I truly could write an essay on Sara and her wonderful team. Sara is kind, warm, thoughtful, creative and a BOSS. She will make you feel like a Queen from the start of the wedding process all the way to the end. She prepares the best team of people to be surrounding you on your wedding day. To the best bridal attendant, butler all the way to the best glam you will ever have. The Sara Renee events team is the most exceptional group of people you will ever come across. Everyones energies seamlessly mesh together- which is what you want being surrounded with these people from the morning of your wedding all the way to the end.

Sara saw my vision and not only fully executed it.. but she made it ALIVE. She gets into your brain and pulls out the best parts of your vision and makes it, just breathtaking.

Dream come true

Where do we even start…our wedding would 100000% not be what it was without the help of Sara! Planning a wedding during a pandemic turned out to be one of the most painful experiences for us and we would have truly given up without Sara. On top of that, we wanted to combine Indian and Cuban influences to have a multicultural vision for our wedding which added another layer of complexity which Sara understood from the start. The extent of her expertise is exemplified by the fact that she was able to pull together live streaming for our event literally the week of our wedding after very important family members were unable to attend due to COVID. This wasn’t just any live stream either, so many people watching from home commented on just how high quality and well done the service was. Little did they know this was done with just a few days notice. Despite all challenges, our wedding was pure magic and Sara deserves an immense amount of credit for her work. We are forever grateful to have worked with her! Consider yourself lucky if you ever get the chance to do so.

Amazing Wedding

Sara and her team are simply the best. I am a repeat client as she helped plan my son's bar mitzvah in 2009, and now my daughter's wedding. They did everything they could to help make her dream wedding come to life. Sara only recommends the top vendors and they certainly deliver. It was an absolutely AMAZING wedding!

Sara made everything flow perfectly and created my dream day!

Sara is fantastic. I knew this almost immediately when every vendor I spoke with who found out I was working with Sara told me how lucky I was. And they were right! She helped create the wedding of my absolute dreams and deftly helped me manage the postponement. On the day of she made sure we had 0 worries and it all went perfectly. HIGHLY recommend!!

Unforgettable Fabulous Service

Amazing, Sara and Laurie were so on top of things from beginning to end. I am beyond happy with the service provided. As a smaller event, I felt comfortable and secure while Laurie and Sara took control of my day so I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Exceptional

Sara is absolutely amazing! She outdid herself and helped pull off the most magical wedding in aspen during a freaking pandemic. Layouts and floor plans were changed just days before and she flew out early to make sure everything was seamlessly perfect. She also did my Bat mitzvah when I was 13!!! Sara is a rockstar and will put on for her clients! Love her

Epic. Best wedding ever.

Sara and her team helped me execute the most epic wedding EVER. We are New Yorkers who had a destination wedding at Mar-A-Lago, Palm Beach, FL. My guests can’t stop raving about our entire weekend. Every detail was perfect. Sara and her team kept everything in line and organized making my entire wedding experience stress free. “BEST WEDDING EVER” is all I am hearing from my guests. They have never and will never see a wedding like that again in their lives - their words not mine! Put simply, the best

Sara Renee Events is beyond compare regarding their creativity, resources, quality and perfection in execution! We happened to be going through a family medical crisis for the six months prior to our event, and were traveling for treatment much of that time. We had the comfort of knowing that Sara would not only never let anything fall through the cracks, but also that our distraction would have zero bearing on her helping us execute an incredible event. We hosted family and friends from NY, Chicago, Boston, LA, etc. and they were blown away by the event Sara and her team put together. Our family's gratitude for her guidance, support and impeccable service will be never-ending.

The best!

Sara is what dreams are made of! She is incredibly creative and only works with the best. She met with us and got to know us personally to find out more about who we are as a couple and what we wanted. From there, we let her do what she is the best at and she created and executed our absolute dream wedding weekend! We are so happy that we went with Sara because she made wedding planning fun and as least stressful as possibly. The day of the wedding if there were any snags in the events, we had no idea! She handled everything so that we could be in the moment and enjoy our guests. We want to do it all over again!!

BEST Wedding Planner Ever!!!

Sara is literally the BEST decision you can make for your wedding! Giving back story, I originally hired a less expensive planner who did not help me at all so I knew I needed to go in a different direction. That is when Sara came on board. From the moment of hire it was like a breath of fresh air and all my thoughts of what a wedding planner should do were blow out of the water!!! She was even working on my wedding while away on vacation with her family!! She is truly amazing at what she does.. She was working behind the scenes on a rain backup for us and tons of other things without worrying me one bit... I can assure you that Sara is worth every penny and more !! You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about your big day as if it were her own!! I would recommend her 10x over!! Thank you for everything Sara!!! You are a true gem!!!

My daughter, Lauren, and I absolutely LOVED working with Sara. From the moment we spoke on the phone, we clicked. She immediately understood Lauren's vision and gave us suggestions and insights that complemented the plan. Sara knew the right professionals and vendors that were on theme and who were also in our price range. Sara was immediately responsive to calls and emails -- even on her days off! Her staff on the day off were so spectacular and anticipated every need of the bride, attendants and MOB. Things went off without a hitch and the wedding was a dream come true. Sheer perfection!! From the moment we first met with Sara, we knew she was the perfect person to conceptualize our vision for our wedding. Her laid-back personality is exactly what we were looking for, and we soon found ourselves talking more like old friends than formally interviewing an event planner. It was obvious that she is the best in the business. She listened to our wants and ideas and found ways to elevate all our wishes to the next level. All of her vendors are top notch! Four months later and our guests STILL talk about how amazing our wedding was! Sara's team exceeded all our expectations. We live in Kentucky and were planning a destination wedding in Florida. With Sara's expertise and step-by-step guidance the planning was a breeze. I almost forgot I was even planning a wedding! The entire experience could not have been more stress-free, pleasant and fun. Sara is extremely knowledgeable of the other vendors that you will need and we trusted her completely. She is well know in this business, has worked with many people, is creative, and what we loved is that when other vendors found out we were working with her they all reassured us that we are in the best hands for planning our daughters wedding. Don't think twice! Sara is fabulousl. She's extremely professional as well as being a hand holder if needed. Sara negotiated successfully as well as gave us invaluable advice. Our wedding was incredible and the bride and groom couldn't have been happier. Sara crossed every "T" and dotted every "I". Especially the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly.

My wife and I used Sara as our wedding planner and we could not be happier.

Sara is a true professional and a joy to work with. On the surface she is laid back and very easy to work with, but you can tell she is very organized (and if you are a wedding vendor you probably don't want to get on her bad side). This makes wedding planning a wonderful experience for the couple while ensuring the wedding occurs as planned. Sara helped us select everything and did a great job of sourcing vendors who had not been "discovered" yet but were truly exceptional. Particularly, the photographer and reception band were newer but we cannot imagine anyone having been any better. We were only able to find these people due to Sara.

Simply put, our wedding was fantastic, and is still being talked about by our friends, because of Sara. We cannot recommend Sara highly enough. If you are having a wedding or other party you should use Sara. We will definitely be using her for parties in the future.

Sara is my favorite person. Our bond was unique and she gets SH*T done. I am incredibly anal and type A and I felt completely comfortable with her taking over certain aspects of my wedding. I had basically zero input in our welcome bags and she did more than an A plus job. Everyone was talking about them. The timeline for the wedding night could not have gone smoother and that was really important to me. The night was utter perfection - this team is the best!

If you are looking for an event planner that will help you to have the most amazing wedding you could possibly imagine than look no further. Not only will you be thrilled beyond words with your event, she will tell you where you can save money and where you need to spend it. She has a contagious smile and wonderful personality and you will love talking to her. She was a calming force for us when we needed her to be and her list of vendors for flowers, hair, makeup, etc. were great. We used her for a high end destination wedding in Florida and everything was perfect.
I highly recommend her and you will be thrilled beyond words if you use her.

Not only is she a wedding planning PRO, she's also so fun, cool, and easy to work with. Sara and Laurie were nothing short of amazing. From the start, we had a vision of what we wanted for our wedding day. However, we were not sure how to execute, coordinate or even who we needed to hire. Sara listened to our desires, needs and aspirations and connected us with all the vendors that she thought matched our personalities and vision; she was spot on. Sara organized all the meetings and attended whatever we wanted her to. Sara made the entire planning process stress free and a truly educational experience. Here experience and expertise allowed us to brainstorm ideas and eliminate concepts that would flop, thus eliminating tons and tons of issues and disappointment. Sara not only guided us through the big steps and processes but she coached us on the little details that truly make a difference. Working within the budget we set forth; she showed us where to cut back and where we should not. This information was priceless and made for a dream come true weekend and wedding day. Our event day management executed by Laurie Caradonna and her assistant Stephanie; was total perfection. I might be a control freak, but she executed every step flawlessly. Not to mention - she was everything and anything we needed that day. Heck she fixed my dress mishaps, my guests dress mishaps and even made additions to the schedule to accommodate our desires. She was totally on FIRE :-) - and as a bride I couldn't have left the most important day of my life in better hands. LOVE THESE LADIES!

All I knew was I wanted our wedding at the Breakers in Palm Beach. Many brides have dreamed about the wedding they want and have each detail down, sadly not me. To complicate matters further, I needed to arrange our wedding from overseas and was somewhat stressed on how to do this remotely (time zones, long distance, emails and such) and needed recommendations on everything. Each of my questions were easily answered by Sara, each of her recommendations were seamless and her patience and professionalism was unparalleled. Sara and her team were amazing, her zen like personality was soothing even in times of inevitable wedding stress and very much appreciated! Sara helped us arrange the wedding of our dreams and handled every little detail with her magic rolodex. I am so please to have worked with Sara and her team, it allowed me to actually relax and enjoy the day and we are giving her our highest recommendations! I could not have planned my perfect wedding without Sara! She was there every step of the way (for 18 long months!!!) Sara Renee Events was well worth the money for the value provided. As an out of town couple unfamiliar with the area she helped us select all of our vendors and plan a total of three events for the weekend (welcome party, wedding day, and Sunday brunch). Sara is well known amongst the vendors and those relationships were advantageous. In addition, she was open to our ideas but also not afraid to express her opinion to help us make the best choices. At first we were nervous to hire Sara Renee Events when we learned Sara would be unavailable the actual day of. However, she personally helped us plan the full events and Laurie and Lisette were amazing day of. All details were taken care of seamlessly. Whether Sara is available day of or not, Laurie and Lisette are also fantastic and provide exceptional service. People are still talking about our amazing wedding. I wouldn't have changed a thing! Sara Renee Events was great!!! We hired her for our wedding, and she and her employees are first class everything! They responded quickly to our emails especially when they had limited access overseas. They handled EVERYTHING for us, from scheduling appointments with vendors to shopping for candy and gift bags for our guests. Anything we asked for we got from Sara Renee. Sara Renee was great, especially on wedding day, when she is the bride for the majority of the time, she deflects crazy relatives lol, makes sure everyone is where they are suppose to be at the right time, she was terrific! From day one to the wedding night she is absolutely the best! We couldn't have imagined our planning, prepping and partying with anyone else!!

Wow! We can't rave more about Sara Renee! She made our wedding experience completely flawless from beginning to end. Wedding planning, which people normally say is a lot of work, was easy and fun with her by our side... Our wedding had everything we wanted and more and anything on the day that went wrong was fixed so fast we didn't even know there was a problem! Highly recommend this vendor for any of your future events! The Sara Renee team knows what they are doing from timelines, event advice, scheduling, buffering the crazy bridal parties, and helping select vendors etc. They do it all!!!!

Literally the BEST wedding planner on this planet. Not only was she super organized and on top of things but she made the process FUN. Sara is incredibly professional and knowledgeable when it comes to planning a wedding. We are a NYC couple who planned a wedding in Florida. If it weren't for Sara, I don't know how we would have done it. She has an excellent reputation with the best vendors in South Florida and was able to refer us to other quality professionals. She worked on setting up our appointments so that our visits to South Florida were both productive and efficient. In terms of timeline, she kept us up to date on each step of the process and notified us when we had to make certain decisions - entertainment, decor, invitations, etc. It really alleviated all of the stress on our end since she ensured we didn't miss anything along the way.

As for the day of the event, my venue is notoriously difficult (Vizcaya Museum & Gardens). All vendors must be hired individually, since the property does not provide anything (we even had to get a generator for extra power and a trailer to change/freshen up). Sara coordinated all of the logistics from the beginning of the day until the last clean-up. We enjoyed our day as we really didn't do much in terms of logistics/coordination. Sara took care of everything. We are very thankful for her services and would recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I loved Sara from the moment we met her at the beginning of the wedding planning process, as we were almost two years out Sara was so helpful, positive, and personable. Flash forward to roughly three months before the wedding, and I was completely over whelmed with the little questions from relatives and various guests, Sara stepped in with great grace and professionalism to help answer the questions and keep the focus on the couple. Sara's team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone in the bridal party is happy, they even steamed dresses plus when my husband tore the back of my dress during a dance, they were able to fix it quickly and no one was the wiser-until now. Overall, my husband and I respect Sara and her team, they helped make our dreams come true. Thank you so much!

Sara really was everything we needed when planning our wedding. Living in the UK and trying to organise an event in Miami was never going to be easy, but Sara ensured we we didn't feel the strain.

We opted for the middle package (ie. a little help with vendors, being the main point of contact for everyone, and providing assistance on the day itself). In the months prior to the wedding, she was easily contractible and was prompt in replying to emails/calls etc. Where Sara really came into her own, however was on the big day - everything was organised, there was nothing for us to stress over. If one of the parents needed something, it was done within minutes. Bridesmaid spilled something on her dress? No problem, her assistant was there to sort it out immediately. Sara had arranged for one of her assistants (included in her price) to literally be at the beck and call for all our needs. One for the bride and bridesmaids and another for the groom and groomsmen - no bowtie was out of place, all blazers were steamed whenever necessary. Amazing

One thing I really want to mention, which was so important to us, was how calm and diplomatic Sara was throughout. This is particularly important when you have certain family members and guests who are somewhat overbearing and extremely demanding. Ultimately, when a decision needs to be made, she will make it without stepping on toes. All our input stayed OURS - Sara simply delivered it.

Sarah was recommended to us by the W South Beach Hotel. As brother of the Bride and host of my sister's wedding i couldn't be happier. Sara was unbelievable from day 1 of my entire wedding planning process. I let her know what my vision was for my wedding and she was able to guide me in making all the best decisions. She was very honest with me...for instance, If I wanted a certain look or vibe and she felt that there was a better way to present the idea I would listen. Sara is a professional when it comes to knowing your venue/vendors and I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my wedding. I can't stress more how easy and wonderful she made our wedding planning/decision process for us. The day of the wedding I didn't have one care in the world because I knew she was there to take care of everything. I spent the entire day of the wedding getting ready with all the girls, drinking champagne and enjoying myself. She would check on me multiple times throughout the day and I had 1 of her assistants with me at all times. I was ready when she said to be and it was off to the alter. I am not a girl who dreamed about her wedding since they were a little girl, but I must say my wedding was the most gorgeous wedding and the most incredible day of my life. Because of Sara, I had access to the most incredible wedding services.... From the most amazing wedding invitations, to gift bags, to the band, to hair and make-up, to photogrpahy, to flowers and decor, and MMMMMMMMM best food ever! I live out of town and all the planning leading up to the wedding to the actualy wedding day itself was incredibly smooth. Any pre emegencies I had, she helped correct quickly without hesitation. She made our experience from start to finish fun, exciting, easy, and most importantly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Sara to anyone getting married in the South Florida area.

Sara Renee is the absolute best. My wedding day went by flawlessly solely due to professionalism of Sara Renee. She wore a shirt that said "Trust me, I do this EVERY weekend" and that was so fitting. Sara was at the venue early and like the pro she is, she had everything organized and running smoothly. she had worked with all my vendors before and that made it feel like a huge family gathering, just because everyone was so warm and caring, but yet so professional. Sara is a fabulous planner who really knows her stuff. Every wedding related question you could ever think of she knows the answer to! I knew from the moment I met Sara she would be an amazing planner who on day of would ensure everything ran smoothly and, she didn't disappoint. Working with Sara was so fun! She has such a great personality and is very easy to get along with! She is also super accessible and even though I am sure she juggles a ton of brides at once she always made me feel like I was her only client. I loved how prompt she was responding to my emails, texts, and phone calls. My wedding had lots and lots of little details and Sara made sure everything was in its proper place on wedding day. I had zero issues at my wedding and Sara is a main reason why everything ran so smoothly on my big day! She brings 2 assistants on the day who are amazing! Sara was an outstanding event planner and I wouldn't have enjoyed my wedding nearly as much if she hadn't been a part of it. She took the time to listen to my unique likes and dislikes and then just made it all happen in a perfect, creative way. She also made the process a blast, even though I'd been dreading it. Sara put together an incredibly successful wedding weekend for us, a destination wedding with most guests coming from abroad. It was extremely easy to communicate with Sara from NYC as she was always highly responsive and quick to get things done. I couldn't have done it by myself. Sara also connected me to some amazing vendors, the legendary photographer Adagion Studio (Cengiz and his team) merits a separate mention. Working with Sara Renee Events is a dream. Sara seems to know everything and anything about wedding planning. I was lost as a bride-to-be but with Sara it all became so easy. Sara was able to take the skeletons of what we wanted with our budget and create the most perfect wedding weekend ever! We were planning a destination wedding and knew so little of South Florida. Sara and her team were extremely professional. Sara and her team are amazing. The day of my wedding could not have gone anymore smoothly. The amount of people assisting me all day was beyond words! I was a princess!!! For someone who is stressed pretty often my family said they have ever seen me more relaxed then on the day of my wedding! Sara made my dream wedding come to life!
