Best Day Ever!

I had my wedding and reception on the beach at Seascape. It was so beautiful! The view and the setup were so perfect! Farrah walked me through every question and concern without worry. This place was so easy and perfect for our intimate, beach wedding. I have given my bridesmaids all the details.

Happy Married Day!

Farrah and her team worked hard and made our experience run as smoothly as possible. The planners were very professional and helpful in every way. It was a little intimidating planning a wedding from another state, but the team was always responsive and remained in constant contact. Overall, our Seascape experience was great. Thank you again. Such an amazingly beautiful place!

Farrah did an amazing job communicating & taking care of everything for the wedding! She made it super easy and stree free. The resort was beautiful & so was the beach! We also had a bonfire on the beach after the wedding & it was perfect as well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! 100% recommended her snd Seascape Resort.

Amazing Wedding Service

We came to Seascape for our wedding and it did not disappoint. Farrah was an amazing partner to us- helping with all the things that made our wedding day special. We are so thankful to have gotten married at Seascape. So many memories made that we will hold near and dear to us for all of our days. Beachfront ceremony & reception

We had our beachfront ceremony & reception directly in front of The Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort, Michael, Farrah and the team working with them BY FAR EXCEEDED my wedding vision and dreams for our day! We had about 35 guests and every single detail you could have imagined was covered! I'm no sales person by far but lord, PLEASE at least reach out to them and find out what they can do for your special day! The day I spoke to Michael, I stopped searching and am so incredibly happy I found them! We will never forget Seascape!

Amazing people

Worked with Carolyn and Lisa and they were both amazing, pricing is perfect, venue is beautiful. I got to see it set up beforehand, and it looked exactly like what you would picture it. I had to postpone my wedding, but both women planning it for me were responsive, helpful, sweet, and even coordinated with the caterers for me. This entire process was completely stress free, and Lisa kept it that way even with the COVID issue causing a postponement. Can’t wait to rebook later this year.

Seascape with Carolyn Northcott

Carolyn made this entire experience stress free! She took care of all of our needs without hesitation! The venue was perfect! Security made it possible for us to have a picture perfect beach wedding! Carolyn the coordinator was awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable and stress free.
The wedding location was everything we dreamed it would be from the decorations to tithe photographer.
The only thing I would not recommend is the Cabana Cafe as a reception area.
The manager new we had 25 people coming to order off the menu. When we all started to order we were told we are out of that. He has previously gave us a menu and said this is what we have in the menu. No steak available and several of the appetizers were not available. Very disappointing.

Perfect Wedding

Our wedding was perfect, and absolutely beautiful, thanks to Carolyn Northcutt! Carolyn was fabulous to work with. She was very responsive from the moment we selected Seascape as our venue. The vendors she recommended were awesome! The beach ceremony was gorgeous, and the reception space at the Conference Center was great in terms of size and food was really good. Condo rentals were very nice for us and our guests, although some are more updated than others. We recommend getting the photographer for an hour or so at your reception. It goes by fast, so you'll want the memories captured. Overall, fantastic experience and we owe it to Carolyn and her team! Thanks Carolyn!

Carolyn was excellent!

We did not end up going with Seascape because my daughter wanted something different.
But Carolyn at Seascape was my FIRST choice. She was the most diligent planner that I interacted with and I interacted with about 15. Carolyn was professional, flexible, offered great advice and always followed up. I would have absolutely trusted her to make our day work. I highly recommend her as your planner.

The Perfect Location, even with rain!

I am so thankful for Carolyn and everyone that made our wedding experience at Seascape perfect! Carolyn was always there to meet my needs. She answered questions a year in advance and always kept my mind at ease. She responded to emails and phone calls quickly and always had the answers for me and my husband. When we got there, she met with us a few days in advance to talk about what our wedding day would look like, including driving us down to the beach and literally walking through it with us. We then had our dress rehearsal the night before on the beach when she walked through each step with us and all the members of the ceremony. On the morning of, Carolyn was sweet to check in with me and see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. She stopped by to drop off our gorgeous bouquets and and give us an update on the day. Unfortunately, storms started 30 minutes before our ceremony and we had no choice to move it indoors. As heartbroken as I was, the staff and Carolyn made the inside ceremony beautiful and it went off without a hitch even with the short 30 minute notice. I am also thankful to the "rain guy" on staff that was able to predict when it would stop raining and exactly for how long, therefore giving us the opportunity after the ceremony to still go out on the beach and get gorgeous pictures made! They were beyond accommodating by providing a bus for all of us to the beach and back to the reception after pictures were done. I also loved that Seascape had so many restaurants and things to do either right on property or in walking distance. It was a perfect spot for our family to vacation for a week.

Carolyn Northcott is hands down amazing at her job. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have her as our coordinator just a few weeks ago. Carolyn and everyone that she works with are amazing. Everyone including the photographer, florist, officiant, and the people that prepared our meal were amazing. Our wedding was absolutely flawless and Carolyn handled everything with perfection. If you are needing a wedding coordinator stop looking because she is the one!!!

My daughter and I started working with Carolyn in October 2017 for a June 30, 2018 wedding at Seascape. From start to finish, one hurricane, and many changes later we had a close weather call and a near perfect wedding. Carolyn brought together the exact dynamic to handle all of the situations of the weekend the go with wedding chaos. We had a group of about 120, so a lot of people to entertain for three days. (The golf course came in handy for the guys on Friday for a scramble) From helping organize beach service, which was NOT in her job description, to basically herding cats into some type of organization...Carolyn managed to pull it off with Sonja Revells Photography (professional, extraordinaire), It's A Perfect Weddings Floral Design (so unique and beautiful), Publix Confectioners (EXACTLY as we asked for and delicious), GTS DJ (so personable and individualized), and 30A Videography services (they were everywhere! Thank u, Bobby!), Stoney (their officiant, so patient and kind) and of course the catering staff at Seascape for the cocktail reception in the conference center. Really, we shopped several venues before choosing Seascape, and we chose it because of the rapport we had with Carolyn and the feeling that she took the time to really find out what my daughter's vision was for this day. I could go on and on but looking back it just couldn't have been a better week/weekend ……..the estimated amount quoted here is inclusive of everything except accommodations and we added a good many extras including extra photography, full bar and videography. We got a small discount for condo rental and a substantial discount for golf. I think in all we rented 12 condos on the property for the weekend and 3 for the week. Be sure and ask that the bride and groom get a condo comped for at least one night if you rent that many condos.

I couldn't have asked for more! Carolyn has been the absolute BEST person to work with. She is incredibly detailed-oriented, prompt, and she will keep you on track with what needs to be done next! She also had great choices picked for the florist and caterer. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the food was delicious! I was kind of nervous about the food, since I always hear of a lot of weddings having bad food, but not here! Carolyn had also gone out of her way for special request and I can't thank her enough. The venue itself was amazing. The first time driving up to Seascape I noticed all the grassy fields (typically for golfers, which no one in our family was, but that doesn't mean it wasn't pretty to look at) and the spacious view was nice to have away from the nearby busy highway. Which was another perk to the venue! By the beach, but avoids the busy highway! The beach in Destin was beautiful as always, not to mention that the county has a strict no glass policy on the beach, some may see that as a nuisance, but I actually enjoyed because you are guaranteed no broken glass on the beach at your barefoot wedding! The condo we stayed at was a cute little snowbird condo that fit perfect for the wedding! We had a lot more STUFF to bring with us since it's not just a weekend vacation! The rooms were also accommodated with dishes and cookware should you make breakfast, and a clothing iron in case your dress got a few wrinkles in it from the trip up. During the process of the wedding I did go back and forth on ideas, changed things, and asked for specifics, and Carolyn never let me down, she was always on the ball with any request I gave her. Even IF Seascape wasn't the best location, or the least ideal in my vision, having a great wedding coordinator surpasses all of the "iffy" feelings on the venue. I really would not wanted to have worked with anyone else, the wedding would have turned out differently otherwise. Thank you so much Carolyn!! And Seascape!!!

Overall our experience was wonderful. Working with Carolyn and her staff went smoothly and without a hitch. The staff remained in constant contact with your wedding party throughout the year with the planning and preparation. This was to be a most special day for our daughter and soon to be son in law. As it turned out we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I would recommend this location and planning staff for anyone wanting to have a destination wedding. Leave all the stress to the planners and coordinators. Again, Carolyn and her staff were A+ in our book and recommend to anyone. Also, Whales Tails was a wonderful place to have the after party for the wedding. The entertainment, food, security, lighting, etc.... were great!

We are from Arkansas and had no idea on wedding venues in Florida. Our daughter googled several and chose SeaScape due to all the wonderful reviews on Carolyn. She truly is the sweetest, most wonderful, responsive and organized wedding planner making all the arrangements much less stressful. We couldn't have been more happy with the way our daughter and son-in laws wedding turned out. it was an absolutely beautiful beach wedding and reception perfectly organized thanks to Carolyn and all the wonderful vendors. Due to rain moving in during the ceremony time, we had to make a last minute decision to move the wedding up an hour. Carolyn never hesitated and was on the phone will all the vendors and made it all happen perfectly. Thank you so much Carolyn for all the prompt calls and emails you made to us when we had questions with planning and for all the amazing organization you did to make the wedding so perfect and beautiful! You work with such wonderful vendors from the beautiful & delicious cake(Bake My Day) to the beautiful flowers & decorations(Amber-Perfect Day Weddings), delicious food (SeaScape), amazing photographer(Sonja Reveals) & amazing videographer(Kiara Watson), Hair(Brooke Miller) & Makeup(Morgan King), security guys, tent co and all the extra help made everything perfect!! Even the rehearsal dinner you suggested at Mezcal was wonderful & delicious, Mike did an awesome job and we loved the Welcome sign he did special for our bride and groom.

I got married at Seascapes on 3/18/18 and had a wonderful experience. Carolyn is the best person to work with and made the experience so easy!! I live in Arkansas and was concerned about not seeing everything before our wedding day. Her vendors truly made every picture I sent them come to life. There is not one thing I would change about that day!! We also had incoming rain that day and Carolyn moved our wedding up an hour. She was able to get everyone there and on time in a very short amount of time!! We had the best time and are so glad we chose Seascapes for our special day!!

Throughout my hunt for the perfect wedding venue, I checked everywhere within a 100 mile radius of my zip code area. Although there were many wonderful options, there was something special about Carolyn (Seascape wedding coordinator) and the flexibility of the wedding packages that stood out to me over all the rest. Carolyn is highly organized, very detail oriented, responsive, ALWAYS prepared and did I mention so much FUN?! Carolyn truly did everything from finalizing all details with our DJ, confirming all details of our floral package, reaching out to my personal vendors such as my photographer, videographer, guitarist and even my hair dresser to make sure everyone was in the loop and fully prepared for our big day! She even coordinated our dress rehearsal/beach bonfire dinner and created a jaw-dropping wedding timeline to ensure everyone knew where they needed to be at all times. I was so relaxed on our wedding day and soaked in every minute of it because of her. We had a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony on the golf course near the lake and then rented the Seascape Conference Center for our reception where we danced the night away! (The Emerald Coast buffet dinner was delicious!) The lodging options at Seascape were wonderful and all of our guests had nothing but great things to say about their stay at the resort! When I think back to this day, there is truly nothing I would have changed about it. I can honestly say that I enjoyed the wedding planning process unlike most brides due to our amazing vendors and the Seascape staff, but importantly, because of Carolyn. It was absolutely perfect and I am forever grateful for Seascape Resort for making our dreams come true!

How do I even begin to thank Carolyn (Seascape's wedding coordinator) for everything she did?! Carolyn was so responsive and attentive to our needs from day one. She helped manage my parents' expectations along the way, and even called me one night after hours to make sure I was ok! Her professionalism and caring attitude made her and Seascape the perfect choice. She was flexible along the way and even let me customize my package based on my needs. It was the most beautiful beach wedding! The beach bonfire was a blast for the rehearsal dinner and a great way for everyone to mingle who traveled so far. Best location for a wedding in Destin!! 1 stop shop with the best Planner ever!! Carolyn is the onsite event coordinator and she is the reason why I chose Seascape! I had 220 people and I bought the package to include the flowers and the music and the officiant! She made sure all the vendors had spoken with me and had coordinated. She met with my parents and my in-laws. Carolyn even called me after hours a few weeks before the wedding to make sure the bride was not stressing out and to tell me everything was going to work out. I could not have been happier with her customer service!! And my location and even the weather worked out! Carolyn even let me bring my own photographer and traded out that money portion with something else without a fuss! She was well organized and made sure everyone was on time and where they needed to be! Awesome Awesome Awesome!!

Every bride dreaming of a beach themed wedding should contact Carolyn Northcott at Seascape Resort, Destin Florida. She planned out every detail with me for a whole year, introducing me to my florist, DJ, and even suggesting my bakery. I was the typical bride that wanted the perfect wedding, but couldn't make up her mind about the details. Carolyn and the other vendors, Perfect Day Weddings Florist, Just Think Cake, Amy Wolchak Photography, and GTS Entertainment patiently worked with me, and my mom, to create a wedding that we'll never forget. They made sure that every detail was Perfect from the bouquets to the song that we ended the night on. Oh, but it wasn't easy... Tropical Storm Cindy devastated the area covering the beaches with high rolling waves. She left only a few feet of sandy beach, not nearly enough to set up for our wedding which was planned for June 22nd. Needless to say, I was beyond stressed out. We had family and friends coming from all over, and we hadn't planned on or dreamed about an indoor wedding. Little did we know that we had nothing to fear. By the time we met with Carolyn for the rehearsal, the day before the planned wedding, she had already contacted all vendors and asked them to be on stand by to reschedule the wedding for the next day, June 23rd. Not only were they willing, but they made it happen. With less than 48 hours notice, all vendors were rescheduled and in place to make our new wedding date, the most memorable ever. Wow! We could not have been happier with how our wedding went! It truly was a perfect day for us. Carolyn was helpful throughout the entire planning process and made it so enjoyable. I don't think I had a single stressful moment. Carolyn is amazing at what she does and made us feel so welcome and cared for even after our wedding was over. The organization made our wedding run so smoothly. The beauty of the beach and simple decor made our ceremony breathtaking and so memorable. My husband is a chef and was beyond pleased with our dinner. We choose the Seascape Buffett and made some easy changes. We had guests asking about our menu days after the wedding. There isn't a thing we would change about our wedding day.

Also, we had so much fun having the bonfire on the beach after our rehearsal. It was fun and laid back.

I can't recommend a wedding at Seascape with Carolyn enough. We are so thankful and pleased with how amazing our day was.

Carolyn was absolutely amazing!! When starting to plan our destination wedding, I was completly impressed with the reviews I had read about Seascape, but mostly because of the reviews on Carolyn.. They were spot on!! From the moment we met with her a year before our wedding, we knew that we made the right decision about choosing her for our wedding planner! She is quick to answer calls and immediatly returns messages. She was so helpful in making sure that we stayed on track with our planning and that everything was in order before the big day arrived. Even when our guest list jumped from 40 people to 66 (clearly we underestimated our family and friends, lol) she was so accomidating! Our guests continuousy complimented us on how amazing our wedding was, and the food was a huge hit, so delicous! We had our reception on the patio of the Emerald Bay Clubhouse and it was gorgeous! Also, I could not have been more pleased with our vendor team that she had set up for us, everyone was impressive... literally I mean it when I say that the day could not have been more perfect!!!

We used them for rehearsal bonfire. Would highly recommend it! Very good setup and attended to our needs. All guests seemed to have a very good time. We have seen a number of the Group Event staff come and go, but in most all cases, Seascape has always been great to us and have helped us to enjoy our stay. Our group of 80 to 140 have enjoyed our annual weekend golf tournament at Seascape for the last 30 years. Maria Coella with Seascape has always taken very good care of us with our breakfast, lunches, catered hospitality rooms and beverages. They are very helpful with preparing menus and itineraries. Golf is always wonderful as well at both Seascape and Emerald Bay. After a day of golf I would highly suggest a trip to the Whale's Tail. Beautiful beach, Jerry's great cocktails and food upstairs, a really good place to unwind.

I'm looking forward to getting back in April !

Let me preface this by saying I'm not the bride; I'm the mother of the groom. I'm in the wedding business, and I've seen the stress that accompanies wedding planning and wedding day. This wedding was perfect, thanks to Carolyn at Seascape. She was everywhere, handling everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She's easy to work with, and very quick and responsive in answering questions. We hosted a bonfire on the beach for the rehearsal dinner. All we had to do is show up and bring pizza--everything else was completely handled. Thanks to Carolyn, the only stress of the entire weekend was the weather, which turned out beautiful!

There are not enough words to say about Carolyn Northcott and Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort! This venue and this planner made planning our wedding from thousands of miles away so much easier to plan! Carolyn is truly a delight and joy to work with and is a stickler for perfection. We do not have one complaint regarding the entire multi-day event. Our guests were truly impressed by the entire weekend. Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort offered a variety of accommodations at very reasonable prices, peace of mind for several options to eat, drink and play all within walking distance. All of the vendors that Carolyn connected us with for the each detail of our wedding were great to work with and also had fair pricing. I highly recommend this venue and Carolyn for your wedding too.

When I was looking for a venue for our wedding I called eight different resorts/venues in the Destin area. While I had to leave voicemails for everyone else, Carolyn was the only person to answer the phone! Thereafter with every phone call, email, and text, she was responsive, helpful, compassionate, patient and always provided more information than was requested. We reside in Nashville and visiting the resort prior to the wedding was not in the budget but with Carolyns' assistance, we didnt need to! I don't believe in happenstance. I believe people are put in your path for a reason. We would not have had the experience we did had we not had Carolyn and her amazing staff (thank you Ms Maria!). The bonfire was lovely and great for the entire family, the beach front ceremony location was amazing, the reception hall was everything we needed, and the resort offered all that our party of 55 desired.
I can't sing Carolyns' and Seascapes' praises enough. We are extremely grateful to have had an amazing wedding weekend!

Seascape was the perfect wedding choice for us. Carolyn was efficient, responsive, and does exactly what is needed to keep things in order. Everything surrounding our wedding was truly perfect. The ceremony was gorgeous, the officiate was personable and easy to work with, the florist did a fabulous job on our flowers, the photographer was patient and efficient, and the reception included excellent food (our guests did not stop talking about the grouper!). Above all, Carolyn coordinated and organized the entire event flawlessly. We do not have one negative thing to say about our fabulous destination wedding at Seascape!

I'm still honeymooning in Bora Bora but immediately jumped at the chance to rave about Carolyn, her assistant Ashley, and my entire wedding experience at Seascape. I am a horrible planner, and my mother is a fabulous one (& very detail-oriented), so I was worried planning a wedding together may be a trying experience. Thank God we found Carolyn, who was my mothers dream wedding planner, and she made the experience WONDERFUL for us both. each and every vendor she recommended was fabulous, and Carolyn handled all the details of setting up the meetings (which is HUGE if you live out of town like I do). The florist created absolutely gorgeous bouquets that put every picture I saved on Pinterest to shame. The food was absolutely scrumptious and the venues for both the wedding ceremony (on the beach) and reception (at the resort) could not have been more perfect. Carolyn and her assistant handled EVERYTHING so neither my mother nor myself had to stress even the slightest bit- we got to enjoy each and every moment of the weekend. Carolyn also found the perfect videographer for us at the very last minute. My wedding was above and beyond anything I'd ever dreamed, and Carolyn made that possible. I can't rave about or recommend Carolyn, and Seascape, enough!

The one thing about destination wedding is that you got to plan the wedding away from the destination. Being states and countries away, we were nervous and had a lot of questions. Fortunately, Carolyn was very patient, she attended to our emails with all the answers we needed (w pictures too!) and provided additional information including cake vendors and rehearsal dinner suggestions. She was there from the beginning to the end of the reception! Which we feel very very appreciative of! Carolyn is amazing, really helpful and thoughtful. Carolyn made sure everything went perfect and it was absolutely beautiful. The reception was perfect and the so was the wedding. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding. We had our wedding at Seascape in March 2016 and the experience was wonderful from start to finish! I planned this out of town from several states away and was initially nervous about this but Carolyn made everything so easy and as stress-free as possible! This was definitely the best option for me because of this! We went with a Wedding Package and still had the flexibility and options to meet our needs and wants. Carolyn provided us with recommendations for other vendors to work with (we chose Bake My Day for the cakes and BBoy Productions for DJ/music) and they all met and exceeded our expectations as well. We also chose to do our "rehearsal dinner" as a bonfire on the beach arranged by Seascape and it was such a hit with our guests. The weekend and day of the wedding everything flowed very smoothly and if there were any bumps along the way they were easily handled or I didn't even know about them! I would definitely recommend Seascape for the ease of planning and value they provide!

Carolyn did an amazing job. We planned this entire wedding over the phone and email. I never even saw the venue before my wedding day since I was an out of town bride. She did an amazing job at covering all the details and communicating everything very well. She is punctual and very thorough. Carolyn did an AMAZING job as our wedding coordinator and set us up with everything we could possibly need for our beautiful Destin beach wedding! She even went to little stores to look into shells for our sand ceremony (to pour the sand into the unity frame) since we lived so far away from the location. She also continuously looked into the weather for us to know if we needed a back up plan for the ceremony instead of the beach. Her weekly (and as it drew closer, daily) phone calls kept the excitement up and the anxiety over details low as we neared our wonderful day. Our destination wedding was amazing and that was thanks to Carolyn, our wedding coordinator! She was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is very organized and personable! Carolyn also took care of the details so we could enjoy our day. Our rehearsal dinner was at Cabana Cafe and their service and pizza was awesome! The resort accommodated all of our guests with ease and the amenities were an added bonus! I would recommend Carolyn or the Seascape Resort to any couple looking for a stress free, beautiful wedding!

We so enjoyed our daughter's wedding at Seascape. Carolyn was wonderful to work with. The vendors she suggested were wonderful to work with as well. She even arranged to get additional hours of photography time the day before the event - what a blessing that was. She was with us from the start of the day preparing for the wedding until the close of the reception. Would definitely highly recommend her and Seascape. Emerald Bay Clubhouse was a lovely venue for the reception and the food was wonderful.

I had my wedding at Seascape this month and Carolyn was great. She always responded quickly to emails and phone calls and planned everything perfectly. She also knew and suggested great vendors that we were very happy with. I highly recommend Seascape to have a wedding/reception. It was a blast!

I just had my wedding on Saturday, and Carolyn with Seascape made it a beautiful and easy affair. I don't live in Destin so I was definitely stressing about all of the little details, but Carolyn was quick to respond to every e-mail and phone call with suggestions and solutions. I absolutely LOVED working with her. I kind of wish I could bring her back with me to coordinate everything else in my life! Thank you Carolyn, for making my day more than I could have ever dreamed of.

We had our reception at Seascape and an off site ceremony. The day I contacted Seascape, I had an immediate response from Carolyn. Planning a destination wedding is really hard when doing it on your own. Had it not been for Carolyn, I probably would have lost my mind. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. Even double checking with me to make sure I had everything lined up and didn't forget anything. Seascape can work within your budget. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful reception and was just as excited that Carolyn got to be there. If you are thinking about using Seascape, stop thinking and just do it! You will not be disappointed. Our guests and family are still raving about it.

Carolyn and the Seascape Resort gave my husband and I our perfect wedding. All of the vendors used contacted me within the first few days of the contract signing and we had most things planned 8 months in advance! Living over 800 miles away, we really needed extra attention, and Carolyn gave us this every step of the way. We even had a sunset bonfire on the beach the night before the wedding, and Carolyn arranged for all of this to happen. The bonfire turned out beautifully, as well as our wedding day. Never once did I have a question that I didn't get answered, and Carolyn was with us from beginning to end. We used the Club House on the golf course for our reception, and it was the perfect venue for us - smaller, but friendlier and warmer, which is what we wanted. The food was incredible, and we being die-hard college football fans even had two of the TVs in the clubhouse on for the games! We also had services that were not part of the contract, and Carolyn was quick to give me multiple references for each service. Again, living so far away, this was such a comfort to know that she was there for us, every step of the way. You will not regret using Carolyn and the Seascape Resort for your wedding!

Seascape and Carolyn were great! My husband and I had a ceremony that included just him and I. Instead of having to pay a package price for chairs, reception etc (that we did not need) Carolyn was able to accomodate an extra night stay for us at the resort so we still were able to get our moneys worth. From the photographer, florist, officiate and, of course, Carolyn, everything was fantastic. We can't wait to go back and visit Seascape in the future!

Carolyn was fabulous! We live in Arizona so planning a destination wedding could have been difficult but Carolyn made sure all of the details were covered in our behalf. We wanted to have the ceremony on the beach and then have the reception to include the Whale's Tail and then continue into the sand for seating and they were so accommodating even though it wasn't a normal request. They added lights to create a space in the sand and it was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. The food was done by Seascape and was really good and service was exceptional. I would recommend Seacape to anyone looking for a true beach wedding!

Seascape was a beautiful place to have a wedding. However, the best feature of getting married there would have to be Carolyn. She was so helpful and patient and made planning a wedding feel so effortless. I have to travel a lot for work and I am rarely in one place for very long. My parents decided to retire, sell their house and move to another state just a few months before the wedding. Needless to say, there was a lot going on for my family at the time. Carolyn was amazing. She got all of our vendors for us and even set up meetings with them when we came to visit a few months before the wedding. We would not have been able to do any of this without her. She was very patient with both my mom and me as I know we can both be a handful. Thanks to Carolyn, the wedding and reception was gorgeous and planning was completely stress-free.

Carolyn Northcutt and Seascape are absolutely wonderful!! Planning a wedding can be hectic, however Carolyn made everything go smooth for us by recommending wonderful vendors, answering our calls and emails promptly, finding a minister for us two weeks before the wedding and taking care of every little detail on our wedding day!
She made sure David and I had the most beautiful wedding we will remember for the rest of our lives.

I am a busy professional who doesn't like to make decisions. Having my wedding at Seascape was the best decision I could have made. The package pricing is very straight forward and reasonable. Carolyn found all of my vendors for me, which was perfect for me and my lack of decision making abilities. :) Carolyn and the vendors were very patient with me when I was not timely responsive. And when I did finally respond, they were on top of it. The setting was absolutely beautiful. My wedding party was pretty small, but Carolyn corralled them all with ease, and I am sure she would have no problems handling bigger parties. Carolyn even has some mojo with the weather man as the rain predicted for my ceremony held off. I can truly say that Carolyn and the team at Seascape made my wedding day pretty much stress free.

Carolyn was great. She helped us through the entire process. I would highly recommend both Carolyn and Seascape to any couple seeking to get married on the Emerald Coast. My wife and I lived in two different states at the beginning of the process, and then moved to a third state prior to our wedding. Carolyn made it very easy and stayed in touch throughout.

Carolyn did an amazing job making sure that everything was taken care of prior to our arrival in Florida. The location was beautiful, the vendors she suggested were amazing, and everything turned out exactly how we wanted. Heidi, with Bake My Day did an amazing job on the cake, and it was delicious. Patti, the florist with A Day to Remember, that Carolyn suggested did such a great job on the flowers. They were perfect! And, she surprised me with Peonies, which I was told wouldn't be available then. The people in charge of the music also did an amazing job! The wedding turned out perfect, and it was everything we could have ever wanted.

Seascape was a beautiful resort, the Majestic Sun is the place to stay!

Carolyn was extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish! My wife was a bit worried about having someone we had never met to plan our wedding, but first thing Carolyn did was try to get to know us and our personalities before she ever did or suggested a thing. By the end she knew exactly what would work best, as well as what we would like best. Carolyn had great suggestions and concerns that we didn't think of, she went to bat for us during the coordinating of the venders and suppliers, and we could tell that first and foremost throughout the whole process that she had us as the bride and groom as her top priority. She gave us well beyond what we expected and have absolutely stunning pictures and memories that we will never forget. Carolyn played a very instrumental role in the most important day in our lives so far and I would not hesitate to suggest her to any one looking for a beautiful and carefree destination wedding!

Carolyn was awesome --she was available by phone the entire time and that meant a lot .
She was ready to meet with us right when we got there and helped the bride and groom find the courthouse for the license .
She tended to details for us which is what we wanted at a destination wedding

I would highly recommend the Seascape Resort as a wedding and reception venue. Carolyn Northcott was a dream to work with. She was incredibly organized and always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. She gave us a list of vendors to choose from and we went from there. All of them were excellent. Although Carolyn had a prior engagement the day of the wedding, Annette stepped in took over smoothly. Our guest were treated by the groom's parents to a beach bonfire complete with s'mores instead of a rehearsal dinner. It was a great chance for the guests to meet each other. The wedding was performed beautifully on the beach and the guests were then shuttled to the reception in the conference building. Our guests proclaimed that it was the best wedding buffet they had ever experienced. The whole event was organized expertly. B-Boy Productions did the sound on the beach and for the dance. We really enjoyed DJ-Irving. He did a great job! The highlight of the night, however, was when our daughter told us, "Thank you. It is exactly what I wanted." Everything from beach to golf to close restaurants is located at the Seascape Golf, Beach, and Tennis. This is the way to go. No stress at all!

Seascape was the perfect place for our wedding--we had 120 guests at our beach wedding and we used the conference room for the reception. Seascape offers a convenient tram that shuttled guests from the beach to the reception location. Carolyn was such a wonderful coordinator to work with--she was very responsible and extremely flexible. Due the the large number of guests, we were allowed to use an off-site vendor, which brought the cost of using this location to an extremely affordable price. Carolyn was very professional and even worked with my wedding planner directly so they could coordinate who would provide which services; this was very helpful to me because I didnt have to be the middleman. The beach was absolutely beautiful and so was the conference center! I am so thankful we went with this location and I would recommend it to any bride looking for a peaceful, beach wedding.

We wanted a small & simple wedding on the beach. We had perfect weather and the ceremony was beautiful. Mrs. Carolyn was an awesome wedding planner and she always took care of everything we needed. Don was our officiant and everyone enjoyed having him there, he was great! Rooms on the resort were super nice and so were the pools. We stayed at Ariel Dunes 2. Everyone had a great time! Would definately recommend this place to anyone.

The teams at Seascape were very professional, trust worthy and able to make the most out of any budget. With the help of the staff, we were able to accommodate all guests at the resort and able to make special bedding accommodation for some of our elderly guests. Everyone marveled at the spaciousness of the condos, and they’re still speaking out the amazing views. Special thanks to Mr. Whalen and his staff for assisting in making our ceremony and reception a big success. Since our wedding was on the beach Mr. Whalen made great suggestions on unique accommodations for our guests, one of which was a private trolley traveling between ceremony site and reception site. He worked after hours to meet with my wife and me and helped navigate other vendors. I strongly believe without Mr. Whalen, his staff and the entire team at Seascape this wedding would not have been as memorable . From my wife and me, thanks again.

Seascape was wonderful to work with and the perfect backdrop to my wedding. Michael was great and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. He spent all Friday afternoon on a 15 foot ladder hanging lanterns from the ceiling because the groom was having too much fun on the golf course. The beach was beautiful and I recommend hiring the shuttle to take you and your guests to the beach for the ceremony. It is about a 20 passenger mini bus complete with air conditioning, not having to worry about transportation was great. The conference center is a bit outdated as far as the building goes but with decorations and the low lighting you don't even notice. We used the catering through Seascape and I was pleasantly surprised with the food, the chicken was very moist and the veggies were seasoned so well I ate all that I had put on my plate. All in all I would recommend Seascape as a venue to anyone it was our perfect venue and we loved every minute of our wedding day.

Caroline was absolutely fabulous to work with! I started calling her the fabulous British wedding coordinator. She was prompt when responding to emails, calls or texts. She is most certainly on her wedding planning game. Even though Caroline has a wedding to plan almost every weekend she is great at personalizing the event to you and making you and your family feel that your wedding/event is the most important one.

I highly recommend Seascape Resort for a beach wedding. Wedding Coordinator Carolyn Northcott is awesome! From the very beginning, Carolyn was quick to respond to any email I sent. She answered any and all of my questions with a detailed response. I never felt there was any lack of communication regarding price or what was included in my wedding package.
The day of the wedding, Carolyn did all of the decorating for my reception which allowed me to relax and enjoy my wedding day. From the ceremony to the reception, Carolyn was there every step of the way making sure the day went as planned.
I felt no stress throughout the entire process and I absolutely believe that was due to the awesome effort by Carolyn. Looking back, I would choose Seascape, along with Carolyn, as my choice beach wedding venue.
