So helpful in the last planning stages and just confirming all vendors are prepared with the information necessary. I got there and they broke down unnecessary tables for me and did all the decorating that I had prepared. They kept me calm and made sure I had my plan followed. -

Sheer Main was recommended by a friend. In review of their work I knew that they would work well with my vision. For my 50th I wanted a Caribbean theme. Sheer Main immediately sent ideas to get my vision into fruition. They actually went above and beyond my expectations. Every detail was strategically planned. If you want an elegant event that will be unforgettable you definitely want to consider Sheer Main. You won’t be disappointed!! -

Above and Beyond!
This month my dreams came true with a beautiful wedding decorated by Sheer Main Event and Rentals! I was breathless as I walked in the room! Kacee and the Sheer Main team literally transformed the Arboretum auditorium into a beautiful ambience as it rained outdoors! I had last minute changes due to the weather and Kacee quickly adapted the arrangements to accommodate me.
From the moment I contacted Sheer Main Events about my wedding - they were onboard with me the entire way. Kacee and her team were able to capture my vision for the wedding and take it to whole new levels! I received regular proactive check-ins and prompt responses on any outreach. The elegance and creativity of Sheer Main is amazing! I would recommend anyone to the Sheer Main Experience! -

I’m so disappointed in Kacee and Sheer Main Events. I had the most stressful wedding day due to someone I didn’t know being sent to cover for her. Decor wasn’t in the right place and I found myself doing most of the coordination. I understand having a lot going on in your life but I would have liked for her tell me upfront that she could not commit herself to my wedding. I could’ve found someone else to be the day of coordinator. She never followed up after the wedding either. -

I wish I could give zero stars. Hiring Sheer Main Events for my wedding was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m writing this so no one else has to go through what I did.
We agreed on a price and she promised me specific services and items for that price. On paper, it all sounded fine. In reality, essentially nothing I was promised was actually delivered. The curtains, tablecloths, centerpieces, furniture, china, stage cover — all wrong or flat-out missing. The stage cover wasn’t even there. didn't even give us a heads up, she just put TABLE COVERS on the stage to make it work. Several rental items she said she’d get never arrived at all, and she didn’t bother to tell me until it was too late.
The most jaw-dropping moment came just two hours before my wedding started, when she casually told me she wouldn’t have the china plates we agreed on. Two hours before! My caterer had to rush to save the day with plastic plates. That’s how bad her planning was.
It wasn’t just a few hiccups — it was a complete meltdown of almost every detail. She barely visited the venue beforehand, having an excuse as to why she couldn't come like 3 weeks in a row, so of course nothing was prepared properly. The lack of care and professionalism was obvious.
Afterward, she admitted fault and promised to refund me. Little did I know she would drag this out for 10 months, still without a refund. First, she tried to make me chase her insurance company (which obviously denied the claim). Then she finally agreed to pay me back herself in four installments, but only sent the first payment before ghosting. She still owes me three payments, and now I’m having to sue her just to get my own money back. I was nice enough to provide her SO much time to pay me back (even after her missing payments), and I withheld a negative review until I realized I now have to take legal action since she refuses to refund me.
And this isn’t just my story. Before I realized how bad things would get, a friend of mine — who was planning his wedding for 7–8 months after mine — asked who I used. I told him Sheer Main. He reached out to Kacee, put down a deposit, and then, after seeing how brutally horrible Sheer Main did, asked for it back. Kacee fought him on it, dragged it out, and finally paid him — but only after admitting she didn't have the money and would have to refund his deposit in installments. Who does that?
This is just bad business all around. Maybe she can handle a small birthday party or a backyard gathering, but in my experience she cannot handle a medium or large wedding, or frankly even a small one if you care about reliability.
My wedding day was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. Instead, it was stressful, embarrassing, and a complete nightmare to deal with — both that day and in the months since. Please, learn from my mistake. Do not trust this business with your wedding. Nobody deserves to go through this on their wedding day. -

Long story short, the decorator did not show up and sent someone else who had no idea of how to set up. Did not bring all of my decorations and did not let me know that she would not be showing up. I had to hire a decorator last minute(family member), to come and fix everything. Paid all my dues before hand and did not get the service that I paid for.
