Olivia Sent on 11/04/2025Sarah Turned Our Midnight Garden Vision into Magic - Professional, Thoughtful, and Incredibly Talented
Working with Sarah was a true dream. From the moment we started working together on planning my wedding 1 year ago, I knew she not only understood my vision of a Midnight Garden, but knew how to elevate it with small and intentional additions.
From our initial call when I was describing my vision, Sarah instantly understood the atmosphere I was trying to create and even suggested a speak-easy cocktail hour with a jazz trio as a nice ode to my husband's Louisiana roots. Sarah sent out a detailed questionnaire for me and my husband to fill out, about our design preferences/styles, that demonstrated to me how much she truly invests in her clients and understanding who they are.
Throughout the process Sarah was very responsive, and was able to answer questions in a timely manner. She was also mindful of budget and helped us not overspend (an easy thing to do) when planning. She kept us organized and provided a helpful timeline to keep us on track. In working with her, I didn't feel like I ever had to make any rash decisions, we always had plenty of time to decide on important decisions.
Sarah helped and refined the moodboard for the wedding, and selected incredible vendors that matched the overall vision. I always felt in great hands with her and never doubted the vendors she selected for our wedding day.
The day of the wedding itself, Sarah's team were incredible and detail-oriented and multiple people commented on how great of the flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception was and that was all thanks to Sarah's timing and knowledge.
Working with Sarah was a beyond great experience and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for an incredible wedding planner.

There is no way to fully capture how phenomenal Sarah Kazemburg is. She truly is a force to be reckoned with - her professionalism is unmatched, her creativity is immense, and her execution is perfect.
Quickly following our introductory consultation, we knew that we could trust Sarah and call upon her calm, confident leadership. Right away, Sarah brought exciting and thougtful ideas to our vision for our wedding day, all while respecting our budget and setting clear and candid expectations. Throughout the nearly two years we worked together, our planning never felt rushed or overwhelming. Sarah kept everything on track and always made sure we were informed and felt comfortable with the decisions we were making.
Sarah’s approach to bringing couples’ visions to life is thoughtful, thorough, and highly personal. She takes the time to understand who you are, both as individuals and as a couple, and uses that understanding to craft a wedding that feels completely your own. We were so impressed with how she wove so many different elements of us - our story, our personalities, our style, our interests - into the design, details, and overall feel of our wedding day. Sarah stayed true to our vision, but elevated it - with fresh ideas, expert knowledge, and tremendous creativity - into something so much more special than we thought possible.
On the day of our wedding, Sarah handled everything flawlessly - every moment and detail was executed with precision. She assembled an outstanding team of vendors who were kind, talented, and equally wonderful to work with - which spoke volumes about Sarah’s tremendous reputation and connections in the industry. Thanks to her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every minute of our wedding day - from morning preparations, through to the ceremony and reception.
In short - your simply must work with Sarah Kazemburg. She is an incredibly talented, visionary planner, an absolute joy to work with, and someone you can trust implicitly to create your dream wedding day. We are endlessly grateful for all that she did to make our wedding so much more than we could have hoped for. -

Flawless from start to finish!
Hiring Sarah was, hands down, the best decision we made in planning our wedding. From the moment we started working with Sarah, we knew we were in the best hands. What initially felt like an overwhelming, daunting process quickly became seamless and enjoyable because of Sarah’s expertise, incredible organization, communication, and creativity.
One of the first things that stood out to us in our initial intro call was Sarah’s calm and grounded presence. She exudes such a calming energy, which makes it impossible to feel stressed with her as your planner. At the same time, she’s completely on top of every single detail and is all business when it matters most. Her ability to stay calm and collected while managing a million moving parts is one of her many superpowers.
We came to Sarah with the seed of a design concept, and she helped us shape and refine it into a fully formed design vision: ‘Dolce Vita meets French Riviera’ with vibrant colors and a Mediterranean-meets-Nantucket flair. Sarah brought this vision to life even better than we could’ve imagined and perfectly captured every bit of the mood board we created together. Her eye for design is next level and every detail was elevated and intentional.
Beyond the design, Sarah was organized, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable. Not only were her recommendations always spot-on, she also handled everything from vendor outreach and contracts to room block logistics and timeline coordination, always with complete professionalism and zero stress on our end. We always felt in the loop, but never overwhelmed. She made herself available for every question, big or small, and her responses were always prompt, thoughtful, and helpful. She offers her expert opinion without ever being overbearing and her guidance helped us avoid the decision fatigue that often comes with wedding planning.
When it came to the actual weekend, Sarah and her team flawlessly executed everything. The flow of the day was perfect, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment without worrying about a single detail. It was seamless, and we know that we only saw a fraction of it compared to all of the behind-the-scenes work that was done.
We are endlessly grateful to Sarah and her team. She’s not only incredibly talented and professional, but also kind and a true joy to work with. We can’t recommend her enough! -

Sarah truly made all of our dreams come true. We worked with her over the course of a year and a half planning our wedding, and she was with us every step of the way, from touring potential venues, to menu tasting, to even being a text away as I went to my dress appointments. We are a New York couple who had a DC wedding, and never worried for a moment about not being in town for planning- Sarah was so on top of everything and kept us on track every week. I considered myself organized and detail-oriented…until I met Sarah haha! She is truly beyond, and our wedding wouldn’t have felt so personal and true to us without her wonderful eye for design. She made sure we got everything we wanted while still optimizing our budget and venue restrictions. And do not even get me started on her work the day and week of the actual wedding! Sarah always kept her cool and never broke a sweat, despite our large bridal parties and the rain that arrived right as our outdoor dinner was about to begin. She also brought the best team with her- all with wonderful, positive, calming presences. We miss Sarah already- she was truly our fairy godmother! We could not recommend her more.

Sarah and her team are an absolute dream!! My husband and I could not be more thankful to have had them as part of our wedding, it truly felt like a fairytale and I owe it all to them. Sarah was so helpful in executing the beautiful design she created, working with all of our vendors, making sure everything came together perfectly on wedding day. There was absolutely nothing we would have changed. I will recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone and will miss working with her! -

Amazing eye for design and production onsite
We worked with Sarah for the Design & Event Management of our wedding in February 2022 at Salamander Resort & Spa. My husband and I are both in the events and hospitality industry so we didn't require a full service planner and we we have incredibly high standards across the board and our wedding exceeded our expectations and was truly the most special night of our lives! Sarah has a brilliant eye for design and our entire felt unique and special to us and the vision that was executed was beyond even the beautiful vision boards, everything came together so cohesively. She helped to assemble an incredible team of vendors for florals, stationary, lighting and beyond....she also gave us great recommendations for vendors we did not book through her. We've heard rave reviews about every detail from our guests and they haven't stopped talking about our wedding! Her team ran a great production onsite and made great decisions when last minute things came up. Our wedding wouldn't have been possible without Sarah and we highly recommend her! -

I must say that one of the best decisions when planning my wedding was hiring Sarah. Some people will tell you that you can plan a wedding by yourself, but I must say I couldn't have done it without her. I remember feeling overwhelmed about having to make so many decisions. Sarah made the experience go smoothly, and made it enjoyable and memorable. She is very thorough and pays close attention to every little detail, so that you don't have to worry about anything on your big day. Sarah is very responsive and will prioritize your needs, which is crucial! She also has great relationships with other vendors and will ensure you find the perfect fit when it comes to florals, decor, etc. I highly recommend Sarah Kazemburg for any of your planning needs. She WILL make your wedding dreams come true, as she did with mine! -

Sarah was seriously our wedding MVP! After a few months of thinking we could pull off our wedding on our own with the help of our venue coordinator, we realized that wasn't going to work and, thankfully, we found Sarah! We were instantly drawn to her personality and her aesthetic and knew it was going to be a great fit to help us across the finish line with our wedding day.
We came to Sarah with a rough vision and some of the bigger details worked out and she really helped us transform those pieces into a gorgeous and magical wedding that far exceeded anything we could have pulled off ourselves! Sarah has an eye for design and made the selection of details (and vendors for those details) very manageable, all while being mindful of a budget and realistic with what would make a difference and what wasn't really necessary.
Sarah was extremely organized and so helpful throughout the process. Especially with day-of coordination, Sarah's timeline was SO detailed and her communication with all of our vendors was top-notch. Having her take over all the communication before the wedding was so helpful and really relieved a lot of stress on our end.
Honestly, our only regret is not hiring Sarah from day one. Hiring her will be the best money you spend on your wedding, we know that was the case for ours!
TL;DR - Sarah is legendary and you will regret not hiring her immediately. Like right now. Go do it. -

Sarah is incredible. From the moment I first spoke to her about our wedding I knew she would have a unique and personalized approach and she really went above and beyond. Throughout the entire process she was diligent, thorough and creative. Our wedding was absolutely magical and came together better than we ever thought possible. A real added bonus to the fact that it all went so well is that I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the actual day! Sarah (and her team!) had everything under control and made sure every little detail went according to our plan, which allowed me to really enjoy every moment of the day. Since the wedding was in a tent at my parent's house it was especially crucial that we had someone thinking of the little details and Sarah didn't miss anything (and organizing a walk-through with all our vendors at one time was incredible). Every vendor she recommended was awesome and executed perfectly. We can't thank Sarah enough and would 100% recommend her to anyone! -

Sarah made sure our wedding kept to our budget and helped keep us on a timeline even when life and schedules got busy. Sarah created a wedding day that was elegant, timeless, and most importantly stress-free for us and our families. Every vendor she recommended was excellent- from florals to makeup, hair, photography, music, cake and desserts, the list is endless! Sarah is absolutely amazing and I will always be thankful to her for giving us the most beautiful perfect day to begin our happily ever after.
