Sara was wonderful! For our wedding she was the planning assistant with Megan Clark at Clutch Events. Sara had the perfect energy and personality for wedding planning :) She was excited, energetic, and incredibly helpful. She made sure we were taken care of for our rehearsal, and especially our wedding day. She was the first one there and the last to leave. I would definitely recommend her for your wedding! -

I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Sara in planning my recent runway show. From the very beginning, she stepped in as the main event coordinator, taking charge of all the intricate details that go into organizing such a significant event.
Her attention to detail and organizational skills were truly remarkable. She effortlessly handled tasks like securing sponsors, coordinating staff, rentals, bar, catering, etc. ensuring that every aspect of the event was flawlessly executed. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and keep everything on track was truly impressive.

I found Sara from her days at TASTE (the former caterer of the Seattle Art Museum). I was familiar with her expertise in planning and running events and weddings at the SAM and knew she'd be able to handle my wedding easily. Sara delivered! She is endlessly prepared, thinking of everything you could possibly need or be on the lookout for. She is great at communicating, as well. She heard all my worries and dreams and made them all a priority. She also never left me in the dark about anything--it was great. The day of was just as great. She oversaw the whole day, managed the hiccups, and remembered the details (even making sure me and my hubby got fed). I cannot recommend her and her thoroughness enough! Also, she has awesome vibes. She's definitely someone you can rely on and have fun with. -

We hired Sara last minute to help support our belated wedding reception after having delayed our big gathering over one year due to Covid. Sara was a true dream, picking back up where we left off with every vendor and helping us to reimagine our event as we shifted gears away from a more traditional wedding and into cocktail-party mode. Our guests were delighted and we were blown away with every detail. Sara was a calming presence, super organized, flexible, and just wonderful to trade ideas and cook up creative concepts in real-time. Would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a responsive, creative, and hard-working wedding planner for your event.
