    I recently had my wedding reception at the Sheraton. My husband and I were very pleased with everything the staff did for us! Through such a hectic time we had one less thing to worry about. The ballroom was amazing and perfect for our reception. My family and friends couldn't say enough good things about the great reception at the Sheraton. Having a memorable reception was one of the best parts of our wedding!

    We worked very closely with Dawn while planning our wedding reception. Everything turned out perfect and she did everything to help us stay stress free and truly enjoy our day! The planning process was easy and enjoyable! I highly recommend planning an important event with The Sheraton!

    I hosted my wedding of 40 people at the Sheraton at the Falls in Niagara Falls NY. We had the best time! Erica the event coordinator was absolutely amazing. From coordinating with me from another country to setting everything up with us the day of, everything was flawless. The food was incredible. I cannot describe to you how amazingly talented the kitchen staff is. My grandfather (who is notorious for disliking everything) even commented on how good the food was. The serving staff was diligent and very helpful. The hotel did an amazing job on everything from start to finish and I can't wait to return to spend more time with them in the future.

    The one negative I would state would be that housekeeping usually came by around 5pm by the time they got to us. But honestly, they also did a fantastic job once they made it to the room, so I can't complain!

    We started out with Tracy (no longer works there) she was great! she would get a 5/5 from us. However a month out she left, understandable, we were left with an event manager we spoke to once. We got a third event manager about a week and a half out. Who we are sure it must be difficult to come in, that late in the game, having all the decisions just about made. There were times we felt we had to push for our vision rather than what they wanted us to do. With our first event manager she was sure to offer the works for us. By our third event planner it was very clear that she wanted us to do what she thought was best rather than what we wanted. Also with each conversation our final event planner was sure to tell us how busy she was (we are sure she was) but we just wanted to feel special. We did not feel we got the best bank for our buck. They were very helpful in planning the menu and extending rooms for our room block, thats about it. The servers did not go out of their way to make us feel special and the bartender was rude. We were told there would be 2 bartenders. We started out the night with 2 bartenders during cocktail hour, by the reception we only had 1.
