From start to finish, Anya absolutely knocked it out of the park! She kept us on track through every step of the planning process and provided so many amazing vendor recommendations that we were grateful to use. Since we had no idea what we were doing, she truly held our hand the entire way and made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable.
She’s incredibly easygoing, flexible with busy schedules, and always available when we needed a quick text or call. She accommodated all of our requests and could pivot quickly to make anything happen.
As for the wedding day—there truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful we were to have her. She kept our stress levels to a minimum because everything was planned so perfectly; all we had to do was show up and enjoy it. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how seamless the entire day was—from the ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and the reception. Many said it was the most beautiful and well-run wedding they’ve ever attended, and we know we owe a huge part of that to Anya.
She is meticulous with every detail and timeline, while also maintaining a calm, confident presence. She knows when to be relaxed and when to step in and take charge, and that balance made all the difference.
We only plan on getting married once—but we would hire her a million times over. We truly cannot recommend Anya enough -

My daughter’s wedding took place on May 2, 2026, at the Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg, and just as guests began arriving, a line of heavy storms rolled in. What could have easily turned into a stressful, chaotic situation was handled with complete professionalism and calm by Anya. She and her team moved quickly, stayed organized, and seamlessly pivoted with creative solutions to ensure the evening was still beautiful and memorable. You would never have guessed how much was happening behind the scenes.
We initially hired Anya to help us avoid major mistakes—guidance on contracts, vendor negotiations, and all the details that can trip you up. My daughter and I are both very Type A and fully capable of planning an event ourselves, but we wanted an expert partner to help us do it right. With a medium-sized wedding of over 100 guests, that decision proved invaluable.
What we didn’t expect was how much more Anya would become to us. She started as our planner, but by the end, she felt like a true partner—and even a friend. She understood our vision, kept us grounded, and made the entire process not just manageable, but genuinely enjoyable.
If you’re considering a wedding planner and want someone who is experienced, adaptable, and truly invested in your day, Anya is the one. -

Anya was SO amazing to work with. Our wedding absolutely would not have been the perfect day without her.
She was attentive and responsive to all communication, she was organized and thorough for the whole time leading up to the day, and most importantly on the day-of she ran a tight ship.
She suggested and vouched for almost all of the vendors that we chose (Tables/Chairs, Cake, Caterer, Officiant, Transportation) and they were all excellent (as she said they would be). We had a smaller wedding, which I thought meant simpler. I had no idea there were so many moving parts and decisions that would need to be made, and she clearly presented what needed to be done and let us just have fun personalizing the day to be what we wanted it to be. She really saved the day when I made a mistake with the seating chart and handled the fix before we arrived so the guests were none the wiser.
She kept us on time without making us feel rushed, and made sure that we had a moment to just take a breath with the two of us (invaluable as a pair of introverts).
I don't know what we would have done without Anya. We cannot thank her enough for her work.

We booked the partial planning package, and Anya was fantastic! She was a huge help in coordinating with all of our vendors and ensuring everyone was prepared. She was very responsive throughout the process and made sure everything stayed on track on the day of the wedding. I couldn’t have done it without her!
I was not convinced that I needed a wedding planner. However, a friend of mine recommended Say Yes With Me (Anya). It was the best consultation I had. The only reason my Day was possible and executed at such a high level was because of Anya’s experience, attention to detail, and ability to make my vision come to life. She knew the questions to ask in the conversation conversations we needed to have leading up to the day that I would have never thought of on my own. I did a bunch of my own research and education, but there’s nothing like having a right hand who has decades of experience in the industry. 100/10 would recommend! -

Anya displayed professionalism from our very first conversation. She mad me feel comfortable and confident in her. We had a pretty big wedding and Anya guided me throughout the way and assisted in decision making and organizing all contracts. The day of the wedding we had some hiccups completely out of our control and she held things down and did an amazing job at making the wedding still feel perfect! -

Anya was very helpful all throughout the wedding planning process. She was readily available via text, email, or phone call. She was responsive to all questions, big or small. Anya clearly has a lot of experience in the wedding industry and was able to make critical recommendations for topics that I didn’t fully understand (for example, assisting with organizing wedding/reception timelines). She made many local vendor recommendations, and all of the vendors we chose through her were incredible. She catered her recommendations to my specific vision for my wedding (and to my budget). Her pricing was very reasonable compared to other wedding planners in the area, and her services were certainly worth the money paid! -

Limelight Photography loved working with Anya Leigh of Say Yes With Me Wedding Planning at beautiful Tampa Palms Country Club. Sooooo many incredible DIY details including the cake made by MOB, the welcome box built by family, ribbon wands made from bride’s grandmas fabrics, floral wall made by MOB and the bride’s second wedding gown which was a cut up of the MOB’s original wedding gown! Anya seamlessly pulled everything together and we had a super smooth wedding day. Anya is professional, communicative and detail oriented. I love that she trusts us to do our job and does not micromanage. I cannot wait to work on more weddings with you Anya!

We made it across the finish line!
Anya was instrumental in making sure our wedding on December 14 at the Bishop Museum of Science and Nature ran smoothly. I hired her for planning and coordination services, and she did a fantastic job helping me finalize details and manage vendors, even when I was reaching out to them late in the process.
The night of the wedding was stress-free thanks to Anya’s organization and ability to keep everything on track. She managed the timeline perfectly, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and handled any small issues quickly and efficiently. Anything that didn’t go perfectly wasn’t in her control, and she still managed to make it all feel seamless.
On top of that, she went the extra mile by gifting me a thoughtful memento in honor of my dog who had recently passed away, which was such a kind and unexpected touch.
I highly recommend Anya to any bride who needs someone dependable to handle coordination and ensure their day runs smoothly. She’s professional, calm under pressure, and made our wedding day a success! -
