  We looked sharp!!!

  We were extremely happy with our tux rentals for our wedding day! Daniel was very professional and helpful, always with a smile and great attitude! The tuxes were top notch! I will absolutely return to this location the next time I need a rental. Thanks for taking care of us!

  FANTASTIC Customer Service!!

  We had an issue with the ring bearer's suit not fitting properly (he is really in between sizes at age 8) and when the suit came into the Kennesaw location and the ring bearer tried it on we realized it was too small and it was at the end of the business day. Jeffrey got right to work on it and contacted their warehouse and had an entire new suit in the store the very next morning!! The suit was delivered overnight!! Jeffrey called us as soon as he got to the store the next morning to let us know we could come and pick it up. Also, Jeffrey was extremely attentive to every little detail (from the shoes to the cuff links) to make sure that the suit was perfect and that we were satisfied with the rental and kept us updated. Fantastic customer service!!

  My now husband and I used both this location and the Lenox Mall location in order to best accommodate our in and out of town wedding party members with getting their tuxes. I can only say the best about both locations - the staff of Savvi is so helpful and professional! They were very willing to work around our crazy schedules and made the entire process pretty much seamless. In the crazy sea that is the wedding planning process, it was nice to not be worried about the tuxes, because they kept us updated at every turn. The return process was also very simple. Thanks Savvi!

  Jeffrey was so helpful in accommodating all of our groomsmen and my father. He arranged for them to pick up their tuxes on their schedule and locations close to them. My father has a heavy schedule so it was nice he didn't have to drive all the way up north just to get his fitting done. And best of all, my fiance's tux rental was free! Can't beat that!

  Everyone in the event party was from out of town. This was a monumental task for Savvi. Tuxedo sizes were sent to them by a form. Some went to a Savvi local to where they lived for measurement and measurements were sent to Savvi in Town Center Mall. There was a last minute adjustment needed to one of our younger participants and it was done last minute and in a timely manner. There was no stress with Savvi; only helpfulness.

  Great for the Groom

  We decided to use this suit shop after our visit to Anya Bridal. Though we didn't get the wedding dress there, the high quality of the suits provided by Savvi proved to us that they had no peer in the groom dressing department. Their tailors and staff are so knowledgable about the art of suit wearing. One of the best things is that they are NOT PUSHY. At some other places, their goal is to sell you a damn suit and if you don't want one get out of my shop. Savvi is more about style and fit and getting what you can for your budget. It was really easy to personalize the suit to fit the personality of the groom. We really wanted him to feel as beautiful and as fancy as the bride. Our groom wore Blue Paisley Chase by Ike Behar.

  Savvi knows their stuff. Besides the rental tux industry being ridiculously overpriced as a whole, service here was great. They graciously showed me mutilpe color options one afternoon until I was completely happy. They are the least stressful part of wedding planning!

  Rude, understaffed

  Our future son-in-law made an appointment with Saavi Formalwear at the Kennesaw, GA location. They traveled at least 45 minutes for the appointment. When they arrived, they weren’t greeted. They had to seek out help. They were then told to come back an hour or later to be helped. Needless to say, they went somewhere else. I talked to the manager over the phone about their experience. He was of no help either. He didn’t seem too concerned. He rambled on about how they do the most weddings per year (he said some thing about 500), and they have such high reviews. As of 2/6/22, they about about 170 google reviews. If they do SO many weddings and are so great, why don’t they have more raving reviews? I highly don’t recommend them.
