Sale e Pepe is THE venue to get married at on Marco Island. The food was and always is amazing, the staff was and always is beyond professional. I have to say though Mary Beth is who truly made this an exceptional experience. Unfortunately our florist forgot our event and had to throw something together last minute, but Mary Beth went above and beyond to make sure that the tables and venue looked so beautiful and special for us. I can not recommended her or Sale e Pepe enough to any bride looking for a breathtaking venue with five star food and service. -

Sale e Pepe was the perfect wedding venue! The breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico is matched by the elegance of the interior and architecture—it’s truly jaw-dropping. The staff was professional, friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the location. Mary Beth, their event coordinator, was also fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. My husband and I had the most amazing time and can’t wait to return for dinner and relive the memories. -

Everything for my daughter’s wedding was perfect! The wedding planner, Mary Beth Esposito, did a phenomenal job. She kept everything on schedule with a very pleasant demeanor. She was very professional and extremely helpful through the entire process. The food was awesome! Everyone commented on the quality of the food and the entire experience. 3/1/25 - simply incredible!
My husband and I just got married at Sale e Pepe on 3/1/2025 and WOW! I knew it was going to be great based on all the reviews and how EASY Mary Beth made the entire planning process but the day of was simply magical. Everything flowed so perfectly. Mary Beth is simply the BEST at what she does. We planned this as a destination wedding as we live out of state and it couldn’t have been easier. If you’re looking for an amazing day start to finish with incredible views and vibes, look no further. I cannot recommend this venue enough. The food, the atmosphere, the view, the staff - everything was top notch. All my guests cannot stop raving about the day!

Sale e Pepe was the PERFECT venue. I encourage anyone to get married there if they would like a dream wedding! We toured other venues and nothing came close to the experience Sale e Pepe offered. Guests still comment on not only the quality of the food, but the entirety of the dining experience. Allergies were taken very seriously.
We cannot say enough amazing things about Mary Beth. She explained different options regarding the ceremony location, reception location, and provided a list of preferred vendors. She provided us with a timeline that we were then able to provide to all vendors. It made the day (and those days leading up) worry free since we knew what to expect and when. Mary Beth went above and beyond to ensure we had a magical wedding. She’s full of fantastic ideas that enhanced our day. She is so thorough and such an asset to Sale e Pepe! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Mary Beth and all her support and help.
I know everyone says their wedding day is perfect and they wouldn’t change a thing, but truly NOTHING went wrong. All the credit for that goes to Sale e Pepe’s incredible level of care. I wish we could get married every weekend to experience such perfection again! -

Sale E Pepe is the PERFECT spot to have your wedding.. Do not hesitate booking this venue! Mary Beth and her team are organized, detailed oriented, professional and simply impeccable. This was a destination wedding which can provide additional complications, but Mary Beth made sure to make the experience easy and smooth. The food was to die for (plated at the same time at the table which is SO elegant) and the views you just simply cannot beat! Thank you Sale E Pepe for making this experience so beautiful! -

Mary Beth and Sale e Pepe was absolutely out of this world. After looking at different venues in the area, we came to the conclusion that this was the perfect place for our wedding. We were treated so wonderfully by all the staff, and Mary Beth was nothing but accommodating with us and our wedding planner. This was a destination wedding, so she went out of her way to coordinate with our wedding planner and show her the space days before the wedding so that everything was perfect. The food was magnificent and we have had nothing but amazing feedback from everyone that attended. We cannot emphasize enough how wonderful both the venue and wedding coordinator are. This was the perfect spot for an unforgettable day. -

We had our wedding here on 12/10/22 and the entire Sale E Pepe team was amazing to work with! The terrace view is spectacular and the beach is beautiful. As soon as we saw this venue we knew this was it! The food on our wedding night was delicious - a lot of our guests have complimented that it was the best wedding food they've ever had. The entire staff and service team was very professional and attentive to detail. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour on the beach and our reception on the terrace. The beach bar at that time was still damaged from the hurricane but the Sale E Pepe staff didn't skip a beat - drinks were prepared at the boardwalk bar and our guests had a wonderful time taking in the breathtaking sunset on the beach. We were so relaxed on our wedding day and we fully trusted the entire team at Sale E Pepe. We worked with Galina planning our wedding and she coordinated on our wedding day - our wedding day was during her transition to a new job, Galina is incredible and made our day effortless and run very smoothly. Mary Beth is the new coordinator and she seems like a joy to work with. A lot of our guests also stayed at Marco Beach Ocean Resort and since MBOR had switched to Vacasa (3rd party from originally full service hotel), they still had someone at the check in desk, valet, and beach chairs available for guests - all a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this venue, our families keep referring to our time here as the best week of our lives. -

We were supposed to get married at this venue on 10/8/2022 and had to postpone due to Hurricane Ian. We rescheduled our wedding for 1/15/2023 and it was the best decision of our lives! Not only is the venue itself stunning and directly located on Marco Island's beautiful white sand beach, but the venue staff went above and beyond all expectations. Our guests were blown away by the service, but most importantly, their meals. We opted for the Grouper and American Wagyu, both were cooked to perfect for every single guest. The flow of the entire wedding was flawless and the communication leading up to the wedding was amazing. If you are considering a venue in Southwest Florida, look no further. Sale E Pepe at Marco Beach Ocean Resort is hands down the best vendor we could have chosen. Added plus - they have the most incredible indoor lounge that we used for our after party to keep the night going! -

Sale e Pepe was a dream wedding venue. The terrace is absolutely stunning any time of day, along with the property and beach. Working with the venue coordinator, Galina, was easy and fantastic. She was very communicative and always responded to my (probably crazy) emails. Even the smallest question was answered with the most detail. Galina is a true rockstar.
The food was unbelievable and our guests are still raving about it. The service was phenomenal, from servers to bartenders. The event manager Damir was so kind, courteous, and checked in with my husband and I throughout the night to make sure we were doing okay.
There isn’t a single bad thing I could say about the venue, service, or people involved in making it all come together. Sale e Pepe will forever hold a special place in my heart. -

Can't say enough about Galina at MBOR, she is amazing. From the first contact to the followup after our daughters wedding Galina is in contact with you and wants to know that everything is perfect. We are had our daughters wedding here as a destination wedding and having Galina eased our anxiety and stress in all the planning. Galina is well organized has a great list of vendors to work with. On top of that Sale e Pepe staff and managers were wonderful, best team on the island. Look no further!
We have nothing but high praises for MBOR, which was the most incredible venue for our wedding. We knew we picked a great venue when we started booking our vendors and they told us that this was their favorite venue to work at. On top of a beautiful venue that has it all, the wedding coordinator Galina deserves the most praise. She single handedly coordinated our wedding from start to finish and was there for us every step of the way. She is extremely detail oriented and made the entire experience so seamless and easy for us. Everything I could have dreamed of and more!
We had our wedding at MBOR on Friday 12/3/21, and all I can say is it was everything we had dreamed of and more! If you are looking for a venue down here in south Florida I would recommend them 10/10. First off, the location was impeccable. We had our cocktail hour on the beach and dinner and dancing up on the terrace overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It felt like a dream and everyone couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and perfect everything was (still to this day!). Second, the food was amazing. It didn’t taste like the traditional wedding food. It was so delicious and they were so accommodating with everything we asked for. Third, the service there is short of none. From the start, Galina was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire time we were planning. She was so responsive and accommodating of all the different questions and changes I threw at her. Finally, the next day, we met everyone out on the beach to relax and have drinks in the sun, and it was the best way to continue our festivities since most of our guests were out of town. Everyone is still talking about it! We could not have asked for a better team or location for our big day! -

Marco Beach Ocean Resort is truly a one of a kind venue. We just got married here in December of 2021 and to say our wedding was executed seamlessly by the resort and our on-site coordinator, Galina, would be an understatement. Galina is not your typical Events Manager etc. Galina is truly an experienced, helpful, and organized wedding coordinator. Galina began contact with me over a year before our wedding and helped me through all sorts of details and planning items. At my first visit on site with her, she was so well prepared and I left the meeting feeling so confident in our plans. The service from the Sale Pepe staff is unmatched. We had the most wonderful, private tasting for our cocktail hour appetizers, entrees and wine service. The staff at MBOR makes you feel so special no matter where you are in the resort and is so polite and kind. The sunset terrace was my dream ceremony location as we got to be above the beach but not physically on the beach and the Gulf Ballroom is a beautiful room for your reception. Most of our wedding guests stayed on-site and were super pleased with their experience for the weekend. I can not recommend booking this venue enough. My husband and I can't wait to come back next year. -

Perfection.
I just recently got married at MBOR on Dec 5 2021. I literally can not say enough good things. First of all, the venue is stunning. You can not beat the view, the space on the outdoor terrace, the location, and the food!!! The food was unbelievable! The hotel is beautiful and our guests loved staying there! I HAVE to mention Galina who is the wedding planner at MBOR. Galina alone should be a reason to book a wedding at the resort. She was so amazing to work with from start to finish. She is incredibly organized making sure every single detail is accounted for and the timing of everything is on schedule. She is knowledgeable, she knows and works with all of the vendors and she will make sure that your wedding is absolutely perfect. My wedding day would not have been the perfect day that it was without Galina. I also have to mention the entire staff in general at the resort: the reservationists, the staff at the wedding including the waiters and bartenders and banquet manager - ALL of them AMAZING! Just such a gorgeous place to get married and you will work with the best people. I highly highly recommend!! I also want to mention that they only do 1 wedding a day so the place is dedicated to you vs other venues on Marco have multiple weddings a night! You will have the best wedding and the best experience here! -

This resort was a dream come true. This was a destination wedding for us so we were super nervous. The resort came with a wedding coordinator, Galina. Galina is absolutely amazing! Without her we would have never pulled off this destination wedding. She guided us in the right direction and kept us on schedule the whole time. She was very quick to answer any questions I had. I seriously cannot say enough great things about Galina. From the moment we arrived for the wedding week the staff at the resort not only treated my husband and I amazing but all of our family and friends as well. Most of our wedding guests had never been to Marco Island before and now so many want to make it a yearly vacation spot and only want to stay at the MBOR. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking to get married in Florida to check MBOR out. It was 100000% worth the money. Our wedding guests are STILL talking about how amazing the food was. Lots of people said it was the best wedding they ever attended and the best food at a wedding. We can't wait to have many yearly anniversary trips here! -

My husband and I got married in Marco Island on May 29, 2021. When we began the wedding planning process in 2020, we knew we wanted a destination wedding in Marco Island with about 75-100 guests. We were recommended Marco Beach Ocean Resort by many locals and vendors in the area. Immediately following our initial conversation with Lynn & Galina, 2 of their team members, we knew this was the perfect venue for us! We had also heard that other venues on the island are known to host more than 1 wedding per day. We loved that Marco Beach does only 1 wedding per day allowing the focus and attention to be on one couple ensuring all details are executed as planned!
Galina, the on-site Coordinator at Marco Beach, is beyond fabulous! From our initial conversation to the wedding reception, Galina was with us every step of the way. Whenever we had questions or simply needed to provide her with an update regarding the wedding, she would communicate with us almost immediately to ensure we were taken care of. She made planning a wedding in Florida from Indiana an absolute breeze! Galina, the team members, the food, the location, the weather and the views were absolutely incredible! We couldn't have envisioned a more perfect day.
Since our wedding day, guests continue to complement us by letting us know that our wedding was one of the most beautiful/elegant events they have ever attended. We know this is largely due to the views, food and the team at MBOR. Galina and the team at Marco Beach Ocean Resort are the best of the best and will ensure you have the most magical day! -

Our wedding day was perfect. There are no words that can describe how amazing the staff was at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Galina--perfection!!! She was there through every step of the way and kept us calm through the rescheduling and all the nonsense that Covid presented. We hired all the vendors from the MBOR vendor list and they were truly talented, professional and had wonderful communication skills. Marco Beach delivered everything they said they would and more... We are an older couple and have been married before, so we were expecting the best and we got perfection. The food was incredible and our guests are still raving about our day. We are all going back for our 1 year anniversary next year. Brides, have a visit at this venue. You will not be disappointed. -

Words can't even begin to express how amazing this venue is. Our initial wedding was September of 2020, but due to COVID we had to push it back to April 29, 2021. We live in NY so this was a destination wedding. At first we thought it would be complicated to have a destination wedding, especially with COVID, but WOW the venue did an amazing job accommodating. We were able to switch our wedding due to those circumstances without any issues. We cut back our wedding to only immediate family, which was under 20 people, and everyone had an amazing time. The ceremony on the beach was perfect, the reception over looking the beach and water was breathtaking, the food was OUTSTANDING. It was truly a fairytale wedding thanks to the venue and staff. BOOK YOUR VENUE HERE ASAP!
The staff was incredible. We stayed there for an entire week and everyone from valet, to staff walking around the building, to waiters and chefs were so sweet and accommodating. The food is absolutely delicious. All the guest kept raving (and still talking) about how delicious and fresh the food was, and we had the buffet style. Most places are a hit or miss when it comes to wedding food, but this place was like a five star restaurant! We also got the desserts though the venue which were amazing.
Marco Beach Ocean Resort also has a wedding coordinator named Galina that helps with you every detail, and we couldn't have made this happen without out. She responds to emails the same day, usually within hours, sometimes even minutes! The email can be a ton of questions or one simple one, and she was always right on it! She made she every detail was exactly how we wanted it to be, from the ceremony chairs, to the exacting timing of sunset, to making sure the entire event went smoothly. She is amazing, we feel like we are all family!
If you want a venue and staff that is extremely organized and treats you like you two are the top priority and not just a number, pick this place! We officially feel like family at Marco Beach Ocean Resort and can not wait to go back and celebrate our future life events. An Absolute Fairy Tale Of a Wedding
I can't say ENOUGH about how amazing our experience was with Galina, the staff, and Marco Beach Ocean Resort itself. My now husband Bruce and I got married this past weekend - April 25th, 2021. We started this entire process back in February of 2020 when we first got engaged. We live in Austin, Texas and wanted a beach wedding. After a looooong search, we decided we really liked the boutique style of Marco Beach Ocean Resort. All of the rooms have a beach view. It's not a "chain" and we liked that as our wedding was going to be a smaller one and we wanted something intimate. We had never even visited MBOR but booked it anyway. From DAY ONE, Galina was on top of her game. She communicated all the time, was extremely organized, super sweet and kind and very professional. We felt like we weren't just another wedding. Like every wedding Galina does is special. We ended up visiting in November and I literally felt like that weekend was our wedding weekend. Everyone was so kind and helpful and thoughtful. We had a taste testing and the chef came out and greeted us and asked how everything was. From that time on, Galina continued to be AMAZING. When you do a wedding from afar, it can be intimidating. I was not worried at all. I knew we were in amazing hands. The weekend of our wedding we created guest bags and the bellmen delivered them to every single room without a hitch. Not ONE thing went wrong - from the ceremony to the the happy hour/hor devours on the beach to the amazing dinner on the terrace to the dancing in the ballroom. It all went off without a single issue. Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I could go on and on, but if you are considering a beach wedding, do not look any further! Galina and MBOR will not disappoint!!! -

Best venue ever! Dream wedding
LONG OVERDUE REVIEW MARRIED 2/8/20* Review: To be completely honest, this venue was the last on our list (keep reading..). This hotel didnt have many reviews at the time and from the pictures we saw didn’t compare to the neighboring hotels (oh, how VERY WRONG we were!) First, we went to the Naples hotels and the marco marriot. We almost signed on the dotted line at the marriot and can’t say enough how happy we did not do that! MBOR is the only hotel that could accommodate a real private feel wedding on the beach. Marriot showed us the new adult area that was beautiful and I asked this question really assuming it wouldn’t be a problem but this was the deal breaker that led us next door to our apt at the MBOR. I asked the marriot if they move the lounge chairs for the weddings and they said no but we can photoshop the people out of the photos. Um? That’s not what we want? Lol so when we went to the MBOR they said they move the chaise lounges and they put up a white sheet along with the side to create a true private ceremony on the beach! They even have security if people don’t follow the rules. We wanted a real sunset beach wedding and the mbor truly delivers. The moment you walk in to the marco ocean beach resort you feel a sense of boutique elegance mixed with hominess. It feels very personalized. The marriot felt like a cruise ship. MBOR only does 1 wedding a day. The whole hotel treats you like royalty and knows your name and family names because your the main event for the whole hotel. From the moment we signed with Linda we got in touch with Galina. Galina is incredible!! She was on top of the ball on absolutely everything. She is so professional and was basically a wedding planner with my wife and mom. The whole team at the MBOR is amazing. Everyone from the Kaleigh the rooms manager to housekeeping to front desk to valet are so nice. They truly treat you like family and we now consider the MBOR to be our home away from home. Our wedding was so magical and there’s no venue that could’ve done what we wanted. We had access to any location we wanted at the hotel. Ceremony: Beach

I hired MBOR for our Daughter’s wedding on
1- 30-21.
I worked with Galina who is exceptionally good at organizing and planning and is someone I very much admire.
All of the staff at MBOR are friendly and professional.
The bellmen work hard AND have a good sense of humor, too. 😊
The Chef put together a FANTASTIC meal for us and our guests. Many compliments on the food.
The setting is as good as it gets on the beach! And, instead of being 1 of 7 events that day (like at other resorts on the beach) you will be the ONLY event of the day.
The planning process you go through with GALINA can be intense and is very detailed but it’s all WORTH IT because your special day goes off without a hitch!
Ours did. Smooth as silk!
The real star of the show at MBOR is GALINA. She is extremely helpful, very kind, professional and sharp. In fact her office is way too small for the BIG job that she has. She works extremely hard and is very detail-oriented and it would be exceptionally hard to replace her as an employee!
The other nice thing she will provide you with is a “preferred vendor” list. I didn’t know most of these vendors but found them to be top notch, reliable, professional and many are people I will hire again.
What a gift!
So many details went in to our daughter’s wedding and it was simply perfect. We are happy and more-than-satisfied parents of the bride!

I'm not even sure where to start with how AMAZING Marco Beach Ocean Resort was throughout our entire wedding journey. We were recommended the venue from family friends and compared it to other hotels in Marco Island (JW Martiott, Hilton). The thing that stood out the most to us was that Marco Beach only hosts ONE WEDDING PER DAY, rather than the JW which can host as many as 4 or even more. That being said, ALL attention is on YOUR wedding. Choosing Marco Beach as our venue was the BEST decision we made, and it especially was highlighted throughout the pandemic and having to postpone our original wedding date which was in April.
Now, onto GALINA, the wedding coordinator as Marco Beach. GALINA IS ALL YOU COULD DREAM FOR IN A WEDDING COORDINATOR. Living in Chicago, and having a destination wedding, I was nervous about the whole planning process and even considered hiring a wedding planner. Galina took all of my nerves away, she KNOWS ALL AND DOES ALL. I can't say enough good things about her!!!! I had no idea booking at Marco Beach how spoiled I would be working with her, so I want to let everyone know that she goes above and beyond any wedding coordinator I've ever heard of. She is SO organized (which I loved because I am very Type A), professional, kind, funny, understanding, patient - the list goes on and on. She is also EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. Whenever I sent an email, I knew she would respond the same day, even sometimes minutes, after sending. She's a machine and on top of EVERY DETAIL of your day. She knows every single vendor and has a great relationship with them all - which helps tremendously.
Galina proactively contacted us before Florida began to shut down, to talk about postponing/considering other options. She had a gut feeling and decided to get ahead of it. I can't stress enough how appreciative we were that she reached out a month ahead of our date, when it really could have been a week or few days. I can't imagine working with anyone better than Galina during a pandemic. She was so patient with our decisions and so understanding how stressful it was.
Marco Beach as a whole feels like a family. Everyone is so professional, respectful, friendly - they are always looking for ways to accommodate their guests in the best way. They even made amendments to our contract when we postponed, including a free hour of bar service at our reception - we were NOT expecting that and never inquired about it. They offered it completely on their own. I can't stress how amazing everyone is.
If you are getting married in Marco Island, CHOOSE MARCO BEACH. You are in such good hands and will have the most beautiful wedding atmosphere. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the reception was on the terrace as well as the watching the sunset on the beach during cocktail hour. Again, GALINA IS OUTSTANDING, I owe her so much gratitude and will definitely be keeping in touch with her. She is just that type of person, I can't say enough good things about her. You can't go wrong choosing this venue - we can't wait to go back for anniversaries in the future to re-live our day, it was perfect.

Best venue to stay at and get married at in Marco Island, Florida! I was a bride planning her wedding from Chicago so it was very nerve reckoning being the control freak that I am to plan from far away. In came Galina! She was INCREDIBLE! Galina, my Mother and I became fast friends. She was consistent in her follow up, outlined everything for us as we were planning from afar and gave great suggestions regarding vendors. She was also so organized the month leading up to the wedding. I never once worried about a thing because Galina has such an amazing repour with vendors that they too trust in her. No timeline was incorrect, everything was so meticulously planned it was incredible. Our families & guests even loved Galina, she was there to ensure that everything went smoothly the day of the wedding and even sent Champagne and chocolates to our room and my parents’ room. She was so sweet, kind, funny, and made me feel like it was a family member helping us out throughout the way. As for the staff at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort.... You are working with simply the best!! Customer service is constantly at the forefront of this resort and venue. Everyone from housekeeping staff (Shout out to our girl Patrica, who left cute hearts & swans made out of towels on our bed,) Carmichael at the pool bar and banquet staff at the wedding reception. In addition, the wait staff, Somolier, Chef, everyone is so highly professional and well trained to make sure that there is no detail left undone and that you have everything you need. I would highly recommend this venue and would be happy to add any additional color or answer any questions. My husband and I love this resort and can't wait to come back to visit for our honeymoon! Where to begin with this place, it is so truly magical! I want to begin by thanking Galina, the wedding coordinator on site. Like my husband says, she is a machine! Galina helped us with the planning and timeline of our wedding and she was so meticulous and precise that it made all of the stress of wedding planning fade away. Not only that, but she is an ABSOLUTE sweetheart! So kind and eager to help. Galina, we truly cannot thank you enough, our wedding was beyond our wildest dreams and we owe big part of that to you.
Now, the service at MBOR is out of this world. The resort made us feel so special during our entire stay, leaving us champagne bottles, chocolates, complementary mimosas, and being so kind and attentive of our every need. From the valet to the servers, banquet captain, head chef, concierge I mean EVERYBODY was so thoughtful and nice!!

Perfect Wedding Venue
MBOR was the perfect wedding location for our October wedding. We chose to have our wedding on the terrace. The view from the terrace is amazing. This location is very much experience for weddings. Galina and Lynn made our vision come to life and of course not without the wonderful employees. All are the best! No words can express the professionalism and the guidance. They go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect day and all the planning was well worth it. The rooms are comfortable and updated with great views from the balcony. The reception food was terrific!!!! We received a lot of great comments regarding the food. Hats off to the chef and staff!!! I would HIGHLY recommend having a wedding at MBOR!!! -

Book your wedding at Marco Beach Ocean Resort! You, your spouse, family and friends won't regret it! I began looking for a venue in September 2018 and thankfully stumbled upon Marco Beach Ocean Resort after a quick google search. Being native New Yorkers, we wanted something very different than the typical NY wedding hall with hundreds of guests. MBOR was the perfect fit for what I imagined my wedding to be - destination, classy, elegant, intimate, charming and overlooking the beautiful March Beach & the Gulf. Me and my Husband's first point of contact was the lovely Lynn Alexander (Director of Sales). She was easy to work with, organized and very accommodating. We knew before we even visited the Hotel that it would be our wedding venue. Lynn made us feel at ease over the phone and with her industry experience and expertise she only solidified our wedding vision. Meeting Lynn to see the venue and to sign the contract was just a technicality at that point. After signing the contract, Lynn put us in touch with Galina Manovska (Manager of Weddings and Special Events & On-site Wedding coordinator). My Husband and I both work on Wall Street & are in the Investment Banking industry. That being said, very few people impress us. Well, Galina fit the bill for everything we would expect from a Wedding Venue Professional and more! Galina is beyond organized, detailed, responsive and of course friendly and easy to work with. She covers every detail of wedding planning with checklists, diagrams and contracts. As most brides are new to wedding planning, Galina leads you in the right direction and ensures no stone is left unturned. Being an out-of-state bride, post meeting Lynn in Oct 2018 I wasn't able to fly down to FL again until my wedding week - April 2019. However, Galina stayed on top of everything and made meeting her the day before my wedding easy. I felt like I knew her for years before I met her! She was just lovely in person and I knew my wedding day would go perfectly under her watch (she runs a tight ship!). To give you some background on our event- my wedding was 55 guests and we decided to get married on the Sunset Terrace (gorgeous location overlooking the beach), cocktail hour indoors in the Toulouse Lounge, dinner reception on the Sunset Terrace and dancing/cake cutting in the ballroom. Lynn and Galina had both provided us with lists of suggested vendors to use (i.e. DJ, lighting, lounge furniture rentals, hair, makeup, photography, videography). However, we were not obligated to use their vendors as long as the vendor you chose had their required paperwork (i.e. insurance etc). Just know that the vendors on their list are the best of Marco Island/Naples! I went with all vendors, with the exception of one. I couldn't have been happier with Galina and Lynn's suggestions. MBOR has 98 suites in total (mix of one & two bedrooms), for our wedding our guests booked a total of 20 one-bedroom suites (majority staying 2-3 nights). Each room was like new with renovations and all having balconies overlooking either the beach, pool, or garden, and all had mini kitchens & keurig machines with complimentary pods! Guests were floored with the beautiful rooms and knew we weren't being frivolous with our hotel choice. Everyone complimented the rooms and were happy they got what they paid for. MBOR even offers turn down service for their pull out couches. And if you have kids, if requested - they will do a turtle turn-down and place mini stuffed turtles on the pull out couch with a background on Marco Island turtles. Now on to the MBOR people, from the staff at the front desk to the gentlemen who greet you at valet/the front door & assist with bags to the guys at the beach/pool- everyone was just so nice and accommodating. I felt like true royalty during my wedding weekend, as did my guests. MBOR staff were respectful, so kind and remembered faces. I got lucky that weekend being the only Bride, but MBOR does not double book and only has one wedding per day (unlike some of their competitors who tend to cater more towards large corporations than brides!). Now on to the food & drinks - we ended up doing welcome drinks the night before our wedding, our wedding reception and then a farewell brunch the next day. You definitely get the value for your money! Although MBOR is not cheap, it is well worth it. You will remember the high quality for your lifetime. Guests were without a doubt impressed. The drinks were nicely made and the food was superb! For the wedding reception multiple guests commented how the wine was wine bar quality and the steak was steakhouse quality. Surprisingly enough, I found time to eat the day of my wedding - home-made ravioli for the pasta dish we selected (delicious, guests raved about it!) and I chose to have the steak, which could be cut with a butter knife! MBOR was also not cheap on drinks, our guests left full and with a nice buzz (and perhaps some/many were happily drunk). Galina will introduce you to the banquet manager ahead of your ceremony so you know who will be taking over once she leaves...yes Galina has to go home some time :-)...Even the Banquet manager was super sweet and accommodating. And also there bright and early for Brunch service the next day! I can't say enough positive things about the whole MBOR team and the venue itself. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary(s)! -

From the moment I stepped into the lobby I knew this was where I had to have my wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning! I had my initial tour with Lynn who was very helpful and informative and my further interactions were primarily with Galina who serves as the in house event coordinator. Galina is on top of her game - sending weekly emails with questions and reminders and quickly responding to any emails I sent her. I planned my whole wedding from Maryland and I was very concerned that something would go wrong or that I was forgetting something but the entire weekend went without a single hiccup!!! We had a beach ceremony that was short, sweet and beautiful and then moved to the terrace for cocktail hour and dinner and the ballroom for cake and dancing. The food was FANTASTIC; I think every single guest applauded the taste and service of the hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and ice cream! The entire wedding weekend could not have been better.
We also had a farewell brunch the following morning. Once again, the service was great and the buffet was excellent. Our guests once again applauded the food, service and VIEWS! -

Their spa is awesome, the beach is awesome (food and drinks served there are so so good), the restaurant (Sale e Pepe) is beyond delicious, and everything is just perfect. We plan to go back every year for vacation now because we loved it so much. We had actually mever been there prior to our wedding week and they blew us away. It's a little pricey (like everything on Marco) but it's worth it. Just go a little off busy season and you're good to go. Highly recommend mbor for your wedding or vacation!! -

Her attention to detail, patience, and responsiveness made the whole destination wedding process so stress free. We were truly privileged to have her and the entire staff be a part of our wedding. Any vendor I contacted had nothing but GREAT things to say about Galina-word of mouth says a lot. She and the team lived up to every expectation and then some. The venue is absolutely breath-taking. If you want a MI beach wedding, there really are only a few properties to look at. They all had pros and cons... furniture, carpet, a room's configuration you don't like. You tend to look beyond these things and just make it work. It’s only once you begin working and planning with the selected property’s staff, that you begin to really appreciate the decision you made concerning location. MBOR is a beautiful property - the terrace & beach most especially. However, it was their staff: Lynn Alexander, Galina Manovska and Ivo Lulov that truly helped us create and execute our daughter's spectacular wedding. Galina, the Wedding Coordinator, has earned a Regional reputation of excellence among vendors. She earned it with us as well. It was this team’s calmness, attention to detail, patience through menu selections, food tastings and bar decisions, and their kindness and sincere passion for their work that I valued most. They did their best to ensure we all were happy and satisfied. On the wedding day, staff worked efficiently folding napkins, steaming linens, setting tables , directing third party vendors. They transposed organized chaos into a spectacular sight. Throughout the night, if issues came up, they addressed them professionally and quickly; smoothly executing our agreed upon timeline. The food was plated as if it was being served at their Sale e Pepe Restaurant. Our entrée choices each received rave reviews; all skillfully prepared by Chef Cody Wiggen. The accounting end of our event was dealt with fairly and offered what we believe was excellent value. So brides, if you are looking for a spectacular venue for your MI beach wedding, we cannot recommend the MBOR more highly. Thank you Lynn, Galina and Ivo. Sarah Sent on 10/12/2013I could not have imagined having our wedding anywhere else besides the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. A-M-AZING!! They made our day SO special. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. Everyone had so many great things to say about this hotel and staff. Planning a wedding here was so easy. Besides their venue being drop dead gorgeous. We had such a great experience from the minute we viewed the property to the minute we left and we still can not stop talking about it. Betsy was great answering all our questions in the start of looking at the property and there was no pressure. Then when we decided to book and was handed to Corrin, I could not have been more pleased. She literally walked me through everything. I didn't know the first thing about a wedding when I started planning, it was so nice to have someone helping you through and making you feel like everything is going to be perfect. Which it was. The day of I was so happy to have her, she took care of EVERYTHING I did not have to worry about a thing. We dropped everything off in her office and that was the last time I saw it until it was all in room set up perfectly and just the way we wanted it. She kept me in the loop and just knowing she had everything more than under control made me so calm and able to enjoy my day. When we checked in is when we met Tony and he was like Corrin's other half. He was there all night and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was also very great and professional just like everyone else. We also have to mention Paul who was our bartender for the night and we had met him the night before and he was so good and has a great personality, remembered our drinks and family member names which just made them feel so special. The food was amazing...I really have nothing but excellent things to say. They made our day everything we could have pictured and then some!
Everyone at the hotel was so great and goes above and beyond!! You will not be sorry if you book your wedding here.
