    AMAZING event coordinator Laura Snow!

    Laura Snow was my day of event coordinator and WOW she was amazing! If you think you don’t need a planner think again! Laura made my wedding stress free and was on the ball with having everyone organized with a detailed timeline. She was so thoughtful with taking photos for us too since professional photos take awhile to come in. She made such a cute reel for us too! I loved working with Laura! I would 100% recommended her to everyone! My wedding was perfect and I know if I didn’t have Laura it would’ve been a different story. She was a life savor making it stress free and perfect! She works with Milan Catering who were also amazing!!!

    Fantastic experience with our coordinator Melanie!

    Melanie from the St Pete/Tampa Gallery was absolutely FANTASTIC as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at The Powel Crosley Estate! Melanie, thank you for making our rehearsal and wedding such a breeze! You were absolutely amazing. I can’t imagine a better wedding or better experience, or feeling more supported by you. We loved every second, and I am so grateful that you had everything so under control that I didn’t even have to think about a thing! You made me feel so confident that everything was being taken care of, and allowed me to truly be present and in the moment throughout my wedding. Thank you for being so responsive, cheerful, professional, and overall wonderful!!

    Laura Snow hands down deserves 100 stars or more!!! There is something truly magical & amazing about that woman! Her talents and hard work go beyond coordinating and it truly shined on our wedding day, all that she did to help make our day the best most amazing day of our lives!     Laura Snow works MAGIC

    Holy smokes…Laura Snow is truly magical. MAGICAL. This was a destination wedding and she made it so I didn’t have to do anything…and I’m an OCD planner. I am so grateful we had her from our first encounter she is sincere and sweet. Laura goes above and beyond to listen to your needs and make
    sure your day is seamless. She was bringing us drinks, hors d’oeuvres, checking in with family…oh and did I mention she contacts EVERY vendor to make sure it’s all ready for your big day so you don’t have to worry. For photos and videos she has an eye for perfection and making sure shots are clear ( as a wedding photographer myself this is a DREAM). She also takes photos and videos during your wedding…we were phoneless the entire day but she captured amazing candid and special moments for us. I would recommend over and over again and again. Forever grateful

    Incredible!!!!

    We can’t thank Shonni enough for everything she did for us on our wedding day! She was so sweet and absolutely incredible. You can tell how much she loves her job and it shows through how much she cared about us and our day. We didn’t feel one moment of stress because she handled everything and anything we could have thought of to make the day run so smooth. Not to mention the fact that she took 466 photos and videos for us to go through!? Absolutely amazing. Me and my bridesmaids were all texting after the wedding saying we didn’t have pictures or videos because none of us had our phones all night because we were having SO much fun. We had a photographer but we didn’t have a videographer so it’s really special to still have some moments to watch from our night. She was there from the moment we stepped on the property, bringing us snacks, handing out glow sticks at the reception, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, and going above and beyond with everything else. Even our friends and family said how awesome Shonni was! We really appreciate Shonni and everything she’s done. Thank you Shonni!!!

    Say no more, just say yes to Sarasota Wedding gallery!

    I was incredibly calm the week and days leading up to the wedding, and especially calm on the big day. This is because I knew I was in the best hands and had absolutely nothing to worry about with Laura Snow as my day-of-coordinator and stylist. Here's the thing about Laura, she's SO much more than a DOC, she's a trusted advisor and friend. She strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and being personable. She is incredibly knowledgeable, transparent and candid which are so crucial when you're planning such a big and complex day. She goes well above and beyond typical DOC duties, for example, she personally takes hundreds of photos and videos of important moments (speeches, behind the scenes, décor, etc!) and sends them to you the next day, sometimes capturing angles the photographers couldn't. It was SO nice to have sooo many photos shared with me the next day. Laura was the most important and easiest "vendor" decision, and handles so much that there isn't anything left for you as the bride to worry or think about. I am so grateful to Laura and her flawless execution!!!

    Laura snow is the best!

    Let me start off by saying that Laura Snow is definitely the best in the business! She made mine and my husbands wedding day absolutely incredible and I cannot imagine not having her there. Laura also worked with us on the planning/styling for the wedding and answered hundreds of my questions without ever making me feel like I was a burden. No matter how busy she was with weddings for other couples, she always found the time to respond quickly and eased all of my worries! Going into the wedding planning process I had no idea about all of the little details and decisions that had to be made. I cannot even begin to imagine doing this without Laura’s help. Having her throughout the planning process as well as the coordinator on the day of was the best decision my husband and I made! All of our guests complemented on how great it was to have Laura there and how impressed they were with her professionalism and ability to multi-task. When I tell you this woman can do it all I mean it!! Laura was so reassuring and incredibly kind & sweet. She saw our vision for the wedding and made it become a reality down to every last detail. No matter what request or accommodation my husband and I asked for, she made it happen without an issue! She made sure that absolutely nothing stressed us out and took care of everything behind the scenes while we enjoyed our big day! Every time I turned around Laura was right there holding a cocktail for both me and my husband. She took hundreds of photos and videos and sent them over the very next morning after our wedding! This was such a huge and amazing surprise because we were able to see how magical the day was without asking our friends and family to send us pictures they had. She took care of communicating with all of our vendors leading up to the event as well to make sure we experienced as little stress as possible. On the day of, she made sure that everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline she prepared for us. It made the entire day so smooth & seamless! There is no doubt in my mind that Laura is the best wedding coordinator of all time. If you are hesitating to hire a day of coordinator for your wedding, just do it and make sure it’s Laura from Sarasota Wedding Gallery! You will not regret it!!

    Would give 1000 stars is we could

    Do yourself the biggest favor of all time and hire Laura Snow to help you plan your wedding festivities. You will not regret it. Laura is the consummate professional, and, in our opinion, met every single expectation we ever could have had for our special day. Laura and her team are extremely experienced and knowledgeable and can help you achieve whatever you may desire. Laura is patient and compassionate. I cannot express how many times we changed our mind or wanted to revisit certain elements of our wedding. Laura never once made us feel like a burden. At the same time, Laura is also extremely assertive at the appropriate times. What you don’t need when planning a wedding is someone who allows for false hopes and dreams. If something cannot or will not happen the way you want, rather than mislead you, Laura will give you the straight honest answer and will devise the next best solution. We needed this directness many times throughout our process. It gave us confidence. Laura puts in an insane amount of effort. We simply have no idea how she finds the time. On the day of our wedding Laura was a jack of all trades, somehow managing to orchestrate everyone, capture tons of photos/videos, and even making sure that the bride and groom ate enough food. One of our most memorable parts of the day was when Laura literally was sewing the bride’s dress that had ripped at the dinner table while we ate! Truly unbelievable. Most importantly, Laura is a genuine human being and a good person. Laura was so invested in our wedding, understood our love and was truly with us on the day. She is like family. Thank you forever for making our day perfect.

    You must hire Laura; she’s the best!

    I cannot praise Laura enough for all that she did to bring our wedding day to life. Up until the day, we were chatting, texting and emailing about all the details. Planning a destination wedding isn’t the easiest and add a pandemic on top of it and whoa. But Laura made it easy. She answered my million questions and on the day of was so professional and organized and put up with our massive bridal party and crazy family- all with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond helping us get the perfect veil photos and capturing behind the scenes shots and videos which were such a special treat for us to have and look back at. You will be so happy you hired Laura. Even my guests were commenting “how good” she was! She was definitely the unsung hero of the day!

    The best ever!

    Laura Snow is AMAZING!!!!!
    A little background... We are a couple from Memphis and planning from a distance... during a pandemic.... can be daunting... unless you have Laura Snow on your team. If it weren't for her, our day would not have been what it was. We got married at the Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota on 11-22-20.
    Laura was responsive, professional, personable, and her all around attitude was a breath of fresh air during the planning process. She took care of us right from the start. When my husband and I walked out of our first meeting, we knew we needed her. I can't imagine what a circus our day would have been without her. She did a fantastic job juggling everything that has to be done with grace. We had major guest list changes last minute and she handled it beautifully along with my procrastination with literally everything. Any worries we had, she put our minds at ease.
    She went above and beyond with everything. She also took amazing photos of our day so that we had even more photos to remember the day by. I can't express my gratitude enough for this amazing woman!

    As a bride, wedding planning is stressful! Laura helped in so many ways to ease the stress and make wedding planning fun. My guests loved the food, the bar service, and as the bride I am speechless when it comes to how much Laura did for our wedding. Not only did Laura orchestrate the entire day, the ensured every detail was accounted for, and then to my surprise took over 300 photos and videoed the most important aspects of the day! She brought my husband and I drinks all night and was with us every step of the way! She truly went above and beyond making our day a true fairytale.     Laura Snow was our day of coordinator for our wedding! We truly could not ask for anything or anyone better. Leading up to the wedding she made sure that everything was in place and so attentive to detail to make sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of. On the day of, she went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable and that everything went as smoothly as possible.     Couldn't have dreamed of a better coordinator!

    To start off - WOW. Laura Snow did an absolutely amazing job as our day of coordinator! I could not of dreamed of a better coordinator. I feel like she needs to have more credentials added to her name, like "day of coordinator/wonder woman/absolute angel". Day of coordination doesn't even begin to describe how much Laura helped us, she was working hard from day one! She went above and beyond for our wedding day. She always made sure the groom and I were well fed and hydrated, and comfortable! And somehow she even managed to keep all of the rowdy groomsmen in line! I can't begin to imagine all of the behind the scenes work she did on top of that. AND somehow on top of all of that, she even took beautiful pictures of us along the whole wedding day! Thank you Laura for making our day so special, you are the BEST! :)

    Incredible experience!!

    My daughter, Lindsay, was married at the Powell Crosley estate, and everything was perfect. Laura Snow deserves all of the credit for this, she is outstanding!
    Laura is everything that you could possibly need, while planning your wedding. She is kind, patient and sincere, she truly wants you to have a perfect wedding. I can't imagine having gone through this process without her. On the day of the wedding, Laura is organized, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. She is wonderful!
    The food was delicious, we chose family style dining for our guests, and it was perfect. I was thrilled to see the steam coming off of the platters as it was served. It was hot and delicious!
    We had an outstanding experience!!! 10+ stars!

    We loved working with Laura!

    Our wedding coordinator Laura was absolutely amazing! She helped make sure our dream wedding came to life and made the day flawless. You can tell she knows what she’s doing! She was there for anything we needed and was so sweet. She would remind us at times to just sit back and take it all in, which we appreciated so much (because it truly goes by so fast!) and took some photos herself which was so thoughtful. It was such a magical day and I can’t imagine doing it without her. I would recommend her to anyone!

    Amazing Company and People

    My fiancé and I planned to get married next fall. Laura our coordinator and chef Roberta were so friendly and helpful. They were on top of everything and always had time to answer our questions. Unfortunately my fiancé had a loss of income and we had to cancel the wedding. Having already paid our deposit we needed to postpone the wedding until an undetermined time in the future. We were not expecting to get our deposits back. We signed a contract stating all monies were non-refundable. Laura and Roberta were so compassionate and empathetic toward us and our loss of income. They gave us a generous portion of the deposit back, without us asking, just to help us out. I have never experienced such gracious professionalism. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. We will be going back to Laura and Chef Roberta once our finances are situated. ❤️❤️❤️

    Hiring Sarasota and Tampa Wedding Gallery for the Day of Coordination was one of my best decisions when planning my wedding. Laura was outstanding and the day would not have been as perfect if it was not for her insight and expertise. She was always one step ahead and her organizational skills and suggestions were beyond helpful throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier with how things went, thanks to her help!     Anastasia was an awesome day of coordinator! I know our day wouldn't have been the same without her help and all the planning! Our guests also mentioned how on her game she was. I loved that I was able to make last minute decisions the day of our wedding about the location of the ceremony and reception due to weather. She made the whole day run smoothly and it couldn't have been planned any better!

    So no matter what we asked, or how many times I asked, their advice was practical and thoughtful. What I loved was that they have several planners, so I could even get a quick answer by just calling them. We decided not to go overboard on flowers and with my pictures, I got back smart alternatives. Absolutely the best decision to use this company.

    As a former Law Enforcement Officer, changed careers, currently DJing high end events as a Wedding DJ, working with Christine Green at the Powel Crosley Estate during a beautiful wedding on a Saturday was simple. I noted she was very attentive to the bride and grooms needs which was important. A very level headed person to work with despite all the stressors that come with weddings. Professional and focused. Working with her was exceptionally simple. She communicated changes, requests, and needs from the bride and groom very well. Despite the terrible weather during this event, she still managed to make this event a success. I would personally trust her with any special day!

    So here's the challenge; planning a wedding in 8 weeks for about 70 guests and family. The ladies never blinked and the day was just awesome. Our thanks for getting us organized, answering endless phone calls and emails, giving great suggestions for alternatives at the Crosley and just being so generous and patient.     We were married on April 3, 2016 at the Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota, Florida which is a beautiful venue. Our day of planner was Anastasia Taylor, who was absolutely terrific. We had the pleasure of sitting down with Anastasia two days prior to the wedding and ran through everything. We felt very comfortable knowing we were in her very capable hands, especially with coming from Philadelphia for a destination wedding. On the day of the wedding, everything was as described and went off without a hitch. Anastasia was kind, courteous, flexible and there for anything we may have needed. She is a rising star in this profession and we can't thank her enough for making our special day perfect!!

    My husband and I were married at the Powel Crosley Estate this past May. Our planner was Christine and we can't thank her enough for all her help! We were planning the wedding from Texas and she was so patient, responsive and professional while working with us. She was there for us for two events which went off flawlessly thanks to her organization. She even went home during one event to pick up a laptop for us to use after we forgot to bring one! We selected all our vendors based upon the recommendations provided and we were incredibly impressed with them all. The way the team from the Sarasota Wedding Gallery setup the reception area was beautiful and exactly our vision! We'd highly recommend any couple consider using this team!

    Our original day of got sick, so we had another planner assigned to us.. she was a sweet, organized and calm as our original planner. Day of was smooth, and just perfect. Well worth the money!

    We were extremely happy with our Day Of Wedding Coordinator, Christine Greene. Leading up to the event, she was super responsive and helpful with some of our more particular requests. She took the time to meet with us and go through each and every detail of the ceremony and reception without trying to upsell us on linens/fabrics. Christine was very pleasant to work with and, on the day of, she worked extremely hard for everything to come together flawlessly. Every time I saw Christine during the wedding she was running around making sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be while maintaining a pleasant/calm demeanor. My husband and I reflected after the wedding how smooth and flawless it was and nothing went wrong! I highly recommend Christine!!

    I cannot begin to express mine and my family's thankfulness for Sarasota Wedding Gallery, specifically Amanda Cartmell, our wedding coordinator. Amanda could not have been a better person for us to work with to plan our wedding. Although we met Amanda only a mere two months before our wedding day (our previous wedding planner took another job), Amanda stepped right in with her "I can handle anything" attitude and calm, kind demeanor and made the next two months and day-of feel *practically* stress free. The day of the wedding, Amanda made sure to arrive bright early at 8am even though guests weren't arriving until after 3pm. She came to the church with us to help with the ceremony and returned back to the venue to ensure a smooth beginning. Despite a little rain and a couple small snafus (it's wedding, they will happen) I didn't worry about a thing because I knew Amanda had it all under control. Calm, organized, assertive, happy and easy to work with - every quality I could ever ask for in a wedding coordinator, Amanda had them and more.     Came to these wedding planners with less than 6 weeks as my family had a change of heart (in a good way) to come to us. The ladies at the Sarasota Wedding Gallery just jumped and did everything that was on my list plus everything that I did not even know should have been on my list. It was a day beyond my dreams. Thank you again Christine for being so quick on all of the items I kept changing my mind on. The other ladies were just as helpful. Definitely hire them - their service was just outstanding!

    We got married at the Powel Crosley Esate and started planning our wedding a year in advance. We spent a great deal of time researching different wedding coordinators/vendors/venues. By and large, Sarasota Wedding Gallery completely stood out to us after my first conversation with Alexis. She completely understood our vision and was such a pleasure to speak to immediately. Throughout the whole planning process, she totally latched on to what we wanted for our day and in the end really made everything come to life. She was prompt, communicative, professional, friendly, kind, organized and so stress free which was most important to me. I organize events for a living, so I'm already a neurotic person when it comes to logistics and details and things going absolutely perfectly. She completely exceeded my highest expectations. Every detail of our wedding was taken care of without the slightest bit of stress on me the day of. She was extremely attentive and didn't seem to be frantic whatsoever, when I KNOW there were a million things she was doing at once. Whenever we needed her, she was right there. Even collecting and organizing cards and gifts was done without a wrinkle. At the end of our night, she had already organized everything I needed to depart without rummaging around and trying to collect all of our things.

    Alexis made sure that we had our drinks in hand at all times. She timed everything perfectly and made every transition from set up to ceremony to cocktail hour to introductions to reception flow with incredible ease. Our guests were EXTREMELY impressed with how "flawless" our day was. I can't exaggerate how many people said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and that everything just went off so perfectly. She was worth SO MUCH MORE than what we paid for all of her work and help. I can't imagine a better day or how anyone could have improved upon the job Alexis did. Eternally thankful we had her. She's the best.

    This company was a huge help in both planning my wedding and coordinating everything the day of. We worked with Alexis, who was wonderful! We didn't know where to start when planning the wedding and she was always available to help and answer any questions. Everything was very organized, which relieved a ton of stress! Overall, the made the planning process much more enjoyable. Everyone was very nice and professional. They also worked with us on our budget so we never went over. I would definitely recommend them for any wedding/ event.

    Cayton was absolutely fabulous.. she was so organzied and kept everythign on track. We loved her ideas on the ceremony with lighting and curtins. The day of our wedding.. what a wirlwind.. keeping our bridal party organized and in the right spot when the photographer needed them. She was good at keeping everything on schedule, so there was plenty of time for dancing - which wa really important to us. They are right - you blnik and it is over.. so we both really appreciated that time was not spent on anything less than important to us. Super wonderful.. you won't go worng with her as your planner. Go t theri shop - you can see everything as a set-up - which helped us on the final rentals.

    Alexis and her assistant were amazing. Somehow they were able to set up a truck full of decorations in not much time. She paid such close attention to detail. I thought for sure that with all I was having her set up, something would be out of place, but I didn't notice a single thing not where I had planned on it being. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Alexis was wonderful with coordinating everything between my vendors taking care of anything she could to make the last days easier on me. If you want your event to run smoothly, I'd highly recommend using Alexis as your day-of coordinator.

    I had my wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate this past October. Originally I didn't plan on getting a wedding coordinator but boy I am so glad that I did. I worked with Alexis and she was so amazing! Words cannot describe how awesome she was but I will sure try. From the beginning, she is helpful, patience, and very responsive to emails. She directs me when I am lost during the decision making process for all things without the feeling of pushiness. On the wedding day, the florist delivered bouquets and boutonnieres to the bridal room. When the groomsmen and the family members arrive at the venue, I was looking for Alexis to deliver the boutonnieres to them. When I looked over at the table where the boutonnieres were sitting, there were gone. She had already delivered and even helped pinned them. That was the moment that I knew that I had made the right choice to hire her and never question or worry for the rest of my wedding day. She would come and remind me when its time to change outfits, cut cake, or pictures, etc. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the day and night carefree and without the stress of things being on time. The wedding event went flawlessly and I know a big part of it was due to the planning and coordination that Alexis did.

    My daughter's wedding was held at the Powell Crosley Estate in June and we used Sarasota Wedding Gallery and Milan Catering for all of the wedding planning as well as catering. As you can see from the 5 star review, we couldn't have been happier with both the wedding planning and the catering. From the first phone call to Alexis to the last moment at the end of the evening of the wedding, everything that my daughter, son in law and I had dreamed of became a reality. Alexis has the patience of a saint when dealing with long distance brides and mother of the brides. We were only able to visit Sarasota once before the wedding, which resulted in many emails and phone calls. Every request, whether big or small was met with professionalism and always a positive attitude. Alexis is the calm in the middle of a storm! She was able to keep us on track and always with a smile. All of our guests literally came from all over the US and we are still getting comments on how wonderful the wedding was. Thank you Alexis for creating a memory of a lifetime!

She was our wedding planner, and is a complete sweet heart, professional, organized, and helpful beyond words. From the moment we hired her, she made everything so much easier for us.     I got married at the Crosley Estate this past April. We chose Milan Catering and I had the pleasure of working with Alexis Alexander. One of the services that Sarasota Wedding Gallery provides is day of wedding coordination. At first, I did not think that I would need one. I had done a lot of planning and preparing on my own, but TRUST me when I say that you will want it! I decided about 2 months out, that I wanted to hire Alexis and it was the best decision that I could have made. She was there to help me plan all of the final details and helped put my mind at ease before the big day! On our wedding day, she arrived early, coordinated with all of our vendors, and helped guide and direct our day. When I arrived to the mansion and saw Alexis, I knew that our wedding was going to be just perfect. She is professional, thoughtful, and is amazing at what she does. I am thankful that I chose Sarasota Wedding Gallery to help make my dream wedding come true! 

    Our day-of event planner and catering service was excellent! First when putting together the proposal she pulled together dinner recommendations she made after speaking with me. Others I called told me to choose from their website event after getting my preferences. Milan making the initial suggestions and alternatives helped a lot. The event planner had a lot of great suggestions and recommendations as well for the wedding. She too helped set-up all items I brought day of and made sure everything went smoothly. Everyone knew what to do and when to do it. This made my wedding day very stress-free. Well worth it!

    We planned a destination wedding for our daughter, Nan. She and her fiance lived in Austin Texas, we lived in Tallahassee, Florida and the wedding site was Sarasota, Florida. I immediately decided we needed a Wedding Planner to assist us. The best thing I ever did was to select Alexis Alexander as our wedding planner. She worked around everyone's schedules over a 9 month period of planning. She was respectful and thoughtful about the needs of our blended family. She made time for us to come at "key moments" to make on site decisions. She guided us towards selecting the Powel Crosley Estate, which was picture perfect for our daughter's 1920's theme wedding. She suggested excellent vendors for floral, catering, transportation, hotel stays and any other items we needed for the day. Finally, we had a picture perfect day that made our daughter and her husband very happy. She made sure none of us had a "care in the world" on the day of the wedding so we could all enjoy our moments as a family. Thank you Alexis. What a true pleasure to work with you.

    We just got married at the Powel Crosley in February. One of the first vendors we hired was Sarasota Wedding Gallery and Alexis Alexander was our wedding coordinator. I live local but all my family is up north so I felt better having a coordinator. We highly recommend her, she is AMAZING. Most of my vendors came from her recommendation and we could not have been any happier with the outcome of our beautiful day! I was nervous when I arrived to the Crosley that morning, but within moments of talking to her I felt ready to go. Everything arrived on time and was set up beautifully. She would continue to check on me and my groom to make sure we were eating and had everything we needed. She was running around all day, not in a crazy way but in a professional getting things done way! The day and night ran perfectly, we just can not say enough fabulous things about her, we love her!!! Thank you Alexis for helping us make this day even more special for us and all of our guests!! We highly recommend her for your upcoming weddings, you will not regret the choice!!!

    You know how everyone always says "prepare for something to go wrong" at you wedding? Well you never know how great of a coordinator you have until you find out that something did go wrong and you didnt even know it! I worked with Alexis from the Gallery and she is AMAZING!!!!!
    One of my guests ended up needing to go to the hospital. Yes thats right, every brides nightmare. Ambulance, stretcher, the whole nine. But Alexis made sure the paramedics showed up with NO lights NO sound and not a word to the Bride or Groom and we were completely clueless which is what needed to happen to ensure we still had an amazing day. Other than a tiny group none of our guests had a clue either.

    I was a very stressed out bride leading up to things, but on that day I felt completely at ease because Alexis was there and she was on top of everything! That girl worked! She was running around for hours and hours... I was amazed. She kept us on track, there were several times when I had guest after guest wanting photos and I had yet to step in for dinner... she made sure I was seated and FED without being interrupted. There are so many reasons I would recommend Alexis and Sarasota Wedding Gallery but from one bride to another I can just say the best part was I was able to enjoy my day. One of my best memories from the day was when Alexis lined me up at the top of the stairs to walk down, her words of encouragement calmed me completely and at that point I knew hiring her was probably the best decision we made in this process.

    Our wedding was held at the Powel Crosley on Jan 12 and we were lucky and fortunate enough to be working with Alexis Alexander. She helped plan our wedding in 6 months from beginning to end. We would not have it any other way. Alexis answered every question we had very promptly and brought up things we would have never thought or knew about. The gallery at the office is very useful to help visualize the type of linens and table setting. It made it easier to make decisions and know how the wedding will look. Our wedding went without a single hiccup and was flawless. Alexis made sure everything was the way we liked it on the day of our wedding and she kept us hydrated and feed throughout the day. We keep wanting to relive the day over and over. Every vendor Alexis recommended matched our style and personality. We would highly recommend her for your wedding if you want it to be memorable and perfect.

    I just got married at the Powel Crosley in Sarasota, FL on 10/20. This was a destination wedding for us and we used Alexis as our day-of wedding coordinator. She was phenomenal. I can't say enough praise about her. I could not have planned a destination wedding from so far away without her assistance. She provided a list of top notch vendors to help narrow down my search from the beginning. She then helped answer multiple questions along the way and was a tremendous help with organization prior to the wedding in anticipating schedules and lists of wedding props that I would have never even thought of. The wedding day itself went so smoothly and she was always there keeping us on schedule and packing up things so they were ready for us at the end. I highly recommend them and Alexis especially!!

    Alexis was wonderful and she did so much to make it the perfect reception/party. She was great on the day of the wedding but before the wedding she was on top of everything and was answering questions we had not thought of asking. From the first time I spoke with Alexis, she inspired confidence in me. Alexis sent us pictures and really listened to what the bride was trying to do. It would have been easy to sit back and do what we asked, but Alexis kept showing us how to get the look and feel we wanted with suggestions for decor, other vendors and sharing what would or wouldn't work. She had ideas and gently guided us through all the details that go with a party for 200.

    I actually was able to enjoy myself, which didn't seem possible as the mother of the bride. Despite the cold and wind, I felt relaxed enough to dance and eat and everything went as smoothly as she promised. The guests were in awe and my dad referred to her as scurrying around like a squirrel...she was everywhere at once. The part, however, that I dreaded the most was the clean up afterwards. I was stunned when so much of it was already done by the time the party ended, thanks to Alexis. She was still there when I left with my car full of the DIY stuff. Amazing!

    I can't thank her enough on behalf of my family and more particularly, the bride and groom.

    I am writing to offer my unreserved recommendation for Alexis Alexander and The Sarasota Wedding Gallery. This recommendation is LONG overdue and my husband and I apologize greatly for our untimely response.

    Alexis Alexander was an integral contributor in every facet of our recent wedding on October 7th, 2012. I want to personally thank her for her dedication, creativity and service. At the beginning of the day I considered her my Event Planner, but by the end she became a trusted friend. We seemed to weave a perfect pattern, and when she told me not to worry, I believed her because I knew I was in good hands. Alexis took care of things just as I would, and allowed my husband, family and myself to enjoy the celebration.

    There are several stories that I can share with you that display how devoted Alexis is to her Bride and Groom. One story in particular stands out for me because it was at that moment that Alexis showed how kindhearted she is towards her clients. While waiting to walk down the aisle to marry the love of my life, I broke down in tears. Alexis was there to provide a "pre-marriage" pep talk so I was at ease. She continued to wipe my tears and blot my face, ensuring that I looked perfect. Her sincerity, good judgment, and grace truly made her my personal confidant at that moment, and for the rest of the evening.

    We felt like Alexis Alexander and The Sarasota Wedding Gallery was our personal wedding insurance policy. Every time we hit a barricade, she was there to save us and keep us moving in the right direction. Everyone says that something will go wrong on your wedding day, and it did. We never knew of the issues until the next day because Alexis was able to smooth things over casually and professionally. She was an outstanding wedding planner; kindhearted, professional, organized, compassionate, creative, warm, and a complete joy to work with. We cannot thank her enough for all that she did to make our day the best day of entire lives.

She was AWESOME and took over so much of the many little things I had planned to be dealing with at the rehearsal and on the wedding day. She really took charge of our group to make sure everyone knew what they needed to do and where they needed to be. She was sooooooo helpful the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond with all of our DIY decorations and making sure things were set up beautifully. My mother also told me that a bird had had an accident on one of the tables (outdoor reception) and she ran to have the linens laundered and returned in time!!! Incredible! She was also so helpful in packing everything up and loading our car that night. She was so professional, responsive and detail oriented. We really had such a great experience with her and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Alexis!!!

    My daughter got married at powell crosley on 10/7/12. We had the Sarasota Wedding Gallery organize all the planning as far as table settings, organizing of vendors, etc. We had dealt with a couple of different planners over the year - which were all excellent and very helpful. The day of the wedding - we were blessed to have Alexis working with us. SHe was AMAZING. From 11 AM to 11:30 pm. She had everything planned to a tee!!!! Everything went on as scheduled - with no problems arising. She was very helpful, consciencious, courtious and kept us all informed as things were happening. The girls epecially liked her little "Bag" she had that contained anything from bandaids, advil, immodium, etc. Whatever anyone needed she just pulled it out of her bag - like a magician. Everyone complemented on how great she was and how helpful she was to everyone there - wedding and guests alike. We truly would recommend Alexis to plan your wedding or special event. SHe was awesome!!!!!

    So.. if you don't visit the gallery.. you really can't get any idea of what amazing decor items are out there to rent! I wanted more of a vintage classic look - and by the way, I am sick of seeing gold chivari chairs; the gallery had such HUGE selection of alternatives, I really could design my look. AND the Linens - OMG!. Our first event planner left, but I went down, met the other 3 ladies; and just clicked with Shaina, who is really a sweetheart and was so helpful as DOC.. I had no worries and just had a perfect day.

    I would recommend them if you really want a unique look AND no worries the day of

    Wonderful ladies... the settings that we created were just beautiful. I love the idea that we could create everything in their showroom before I made the last minute decisions. Glad I did that; a few of my colors .. o my! Kept us on schedule; which was hard with the sunset photos; did a great job!

    We originally hired Sarasota Wedding Gallery for "day of" coordination, thinking that although we had the planning pretty much under control, it would be nice to have a go to for all the of the vendors on the wedding day.

    My husband and I were lucky enough to be paired with Jaedyn who truly went above and beyond in every way. She of course called and confirmed all of the vendors, but it was the way she handled all of the little detailes on the wedding day that was so impressive and truly a life savor!! From bustling my dress after the ceremony, to getting us bottles of water during the pictures, to finding the flowers the hotel never delivered to the room, to repinning my hair throughout the evening, to pinning my bustle back up after a friend stepped on my dress on the dance floor ripping all of the loops off, she was there the entire time. Those were just a few of the things I was even aware of!! I know she was hard at work behind the scenes as well. Having her there allowed myself, my husband and our family and friends to relax and enjoy the best day of our lives.

    I wish there was a way to express how grateful my husband and I are that we had Jaedyn and the Sarasota Wedding Gallery there with us. I would urge any bride to consider them for wedding planning and/or day of services, trust me you will so happy you did!!

    UK Destination Bride A++++++
    Tryng to plan a wedding so far away is stressful; but after I found the Gallery; I knew I was in good hands. Kala was very responsive to my emails and arranged all of the venders for me to visit on my once only trip over before the wedding visit. Her knowledge of St. Petersburg, FL was invaluable and her top venders were very professional. After my visit to the gallery, I see why they are so organized. Their rooms have each interior of the St. Petersburg event halls, so it was easy to create the right look and visually see how it gets put together. During the day of our wedding, everything ran like clockwork. I just enjoyed my day! I would highly recommend them to any bride planning a destination wedding.

    LIFESAVERS...... all of the ladies at the Gallery. I had a friend who volunteered to coordinate my wedding (she just got married).... well... to make a long story short... SHE QUIT!!!! The Week Before!!!! Panic can not describe me; I got on the phone and started down the list of wedding planners. The thrid phone call was the Gallery, and when they heard my story, and responded with "no worries", I knew I had found the right ones. They all jumped in, special Kudos to Kala for leading them to pull it all together. My wedding day was PERFECT - I owe it to the wonderful team at the Gallery.

    I had the most wonderful experience working with Sarasota Wedding Gallery. Working with Kim was a true pleasure. She understood from the beginning what we wanted and what our budget was. She never tried to pressure us into ordering anything more expensive or more than we needed. She did everything she could to keep our cost down and help us create a beautiful event! I don't know what I would have done without Kim the week of the wedding. The weather started looking like it was going to be close to freezing and she calmed me down as I sent her emails worrying about needing heaters and a tent. The day of was much colder than we anticipated but she was great at problem solving and recommended moving the ceremony closer and the dinner inside. She always had our guests comfort and enjoyment in mind and her decisions and weather planning paid off. She kept a cool head and made the right decisions. Everything looked more beautiful than I could have hoped and all her recommendations created a beautiful event. While we were getting our portraits done she even brought over some of the hor'derves to the wedding party and a special plate just for my husband and I. I never felt like I had to worry about a single thing. I just got to sit back and enjoy the champagne, family & friends, and new husband. Book them now! You won't regret it!

    Kim did excellent job as being my coordinator. She was there at the rehearsal with me and took control with our wedding party. We had 17 in the wedding party so to get through the rehearsal someone needed to take control and she did. On the big day she was there to help pin flowers on make sure I was ok and breathing and everyone else okay. While I was getting ready she was helping my husband because his tux wasn't fitting, well she did a great job at hidding it from me so I wouldn't get stressed. I didn't hear about it until the reception from my husband. She gave my husband tissues for the ceremony to hold onto to give to me for when I cried, and she wiped my tears away just before I went down the aisle and told me to take a deep breath. She is good! She knows what she is doing and how to keep a bride not stressed and calm. Thank You!

    Super, super organized staff; including their assistant, Ann, who helped on the enertainment. We didn't use a typical location; so when I put the list together for a bay front tent, a chill lounge, dance floor,and all of that other stuff, they were just really good at finding the best value with my list.     They were able to find those one of a kind items that really made my photos look beautiful. We took their suggestions to add family photos on the windowsills and on the mantles which gave a intimate touch to each of the rooms, and our guets loved looking at the family photos. We added lots of candlelights at night to the tables which kept the romance of the mansion for the entire evening. Our wedding planner was Kala; she was SO organized and kept everything on schedule as we did not rent the mansion for the long hours. I appreciated that she was so capable with the other venders as well. The gallery was definately an important addition to our planning. HIGHLY recommended (and you have to see their Crosley room - they painted part of the showroom to be the inside of the Mansion; including lighting. Once Kala ordered in the linens, decor, and chairs (with suggested alternatives); we set the table to see what it would look like at night. That was one of my bigget worries, that after all of this planning, the effect would look silly. You can see on their FaceBook that is was spectacular! Thank you ladies

    They weren't kidding.. the linen selections were like WOW. I decided to add more to the really important tables; ours; cake and gift and sign in, which now looking at the photos - was teh right decision. The staff did some intricate scalloping which made it look romantic and pretty. One month before, I made the leap for the DOC; Kala was a lifesaver. She really took over the management of all of those venders; whose emails were driving me absolultely crazy. (I think they were slightly afraid of her - because she really made them go to her when they had questions). She also coordinated my bridal exit - which was really important; like doing an introduction in reverse. I can't imagine her energy level; she was here when we arrived to get ready; and helped my parents load up the car with our gifts at the end of the evening. We did supply lots of DIY centerpeices - those got put back into the car as well; and they even carefully packed it all up for my mom. That was just a nice thing to do. So, get the linens, the DOC and enjoy!

    Kala was our DOC.. she was really organized, with the photos, videographer and even the DJ. (she has a habit of saying "no worries" - and as I heard that through out the evening, I knew we were in good hands. She spent several days with us over the course of the planning to create that vintage, romantic feeling at the Crosley. Since they have a showroom that has a Crosley interior, it was really comforting to know how everything would look.. before we showed up. My colors were gold and champagne, and she was able to find the right dinnerware with that vintage feel. More importantly, she was very patient with me constantly changing my mind and sending her new pics. When I saw the reception - I knew that she really got me! My Mom helped quite a bit in the process and she was just as thrilled. Wonderful event planning and the absolutely best DOC!

    This is the hardest review to do; as my father died a few weeks before our wedding; and it is only through the efforts of these ladies at the Gallery that I, Mom and my sisters, plus all of my aunts did not unravel. You can imagine how upset we were and it really diminished the fun part of the planning; as everytime I picked something up to make a decision, I was reminded of my Dad (which left me weeping) or I felt that this was all so frivilous. Both Kala and Kim just jumped in; and made alot of the decisions for me and coordinated all of the venders with whatever it is that they need to know, do or ? During the day of our wedding, there were lots of moments when I, my Mom or even my sisters could have crumbled; but Kala kept us on schedule and kept me insulated from it all. My wedding day was a blur, but one of the few memories I treasure is Kala telling me to take a deep breath and then smiling at me as if the world was OK. There are really lots of reviews out there about wonderful service, I read them to think about what to say for the Gallery. But Kala and Kim went way beyond a for hire service, their compassion for me was remarkable.

    Kim was truly a sweetheart. She kept both Mom's busy while I tired to stay calm. So cute, she made sure I took a deep breath before the walk. She and her staff told us that Plan B (rain) would be nothing to worry about, and so when it happened, she was right, we just kept dancing while the staff moved tables and chairs so that the guests stayed dry. One of the best decisions we every made!

    Thank you so much to Kala, our coordinator w/ the Sarasota Wedding Gallery, and her team for making our wedding planning and day perfect! I was super anxious about planning my wedding, and honestly did not want to have to deal with it, as I knew it would stress me out. I also wanted to make sure that our parents and bridesmaids/groomsmen, did not have to deal w/ helping to plan the wedding either(esp b/c a majority of them live in Colorado). The whole way through, Kala listened to our ideas and questions, provided us with wonderful feedback, and followed through with all the planning and coordinating so that I was relaxed and actually enjoyed planning. She not only made me feel calm (which i know my husband appreciated!), she made sure our wedding was beautiful and ran smoothly. Kala was so great about coordinating with all our other vendors, which allowed me to have a good time with all my family and friends who were arriving from out of town the week(s) prior to the wedding. My wedding rehearsal and wedding day couldn't have gone any better. I was never once stressed, and I knew everything was taken care of...I just got to have fun! The wedding got so many compliments about how beautiful and fun it was, how great the food was (thanks to Milan Catering who worked hand-in-hand with Kala), but my favorite was that "it was very you"- this sums up what I was hoping for our wedding to be... and this couldn't have been possible w/o Kala.

    One of the very best decisions I made was hiring Kala at the Sarasota Wedding Gallery. She was so instrumental in just keeping me and my bridal party organized and running the ceremony and reception. Of course, it rained that day.. my worst nightmare. But she and my captain and my chef had already worked out Plan B - so we ended up delaying the ceremony a 1/2 hour and then the staff wiped off the chairs and we GOT Married!!!! And Kala never blinked or showed any stress; she just kept running and keeping it upbeat and organized.

    We also used them for the linens and decor. I got the ceremonial arch that was built using the grapevines and they added the pink orchids to the arch. My pics are just beautiful. The linens we picked were more expensive than the original ones.. but I just wanted them to sparkle at night. They added centerpieces that were really lots of bridal candles (battery operated - which was really a good idea) and the evening was just sooooo romantic. The designer at the gallery really helped me pull together every picture I had saved and create a style that was vintage romance. We added crystal vases with single blush roses in each one as a favor and I also added the napkin rings that looked like diamond rings for favors. THAT got's lots of raves.

    I really recommend them. Their designing was awesome. AND Kala was absolutely the best

    We were super lucky to work with Kala for the planning of our day of coordatination service. She told us straight, made helpful recommendations, had a flexible schedule, knew a ton of people in the industry - she was top notch! We were also surprised how she took the lead at our rehearsal - she was 100% in charge and SO helpful! She called all of our vendors for coordination and didn't miss a beat. We forgot our rings during the ceremony and she improvised, asking my parents to take theirs off so we'd have rings to marry with. We LOVED her. She brought an assistant (Alexis) who was also perfect, professional and a huge part of our day. Thank you!

    We used Alexis as a wedding coordinator for our recent wedding. She was very helpful in helping us organize our thoughts to execute a perfect day! From the beginning, she helped us with vendors and offered crucial advice and timelines to help us along. We were really able to benefit from her expertise and experience. Where she really was vital was wedding day. She had made a timeline and kept things very organized and running on time! She had everything in place as we had talked about and really put extra touches in everything. The entire night she has the best interest of the bride and groom and really make the perfect evening. I am confident in recommending Alexis/Sarasota wedding gallery in helping to make your wedding day perfect.     I used their services in conjunction with my Milan catering contract. Alexis was very responsive and flexible. There was a bit of an issue because my original planner left abruptly without notice or follow-up. While Alexis did do a lot to make my wedding special, there were a few details that were left out or not addressed. Overall my wedding was great thanks to them!

    Originally when I began this process, I was working with Kala, who was great. She would come to bridal shows with me, respond to emails quickly, go to floral appointments with me, all that good stuff. However, within a few months until the wedding, emails started getting responded to less and less (by emails from me and my mother). Eventually we learned that Kala was on maternity leave and wouldn't be back in time for the wedding and we would be working with Jessie (would have been nice to know without us having to yank information out of her, but whatever, what are you going to do).

    I tried emailing Jessie multiple times and it would take forever for a response, sometimes I didn't get a response at all and resent the email until I got something. I met Jessie the day before the wedding for the rehearsal since I didn't live in the area (about 4 hours away) and rehearsal went well enough. The day of the wedding, I had no idea when Jessie was showing up and my mother couldn't get a hold of her on the phone. She eventually showed up and put everything together very nicely. However, my bridesmaids said that she was very rude to them and were pretty fed up with her by the end of the night.

    While the wedding was lovely, I was very unhappy with getting stuck with Jessie and know my experience would have been a better one if Kala was available like I thought she'd be. I would recommend working with anyone but Jessie.

    I am very disappointed with the service I received from Sarasota wedding gallery. I was very excited when hiring them based on my reviews from most wedding websites but the quality of services I received (especially since I had a destination wedding) was very disappointing. I found it them to be very disinterested in my wedding and I assume it was because after my first planner quit and it took 2 months of hearing nothing they assigned me to there "best" planner, Kala. Which in turn was, I guess, there busiest planner and since I wasn't a local Gala or event, my wedding was put on the backburner. Overall the wedding turned out beautifully and I did get some great vendor suggestions from Sarasota Wedding Gallery, but the truth is I would have rather paid my catering coordinator at my venue the amount of money I paid SWG to "help plan" my wedding.
