The best venue
I would like to take the opportunity to express how incredible the Seasons team made our wedding night. From the very beginning meeting with our coordinator Ria to the wedding day! we were treated with the best care all the way through.
The moment we stepped out of the car, we were immediately greeted by our maître d’, Karlee, and our bridal attendant, Jordan. I truly felt so comfortable, and I was beyond impressed by how attentive they were from start to finish.
There were countless highlights throughout the evening. Our hearts could not be more full seeing the effort, care, and professionalism shown by the entire staff in making our wedding night absolutely spectacular.
Seasons has the greatest food, and the cocktail hour alone will have your guests raving for weeks! From the presentation to the variety of options, you will not be disappointed.
We always knew Seasons was the right venue for us, but our wedding night surpassed even our highest expectations. We are so thankful we booked with them. -

My husband and I can't thank Seasons enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams! From the beginning, Robert was very professional, welcoming and answered all of our questions. He was very communicative during the entire planning process and made us feel very special. Our family and friends are still raving about the quality of service and atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing. We have never experienced anything like it, both quality and quantity! My bridal attendants Thea and Karlee were also fantastic! They were attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole night. They didn't miss a beat! Seasons was the best decision for our wedding venue and we highly recommend them to anyone! -

Most incredible wedding!!!!!
On 8/12/22 we had our wedding at Seasons and I have not stopped reliving our experience since. We booked in September 2020 and after much anticipation, Seasons exceeded our expectations and blew us and our guests away! They treated my husband and I like celebrities and made sure our guests were happy in every aspect. Not only is this venue gorgeous and spacious, the service and food are equally as immaculate. Our bridal attendant, Jordan, was constantly checking in on us and our bridal party. Our guests even noticed how awesome Jordan was and how lucky we were to have her. She made sure we were hydrated and getting the chance to try our food all night, while also making sure we didn’t miss out on any photo ops. I was in awe of how quickly she worked with our maitre d’, Carly to bustle my dress while watching the mom-son dance! Usually I have seen the bride leave the room to do so, but they made sure I didn’t miss a single moment. During the peak of the night while dancing, she found us on the dance floor and gave us a cool towel. It was something I never thought I’d appreciate so much lol. Carly was an incredible maitre d’ and was so on top of the timeline of the night. I couldn’t be happier with the flow of things and how I felt like I could truly be apart of each moment stress-free because of these ladies. Our guests are still RAVING about the food, especially our cocktail hour, which filled everyone up so much that so many people were “too full” to finish their entrees. Robert, Carl, and Jim were amazing to work with. They made sure we were happy and went above and beyond for us. I’m truly hoping we attend a wedding at Seasons as guests one day. We knew Seasons was our place the second we walked in there in September 2020, so much so that we immediately cancelled all 3 appts we had after that with other venues. I can’t say enough about our experience and I couldn’t have been happier to choose Seasons. Thank you again to the amazing staff!!!!!!!! -

It's impossible to write enough positive things about Seasons. We had the most AMAZING wedding there. From the service received to the food enjoyed, we have heard nothing but compliments about our wedding, ranging from "I've never had such amazing food at a wedding" to "my glass was literally never empty" to "This is the best wedding I've ever been to." We worked with Robert who helped us plan and organize our wedding day. The day of, our bridal attendant Gigi was hands down the BEST possible person to work with. She was so attentive, bringing us water on the dance floor, helping fix my dress multiple times throughout the night when it became un-bustled, acting like the wedding fairy fixing one of our guest's dresses that had a broken zipper, and making sure we did not want for ANYTHING the entire night. She literally was a ninja, appearing whenever we needed her or even before we realized we needed her and disappearing just as quickly to give us space to enjoy the night. Our Maitre d' Carly was just as incredible, making the entire day and night run seamlessly. I knew our wedding was going to be great, but I had no idea how wonderful it could be. My husband and I have said MULTIPLE times since that day that there is legitimately not a single thing we'd change or go back and fix- it was that perfect. I cannot recommend Seasons enough, especially the people we worked with. -

Seasons Catering was AMAZING! All of the staff at Seasons were so wonderful. I was in contact with Ria via email almost weekly for many questions that I had, she was prompt and so helpful with everything. The day of the wedding we had Gigi as our bridal attendant and Peter as the maitre d'. I cannot express how fantastic they were. They took care of EVERYTHING. Assisting us with every detail, making sure family was taken care of at all times, every single detail throughout the night they were on top of it. They did not miss anything and went above and beyond for not only us, but all of our guests. They were so kind, helpful, had great energy and are the main reason why are wedding ran so smoothly and was perfect!! I can't thank them enough! Seasons had an AMAZING cocktail hour that our guests are still raving about! Their food was delicious, their venue is BEAUTIFUL. They even had outdoor areas with fountains and beautiful landscaping for photos. If you are looking for a venue that has it all... look no further the Seasons is the best!!! -

Highly Recommend
We cannot say enough great things about Seasons. From the initial visit right to picking up our items the day after the wedding, they were amazing to work with. Carl & his team are thorough and pay attention to every detail. The guests are still raving about the food & cocktail hour! The day of coordinator and bridal attendant were fabulous. They were always where you needed them to be, and did not miss a single thing. We highly recommend having your wedding at Seasons! -

Amazing, total perfection!
From start to finish, and being a covid postponement... Seasons was absolute perfection! Robert, Ria, Sydney and Peter were total dreams. The food! The food is still being spoken about a month later. There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Seasons is. Our day was a dream come true and we owe it to them. I could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Look no further... this is the place! -

The perfect venue!
We just had our wedding at Seasons on 6/12/2021, and it was an absolutely perfect night! As soon as we toured Seasons, we knew it was exactly where we were going to have our wedding. We visited multiple other locations after Seasons as we had already scheduled the tours, but no other venue came remotely close to the ambiance, service, and food that Seasons offered. From day 1, Rob made our entire experience effortless. He was available either phone or email at all times to answer our calls and questions, and it was always a pleasure talking to him. On the night of our wedding, our bridal attendant Thea and maitre d’ Karlee were absolutely phenomenal. We do not have enough kind things to say about how outstanding their service was, and how truly special they made us feel! Every single detail was taken care of, such as making sure we always had a cold fresh drink in our hand, to putting the bride’s sneakers on after the first dances were complete. They were by our side at all times to make sure that every need was met. We heard from so many of our guests that this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and could not stop raving about the service and outstanding food. The cocktail hour and Viennese were completely over the top, and blew everyone away! Booking Seasons was an easy choice, and the absolute best decision we made! Thank you so much to Rob, Thea, Karlee and all of the staff at Seasons for making our wedding so special and perfect, we would not have done a single thing differently! Love, the Dinino’s! -

Absolutely Amazing! Beyond our expectations!!! Everything was perfect!!! A week after our wedding our guests are still calling to rave about Seasons! We booked our wedding venue at Seasons before the pandemic started. From our first phone call to Robert, pre Covid, to having to reschedule are wedding, and finally celebrating on 4/3/21, the team at Seasons was so accommodating and helpful! We cannot thank Carl enough for his professionalism, and graciousness to accommodate all our covid wedding changes and ensure our wedding was first class. Seasons is simply the best wedding venue you can wish for; they consistently deliver above expectations. The venue is beautiful and the food and the service are beyond any high expectation for an event! There are not enough words to thank Carl and his staff for making our wedding so spectacular. The setup at Seasons is first class spectacular, from the moment we stepped out of the car, every minute of our night was attended perfectly. The bridal sweet was a wonderful bonus, every detail was handled by a professional team. We so appreciate our bridal attendant Gigi and attendant in training Thia. Beyond amazing!! Every detail throughout the night was attended, we never had to ask for a thing, because Gigi took care of us. Our guests are raving about the food from the over-the-top cocktail hour so carefully handled due to Covid. Everyone felt safe and covid certainly did not take away from the over-the-top food being served to our guests. Our Maître D Karle was wonderful, and her talents and knowledge made our wedding beyond amazing. Even last-minute changes to move rooms and move our ceremony outdoors were perfectly done. Everyone worked so well together and coordinated so amazing to make our wedding the best day ever! Our guests are even complimenting the serving staff that attended to the reception. Jeff and I are forever thankful! Cheers to Seasons!!! Thank you for making our special day so perfect!!!!!!

Day of perfection!
We can't thank Seasons enough for delivering the absolute perfect day. Our wedding was on Sunday, November 1st & start to finish it was a complete success from delicious food to
being a clean/beautiful establishment. Karlee-Maitre D & Sydney-Bridal Attendant did an outstanding job of delegating while being energetic & fun :-) It was a difficult few months dealing with constant changes/restrictions, however the administrative staff Ria/Carl kept us at ease while accommodating all our requests. Loved you all & I would highly recommend your venue in the future!!! 5-STARS to Seasons...you are a well-oiled machine!!! -

My husband and I had extremely high expectations for our wedding. Somehow everything came together to go above and beyond. First and foremost, Robert was amazing to us. We booked the venue before the pandemic started, so when the ban on weddings occurred, we were stressed! We did not know whether we would even have a wedding. But Seasons and Robert were truly accommodating and good to us. since only outdoor weddings were allowed, they built a beautiful tent outside in their beautiful gardens and waterfalls. We had our wedding outside and everything was top notch! Our guests complimented us on our choice of venue and how amazing the food was. The cocktail hour had a variety of food and it was truly impressive.
Our bridal attendant, Gigi was so attentive and she made sure that we ate and also gave us drinks all throughout the day. When I took two sips of my drink and she would already have another one ready for me. Our wedding day was perfect and it was all thanks to the team at Seasons. My husband and I are hoping we get invited to a wedding at Seasons just because we can't wait to be back. :) Awesome venue!! Thank you for making our wedding a dream! -

We just recently got married on September 7th at Seasons Catering and Special Events and let me tell you, I was blown away by EVERYTHING. Seasons went above and beyond all of my expectations (and I’m difficult sometimes, I know I am). We toured and booked the venue a year in advance, we met with Robert who is very experienced in the wedding industry, he answered all of our questions and concerns incredibly fast. Every time we called or emailed, we got a response from Robert almost immediately! Sometimes I wondered, does he sleep???
Planning was a breeze with him, he’s just so knowledgeable and so ready to step in, that it just made everything so much easier. We had two extra meetings throughout the year. One to choose linens and setup, and one a day or two before the wedding to drop off all decorations. (Cake topper, table numbers, favors etc)
Wedding day: Ah the big day was finally here. We decided to get ready at the hotel (Hilton Woodcliff Lake) and decided on doing our first look at Seasons prior to our ceremony. I was a nervous wreck leaving the hotel, I was having so many issues with my dress, the driver kept getting lost, my hair was becoming a mess from waiting outside for the driver who kept saying he was there-and he wasn’t. After waiting nearly 40 minutes he finally figured out where I was. I was literally in tears in the car on my way to Seasons. When we pulled up, three people immediately approached the car. A gentleman opened the door for me, and two ladies introduced themselves. I didn’t know this at the time but these two ladies would change my day! Barbara and Sidney!!
Barbara was my Maître D and Sydney was my bridal attendant. They gave me and my bridal party a warm welcome and brought us up to the bridal suite, they briefed me on their duties and went over our initial first steps. The bridal suite was ready with amazing fruit trays, cheese, snacks, drinks and everything I could possibly need. Sydney offered me water and looked at me, straight into my eyes and asked what was bothering me, I told her with tears in my eyes, I was having issues with my dress, she immediately pulled out a sewing kit from I don’t know where and fixed it while I was still venting to her. By the time I was done telling her about the dress situation, it was fixed! She then said “let’s get you freshened up and ready for your first look pictures”. She got my makeup bag from my sister, and reapplied my lipstick and made sure I was happy with everything else before going back out for my pictures. At this point, my fiancé was ready with the photographers outside by the garden/waterfall waiting for me. Sydney and Barbara communicated with each other at all times, sharing my location and assuring that no one would see me before they were supposed to. We went outside and our first look photo shoot. I had made some special requests for my Grandma, who’s going through cancer treatments, and Sydney went above and beyond on those requests as well. When we were done with the pictures, Sydney told me about the possibility of a few guests seeing me going back in (due the fact that I was late because of the driver that took forever) and it was almost time for the ceremony to start. But no one saw me. We went back into the bridal suite and Barbara was waiting for us to go over the ceremony. I loved how open and detailed the communication between themselves and I was, they explained and guided me all the way, I always knew what was going to happen next.
We didn’t have a rehearsal dinner and I was so worried about everything being a mess. Barbara assured me she would take care of it. She took down the names of who was walking in to the ceremony with who and she guided everyone.
We had a lovely and perfect ceremony! I was so happy! Husband and I went back to the bridal suite as our guests went to the cocktail hour. I chose not be in the cocktail hour because I needed some time off to sit down and relax and take it all in. Sydney brought us food from the cocktail hour and O M G! Everything was amazing. She gave me a huge bib lol, yes a bib, she wanted to make sure I would eat without messing the dress. We ate, we had our drinks of choice and then she got us ready for the reception. She asked me about my dress, if I wanted it bustled or not and I chose not to bustle it for the first dance. I would do it later.
Again, Barbara guided my family and bridal party coordinating their reception entrance and it was awesome.
Our first dance was perfect, dinner was awesome, I thought I was in heaven! I am GM at a restaurant and a few bars, so I have high standards on service, food and drinks, and not one of my guests ever had an empty glass or had to look for their bartender/server.
My family and friends were all very happy and just when I thought the night couldn’t get any better, they opened up the Viennese room. Sydney took my husband and I in first, while my guests were watching the flambé show, and I was now truly in heaven!! Everything looked perfect. Just how I had dreamed! I had made a special request for a Brazilian themed table in the Viennese hour and again, Robert and his team were beyond amazing. Everything was perfect just how I wanted it.
The DJ announced the dessert room and I remember hearing all the gasps from my guests as they walked in.
To sum it all up, I never had to ask for anything. They were incredibly proactive and would give me things before I even realized I needed it or wanted it.
I remember thinking that Sydney must have been timing me to know when I was thirsty because whenever I thought about asking for water, there she was with a glass of water and a straw right in my face!
I remember talking to my guests and I would feel something behind me, and I would look and there was Sydney fixing my train, or my dress or fixing my crystal hair piece that started to fall. She made sure I looked perfect at all times.
I am truly happy to have chosen Seasons for my special day. I will recommend it to anyone that wants exceptional quality and service. My guests are raving about cocktail hour, the food, the drinks the service, just everything. We even had a few guests that sent us an extra gift after the wedding because they didn’t know it would be so amazing.
A huge and special thank you to Robert, Barbara, Sydney and the entire staff!
Now I have to get back to work and figure out a way to make enough money to have a full time “Sydney” in my life 😂

The service is impeccable. From the moment my phone call was answered til I drove away after my wedding I felt nothing but honor, quality and professionalism.
I want to get married here again and again of course to the same person!
The food was amazing! The drinks never ending the decor beautiful!
I felt like the only person in the world! Gigi and Matt were amazing! Carl was like the best uncle a girl could ever have!

Our Guests Are Still Talking About It...
Seasons Special Events & Catering's tag line is, "Simply the Best" and they're 100% correct.
When my husband and I began looking into venues my brother-in-law told us we had to look into Seasons, "their cocktail hour is insane" was his most convincing selling point. When we arrived for our tour, we were greeted by the friendly staff and met with Carl. We explained that we come from two very large families that like to eat, drink and party (I'm Puerto Rican and my husband is Italian)... Carl was unphased. He walked us through the book of everything that is included with a Seasons event and then walked us through the possible add on's. We booked our event and started the count down. About a month before the wedding, we met with Ria. Menus, linens, seating, final payments - she ran through it all and answered every question I had before I could even ask. She even thought of things we would have overlooked.
The day of the wedding we arrived and everything was laid out perfectly. We met our bridal attendant (Veronica) and our Maitre'd (whose name currently escapes me) and words cannot describe just how amazing they were. We took pictures on the grounds before our guests arrived and if I thought I needed something, one of the ladies handed it to me before I could utter the words. When our guests arrived, cocktail hour was ready to go and everyone was overwhelmed by the amount of food, and the endless options, sitting in front of them. If you can think of it, Seasons does it - and they do it well.
The entire night was orchestrated flawlessly. The Seasons team worked seamlessly with our vendors (photographers, videographer, DJ and florist) to ensure everyone was on the same schedule and that the evening smoothly transitioned from one event to another. The food was excellent, the newly renovated decor was gorgeous and the service was impeccable. Our guests are still raving about how impressed they were with our reception. There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe the experience, but it is safe to say that they are simply the best. -

Adrienne Sent on 09/05/2018We've had 2 family affairs at Seasons, so when I got engaged I said to my now-husband "I know where I want to get married, so we'll go look and we'll only look elsewhere if you don't like it." Well, needless to say, he was in love after our first visit. We booked on the spot and that was that. Our wedding was pure perfection. Robert and Ria were both wonderful to work with leading up to the event and were able and willing to accommodate all of our requests. The day before the wedding when we dropped off our items to Seasons, we were told who our Maitre di and bridal attendant would be, and while I knew they would be great, nothing could prepare me for how amazing they truly were. Carly, our maitre di, met me at the car when we got there, took my things and brought me right down to the bridal suite, ensuring I didn't see my dad or husband prior to our first looks. Carly was literally just a wave away all night long, and was anticipating our needs every step of the way. My bridal attendant, Gigi, was indescribably amazing. She got me into my dress, put my veil on me, even tied my shoes for me! She had my lip gloss ready to go in her pocket all night long, and was ready to help me in the bathroom or help me change my shoes whenever I needed. During pictures, it got a little warm inside and Gigi came right over with 2 glasses of water with straws and put them right into mine and my husband's mouths! She helped the girls with their bridesmaid dresses when they needed help, and was there to help my mom and mother in law as well. After the ceremony, as promised, Gigi brought me and my husband right down to the bridal suite for cocktail hour, and came right back with plates of food. Literally a TON of food...she made 3 trips in total! She even asked us what we wanted more of and had it waiting for us at our sweetheart table in the reception. We both were extremely happy and impressed from the moment we walked into Seasons looking for a place to book our wedding and from the moment we left on the wedding night. The place was beautiful, clean and organized. The staff was friendly and hardworking. One other component that really made our decision final in booking the Seasons was when we met Robert. He was so friendly, helpful and happy. He reminded us of our families and we were at ease booking the wedding at Seasons and knowing we made the right choice. Every email and question was answered and he cared about our feelings and making us happy, which he did GREATLY! On the day of the wedding I met with the Maitre D, Karlee and she was amazing too! She made sure everything was taken care of - we had food/drinks and relaxation if needed. All of my guests were so impressed by her and how hard she works. She kept everything running smoothly and paid attention to every detail. Gigi, who was our bridal assistant was also amazing. She was so SWEET and caring. She truly wanted to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of every second of the party. She brought us drinks, helped with my dress and even blotted the oil off my face! (One of my guests said WOW I need someone like this - she is amazing!) And everything everyone helped with was done with a smile of their face which showed they truly cared about us. I was stress free the day of the wedding and enjoyed every moment! I knew I was taken care of by GREAT people and everything went PERFECTLY!
Now that the wedding ended, we relive it everyday by looking at pictures and having conversations with friends and family. They all comment on how BEAUTIFUL the party was, how AMAZING the staff was, how DELICIOUS the cocktail hour and food was and how they can't wait to go back to the Seasons to have another enjoyable/fun night. We are BOTH so HAPPY we chose Seasons for our wedding!!! :) -

Christina Sent on 07/07/2018Close your eyes and picture your dream wedding. From the flowers, to the food, the ambience, the people, picture it in your head. At Seasons, they took all that and made it into something so much more!
From Carl (one of the owners) to Robert (our point of contact), to Ria (our coordinator for the event), to Sydney (our wonderful bridal assistant), even down to the waitstaff... there has not been one person who went to our wedding that didn’t absolutely rave about the day and everyone who made it possible!
On the day of our wedding, they showed us the reception room before everyone came in. We walked in and were in absolute shock and awe. I was absolutely at a loss for words for an entire five minutes- all I could do was cry at the magnificent look they had created! I hope the photographer and videographer got some footage of it so I can post it at a later date.
Our guests won’t stop talking about the food that was our of this world! We had lobster galore, a sushi station with sake, a vodka luge with caviar on the side, a Peter Luger steak station with their famous Mac and cheese, delicious lamb, the list goes on (& that was just the cocktail hour)! The staff was so good, my guests told me they couldn’t help but give them their own tip! No one was without a drink at any given point in time, everyone was made to feel like guest of honor, and the flow of the event was so seamless, no one knew we had to move the ceremony indoors due to bad weather! Also, a very big point for me, my guests weren’t huddling over three tables at the cocktail hour! No one likes to eat standing, especially at a wedding where they’re all dressed up and worried about staining their nice outfits. They assured me we’d have ample seating and we did!
Honestly, I could go on forever, but I’ll leave you with this. If you’re looking for a venue to truly take care of you from start to finish, and then some, use Seasons. I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed. -

Corinne Sent on 11/17/2016My husband and I had our wedding here September 16, 2016 and it was unbelievable. It was everything I had imagined and much more. From the moment our limo pulled up to the very last second of the night the staff were on top of everything. Our Maitre D was amazing although I can't remember her name and the bridal attendant (pretty sure it was Sara) was excellent, she was always there to help. She made sure we ate and that my husband and I had some breathing moments to ourselves. I wish I could have taken her home! Haha. Servers were also amazing and very attending to my guests. The food was top notch, my guests are still talking about it till this day! The grounds are beautiful and the inside is just lovely.
