception.

  They were the Venue and the catering for the wedding. The wedding reception could not have been better. They were fantastic and did everything they could to make my life easy. They arranged the hotel for my out of town guests as well as rented me vans so that I could transport my guests from the hotel to the rehearsal dinner as well as to the ceremony and back. They were well worth money and the food was fantastic. People are still making comments about the food 3 months later.

  The Sheraton was very helpful to us while we were planning our wedding - Beverly walked us throug the reception, gave us suggestions, and was really patient with us as we figured out our needs for our big day! The food tasted fabulous and the price was great! We also were very pleased to be able to rent the Sheraton Shuttle to take our wedding party around the city to take pictures between the ceremony and the reception. Thanks!!!!

  I loved this venue! Beth Garrison is amazing! Our wedding was in the Versailles Ballroom, but the Zurich room was really nice, too. Everything about the ballrooms is gorgeous! Somehow they're not in most of the wedding magazines for the area, but I couldn't have picked a better place to have my reception. I loved it. It was a bit expensive (the minimum you had to spend in food/beverages), but well worth it.

  Great Venue with poor people skills

  Firstly, I wanted to thank the entire catering team for making the night of our reception special for us. Their entire catering staff were awesome.
  
  Our disappointment was mostly with Danelle and her demeanor. While I have heard many times on how awesome Danelle has done in the past, it was quite surprising we didn't notice any of those nice behaviors when dealing with her. We were in love with the venue so we proceeded regardless.
  
  During the night of the wedding, two DJ's had their systems in the same frequency causing sound issues. These things happen, but what was awful was Danelle storming in during the bride and groom entrance and yelling at our DJ. On her way out, she maintained that condescending tone with my sister in law as well. No one deserves to be treated that way during their special day. Hopefully this behavior isn't repeated in someone else's wedding.
