Working with Abigail Anderson from Sarah Kathleen Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
We had a big, joyful Greek wedding followed by a 200+ person reception at the The Drake Hotel, so there were a lot of moving parts, traditions, personalities, and logistics to manage. Abigail handled every single moment with grace, precision, and genuine care. She was incredibly organized, proactive, and always ten steps ahead.
What impressed me most was how seamlessly she navigated both the large-scale production elements and the intimate, emotional moments. She protected the flow of the day while still making me and my husband feel fully present. So many of our guests, and even our vendors, commented on her professionalism and expertise. You could feel that she was deeply respected in the room.
Abigail held the entire experience, from our many online meetings to walk throughs to the final day with calm confidence. If you’re looking for someone who will execute your vision flawlessly while also being a steady, reassuring presence, she is it.

We are so grateful to have had Alyssa from Sarah Kathleen Events as our Day-Of Coordinator. She was truly amazing from start to finish. Even before the wedding, she was incredibly organized and helpful throughout the entire planning process recommending great vendors, keeping us on track, and reminding us of little details we never would have remembered on our own.
We also brought in a lot of our own décor and did many of the reception florals ourselves, and Alyssa was so helpful in setting everything up exactly how we envisioned it. Knowing she was taking care of all of that allowed us to fully enjoy the morning without worrying about a thing.
Even though our venue included on-site coordinators, their focus was mainly on venue-specific tasks. Alyssa, on the other hand, was with us the entire day and knew every detail that mattered specifically to us. Her calm, positive energy was exactly what you want on your wedding day. She made everything feel easy, and I honestly can’t imagine not having her there.
Because she handled everything behind the scenes, I never had to stress about the small things. I was able to be fully present and simply enjoy the day, which is something I’m so grateful for.
If you’re considering hiring a day-of coordinator, I cannot recommend Sarah Kathleen Events and Alyssa enough. She misses no details, brings a steady and supportive energy, and truly made our day run seamlessly. You will be in the best hands! -

Our wedding day truly would not have been possible without Abigail. From the moment she stepped in, she brought an incredible sense of calm, organization, and genuine care that made the entire day run flawlessly. Jessica was our coordinator from Sarah Kathleen Events, and to say she was perfect would be an understatement. She was friendly, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire process and helped organize the wedding of my dreams. All of our wedding documents were organized in an online portal that was easy to access and navigate. She was there every step of the way: pre-planning, planning, the rehearsal, and day-of. I felt comfortable working with her, as she was the main point of contact for all of my vendors. On our wedding day, she had an assistant - Luis - that was great. They both helped make our vision a reality. I walked away from our wedding weekend, not only satisfied with how everything turned out, but with two new friends in Jessica & Luis. My husband and I were unsure about hiring a day of coordinator at first and thought ultimately it might be helpful to help set up any decor and handle any small issues the day of. I was completely wrong and couldn’t imagine not having Bri by our side through the whole process.
She was in constant communication with all the vendors, gave us recommendations, had an amazing vision for all the decor in the room, had a timeline down the very minute for the entire day, helped to clean up at the end of the night, and even helped to fix the bustle on my dress numerous times. I couldn’t recommend Bri enough to anyone considering using Sarah Kathleen Events. She was professional, organized, so sweet and kind, and thought of every little detail. You could tell she is really passionate about her role and genuinely cares about making each couple happy. Our wedding day was so perfect and if any issues did come up, I would never know because Bri handled EVERYTHING. I received so many compliments from my family members about her as well. My husband and I found ourselves saying numerous times leading up to and the night of our wedding saying “thank god for Bri” and “what would we have done without her”. -

Amazing Job by Luis and Staff
Louis and his assistant Erin did an amazing job. Luis was with us from the beginning several months ago trying to work out every detail. He was also very active and helpful during the entire wedding day from setting up and dealing with the different personalities. Erin was also very helpful on the wedding day and she ironed and helped with wardrobe as did Luis. We were so grateful for being able to work with Sarah Kathleen events. Luis was our planner who was amazing! From the first day we met him he was so detail-oriented and passionate about his work that we knew he would be a great fit. The best part of my wedding day (besides marrying the love of my life) was working with Abigail from Sarah Kathleen Events.
Planning a wedding is a lot of work. It involves coordinating with so many vendors we've never had to hire. As a couple totally new to the wedding industry, but we were able to rely on Abigail to guide us through every step of the journey.
Although so much work happened during the planning phase, having Abigail on our big day was the reason everything went so perfectly. The night before, she lead us through our rehearsal. The morning of, she was there to help our entire bridal party. As we had our photos taken, Abigail was making sure all our vendors were aligned and had the details they needed.
But the most memorable part of having Abigail there was the atmosphere she created. Our wedding day went by fast, but Abigail ensured we were relaxed enough to truly take it all in. She kept us calm and allowed us to appreciate each moment.
If you want the very best wedding planner, then choose Sarah Kathleen Events! And thank you for our perfect day, Abigail!! -

I met the staff of Sarah Kathleen events during a tasting at Hotel Baker. At this time, I had found all my vendors and felt confident that everything was set, and I didn’t need anything else. My now husband realized I was becoming overwhelmed just by a tasting and suggested that I go back to Kris to continue conversations. The moment that Kris said to me of course you can handle your own wedding, but do you want to work your own wedding? This was the moment that I knew I needed to hire this event company for day of coordination. Things only got better from there. She helped me to meet deadlines. Provided emotional support for issues that brides unfortunately go through. She heard my earing drop right before I walked down the aisle and then gave me her own earing backing so that my something barrowed wasn’t ruined and saved me from an exploding bruschetta w/balsamic with tide wipes! Between Kris and my MOH I had all the support a bride could need the day of and best of all we had fun! I can’t wait to have another reason to hire Sarah Kathleen Events. -

We had an amazing experience thanks to our wedding planner, Luis Reveles. His communication skills ensured that all our needs were met, making the planning process easier for both the bride and our entire family. As the maid of honor and sister of the bride, I appreciated how he treated me with just as much care and attention. Luis created a fun and friendly relationship while maintaining his professionalism, which is exactly what every couple should have in a wedding planner. Whenever issues arose with the venue, he was right there to help us resolve them. He also captured wonderful behind-the-scenes videos and photos for us to cherish. We were referred to S.K.E by my husbands brother and sister in law who had used her services in August of 2023 and were very happy with the services they received from Luis Reveles. We had most of our wedding planned/vendors selected but decided we needed the help secuirng our final vendors in addition to day of coordination. We reached out to SKE a few months before our wedding and purchased the sweet pea package. Ironically, we were matched with the same planner, Luis Reveles!
We knew from our previous experience with Luis Reveles that we had nothing to worry about. Luis went above and beyond what we could have asked for. He was always available via text, and provided as many recommendations and suggestions as we needed. About a month before the big day I ran into a serious issue with my makeup trial and Luis jumped in to help negotiate a full refund/contract cancelation with the vendor I had booked. He quickly rebooked me with another vendor from his contact list, and assured me I would be happy with the results. In doing this, he not only saved what could have made my day an absolute disaster, he saved us over a thousand dollars. Not to mention he was right, my makeup and my bridesmaid's makeup were stunning come the day of. Outside of the makeup trial disaster, Luis helped us secure our remaining vendors and worked on getting quotes/price matching from our venue saving us even more money!
Luis Reveles handled everything prior to the wedding, coordinating with vendors, creating timelines, and ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The only thing I needed to do was confirm and agree with his proposed timeline. When he sent us the 3-D renderings of our reception, my husband and I squealed with excitement!
During our first meeting with Luis, I expressed the reason I wanted a day of coordinator was so on the day of I could be fully present in wedding day bliss - head in the clouds - only needing to be told where to go and what to do. I also wanted my MOH/family members to share the experience with us and not have to worry about anything! Luis delivered on my wish. Me and my family were able to be fully present without concern about anything come the day of.
Come the day of, Luis Reveles had everything ready. I felt like a princess being catered to, and when I asked for something to be changed at the venue, Luis jumped on it. Whatever I needed, Luis made sure I had it. If anything went wrong that day, I will literally never know because Luis took care of it. Not to mention, Luis was snapping the most amazing content all throughout our rehearsal and wedding day. He caught some amazing moments. I could go on and on about Luis, but this review is already long enough LOL.
If you are a bride considering S.K.E - I highly recommend utilzing their services, they are affordable and deliver luxury services. Request Luis Reveles if he is available! He will be your best friend and will go to bat to ensure you have the most incredible wedding day that you deserve. He truly cares about making his brides feel like the queens they are!

I am the Mother of the Bride. We were so grateful to find this agency that was suggested by The Drake., for our venue. We were extemely blessed to have Lois Reveles take such good care of the whole day. From dress situations and first look changes.
The room was beautiful but Lois and his assistant Catherine took it to a new level and created a magical experience putting candles and greenery everywhere. Working with Abigail Anderson of Sarah Kathleen Events was truly like working with one of our best friends to plan our wedding. My wife and I booked the mid-tier package that included partial planning and day of coordination (Sweet Pea Package), but we felt like we got so much more!
Abigail helped us navigate finding the best vendors for our big day including finding us a hair and make up team (Bridal Brigade) that could tackle two brides with full wedding parties, a photographer we plan to use for the rest of our lives, and a dj that not only hyped our friends up on the dance floor, but hyped us up in the weeks and days leading up to our event.
The mid-tier package also came with Sarah's CAD renderings of our venue which allowed us to easily coordinate the details of our reception between our venue, planner, florist, and dj. The 3D drawings definitely helped us catch details we missed and imagine our space with all our loved ones.
Finally, not only were Abigail's pre-planning services spectacular, but day-of she was very much a life saver. When I cut my finger, Abigail had band aids and tide to go, when my bride forgot to eat all day Abigail had snacks, and when our daughters (7 & 9) were too busy busting moves on the dance floor Abigail brought them water and basically doubled as childcare. Abigail and her team navigated us through rain on our wedding day, all of our printing and signage needs (at a great cost!), and delicately managed the different personalities of our family and friends and even me when I admittedly became a bit of a Bridezilla.
There is so much more I could say, but if you're on the fence about booking a coordinator or SKE specifically I can personally guarantee that you'll be very thankful you did.

Absolutely Hire SKE!
There aren't words to describe how grateful my hubby and I were for Holly and the team at SKE events. We hired them for the day-of coordination but believe they went above & beyond what we'd thought 'day-of' would be. Holly is super A-type and was on top of all the details. She kept us on track getting things done, got the vendors on track, completely coordinated the timeline, and was super available and communicative especially the month leading up to the wedding. The day of she did all the set up (we hired her a helper from SKE as well - totally worth it), and best of all, she kept all of the questions/concerns coming to her so that hubby and I REALLY enjoyed the whole day! If you look at priorities of spending for your wedding I'd say hiring SKE would be the smartest choice you can make! Thanks so much SKE :-) -

Man, I wish I could come up with the right words to describe my experience with SKE. Planning a wedding is stressful! But the number one thing I am so blessed to have had for my day was my wedding planner, Luis Reveles, and co-planners, Jessica and Catherine. I chose the partial wedding planning service offered by SKE, and my God, was it worth it. Luis was available day or night for vendor recommendations, ideas, and help with all the little things brides worry about. Closer to the event, Luis was there to attend all vendor meetings and interactions. He planned my entire day's timeline. He dealt with coordinating all of the vendors day of and made sure they had all of the information they needed beforehand. And above all, he indeed went above and beyond to make sure John and I had the wedding day of our dreams. On the day of, he moved everything along so effortlessly while keeping everyone on track AND ensured my husband and I were cared for in every aspect. He made everything from the planning process to the wedding day so seamless that it allowed us to enjoy our day and not worry about anything else but each other. And for that, I could not thank him and SKE enough. He truly feels like part of the family now! If anyone reading this is questioning spending the money for a planner or deciding on a planning company... do it. And choose SKE and Luis, hands down. -

We just had our wedding on Saturday and we had truly the most AMAZING experience with Abigail as our wedding coordinator. I contracted with Sarah Kathleen Events / Abigail after having a terrible experience with my initial wedding planner (at a separate company, not affiliated with Sarah Kathleen Events), so I was a bit skeptical hiring another planner, but Abigail far exceeded my expectations- It was honestly a blessing in disguise that my original planner was a bust because otherwise, we never would have gotten to work with Abigail! She is SO communicative, personable, composed, responsive, professional, kind, and she has such a calming presence. She made me feel so at ease and relaxed on our wedding day which allowed my husband and I to be present and just enjoy the day! She was one of the biggest reasons we had the best wedding ever.
We signed up for the "day-of" services but honestly, Abigail was beyond helpful MONTHS before the actual wedding day. Well before the wedding, she was so helpful with ideas/advice for decor and design, answering my many questions/working with our venue, and coordinating with and keeping track of all communication with all vendors. When it came to the day of the wedding, she was truly WONDERFUL. We had 175 guests and Abigail single-handedly made sure every aspect of our wedding was perfect. The day went SO smoothly (at least, as far as I know because my husband and I didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire day, thanks to Abigail!). We had an issue at our venue that would have prevented my sister and nieces/nephews to not be able to stay at the hotel for the wedding night which would have devastated me, but Abigail immediately took care of it and saved the day- It meant so much to me and my entire family.
Among many things, one of the sweetest things she did that actually made me cry of happiness: We didn't realize that throughout the whole day, she had been taking 'behind the scenes' photos of our special moments, which she shared with us after the wedding and it meant SO much to me and my husband. To name just a few: our first look, our first dance, our grand reception entrance, and our last song of the night when we had all our friends and family huddle us in a circle as we danced which was such a special moment. We even hired a string quartet for our cocktail hour and I had mentioned once to Abigail that I really wanted to be able to hear our quartet play, but my husband and I also wanted to enjoy a private moment together after the ceremony so we didn't get to enjoy the cocktail hour/quartet. One of the behind the scenes videos Abigail captured was a 4 minute long video of the quartet playing, and it meant so much to me that she took the time to take that video when she was surely already extremely busy tending to the needs of our guests and making sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible. Her exceptional services continued through the very end of the night- When we came back to the room at the end of the night, all of our personal items that we had left behind in a rush were neatly placed in our room and we even had slices from our wedding cake that we didn't get to try earlier, waiting for us on a place next to our bed.
I can't emphasize enough how tremendous Abigail was- I am so thankful I had her as my coordinator on my wedding day and I'd recommend her again and again to any bride looking for a wedding coordinator! -

We weren't quite sure if we needed a wedding planner at first but we are so glad that we were able to work with Luis from Sarah Kathleen Events (SKE). He offered his expertise which really helped since my husband and I don't have very much experience with wedding related items. He communicated with our vendors and gave us updates, set up meetings to go over timelines and wedding details, and he always checked with us first if a change needed to be made.
I can't speak for my husband but as the bride, I was so nervous for wedding day - just making sure everything would go smoothly and there were no hiccups. Thankfully, we had Luis and Catherine to help us on wedding day. Catherine helped with getting mine and the bridesmaids' dresses ready, fix any issues with the groomsmen's tuxes and helped with my gown and veil during pictures. She did so much more behind the scenes but having her there really allowed for me, my mom, and the bridesmaids to enjoy getting ready.
Luis went above and beyond during the whole wedding planning process but on wedding day he really helped make it stress-free! He was the main point of communication for the vendors so if there were any issues on wedding day, he was able to fix it before it got to me. He helped create a timeline which allowed for things to go smoothly and advocated for us to ensure that our requests were being followed.
I would recommend Luis and SKE to anyone planning a wedding or an event! 😃 -

Sarah was absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough good things about her and her team.
We hired her as a day of coordinator and my goodness did she go above and beyond the call of duty. Any minor inconvenience was handled quickly and efficiently. No challenge was too difficult for her and she made our day so freaking easy.
We had little idea of what we wanted to do for our big day and she gave us all the guidance we needed. She kept us centered and helped us get through our emotional day.
She was literally our guardian angel that day! I will 1000% be recommending her to all my family and friends when they get married one day. -

Thank you Luis & Sarah Kathleen Events for making my dream wedding come to life!! From our first meeting with Luis, I knew he was the perfect wedding planner for my husband and I. He was patient, professional, and listened to every single detail.
There is so much info on wedding planning and vendors that it can get easily overwhelming - he made it simple and straightforward while keeping our needs and budget in mind. One of my favorite parts of working with Luis was his experience working with vendors and his wide network of trustable vendors. My centerpieces, bouquet, and church flowers came from wonderful vendors he recommended! (Just look at how beautiful my bouquet turned out!) The resources & tools Sarah Kathleen Events provides to plan your event are very helpful and truly relieve the stress of planning your wedding. I would definitely recommend Luis and Sarah Kathleen Events for your wedding day or any event. I look forward to working with Luis again in the future. I honestly can’t say enough great things — when I look back at my big day, I’ll know that he (along with Catherine) took away a lot of the stress and made the day-of run smoothly that my husband and I were actually able to DANCE AND CELEBRATE. Top notch wedding planners. My planner was Jody and from start to finish I had everything I needed. Jody responded to all of my emails same day (most of the time within minutes!), created a flawless timeline for the day-of, gave me great vendor options, let me bounce ideas off her, took control when she needed to, took a backseat when she needed to, was amazing to have in my corner on wedding day, and the day was absolutely perfect. My venue was much different than a standard venue and logistically speaking, a bit of a nightmare and Jody navigated it on the day of the wedding without any issues. We had the most amazing wedding and I know it's because of her and all her impeccable planning! PS - did I mention she was on maternity leave until a MONTH before my wedding!?!?!? Still went off with a hitch and she never skipped a beat. What a superwoman. Would recommend Sarah Kathleen Events to ANYONE needing a day-of coordinator. -

I needed a day of coordinator and was referred by Erin of Lulubelledesign (she designed my invites) she recommended me to Sarah Kathleen events. I interviewed a few other companies but immediately felt very comfortable and confident with Jessica so my decision was easy. Sarah is the absolute best! I really don’t have words to fully express all that Sarah and Alexis did to ensure the success of our daughter's big day. My husband and I were able to enjoy and take in every moment, knowing Sarah was there making it all happen…ensuring the kids’ vision was realized.
Hubby said the next day that of all the expenses (and there were quite a few🤣), Sarah was, by far the very best money spent!
I cannot say enough about her professionalism, her calm demeanor, her attention to ALL the details, her ‘I’ve got it’ attitude….honestly, we couldn’t have done it without Sarah Kathleen Events! We're using her again for our January wedding! 🥰 -

I truly can't say enough about my experience with Sarah Kathleen Events! From the day I signed the agreement, Abigail was available to me for any questions I had and was so communicative and supportive. On the day of my wedding, I knew I could count on her to make sure everything went perfectly (which it DID!). From coordinating golf carts to transport us to different photo locations and fixing broken earrings to snapping behind-the-scenes photos on my phone and loading her car with decor at the end of the night, Abigail didn't miss a beat and we could not have pulled off such an amazing day without her! Sarah Kathleen Events made sure my entire wedding experience was a positive one! Luis Manuel was my planner and was incredibly helpful throughout the process with taking care of vendor communication/contracts, vendor recommendations and overall being the wedding coordinator I needed. Luis remained calm and professional especially when I had my moments of stress. I purchased the Full Service and highly recommend anyone like me (easily overwhelmed with wedding stuff!) to use them for your wedding. My husband and I miss our daily texts and emails with Luis lol and hope to be able to plan another event soon with them! -

Heartfelt Appreciation for Luis and Katherinene
We contracted with Sarah Kathleen Events for a "day-of" coordinator--and we received much more support that on the big day. My daughter, my husband and I truly appreciated the wonderful assistance of Luis and Katherine the wedding. Luis was fantastic. I cannot say enough about his expertise, suggestions, willingness to handle every detail. He was always available and willing to meet with us when we asked, either in-person or via zoom. He had great suggestions when I had a question; and also offered suggestions for things that I had not even thought about. He obviously worked with the KLM and Maison Cuisine staff before our wedding date (July 16, 2022), so coordination with the other key vendors was seamless both in planning and the day-of. Katherine likewise was wonderful. When I was struggling with the bustle of my daughter’s dress, she pulled a crochet hook out of her apron and offered it to me---perfect! Luis had his cell phone shining a light on those tiny buttons. Teamwork got the job done!
I was worried about the timing of everything (ceremony, photos, starting cockails and dinner). Luis worked with the catering manager and photographer to ensure flexibility so that guests didn’t have to await for beverage and food service to start.
The skillful coordination of Luis and Katherine allowed me to visit with guests; and resulted in a much more relaxed day.

Working with Sarah Kathleen Events (SKE) was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our wedding!
We originally met our day-of coordinator, Kara, at our venue Arrowhead Golf Club in early 2020. As a preferred vendor of Arrowhead’s, the SKE team was very familiar with the space and their protocols, so after our consultation with Kara, we knew they’d be the best vendor to work with. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we pushed our wedding to 2022, and Kara was able to accommodate our changes every step of the way.
SKE provided us several spreadsheets to organize our event details and better plan everything out. This included a vendor contact information form, guest and meal counts for tables during the reception, and an inventory sheet detailing all the décor to be used for our event. About two months before our wedding, we had a larger planning meeting with Kara where we confirmed our vendors, drafted a timeline, and discussed other details for us to consider for our event. Leading up to the big day, Kara continually reached out to us to see if we had any questions and to ensure everything was going well.
Our wedding wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without Kara! She attended the rehearsal the day before and arrived right on time the day of. Prior to the ceremony, she was a big help in having our flowers delivered to our hotel rooms, working with our photographers to ensure we were sticking to our timeline, and helping transport last-minute items from our hotel to Arrowhead. During the event, she continually checked in with us to see if we needed anything and kindly assisted my mom and bridesmaids with the bustle of my dress. As the reception was ending, she helped load décor and leftovers into our vehicles and patiently waited with us while we dealt with an unforeseen shuttle issue. Everything was set up and run in a cool, calm, and collected manner, and it was thanks to Kara!
We greatly appreciate the assistance and support Kara was able to provide on our special day. We highly recommend her and Sarah Kathleen Events for planning your wedding! -

Booking a wedding coordinator was not initially part of my vendor list but after worrying about how all the details I had planned would come together and advice from friends, I started investigating wedding coordinators. I had the pleasure of first meeting the Sarah Kathleen Events team while dropping off a wedding deposit at my venue and was impressed from the start!
Working with the owner, Sarah I could see how passionate her team was and she encouraged me to work with a coordinator that I connected with. That’s where Jody came in, best decision ever!!! Jody was friendly, organized and instantly ready to jump in and help out. Even though I had hired a “day of coordinator”, Jody was engaged and helpful months before our wedding and checked in frequently via email to see if we needed help with anything.
When it came time for our big day Jody ensured every detail (from a meticulous bride) was literally perfect! The entire day and night I didn’t worry about a thing because Jody took care of all the details and anything I needed.
After our wedding we received many complements about our day and several family members and the bridal party commented on how wonderful Jody was!
My advice to brides- this is a big day, this is your day, and you’ve done so much work putting it all together, enjoy it!!! Let Sarah’s team take care of you and bring your planning to life! The day goes by quickly, let them worry about the name cards and centerpieces, you enjoy the magic!

ALYSSA AND ABIGAIL WERE AMAZING!! I initially did not think i needed to hire anyone since I am very organized and truthfully, really enjoyed planning my wedding..but THIS team and specifically these ladies were a necessity. I purchased the month of package and had initially spoken with Alyssa. I was planning my wedding from a different state and we had spent some time over the phone going over everything in detail. We scheduled a couple other phone calls between then and the week of. With all their experience, she knew what to expect and had questions ready for scenarios I had not considered. There were also a few vendors I was on the fence with and she had given recommendations based on people they had worked with in the past. The week prior to the wedding, we again had spent some time on the phone going over the timeline in detail. Although I had already been in contact with most of my vendors, she had reached out to them to confirm, which I greatly appreciated. We met at the venue when we did a drop of and went over where I wanted everything to go and Alyssa was such a delight. The day of the wedding, everything went perfectly, I did not worry about anything taking place at the venue because I knew I could trust these ladies. It was such a relief and so nice to truly enjoy our big day. My mother who was adamant that I didnt need anyone to help came to me at the end of our wedding day "I love alyssa and abigail." There were little things that came up (that I had no idea about) that were handled discreetly. The service you wont regret!!

Our wedding would not have happened without Sarah and her team. We spent two years planning, and Sarah was there for anything we needed. I thought the time leading up to the wedding was important, but WOW did Sarah and Alyssa come through on our wedding day. They put out fires, they scrubbed my dress with baby wipes, they sewed my mom's button, and 1000 other things I'm positive they did and I just don't know about, which I assume was the point. They did everything that needed to be done, I don't know how we would have gotten through the day without them. They are rockstars. In 10 places at once. In the months leading up to the wedding, Sarah took care of every single detail with all our vendors. I didn't have to stress over timeline or schedule- I knew they would cover this. When Sarah showed up on the day of the wedding with a rolling suitcase, I knew everything would be ok. I cannot recommend Sarah and her team enough. I could actually enjoy my day because I knew they were there to back me up for anything I needed. Your life will change for the better when you hire Sarah. -

Sarah was the BEST day of coordinator for our wedding but she was also so much more. She helped answer thousands of questions we had leading up to our wedding and was always quick to respond. She was flexible in a date change due to Covid and a major stress reliever during the planning process and especially on our wedding day. Our wedding day was right on schedule and there were no known issues to us thanks to Sarah and Sury and I cannot thank her/her team enough! She fixed a dress strap, helped with some shoe blisters and a bridesmaid who broke out in a rash during the reception, and set up/tore down all our decor! If you are hesitant on a coordinator, do it and hire the SKE team! They will not disappoint and will make your wedding day stress free! -

Beyond and above!
Sarah Kathleen Events did such a wonderful job! We had Jody as our planner, and Jessica as her assistant for the day of. We hired them for a day of coordinator, but Jody went beyond and above and acted as if she was a full-time wedding planner. She went out of her way to do things we didn’t even request. This was very special to us because of a previous person we hired didn’t do anything for our wedding, so we actually hired Sarah Kathleen Events last minute. I think it was about 2 1/2 months prior to our wedding date. They were recommended from a friend who also hired them. Both via email and text Jody was always available. I’ve always got quick responses from her. She went out of her way to help me find vendors, she also order items we needed for our wedding on our behalf and it was just added to our invoice rather than having to pay upfront. She made the whole process go by smoothly. Jessica also did a wonderful job as Jody‘s assistant the day of. They both did a wonderful job working with the vendors and decorating our venue. We were blown away when we saw how beautiful everything looked. We got so many compliments from our guest. I literally do not have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. They took care of all the timelines, and getting people ready for their role. They contacted all my vendors on my behalf, and I pretty much did not have to lift a finger. I will definitely recommend Sarah Kathleen events to future brides! -

Booking SKE was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working directly with Sarah and she was extremely helpful, including answering all of our questions and providing us vendor recommendations. Unfortunately we had to postpone our larger reception due to COVID, but she was so accommodating and flexible throughout the rather lengthy planning process. Sarah and Luis were AMAZING on the day of the reception. They handled and coordinated all the details throughout the day, which gave the opportunity for myself and husband to really enjoy and celebrate without worrying. They were such professionals and we can't say thank you enough for making sure our day ran smoothly. Again, we are so glad we hired SKE and can't recommend them enough! -

I said this to Sarah at the end of the night, but she was hands. down. the best money we could have ever spent on any vendor for our wedding. We used her for a day of coordinator and she handled everything above and beyond my expectations. Like any wedding, I'm sure there were some missteps in the background. However, I have zero idea of any of them because Sarah and her team handled everything so flawlessly. I don't know what more I could say except hire this lady!
