I did the planning up till the day, but I knew I needed a point person for the day of and I didn't want it to be me or anyone in my family. Thank heaven I found Katy! It's the most wonderful feeling to hand over the details to someone else and then get to relax and enjoy your wedding. Katy and her assistant made everything go seamlessly and were a dream to work with! Every bride should be so lucky to work with Katy!Seasons of Bliss's reply:

I'm not sure where to start with this review, because Kim Brenneise from Seasons of Bliss exceeded EVERY SINGLE expectation I ever had about a wedding planner. From the start, she was responsive, attentive, hands on, and overall a freaking dream to work with. Hiring a wedding planner isn't an easy task, but after having 8+ blind dates, there wasn't a doubt in my mind that Kim was the one to hire. She crushed our wedding in Beaver Creek, and in addition to planning our wedding, she planned and coordinated our entire rehearsal dinner and welcome party. So for all the newly engaged and brides-to-be out there in search of the perfect wedding planner, look no further than Seasons of Bliss! I promise you, you will not regret your decision to hire them. THANK YOU, KIM, and Seasons of Bliss for giving us the most magical and memorable day of our life!!!

I worked with Katy as a "day-of" coordinator for my wedding at the end of August 2021. It was really month of services she provided - from about a month out, she severed as the main point of contact for vendors about day-of scheduling, assisting me with music/order/logistics in the timeline, etc. Her help was invaluable before the wedding, and I also appreciated the honest opinions and guidance provided. She was there to lead on for the rehearsal dinner the night before. Day-of, she worked with her sister at the venue. They went above and beyond coordinating everything, letting me focus on being with my friends and family. They even had a tiny bit of downtime where they were able to run down the road to get my ring cleaned (something I meant to do prior to the wedding but didn't have a chance to), which was wayy above and beyond I could've expected. I would 100% recommend them considering their pricing and services provided!! -

I am a vendor who was hired by a family to provide a service for the wedding but was then turned over to wedding planners Katy and Kim of Seasons of Bliss. As someone who works with many event planners these two stand out. They are uber-organized! You can tell they do this for a living. The atmosphere from beginning to end was that of joy and excitement. I am involved in many weddings and this experience really made me realize hiring pros like the ladies of Season of Bliss hands all the details and stress over to professionals! They'll make your dream wedding day come true, allowing you to truly enjoy your friends and family on the most important day of your life so far! As a vendor I set up early in the day and return often after midnight, so when I wanted photos of my marquee letters during the event, I thought it was a long shot, but I texted Katy asking her to grab a few if she had time. She wasn't too busy for me and my request! And she took great photos! This was the first time we'd worked together but they treated me like a VIP! I hope I get to work with these pros many times in the future! You'd be wise to do so too! -

We had an amazing wedding, but we feel 100% this was due to our own efforts. This was the first vendor we hired in the planning process and we were so looking forward to working together.
We had two in person meetings, a lot of email communication within the last two months, and then the day of is where we felt things took a turn. For what we paid, we do not feel we received the value of the service and ultimately should have just gone with another company that could have been a better partner alongside us. Based on verbal conversations that took place over our intake meeting and our two in person meetings, we were under the impression that much more of a lead was going taken by this company once the two month mark hit and this did not happen. We were involved up until during the day of the wedding. There were questions about where small detail items should be placed and guests not knowing where to go when they arrived. These were brought to both me and my husband and we feel they should have just been handled.
The main thing that we were most upset about occurred at the end of the event. Our guests and the two of us were all standing outside the venue waiting for our shuttles when the main wedding planner point of contact shared she called them and they were on their way, then a few moments later got in her car and drove off without saying anything to us or sharing that she would be turning over the responsibilities to the assistant. She didn't say goodbye and left knowing we were all waiting there for our ride. We acknowledge there was an assistant that we saw present (this changed throughout the day. The assistant who started supporting us changed to another assistant later in the day) but the assistant did not come and speak to us following the departure of our main wedding planner. We all stood there and watched this happen and were just blown away....including our guests. There was not coordination to ensure we were taken care of by seasons of bliss. The only two people that were present at the end and trying to help was the owners of the venue...who were not the point of contacts or responsible for this. Thank goodness they are amazing people at woodlands who stepped up to ensure our guests and us were supported.
We also were not contacted following our event other than the wedding planner confirming my bouquet had been shipped out to be preserved and acknowledging that the assistant wedding planner had put items that were supposed to go to elsewhere in our vehicle instead.
All in all, just disappointed and let down. We want to ensure people planning their wedding know our experience and hopefully avoid some of the situations we had. We also hope that seasons of bliss can use this as an opportunity to better experiences for future couples.
