10/10 experience

From the very beginning of our experience touring the venue, mike (the owner) was so pleasant and very thourough. Up front he was so detail oriented and cared a lot about his venue, which made it even more of an obvious choice for us. After officially picking Samuel’s, we were working along side mark who was the coordinator. What a guy. You name it, he knew it. He was so friendly and made things so easy for us. He assisted with our planning process, gave us information about how to even plan a wedding, gave referrals, and he knew his stuff. Come the day of, he was so generous and made you truly feel like everything was easy. He really was a fantastic coordinator and helped with every little detail you probably didn’t realize on your own. Come the day of the wedding, carol and ranahiah were the day of planners and decorators. They were also incredible. Carol assisted with phone calls and setting up the day of where we wanted stuff. and Ranahiah was very good at what she did and made our vision come to life. She also checked on us all day long and made sure everything ran smoothly.
I highly recommend Samuel’s.
The food was 1000,0000/10. Everyone raved about the steak and how they cut it with a butter knife. ( we did the majestic package, so everything was just outstanding as it should of been. The drinks were delicious and you really get your bang for your buck with this package. I have absolutely zero complaints and would do it all over again if I could!!! Thank you Samuel’s for everything!!!!!

A dream venue!

From the second we walked through the door, me and my husband knew that “this was it”. We had toured 6-7 venues before we saw Samuel’s and once we walked in, we never looked back. The Venue was so easy to work with! They were willing to try and accommodate everything, there was no question or idea that was off limits. Other Venues had answered our ideas with way too many “no’s”/“no you can’t do that”/“no we can’t do that”. Samuels was always willing to work with us to make our dream wedding come true. The staff we worked with was also awesome. Mark- has a passion for making your wedding day great and he KNOWS how to host a good party, he’s been doing it for a very long time. The food was amazing!!! We were a little worried since they didn’t do a food tasting but they told us they knew what they were doing and their food was good. Yes, they do know what they’re doing and yes, the food for 235 people was phenomenal. The pricing was very straight forward, they don’t “nickel and dime” you. Even their cheapest packages have all the things that you would pay extra for at other venues. It also made things much easier that they supply food and bar, so that’s not an extra stress to coordinate for your wedding day. I loved it so much, I hope to one day attend somebody else’s wedding at Samuel’s so that I can “live it again”. We have no regrets at all!

We could not be happier with the way our wedding turned out at Samuel’s. From the seamless planning, to making our vision come to life, Samuel’s was incredible from start to finish! Everyone still raves about the food 4 months later!! We are so grateful to Samuel’s for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

The BEST venue

Samuel’s Grande Manor is the perfect venue for a wedding! We had our wedding here in July and it could not have been any more perfect. The attention to detail at this venue is more than you can ask for. Our guests have continued to tell us that this was the best wedding they have been to, and it all starts with the venue pick! The food here was so good, both during cocktail hour and the reception. Mark kept in touch throughout the whole time we were planning with no restrictions on times you can reach him, and Renea was amazing on the day of! If the weather is nice for an outdoor ceremony, you will not regret it!!! The venue is so beautiful in peak season and it felt like a dream come true. There is an abundance of space that just your wedding will have for the entire day! We would highly recommend Samuel’s to anyone getting married.

What a perfect day

Samules and Mark went above and beyond to ensure my day was special even all the events leading up to it. Mark was extremely communicative and made sure everything was stress free. The food was phenomenal, the day of service was fantastic-including the cheese plates and champagne they provided, the venue was stunning, and it was all around the most perfect day. I would definitely recommend Samules to absolutely anyone who is looking to have a beautiful wedding. Thank you to Mark and his staff made everything great! Cheers!

Samuel's Grand Manor is Amazing

Samuel's knows how to do it right! The owner has done his research and has magically transformed this venue into exactly what a bride and groom want. The food is magnificent and the alcohol is top tier. When they give you an estimate it's for everything- all food, alcohol, dessert, late night snacks tax & gratuity- NO EXTRA SURPRISES! The staff at Samuel's are awesome to work with, very accommodating, professional and are genuinely nice people. They made the day go smoothly and we were able to relax, enjoy the day and leave the work to them

Highly Recommend Samuel's!

Choosing Samuel’s as our venue was the best decision we ever made. Right from the beginning we fell in love with the space, we even moved our wedding date up from October to August so we could take full advantage of the outdoor fountain bar.

There are no words to be able to fully describe how wonderful working with Mark was – he answered all of our questions, took us on as many tours as we wanted, and really made us feel confident in our decision. The planning process was very stress-free on our end which made it so much easier to enjoy.

Renea was our captain on the day of and thanks to her everything ran so smoothly and on schedule. She took my scribbles of centerpieces and transformed the space into something more beautiful than I could have imagined.

I spent the whole day on-site thanks to the beautiful bridal suite, which helped our timeline significantly, and provided a quiet space to be able to relax and take in every moment. Bonus – there was a groom’s suite as well!

Samuel’s worked seamlessly with our other vendors as well and we were able to drop off our items earlier in the week so there was one less thing to worry about the weekend of.

Then there was the food – absolutely incredible. From the cocktail hour appetizers to the main courses, everything was perfectly timed and delicious. They even accommodated our request to have some of the cocktail hour appetizers brought to the bridal suite so we could have a moment to ourselves and enjoy the food as well.

We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding day and we owe it all to the team at Samuel’s!

Best night of our lives!

Mark & his team were nothing short of amazing! I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a venue. You are the only wedding on site & all focus is on your and your significant other. From the day of our walk thru to the big day it’s self no detail was missed. They even allowed our doggos to join in on the fun! Food & drinks were perfect!

We can’t thank the team at Samuels enough, they made sure it was the best night of our lives! ❤️

Book them!!!

Couldn't be happier with choosing to have our wedding here. Super friendly reliable and always responded in a timely manner(pretty sure same day everytime). The venue was perfect. Food was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about Samuels. I had the most relaxed wedding, better than I could have imagined. This is what they do and it showed every step of the way. Very accommodating even when we wanted a none listed ice sculpture. They truly made my wedding better than I could have dreamed!!

Amazing Experience!

Our experience was wonderful. Mark, the manager was professional and understood from the beginning our special needs.

Samuel's is the place to hold your event. They are professional and very organized. We held our daughter's Hindu wedding ceremony there followed by a traditional Indian reception. The renovated bridal suite is spacious and beautiful. The gardens are stunning in the summer. The manager, Mark, gave great advice. His expertise and guidance were priceless. An Indian wedding has lots of moving parts and Samuel's was absolutely up to the task.

Outstanding Choice

Incredible to work with

The whole experience at Samuel’s Grande Manor for our reception was top notch. I originally was hesitant because I had my prom there and my husband was ready to go with the most expensive venue in the area. However a lot had changed at SGM that wowed us.
We got the top package which included an ice sculpture, cordial cart(drink cart that goes table to table) , dessert table plus a seperate dessert presentation, and a variety of hot and cold appetizers. The variety offered met our foodie desires when choosing the main dishes too.
The top package was one of the best offers in the wny region for “bang for the buck”! We looked and inquired at a lot of venues. They don’t do taste tests of the food but it isn’t a scam. Many people raved about the food; they still do and it’s been almost 7 months. We did a dual plate option .
We were able to come in and tour the venue, as well as see other weddings/event set ups. We practiced our dance on the floor the week of to make sure we had the layout. Mark was very accommodating to all our inquiries throughout the journey and so was Renea for the day of. We didn’t get to meet her until that day but she was very attentive to any of our requests.
Guests continue to rave about the outdoor cocktail hour setup and presentation, as well as the set up of the fire pits at night time. The dance floor was large enough to hold our guests which our guests didn’t want to leave at the end of the night. It was a packed dance floor until almost midnight (we started cocktail at 5:30).
The bridal suite was beautiful and they brought us appetizers and drinks during cocktail hour when I was getting touched up. The owner was present at the beginning of our reception to wish us luck with our entrances . Everything is new and updated. Everything was easy. We had zero hiccups or delays on our wedding . We both describe it as perfect.

Wonderful to work with!

Mark worked with us to plan our special day in 2020. Unfortunately, we planned our wedding during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the people at Samuel’s Grand Manor worked with us as flexibly as possible amidst the restrictions. They were kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend this venue!

A wedding of my dreams

My husband and I got engaged in May and decided we didn’t want to wait a year or more to tie the knot. So we decided to get married under 2 months later. As you can imagine it’s quite difficult to put a wedding together that quickly. We only had 17 guests so it was a really small and intimate wedding. Mark was incredible to work with. He was there to help us every step of the way and we couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out. He made sure to tell us all the little details we needed to think about that we would’ve never thought of. He was so detailed, responsive, and you could tell how much he loved his job. I’m so grateful to him for helping us put together the best day of our lives and making sure it ran smoothly!

Dream Wedding at Samuel’s

Samuel’s Grand manor exceeded every single expectation we had. From start to finish we had the most perfect, beautiful and elegant day. The attentiveness to the bride and guests in general is top notch. The food was incredible and the service matched. We received so many complements during and after the reception. People were blown away at the cocktail hour and the overall venue. I worked closely with Mark to design my “new York style” wedding and he helped me with every step. He was open to changing the normal schedule of the weddings they do and it was done flawlessly. Communication was great and Mark was always available for any questions or concerns. He is extremely organized and his experience in the business shows throughout the process. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly thank you to Mark and Renea. Renea stays the entire evening and is extremely attentive to every detail and makes sure the bride is taken care of. We were able to have our reception, cocktail hour and reception in all different rooms and I really loved that aspect. Since Samuel’s only has one wedding at a time now the entire place is yours for the wedding and you have the choice of where you want to have each part of the evening. The outdoor area is also absolutely beautiful. It makes for great pictures and is kept up beautifully. If you’re looking for a classic modern venue with fantastic food and a fully professional experienced team this is the place for you. We would highly recommend Samuels’s for anyone.

Had wedding

I absolutely loved my experience at this venue!!! they where so helpful went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect even on short notice everything was perfect and the location is beautiful

Best day ever

Samuels did an amazing job from start to finish! Mark was so attentive and always available to answer any questions we had along the way. All of the workers were so kind and helpful and made sure we were all taken care of the entire night. Couldn’t have been happier with the wedding day.

Samuels Grand Manor Wedding

Mark was AMAZING at Samuels, he was so helpful and answered every question I had. The food was phenomenal, every single guest said it was some of the best wedding food they’ve had. The chicken supreme was absolutely amazing. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful along with the fire pits. absolutely perfect

Our wedding was 10/14/22 and it was absolutely perfect. The food was hot and delicious, the venue was absolutely stunning, and the staff was so friendly and so helpful. From the first day we went in to Samuels, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married! We will never be able to thank all the staff enough for making our day absolutely beautiful. Absolutely Amazing!!!

From our first meeting with Mark, we knew we were in good hands He was there to help us with every detail along the way. From Mark to the servers to the bartenders... all made our daughter and son-in-law's wedding a spectacular event. And the food (prime rib and chicken) were delicious too! We have received so many compliments from many of the guests who attended. We cannot recommend Samuel's enough!!

Amazing Wedding

I would highly recommend Samuel’s Grande Manor for any event. Our wedding was absolutely amazing. Samuel’s Grande Manor

Our wedding was absolutely spectacular at Samuel’s. The service by Mark and Renee was phenomenal! One of the owners checked in on us as well which meant a lot to both of us. You could tell they wanted to make our day special. We were lucky to be the only event that day, so they opened up one of their extra rooms for our cocktail hour. It was perfect! Overall, our wedding ran smoothly and that’s something that is hard to master! All of our guest raved about the night and I’m so glad we chose to have our wedding here! Incredible day!

Beautiful bridal shower

Excellent Service and Venue

Excellent service and Venue - Mark and his team went above and beyond for my daughters bridal shower, the day felt like the actual wedding. They will be married in their gardens in October and I have never felt so reassured and relaxed about how the day will turn out. The servers and quality of food was perfection! Everyone treated us so kindly and accommodated so many special requests all the way down to food allergies and special decorating needs. I look forward to using this venue again when I plan a future baby shower down the road.

Our amazing wedding

Mark and his teammates are absolutely wonderful. From the first day we met Mark we felt so comfortable and happy with our decision to choose Samuels. Wonderful experience

This is the third wedding my husband and I threw for our daughters. Samuels is incredibly beautiful inside and out. We worked with Mark, and he made everything so easy and relaxing. Our daughter never felt anxious about the venue because of their professionalism. The food and service that day were the best.

The best day ever

I would HIGHLY recommend Samuel's Grande Manor to anyone who is looking to have the best wedding put on. We had to postpone our initial reception date due to COVID and Mark was nothing but helpful and understanding. We were able to plan for another year out and everything went extremely smooth and there was no stress involved. There was such ease in the planning process and I can't talk highly enough about them. Phenomenal Every Step of the Way!

Samuel’s Grande Manor was a fantastic venue for our wedding! We originally were scheduled to get married in July of 2020 but had to reschedule because of Covid. Samuel’s worked with us every step of the way and made the transition as smooth as possible. Mark, in particular, was fabulous to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient with us and our parents as we asked many, many questions throughout the wedding planning process. He was phenomenal and it was obvious that he has incredible expertise with wedding planning. We looked to him for advice on many wedding topics and he gave us his honest opinion every time. He was organized, very easy to trust and never let us down once. Mark is a true asset to Samuel’s Grande Manor. We did have a meeting with Carol once, and we found that she was not quite as knowledgeable, courteous or as helpful as Mark. With Samuel’s every detail was meticulously planned and we were guided through the entire process. We got the majestic package and it was wonderful. From the lighting, to the ice sculptures, the dessert’s fire presentation, to the timing of the events, every detail was attended to. Not a single thing went wrong through Samuel’s (and my family is very detail-oriented) which is a testament to their quality of service. We got married at the gazebo in the back and they decorated it exactly as we had wanted (we provided the decorations). The indoor/outdoor feature was great to have. The bartenders and our ‘captain’, Renee were excellent as well. We got so many compliments on how lovely everything was and what a great time everyone had at our wedding. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend Samuel’s Grande Manor.

If I could give 10 stars I would!

Best decision ever! Mark was amazing!!! The answer was always "yes" or "of course". So accommodating and professional! He acted as an understanding coach through all the planning to be sure all details were considered. Planning was mostly being done from another state and he even had recommendations for other highly regarded wedding partners! (We did not hire a formal wedding planner.) The venue was beautiful just as my daughter had dreamed. Guests loved the food! Service outstanding! Mark had a huge calming effect during a crazy Covid time. He orchestrated the rehearsal and the event. When it was time for him to leave there was an experienced "captain" to take over to ensure the event went on perfectly. They even set up the personal things we brought prior the wedding and after boxed it up for us to pick up later the next week. Our job was to enjoy the day, which we all did! Sunday morning we received a text of congrats and confirmation that there were no issues. Amazing experience!

Simply The Best!

Planning a wedding is hard enough, but planning a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic is a completely different story. Mark and his team at Samuel's have been amazing to work with. We've had 3 different dates for our wedding reception, and finally had our reception a year after our initial date. They have been really great and flexible to work with. Mark is very knowledgeable and is an excellent resource of all things weddings. The team at Samuel's really know what they are doing, and it shows. The new renovations inside are beautiful, and so is the garden in the back. Most importantly, their food is delicious! I can see why they are Buffalo's premiere wedding venue. Simply the best!

Absolutely amazing !

Nine years ago we had my daughters wedding at Samuel's Grande Manor. It was simply beautiful. The food, the service, and the overall atmosphere of the venue was superb. My youngest daughter was getting married in 2020 and she and her fiance also selected Samuel's for their wedding reception after looking at a few other venues. Needless to say the August 2020 wedding never took place and was rescheduled for this May. We can't say enough about Mark with all the help, expertise,
and cooperation that he gave us in changing our overall plans many times. We were never pressured about deadlines or making numerous payments prior to the "big event". We can't say enough about the professionalism he showed us. This says a great deal about the integrity of Samuel's Grande Manor!

Great Experience and Highly Recommend

We got married in the midst of the Pandemic which was stressful to say the least. Mark was wonderful to work with and met with us to discuss and plan through such a stressful time. When NYS cut the number of people allowed to gather at an event due COVID-19, Mark worked with us to set-up two separate wedding receptions to ensure we could safely celebrate with our family and friends. The day of the wedding the crew at Samuel's was great and helped to make our dream wedding a success. We would recommend Samuel's Grande Manor to anyone who's looking for a beautiful venue and exceptional "customer service".

Nothing short of incredible!!!

We had to postpone our wedding due to covid-19 from June to October. Mark, the event coordinator, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process....he was so organized and was able to thoroughly answer all of our questions. We had to cut our guestlist to 50 to adhere to the guidelines.... and it was still a beautiful and amazing wedding nonetheless! Samuel’s Grande Manor is outstanding!

Beautiful Venue with great customer service

We could not be more happy with our decision to have our reception at Samuels. As soon as we walked in we knew it was perfect for us. Wedding Reception

In the midst of covid postponing our initial wedding date in May 2020, Samuels Grande Manor was wonderful working with us towards our new date in August 2020. We were kept in the loop the whole way, and Mark was so helpful in giving us the reception we wanted during these unprecedented times. Our crowd was smaller than originally planned due to restrictions, but we had an absolutely amazing reception. Our guests couldn’t stop complementing the food, facility and their backyard! We’re so thankful we went with Samuels for our reception. It was certainly a day to remember!!

Stunning Venue, Excellent Costumer Service!

Dear Mr. Charles Pezzino, Mark Fromholt, Renea & the entire staff at Samuel's Grande Manor-
I want to start off by saying thank you to you all, especially Mark without whom this event would not have been possible. From start to finish, he was there to answer questions and work to accommodate our needs within a reasonable budget. He was patient, kind and had a wonderfully calming influence during times of stress. He took the load off of me a number of times as I planned this out of state wedding, by working directly with vendors (food, mandap) to finalize important details including placement of mandap within dimensions of the hall.

I am a Buffalo Native and currently living in South Florida. My husband and I spent over a year looking for a wedding venue in some of the finest resorts South Florida has to offer. None had the warmth, hospitality, and professionalism (including responsiveness) of Mark Fromholt. Both he and the organization are an excellent reflection of what the city of Buffalo represents and I am honored to have been married here.

Our event was a multiple day indian event with a garba/sangeet on Friday, traditional Hindu ceremony on Saturday morning and cocktail hour with reception on Saturday evening. The venue itself is stunning post major reno with a lovely palette of greys, crystal chandeliers and wide range of downlighting color options. Our guests enjoyed the multifaceted nature of the venue including its open and airy nature with preserved intimate feel. The floor to ceiling windows provided an excellent view of the garden during both our ceremony and wedding reception and provided us with the most stunning of event backdrops. Special thank you to Renea who used her artistic skills to bring the event decor together with her special touch. Special touches like the Alaskan Flambe dessert presentation were unique touches to the event. Plenty of complimentary parking and a long parking lot for bharaat procession. In summary, I would highly recommend this venue and its staff without reservation. We have no regrets on our choice!

Exceeded our expectations

We had a great experience with Samuel’s as our wedding venue. Mark was great to work with throughout the process. He pitched Samuel’s with such confidence, and they clearly do plenty of events. We had to haggle the price a little bit to prevent a percentage increase from one year to the next, but apparently that’s the norm with venues. Other than that, it was a positive experience. Mark was incredibly responsive and helpful, the reception went so smoothly, and guests raved about the food (we had filet mignon with chicken piccata). The price was great for us, the open bar was rocking, and everyone was polite. The only complaint I heard was that the men’s room was not cleaned throughout the night. The women’s room was fine. And the center room itself looks gorgeous with the new paint job and carpeting! I would highly recommend Samuel’s. They definitely know what they’re doing!

Great Experience

Our wedding is still 7 months away but I have been blown away by Samuel’s thus far. Any questions we have they answer immediately. I am so excited to get married here and the new renovations are gorgeous! Samuel’s cares about us as a couple and helping us create our perfect day.

Amazing Experience at SGM!

Samuel's Grande Manor was the perfect wedding venue. From the first time we met with them, to the very end of our wedding reception, the Samuel's team was attentive and professional. They were always available to answer questions, gave great suggestions, and were flexible with any special requests we had. When we arrived at the reception, my husband and I were blown away by how beautiful the room looked. The food was amazing, and the bartenders and wait staff were great. We used Samuel's in house DJ, and were very pleased with her as well. I don't have a single complaint! Thank you Samuel's for making our wedding reception so so special!

Incredible food, service, and attention

Samuels was absolutely fantastic in their services provided for our wedding, October 2018. To be honest, I was very hesitant to a wedding at a facility that ran multiple weddings at the same time and was a "banquet facility" (you know, wanted something original and unique), but this was nothing like that! First of all, the price- you could not beat it.

We were having a large wedding (invited 338) and cost efficiency was very important to us. You couldn't beat the amount of food, the quality of food, the quality of drinks, etc. for the price given there!

Leading up to the day Mark was soo responsive to all our my crazy bridal last minute questions. He went out of his way to ensure our day went by perfectly with every detail made. The room itself was beautiful and while it was a rainy day so we couldn't use the garden in the way that we planned, the ball of fire looked beautiful illuminated.

We were in the center room and there were 3 other events going on that day but you never would've known; this did not impede on the quality of service/attentiveness. Nor did it change the deliciousness of the food!! We did the steak and chicken oscar and people were RAVING about it.

Highly recommend Samuel's!

Stress free night

We attended a wedding at Samuel’s the year of making our decision about a vendor for our own wedding. At the end of the night, we both decided that Samuel’s would be the place for us and we booked a date the next day. They took care of everything and made sure that everything would be handled for the big day. We chose to do a buffet style dinner; which was delicious and our guests were very impressed with how good the food and the desserts were. The bartenders were amazing and made our “bride & groom” choice drinks all night long. Samuel’s took care of setting up all of the tables and made sure to ask exactly how we wanted everything to be set up. The day of the wedding was so stress free because I knew that everything had been taken care of already. We had our ceremony outside which was absolutely gorgeous and the middle room was stunning with the giant chandelier. I’d highly recommend Samuel’s to be anyone’s choice for their venue.

Awesome experience!

We had our wedding at Samuel's Grande Manor in July and could not be more happier with our decision. We had our ceremony outside in the gazebo and our reception upstairs. The air condition wasn't working in the Josephine room, so they opened up the room so we had the whole upstairs. Which allowed the kids to play and people to go over and have a quiet area to talk. The service was exceptional and food was great. 3 months later people are still telling us what an awesome time that they had at our wedding.

I can not say enough good things about the staff at samuels.sue was a dream to plan our wedding with.mark was a doll for letting us take over his office wedding day to get ready and carol helped make the day go smoothly with all our decor we brought with.food was amazing! We had wayyy too much food lol but it was so delicious.the venue looked beautiful from our outside ceremony to the setup of reception.everythign went so smooth I was in shock! Got married at Samuel’s on 10/13, and it was the best experience. They were by far the best value when we were searching for options, and they made our wedding amazing! The food was delicious and hot, and the service was exceptional. Would recommend them to anyone, and wouldn’t change a thing with them as our venue.

Sue was wonderful and was there for us every step of the way! Our wedding was in the center room and it was absolutely gorgeous. Food was excellent; we had the buffet and we had so many of our guests came up to us and compliment how awesome the food was. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. I strongly recommend Samuel's!! My husband and I went to about 10 places before we decided with them. You just cannot beat the price for what you get. If you leave hungry, you're a fool. I worked with Sue who was amazing!!! I would email her throughout with any questions and she always had the best answers/opinions. The day of... Everything was PERFECT. Everyone that worked on the day of our wedding was fantastic, made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. We had a room upstairs which mandates having Advent Sound as the DJ (Debbie was amazing!!! Checked on us all night long). I honestly would not change a thing about our day.

Loved every moment of it!! Very professional, and knowledgeable. Very easy to communicate with. Felt at ease the moment I signed the contract. I am so happy I found this venue. Sue was exceptional. I didn't need a wedding planner as she was right on with everything. My wedding was small (60 guest) but everyone loved everything about it; the venue, the food, the service, etc. I am very satisfied about the outcome. It was absolutely perfect and the staff did an incredible amazing job. I could not have asked for anything more. The room was set up exactly how I invisioned it. Grant did such an amazing job, as the captain, throughout the entire night. The food was spectacular and Debbie, from Samuels Sound, did absolutely phenomenal as the DJ. We received nothing but positive comments from our family/ friends who attended the wedding, saying "it was one of the best weddings that they've ever been to...the food was incredible, etc". You all did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with choosing Samuels Grande Manor as our venue. Thank You!!

Samuels Grande Manor was nothing short of Grande. I wouldn't have wanted to have my wedding reception anywhere else. Sue and Mark were so awesome to work with. Not only did they accommodate our every wish, but they exceeded my expecations with their spectacular service from the beginning. Mark was so on top of everything, consistently asking my husband and I, and our parents, if we needed anything. We had the succulent steak and chicken sit down dinner, and it was to die for. After all the weddings I have been to, the food is the one thing that usually just passes for mediocre. This was not the case at my wedding at all. Not one complain from us or any of our guests! They were RAVING about the food. The room itself had such an elegant ambiance. I would be honored and so proud to recommend Samuels Grande Manor to anyone looking for the best wedding venue in town!! Samuels did such an AMAZING job executing my wedding reception. From the planning stage all the way to the day of, the entire staff was extremely attentive and made sure my vision came through.
The food was INCREDIBLE!! I've never heard so many people rave about the quality of food at a wedding before like they did at our wedding. Everyone's meals were perfect. The display of appetizers and late night food seriously blew everyone away.
The general manager Mark was wonderful to work with. He welcomed all my crazy ideas and embraced every single one of them.
The décor of Samuels is absolutely stunning!
I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful elegant wedding!

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! We held the wedding ceremony in the gardens and the reception immediately following. The staff was so attentive to detail and guided us along the way from beginning to end. I especially loved the added touch of the champagne toast for the wedding party by the water fountain after the wedding ceremony. I will definitely recommend Samuel's to my family and friends for their events.

I looked for many many places in a very short time for our wedding ceremony and reception, but we were just so lucky that we had the opportunity of meeting dear Mark and Lovely Sue and they just had one night available for us to have our wedding there, I really do feel blessed, we had the most gorgeous , elegant and classy wedding, Samuel's Grand Manor has the most beautiful gazebo and backyard, each ballroom has their own beautiful and fun patio, the ballrooms are very classy and the food is just amazing and I can give 5 start for it. the steak and the chicken are very well served and cooked - everyone loved it. I have to say a big thank you to both Dear Mark and Lovely Sue, they are very nice, and flexible and expert and helpful managers and coordinators - we had a traditional Persian ceremony there and they helped us with their open hands and big smiles. I and my Husband and all our family are very happy and satisfied. I really do suggest this beautiful venue for all bride and grooms to have their big day there, they and their guests will have so much fun.

To start, I was a little put off by the coordinator sue . She was just a touch impersonal. I felt like I was a bother any time I had to talk to her. However i loved the venue so we decided to look past that. I would like to say that she is fabulous at her job! We didn't need a friend, we needed someone that knew what needed to be done. so that's all we cared about.
I am so happy we stuck with it. It is very hard with close to 150 people to have everyone happy. We did not have one complaint. The waiters were spectacular and every employee we met did everything they could to help. It was everything we wanted and more all at a great cost.

We did our ceremony and our reception at Samuel's and they were nothing but amazing! They were very accommodating and always reassuring me that everything was covered. I always said to my (now) husband, "no one ever goes to a wedding and really loves the food." Boy, was I wrong! I have heard from all of our family members and friends how AMAZING the food was. They said they had the best filet of their lives. I am so happy with our choice with using Samuel's. It was beautiful and elegant and just all around magical. Thank you again!!!

Shortly after getting engaged I started looking into venues, no one could compare to what Samuels had to offer. Although I was looking for a venue that wasn't as crowded as Samuels was I knew that Samuels was where we needed to be. From our first appointment right up until the day of Sue and Carol were fantastic to work with. I ended up making a lot of last-minute changes the week of the wedding and they were very accommodating even adding chairs to a table 3 days before because I forgot to include our professionals in the chair count. I was worried that the vision I had for my fall themed wedding would not be able to happen as there were so many pieces and we were the fifth group to book for that day. Sue and Carol assured me that all my worries were for nothing, and they were correct. We were married on October 15, 2016 and Samuels made my dream come true. All the staff were fantastic to work with that day, anytime I needed anything they were right there to help out. We had extra wedding cake we gave to our staff along with gelato and they all personally came to thank me for our generosity. Booking with Samuels will be the best thing you do.

We visited all the "in" downtown venues and they couldn't hold a candle to what Samuels offered at a very reasonable price. No matter what the request we never heard the word no! Sue and Carol were a pleasure to work with the venue is beautiful ( not the old Samuels I remembered) the interior and exterior gardens are so tastefully done. The night of the wedding went off without a hitch. You're assigned a person who is like your personal wedding planner who makes sure your wedding party knows when to walk down the aisle,when dances,cake cutting etc needs to take place. When you arrive at the venue the wedding party and family is treated like royalty! As your guests arrive they too are treated with the same care. They food was delicious,the dessert table amazing and the venue delightful! What more could you want? Also one of the few venues that can accommodate 300+ people.

We had our wedding reception upstairs in the Samuel room on June 3, 2016. After meeting with Sue, we knew Samuels was the perfect place for us! From the start, Sue made sure all of our questions were answered and was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. With all the stress that comes with planning a wedding, Sue and the rest of the staff put my nerves at ease ensuring things would run smoothly, which they did! I loved that Sue made sure everything was how my husband and I wanted it. Our captain was amazing and very attentive to our needs. When we arrived at the reception she brought us out some appetizers and a drink without us even asking. The staff went above and beyond to make our night perfect!! We got so many compliments from our guests about the food and how beautiful it was. Our guests also really enjoyed having the balcony to go outside. We used Samuel Sound as our DJ and Debbie was amazing!! We picked a few must play songs and let her take care of the rest. The dance floor was packed all night! I can't thank Samuels enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams! Samuels completely exceeded our expectations!

Our wedding was on 6/11/16. It was absolutely AMAZING! We had a small wedding with around 45 people attending. It was perfect. Sue was so helpful and responsive to our needs from beginning to end. Mark and Dawn were so awesome on the wedding day. Dawn, our captain, was so attentive to everything we needed. She was simply the best! It was perfect! Food was delicious. We had so many compliments. Thank you Samuels for helping make our wedding a night to remember forever! :)

Samuel's was amazing. We had a small reception and ceremony of about 85 people and they accomdiated us so well. They were always quick to respond and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. The day of our wedding - we seriously did not have to worry about one thing because you could tell how professional and ready they were for us.

Samuels was wonderful to myself and my husband through the entire planning process. Sue and the other staff went above and beyond to ensure that we did not have any questions or concerns throughout. They also were extremely accomodating to our requests and wants. Pam our banquet lead that night made sure that any minor problems were quickly addressed. The food was delicious and most guests went home with a doggie bag. The room was beautiful and all of our guests had such a good time. We also hired DJ Debbie the house DJ and she was awesome and so easy to work with. Thank you for making our wedding planning process much less stressful than what it could be!

BEAUTIFUL! AWESOME!! SO HELPFUL! Mark and the staff at Samuel's were incredibly helpful throughout our whole planning process and everything about our reception was absolutely wonderful. Our families are still talking about how beautiful the room (downstairs, all three rooms) looked and how awesome all the food was (especially those crab cakes!). Mark or another member of the staff always responded to our questions throughout planning within hours if not minutes! and they were always willing to set up an appointment to help us even if it was the same day I called. The staff the night of the reception was excellent also!
