When we first heard our venue required a day-of coordinator, my wife (fiancée at the time) and I groaned due to the additional cost in our wedding expenses. However, after our wedding on July 1st, we both agreed that hiring Sapphire Road to coordinate our wedding was easily the best decision we made. Our day-of coordinator, Jenna, contacted us a few months prior to the wedding to get our vendors' contact information, and she scheduled and communicated with all of our vendors to make sure everything was in place and perfect for our wedding day. Additionally, during our check-in a month away from the wedding, Jenna went through an extremely helpful and detailed questionnaire and provided her expert opinions (when needed) to help us organize our thoughts and final wants for our wedding. When we met again in-person on the wedding day at the venue, not only did Jenna and her team go out of their way to make sure that my wife and I didn't stress about any of the logistics, they made themselves available to us all day and were so friendly and fun to talk with. Any problem or issue that popped up in the weeks leading up to the wedding, or on the day of, Jenna and her team handled so we didn't have to. They truly helped to ease all of our worries and burdens on our wedding day! On top of all of that, Jenna's perfect track record with weather continued with us, which we were super happy about! We are so thankful to have had the Sapphire Road team, and especially Jenna, with us to make our wedding amazing and would recommend them a million times over for anyone getting married! -

Jenna was our day of coordinator and we could not have asked for better. She was a part of every step during on our wedding day and made things so easy. From the very start of the day until things were packed up, she took care of all steps along the way. Jenna made sure our tables were set up, made sure everyone was at the right spot at the right time, and putting together all the details of our special day. She truly is amazing. -

Hiring Sapphire Road Weddings was one of the best decisions we made. Gabriella was SO attentive to make sure that our dream wedding came to life. The entire day I was able to be stress free knowing that she had everything under control. We hired her for the "day of" package, but she made herself available for any questions we had while planning, and worked really close with us the last month to iron out all of the details. Would 1000% precent recommend hiring Gabriella for you wedding! -

Great Team!
I would highly recommend hiring Sapphire Roads for your wedding coordinators! They helped make my entire wedding vision come to life! They have a large selection of rental items and will even deliver! Gabriella was our lead coordinator and she made sure the timeline and details were perfect! She was so kind to all of our guests! I cannot thank her enough for making our wedding so amazing! -

Reliable, accommodating day-of coordination and furniture rental
We worked with Gabriella as our day-of coordinator, and she was fantastic! We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to COVID (the first time with only two weeks left before the date) and she was the picture of professionalism and flexibility the entire two years we worked with her before we were finally able to have our big day. Even though she's called "day-of coordinator," she was heavily involved in our planning process and even stood in for us in the final tour of our venue (due to our not living in the area). For the actual weekend, Gabriella was the ultimate support system. She and her assistant followed our directions to the letter in setting up all decorations for ceremony and reception, even filling in some gaps we had overlooked with decorations not earmarked for later placement. Everything ran so smoothly neither of us were stressed in the least, and she even had a perfect emergency kit for the bride's blisters later in the day. Our reception furniture rentals from Sapphire Road worked great, too, and really pulled together our ensemble. The ability to just leave and not worry about breaking down our decorations or getting them to where they needed to go afterward was nothing short of a blessing to end the day. -

Sapphire Road does it all! Abby was our day of coordinator and I wish we could have had more time with her during the planning process because she is truly THE best. Being a Type A bride I had high expectations and Abby far exceeded those expectations and brought all my visions to life. (And did I mention she did it all while pregnant?! A real life super woman). She is one of a kind and I'm so thankful we had her. SRW also has fantastic rentals to choose from. It could have not been an easier process and they were SO accommodating with every detail. It was truly a blessing to be relaxed on the wedding day and knowing that Abby and the SRW team was handling it all. -

Working with Abby was great! We just needed day-of coordination, mostly to help us get things setup. But she also helped me find a FANTASTIC DJ and was instrumental with making sure everything went perfectly the day of the wedding. (Or at least, she dealt with any issues so I still have no idea if there were any! haha.) -

One of my biggest priorities as a bride was to have fun throughout the planning process rather than it being stressful. Courtney and her team at SRW made that possible. From the very beginning of the process, our vision and budget were always on Courtney's mind. Choosing vendors can be overwhelming with so many great options out there, so Courtney's guidance when choosing those was so helpful. Courtney is very detail oriented, and she thought of all the details I would have forgotten about if I was planning on my own. In the weeks before the wedding, SRW touched base with all of our vendors and had the day coordinated perfectly. The rentals from SRW were stunning and really made our cocktail hour and reception space come to life. Courtney and her team were at the venue before we arrived and stayed there all day making sure everything went as planned, and it did. Hiring SRW as your wedding planner is worth every penny and then some, I couldn't recommend them more! -

We used Sapphire Road only for furniture rentals on our wedding day at Historic Acres of Hershey. They had so many choices and large pieces of furniture that I was looking for. We rented bars and several lounges which were absolutely huge hits at the wedding. We also rented this large mirror and had personalized calligraphy on it that turned out absolutely beautiful. We had no issues, everything arrived as it was supposed to and went smoothly. Their pieces helped to make my visions all come together. I definitely would recommend using them for all furniture rentals for your big day!

Using Sapphire Road Weddings for day-of coordination was probably the best money spent for our wedding! I never really considered hiring a wedding coordinator until we found out that our venue required us to have one. And I totally see why they do. We worked with Gabriella and she was amazing, to say the least. We hired her for "day-of coordination", but we got so much more than that. She helped us with planning out the day a few months prior to our wedding date. She had helpful suggestions along the way and was very supportive through all the changes we had to make because of COVID. We ended up having our ceremony in the same room as our reception which required flipping during cocktail hour. This decision was made probably less than a month before our wedding and it went off without a hitch - which I totally credit Gabriella for. My cousin was supposed to play the piano at our ceremony and when the venue was changed we didn't have access to a piano anymore - but she offered to let us borrow her own personal keyboard!! She was there for our rehearsal (which wasn't even held at our venue, but she made it work) and was at the venue before we got there and stayed until after we left the day of. She set everything up and made sure all the vendors were on track with the schedule and the stresses of flipping. On top of that, she kept the bridal party on schedule as well. I cannot stress enough that I would have NEVER stayed on track that day if it wasn't for her. I don't think I looked at the time once the entire day because she made sure we were always where we needed to be. Another great thing Sapphire Road has to offer is their beautiful collection of rentals. It's all so unique and can really fit perfectly into lots of styles. We rented a bunch of stuff from them which was so nice because then we didn't have to worry about buying all these decorations that we weren't ever going to use again. I would've totally rented their whole collection if I had the budget for it! I struggled with what I wanted to do with our seating chart and Gabriella offered to write it out on mirrors which turned out beautifully - her lettering is great - yet another thing she had to offer! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - DO IT! And use Sapphire Road. So worth it -

I see tons of reviews here mentioning just how phenomenal Courtney is and I am going to have to echo the sentiment because she is literally the person every couple needs to ensure their wedding days goes off without a hitch - pandemic and all! When the COVID-19 shutdowns threatened our initial May 29th wedding date at Historic Shady Lane in March, the first person I heard from was Courtney telling me that it was going to work out and we were going to find a way to have this wedding, whether we needed to postpone, or not. She has a way of recommending something (but never pushy) and it just makes so much sense, but at the same time, she is incredibly patient and has this unique gift of being able to take an idea you have and just expand off of it and making it 100x more incredible. Courtney was so much more than a day-of coordinator for us, especially with having to re-plan our wedding date due to the pandemic. I truly felt like she was going through all of the craziness with us and for that we are just indebted to her for sticking by ours sides and keeping us sane. She was right beside me, emailing vendors, helping me manage dates and going so far above and beyond to make sure we had our day and I know she was doing this for every other couple she was working with at the same time. With everything going on, Courtney treated us as we were her only couple that she was working with and that our day was the most important day. We cannot explain how thankful we are for that.
In additional to the Day-of Coordination, we also utilized Sapphire Road Collective Rentals and the pieces just made our vision for the day come to life even more! Everything was styled so beautifully around Historic Shady Lane. We really could not have asked for a more perfect scene! We commend you, Courtney, and your entire team because you are all freakin' rockstars. I have so much love and respect for Sapphire Road Weddings, and I will shout my recommendation from the rooftops because Courtney is downright incredible. I didn't have the pleasure of working with other members of the Sapphire Road Team but I imagine they all are just as stellar! Thank you so much for all you did for us to make sure our wedding was just has we had envisioned it would be, even before the pandemic. We love you! -

I can’t say enough good things about Sapphire Road, and I wish I could give them more than five stars! We worked with Abby Kessler, and she was simply amazing from start to finish. She was always so kind and positive, as well as very knowledgeable and talented! Any time I would email her with a question (which was probably very often 😂) she would email me back quickly and with the utmost level of professionalism and care. It’s always going to be stressful planning a wedding (especially in the middle of a global pandemic) but Abby made everything so much easier on us. When the actual day came, I was able to sit back and relax and get ready while she took care of every last detail. We watched our vision of our wedding come together flawlessly and it was even better than we ever could have expected or imagined! Abby was so organized and proficient throughout the entire process, and we’re just so happy that we had someone we could trust to make our big day so special. To say she went the extra mile would definitely be an understatement, because everything she did for us truly went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend SRW to anyone with a wedding coming up, and if you happen to get Abby as your head planner, you are in great hands!!
I should also mention that we rented some decor from their collective, and they have a wonderful selection of things to spice up the aesthetic of your wedding day, without having to buy it yourself. This saved us a ton of money, and then we didn’t have a bunch of wedding decorations left over that we may not have ever used again! We rented a few chalkboards to write down the schedule, the wedding party, and a welcome sign. Abby did the calligraphy on all of these chalkboards and they looked amazing!!
Overall, we are just so incredibly pleased with our whole experience with Abby and SRW. If you’re looking for someone to help plan and execute your big day, Abby is your girl and I’m sure the other girls at SRW are equally as awesome! ☺️ -

We hardly saw her all day! Where was she? How did all the tasks we needed her to do, get done? Yet every single thing was done so well and so covertly you would swear little creative fairies set up, conducted, took down, and packed up this wedding! Courtney was swift in getting us where we needed to be, and seemed calm and cool every minute throughout the day, and even beforehand! She went above and beyond with her placement of things and making sure our guests were well taken care of and our multitude of decor items were back in our cars, packed up and ready for us to pick up the next day! Trusting her was our gift to her, executing our vision with her clever eye was her gift to us!
As a wedding planner myself, and the MOB, I am so glad my daughter selected Sapphire Road so we could all enjoy the day! Courtney (and her team) was truly worth it! -

Courtney is a wedding planning and creative vision goddess, and I owe her so much thanks for bringing our wedding day to life. We COULD NOT have done it without her. Seriously.
We hired Courtney and her team as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in November at Historic Acres of Hershey. But she provided so much more than just executing our wedding. Leading up to our day, she was available to answer any and all questions (and there were so many questions) and she always did so with a cheerful, and helpful, energy. She made vendor recommendations, helped secure them for us, and worked with them independently to make sure they delivered their services on time.
On our wedding day, she skillfully brought our vision to life. Since we (my now husband and I) had planned everything ourselves, Courtney had to take the information and items we provided her and transform them from ideas to actual arranged decor. She was there to walk us through our rehearsal, and to help wrangle a very excitable group of people who sometimes had a hard time staying on track – and she always did so in stride, with a smile on her face.
If you are looking for a talented, thoughtful, detail-oriented visionary professional to help bring your day to life, you’ve found your girl in Courtney. She was truly a delight to work with and we are SO THANKFUL we found her!! -
