  Yoshida was an absolute pleasure to work with! From our initial interaction via email she answered all of my many questions. When we had our first in person meeting to complete my make-up trial she was extremely pleasant, very professional, and listened to the vision I had for my wedding day. I did not have a concrete vision, so she suggested colors that would look great on me.
  
  Not only did she complete my make-up for my wedding, but she also did my hair for the wedding. She was able to give me the hairstyle that I wanted which I was not sure that I would be able to achieve. In addition to completing my hair and make-up, she also did my mom's hair and make-up, make-up for my mother-in law and my bridesmaids. Everyone was very pleased with her work! I received so many compliments on my make-up and hair on my wedding day. The best part is my husband is not a fan of make-up, but thought I looked absolutely amazing. I can't thank her enough!!! I highly recommend Flawless Beauty!

  Yoshida was awesome! There was a marathon the morning of our wedding which threw us off our timetable for makeup. Yoshida and her assistant worked so fast and hard to get through all the hair and makeup we needed for the day without throwing us off schedule!!! She was excellent!!!

  Hired Satsuki for my wedding in late July. Great service very professional. Does a wonderful smokey eye. Got lots of comments on my make up. She did four bridesmaids, my mom, and myself. Everyone looked wonderful. She responds to all my emails. If i need a makeup artist in the future i will definately use her.

  I feel as though this isn't a fair rating. I offered a discount for airbrush and hair services. Which by the way I cannot afford to do any longer if this is the rating I will receive for discounted services. I'm very upset by this because I went way out of my way to accommodate this bride as I do any other bride. All of the brides I've worked with in the past as you can see above has given me a 5.0 across the board. I'm very puzzled by this review. If I did a "great" job how could I receive a 3.5. I responded to every email and text in a timely matter. But received a 4.0. If my airbrushing and hair services were compared to others on and off of wedding wire I'm sure it would have been more than what was discounted. Im very saddened by this as I pride my self on being very accommodating , professional and valuable . She contacted me to take her pics down for personal reasons off of my website which I did right away. Not sure if this had a part in the low rating . But either way I'm very shocked and disheartened. I've never received a low rating. In hindsite I do appreciate that it was stated I did a great job. But it still doesn't take away from my now low rating. Again, thank you and as with any bride I appreciate the review and feedback. My prices are what they are now and still they are within the market range. Thanks!
