Our reception at the St. Louis Art Museum was absolutely stunning and we are so happy we chose this place. Sarah was great to work with and answered all of our many questions and helped the event run smoothly. The museum is beautiful and the food is delicious! Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the venue and our pictures are gorgeous. We are so happy!

We had the most wonderful wedding reception at SLAM. The venue's beauty stunned all of our guests. The event's team was fantastic. We worked closely with Sarah Heckemeyer who made sure all our wedding details came to life. All of the employees who worked the night of our event were extremely professional, kind, and provided amazing service during our black tie event. All the food served during cocktail and dinner was fantastic! My husband and I chose to do a private dinner during cocktail hour, a suggestion from Sarah, and it was one of our favorite parts of night. They had a formal place setting set for us in a private area of the museum where we could eat our selected appetizers and entrees. This allowed us to give our guests 100% of our attention once we entered the reception! Overall, of the details and thoughtfulness of the entire event was amazing and I would highly recommend this venue to any brides interested.

Working with Sarah was a dream! She made our wedding day seamless and we could not have asked for more. Our guests raved about the dinner and the staff was wonderful.

Our daughter’s wedding reception was held at the St. Louis Art Museum in the beautiful an historic Forest Park. Guest enjoyed cocktails outside on the south terrace, dinner inside in the magnificent sculpture hall, and dancing in Griggs gallery.
Sarah Heckemeyer, the events coordinator is extremely helpful, professional and responsive! She would get back to us almost immediately when would email!! A plus venue… highly recommend!
