Melissa & Moises did a great job helping me out with everything they made me feel very comfortable and unstressed they assured me everything would be beautiful and perfect , I look back at that night and see my wedding as the most prefect it could of possibly been. If I would have another wedding I would definitely have it at the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow -

wonderful!! they provided catering on hand, food was wonderful, and the ballroom was perfect. its one huge room and you rent it in thirds, i could only afford 1/3 of the room on my budget, but the caterer gave me 2/3 since there was no other event going on at the same time as mine and i only paid for 1/3. she was very understanding of my needs and they had everything set up when we arrived 30 minutes early!!! -

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. They knew that we had a very early morning rehearsal for the wedding and ensured that I was able to check in early so that I had somewhere to leave my wedding dress. When we arrived back at the hotel from the rehearsal they sent up cookies for my Mom and I to enjoy. We thought the gesture was so sweet. Thanks for everything! -

I recently got married at the Bell Tower and my guests stayed at the Sheraton Brookhollow. The were pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The Sheraton offers a complimentary pick up van to and from the bell tower which my guest took full advantage of. They also enjoyed breakfast the day after the wedding. I worked with Brandy English who answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns in an extremely timely manner. -

Sheraton Brookhollow provided the venue for my rehearsal brunch. I worked with Brandi who helped me choose a menu that would work and even worked with me on which no-cost decor would be available. My friends and relatives were impressed by the food and the decorations, and they probably thought it was more expensive than it actually was!
We also used the Sheraton as hotel and transportation for the wedding at the Bell Tower on 34th. They made sure our guests received the gift bags we created, and also provided coupons to them for breakfast the next day. Rooms were reasonably priced and nice, and the jr. suite was big enough for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in on the big day. Though transportation was a little late on the way back to the hotel (granted, it was raining that night), guests all made it to the wedding on time. After the wedding, the hotel offered to keep the bar open until 2am (2 hours past normal) for those guests not too exhausted to continue to have fun. We are glad we chose Sheraton for our wedding and rehearsal brunch. -

Brandi English and her staff at the Sheraton Hotel were very helpful in providing excellent services to us during our wedding weekend at the Sheraton. Our bridal party used the Laurel Suite on 9/27/14. Hair and makeup staff came and loved the set up. In addition, it provided us a central, convenient location to get ready. The food and drinks were also great as were the staff. Also, at the end of the night we were able to invite our wedding guests back to the hotel bar for a little after party. It was fantastic, exactly what we needed. We would highly recommend using this venue again for future events. -

This Hotel was one of the most professional businesses I have ever stayed at. The staff was polite, professional, accommodating, and friendly at all times. The entire staff from check-in to check-out was professional and very accommodating. Brandy helped make this stay an absolute enjoyable event. My daughter Harmony had her wedding in Houston at Bell Tower and I could not have done everything needed to be done with the help of the hotel and Brandy. My hat is off to the staff and to the Sheraton on Brookhollow. Congratulaltions to your industry for hiring each employee at this location. Each employee deserves a five star rating. Our wedding at the Sheraton Brookhollow was fantastic! We had an amazing time, and the team there did the best they could to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch. Brandi was always very patient with our million questions, and when we had some problems, she was great in trying to help us figure it out. Out of all the vendors I used, the Sheraton is probably the only one I would give five-stars.
The rooms were amazing, and we got a great rate for guests. They were very accommodating when we brought outside food in, and we're definitely grateful that they were all patient with us. -

Brandi and the staff at Sheraton Brookhollow were all wonderful! We only had our Ceremony at the hotel and had about 30 guests stay the entire weekend. Planning with Brandi was a ease, she was very quick to respond to emails to any questions I had. I also stopped by a few times because I was in the neighborhood and Brandi was always available to meet. She is very friendly and professional and definitely someone you want to work with during a stressful planning phase! She also had great suggestions to make our ceremony even better. I definitely recommend this venue for weddings and events. From Brandi, to the front desk staff, to the restaurant/bar staff...everyone made our stay and our guests stay very enjoyable. Thank you Brandi for all of your help with everything! You are truly the best! -

While we did not have our wedding here, we did have all our guests (and we) stayed there. They were very accommodating - provided guest list of everyone who booked there, let us stay in the pool later than normal, distributed gift bags that I provided to each guest, kept our personal items at the front desk after we checked out until we could pick them up, looked for lost items in our rooms that we forgot, and everyone received a really great price! It was a very great experience, and I would recommend others to book a block of rooms here as well! -

I had my ceremony and reception in the Magnolia ballroom and it was beautiful! Nia, the events coordinator, was helpful, attentive, friendly and responded quickly! After a few meetings with Nia, everything was set in place the day of my wedding. Nothing was missing and the staff was great! Super nice! I also had family stay at the hotel for a discounted price which was very helpful since many were from out of town. No complaints from them and everyone loved it :) -

With many guests attending our wedding from out of state, this hotel was a great choice for our wedding accommodations. With an on-site restaurant and comfortable bar area, we were able to relax and mingle during the days leading up to and following the big event. We also rented the Laurel Room for bridal party prep the day of the wedding. It was a perfect place for the girls to spend the day together while hair and make-up were being done, with beautiful decor and plenty of room for seating and all of those last minute things that need to be done. Hotel staff were professional and responsive, and rates were reasonable. We have received many wonderful comments from our guests how much they enjoyed their time and stay in Houston and the Sheraton Brookhollow is a part of that praise. The location of the hotel in central Houston was also convenient for those who wanted to sight see or go shopping.
The only downside is that due to major freeway construction, GPS is not accurate and it can be difficult to locate, especially for out-of-towners. Good maps might help the unsuspecting. -

Very helpful! Booked the Laurel Suite for Bridal Prep, a block of rooms for out of town guests and a morning after brunch for family and hotel guests! Great job, everyone was very happy with the hotel and service. -

Guests for our wedding stayed at Brookwhollow, though our event was about a mile away at the Rainbow Lodge. I didn't stay there, but I'm told the staff was more than helpful. The biggest drawback for our guests was the construction traffic. I was very pleased to find a reasonable price for a safe space for our guests who aren't used to driving in Houston. Also, each floor had one or two wheelchair-accessible rooms, which was key for our guests. Tiffany was very helpful and even offered a shuttle to and from the wedding for $100. Could have been a great tool if we'd had more people staying, but since it wasn't wheelchair-accessible, it was less helpful for our group, so we didn't use this service. -

Brandi was very helpful in working with the bride and groom's families to host guests at the Sheraton-Brookhollow. She set up the room block for the guests, the guest transportation (shuttle) to and from our wedding venue, made sure the hotel bar hours were extended for the guests, booked multiple rooms for the families including the wedding prep room/food for the bride and attendants and arranged for the guests to receive favor boxes at the front desk on arrival. I'm sure there is much more she did behind the scenes. The groomsmen were able to leave their tuxes at the front desk when they left to be picked up later and returned. All went smoothly. Her work was professional and calls/emails were promptly handled. -

Brandi did a great job helping to plan and to coordinate our weekend wedding event. However, the front desk staff, while efficient and helpful, had continuous problems giving our wedding party guests their designated welcome gift bags. We had made more than enough (actually four extra!!!) and found out during the event that at least five were given to guests with another wedding party and six of our guests never received a gift bag. That was a rather large expense on our part because many of our wedding guests came from other countries! Very disappointed with that aspect! Also, our after wedding brunch was from 10:30 to 1 on the Sunday following the wedding but guests were not granted a late checkout to accommodate staying until 1pm. So much food and over a gallon of champagne punch was paid for, but went to waste. Also very disappointed over that situation. -

This venue provided rooms for my wedding guests, both family and friends. They felt very welcomed and enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and friendly staff. -
