    Perfect touch

    These rentals were the perfect touch to our venue. Nichole was very helpful, we realized we were shorted a tablecloth and she worked very hard to locate us one and deliver to the venue in time for the wedding! Great customer service!

    Very responsive, many choices

    The team at Settings Party Rental were very easy to work with, responsive to all questions and offered a great value! We would love to work with them again!

    Settings was great! They are a new business in Sonora and I hope they get their name out there. I used them for my wedding. They brought tables, cocktail tables, chairs, linens, dishes and silverware. We had a rustic mountain wedding and they had beautiful wood farm house tables for us to use. The cocktail tables are also pretty wood that did not need to be covered with table clothes. The boys that delivered everything were great. They moved the chairs twice for me. They were easy to work with, flexible, and communicated well with us. They have a lot of extra things you can rent like yard games and a bar trailer. They offered to let us stop by and play around with table settings which I thought was great! I would definitely use them again, if I have another event up in that area.

    Terrible. Don't recommend at all

    This company is a total waist of time and money. Once they take your money they will never return your calls or emails.

    Not even sure if they're in business anymore!

    After paying a deposit for my June 2020 wedding, it was rescheduled due to the pandemic and I have attempted to contact the company for the past 10 months. They have not returned my phone calls or emails. I would have preferred to move the date, but now I'm not even sure if they are still in business. They took my money and then ghosted me!

    New ownership & terrible experience

    I am very disappointed to be writing this review. Settings totally dropped the ball for my wedding and failed to deliver all my linens, cocktail tables, and banquet tables for my wedding even though it was blatantly clear that these were included in my order. Only 1/3 of my order was delivered on time and correct. In an attempt to deliver the missing items the day after they were scheduled to arrive they incorrectly delivered a different events items to my venue, which meant that that event didn’t get their delivery either. Since my wedding I have heard of a couple other events failing to get their rentals from Settings as well. I emailed the owner Nichole the day after my wedding and she acknowledged the error and apologized telling me that she had recently acquired the business and that the prior owners had over booked their inventory for the weekend. She agreed to refund me the $750 that I was due for the items not received. I never received the refund and after that initial email she stopped responding to all attempts at communication. Now after 2 months of attempting to get the refund I got my credit card company involved to assist me in refund efforts. I strongly urge you to avoid using Settings for your event. Another local company, Premiere Rentals, came through at the last minute with the missing rentals for my wedding and I am so grateful for their help saving this situation.
