Our family and ourselves cannot stop raving about how amazing Erica is.
Planning a desitination wedding is hard enough, but she really helped put a lot of concerns and questions at ease.
She is thorough and makes sure to have you feeling the best you can leading up to and on your big day.
I have found wonderful vendors such and HMUA and Florist because of Erica, and couldn't imagine choosing anyone else.
Hire Salt Wife Weddings!! You will not regret it! -

Perfect destination wedding
My wife and I originally got married at a courthouse and had always dreamed about having a wedding reception. For our 11 yr anniversary we decided to hold a renewal of vows with all of our closest family and friends.
While planning our destination wedding to Islamorada, we quickly realized that we had bitten off a little more than we could chew, as the wedding planning quickly became overwhelming. We reached out to our venue owners and Erica was on the top of their list of recommendations.
From our first conversation, we could tell that she was very well organized and really cared about our experience. We gave her a list of the things we cared about the most and she helped us find vendors to stay within our budget.
Her vendor recommendations were top notch, and her planning ended up being nothing less than perfect. The wedding day was like a well orchestrated symphony with all of the moving pieces falling perfectly into place.
The weekend could not have went better and we are forever grateful to Erica for helping make our special day a reality. We would highly recommend Erica to anyone hosting their wedding in the Florida Keys! -

Erica was a delight to work with. She took all the stress away and helped us through the wedding planning process, and I'm really glad we had her! I asked so many questions and Erica was always ready with a response and an idea I hadn't thought of. The planning tools and resources she provided were really helpful and kept me organized when I was dealing with vendors and thinking about decor and details. Our wedding day was flawless - everything ran so smoothly and was completely stress free and we couldn't have done it without Erica. From my first phone call with Erica I knew she was the right person to make our wedding day everything we wanted and so much more! Being a local she knows all the vendors, locations, she's familiar with the weather and how to make a wedding day truly spectacular. We had a destination wedding and most of our wedding was all sight unseen but everything worked out perfectly with the management of Erica. She is more involved than we even realized until on the wedding day when we didn't have to do anything but enjoy ourselves. If you are getting married then I would highly recommend adding Salt Wife Weddings to your must have vendor list. Chris & I can't thank you enough for making our wedding day perfect! -

If you want to know that your wedding day is in the capable hands of someone who really cares, hire Erica immediately.
I was the type of bride who originally thought I did not need an event planner, and wow was I really just plain wrong there. When I started to get completely overwhelmed, I interviewed a few planners and, just minutes into my phone call with Erica, I knew she was the one! Honestly, my only regret is not working with her sooner.
My now-husband John and I booked Erica for her wedding management package, and it was the best decision we made. Erica knows Islamorada and its event scene intimately; she is a wedding planning pro; and she has a huge heart. She thought of *everything* in the planning process and helped us navigate through details stress-free. She was always there to help us brainstorm ideas, problem solve, make recommendations, and more. Importantly, she got to know John and me on a personal level and helped really make our day authentic to us as a couple.
When I first talked with Erica, I told her my biggest fear for the wedding day was that I would be so stressed that I wouldn’t be present enough to enjoy the moment. Erica saved me from myself and pulled off a completely stress-free wedding day. It was honestly a dream day, and it’s all thanks to Erica. She worked outside in the heat all day long to set up our ceremony and reception space and made sure the whole event went seamlessly from start to finish.
We did not have a videographer, and Erica was thoughtful enough to record our vows during the ceremony on her phone. I can’t tell you how much that level of thoughtfulness means when it comes to your wedding day.
I truly could write a book about how awesome Erica is. Without a doubt, our day would not have been possible without her. Don’t be silly and wait like I did — hire Erica ASAP. You will be so grateful you did.

Erica was so wonderful to work with! We planned a destination wedding so having someone who knew the area and the local vendors was helpful. She was on top of everything from the very first phone call and made sure every detail was covered and even brought up things we didn't think of! Talking over the day she made it a priority to understand how we wanted to the day to go and what we already had planned so she could take over and make the day run smoothly. She made us feel confident that everything would be set for the day. On the day of we were able to relax and enjoy the day because Erica had everything handled. I highly recommend working with Erica! -

Organized and professional
Our wedding was more than I ever dreamed of! We hired saltwife weddings for the day of package, and wish we would have hired her for more! I have helped with lots of other weddings and thought I had everything under control, but Erica really knew what she was doing and knew exactly what I was missing and how to make it happen! Where to begin. We had the most incredible wedding weekend, from the welcome dinner straight through to the farewell brunch—and we owe it ALL to Erica and Salt Wife Weddings.
When we chose to do a destination wedding, we quickly felt overwhelmed with planning from afar and felt really behind in the entire process (as we were). Insert Salt Wife Weddings. Erica took the time to understand exactly what we were envisioning, helped us brainstorm ideas, introduced us to the most wonderful vendors, and kept us on track.
She was so easy to work with. We bounced ideas off of her and constantly asked for advice and all the while she was so kind, responsive, patient (she was working with world’s most indecisive bride), and professional.
Once our wedding weekend finally arrived, Erica made it so seamless. She had every detail accounted for, took care of anything that came up last minute, and thought of absolutely everything. I never once felt any stress ((and I’ve been in plenty of weddings, so I understand how rare that is!))
Before we started working with Erica, we just had our venue (The Caribbean Resort). In a few months she single-handedly transformed it into our dream wedding weekend. We take zero credit—she saw our vision and went above and beyond to make it exactly what we wanted (and more!). I was a bit on the fence if I needed a planner or not since my venue had some coordination and I had most of the big things like venue, photography and food picked by the time I found Erica but if I can offer any advice to brides is that YES you do need a planner and for more than 30 days out! It really is true that the planner works for your best interest to make sure YOU are not stressed the day of. Erica went so above and beyond. When our place cards didn't come in she MADE us cute place cards. She wrangled rowdy groomsmen with ease, kept the timeline flowing and made sure everything looked perfect. My advice would be to START by hiring Erica so she can guide you through the whole process. We are SO lucky we had her making our day seamless and enjoyable! -
