Awesome company

RW Events is a staple in the Orlando wedding market. The company is owned by a fabulous husband and wife team. Through their Styling Division, they offer a plethora of unique tables, chairs, furniture groupings and more. For my son and daughter in laws’ wedding that took place at Sterling Event Venue, we ordered beautiful farm tables from RW Events for the reception. RW was super easy to work with. They arrived on time, and placed the tables exactly where the planner wanted them to be (we had a mix of farm tables and rounds). The tables were in fabulous condition and definitely made a statement at the wedding. Thank you RW for helping to make our reception stunning!

They made our wedding vision come to life!

Forever thankful for RW's service and their amazing selection! The items they provided for our wedding truly completed our vision and made it come to life. I changed many items throughout the process and Kim always responded quickly which is essential. A few times I was unsure what an item was called and I would send a screen shot from their instagram and Kim took care of it wonderfully. We got so many compliments on the design of our wedding!

Gorgeous Farm Tables

We ordered farm tables and a sweetheart table from RW and they were STUNNING. The farm tables really captured the essence of the wedding and were a staple of our dinner. We booked them about six months before the wedding and weren’t in contact until about a month before, but that’s only because we didn’t need to be. The client portal was fantastic and contained all the info we needed. It was one of the easiest, most stress-free bookings of our entire wedding.

Beautiful furniture rentals!

RW has a GORGEOUS selection of custom made furniture! It was so hard to choose! We rented square farm tables, beautiful dusty blue goblets that added the perfect touch of elegance to our table top decor, a rustic bar and the comfiest lounge setting for my wedding 2/12/22. My guests complimented the items all night long and the lounge was the perfect place to relax after dancing. If you’re looking for quality furniture, look no further than RW rentals!

Rentals with complete style

Megan at RW was so kind and helpful to my wife and I as we curated the rentals for our wedding! RW offers some amazing and unique rental pieces, which helped us create the perfect Industrial Bohemian vibe we were looking for. Amazing Rentals!

I rented several pieces for my cake table and set up a "selfie station". They were amazing and so easy to work with and respond! Everyone was blown away with how romantic chic our wedding was! Felt like Sex in the City! Love them!!!

Hire them!!

Hire RW style for your wedding! I rented tables and chairs from them and they were perfect! If I would have heard about them sooner or had a bigger budget I would have probably even hired them to design my wedding, although my wedding was gorgeous regardless! They were there right on time, quick with communication, and highly professional. They have a ton of gorgeous and trendy options and their prices and inventory are better than their competitors.

When I booked my wedding with Cypress Grove Estate House, I automatically received a free ceremony planner with RW Events. When I first sat down to meet my coordinator, Rachel (no longer with the company), I knew right away that I needed to book them as my day of coordinator. I live in Tampa, and planned my wedding to be in Orlando, and RW seriously saved my life time and time again planning my wedding. After Rachel left the company, 3 months before my wedding, I was so nervous that some of my wedding details were going to be missed. When I was assigned my new coordinator, Shadow, I was so impressed. Shadow had every detail Rachel had went over with me and we picked up right where we left off planning. Shadow is amazing! She is a funky and fun, and so organized! She planned out details for our wedding I would have never thought of, but also incorporated some of the fun things we wanted as well! She made sure all of our other vendors knew where to go and when to be there, so everything flowed seamlessly. Everyone always makes jokes about how the groom can just show up for the wedding, and that's it. Well...that's what I got to do. Once I had everything planned, they took it from there. They set everything up, and broke it all down. I did not have to micromanage my day at all, which is amazing, and I really got to enjoy my wedding day with my husband without obsessing about the details. I highly recommend getting a planner, and RW is the best.

The team was friendly, helpful, and chocked full of advise! We booked them for the "Almost There" package and I am so happy we made the decision to do so. They took care of all of the little details and the logistics the day of so I didn't have to sweat a thing. They were responsive closer to the date of the wedding and a joy to be around. Even if you think you can handle all the stress - still consider booking a planner it was so worth it! My parents were so pleased with the help of Tamuel and her crew. She never lost her calmed and her constant reassurance kept us all at ease!

At first, we thought we could handle planning a wedding ourselves. Until we met Tamuel and her team. They were the reason our wedding turned out to be remarkable. It’s no surprise after years in the wedding industry, they know their stuff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. One of the most memorable moments was when Tamuel helped my husband through an emotional experience during our special day. She kept him calm and relaxed and even did the same for myself. Everything Tammy coordinated went to plan (and if it didn’t, we didn’t hear about it). I would highly recommend her services to everyone. She has an amazing sense of humor and never got frustrated. We had a very large bridal party and she kept everyone together and on their toes with laughter. Her little remarks kept us calm throughout the entire day. We were starving by the time we sat down to eat and she swept people away so that we could get a few moments to ourselves and get some food in our bellies before the celebration began. Every single person at our wedding asked about Tammy/her team and went on to tell us how wonderful they were. I couldn't be happier with our decision in using RW Events services. THEY WERE PERFECT. Everything they did continued to amaze us. If you want an unforgettable wedding experience, hire this team!

The RW Events team is incredible! Shadow was our wedding coordinator, and she is phenomenal. She made everything so easy! The Luxmore Grande Estate was our venue, so for us, it just made the most sense to use the RW Events team for our wedding coordinator and furniture rentals; it felt like a one-stop-shop. I am so grateful for Shadow - she was so quick to respond to any questions we had during the planning process, assisted with setting up the furniture rentals to ensure we were creating the look we wanted, and had amazing vendor recommendations. Whenever we spoke with Shadow, my stress level would decrease drastically! She was great at reassuring me that everything would come together and go smoothly on the wedding day. As we got closer to the wedding day, Shadow was a rockstar and had so much patience handling any last minute changes and questions. Our wedding day ran so smoothly; if there was a problem, Shadow certainly didn’t let it show! Everything was set up just as I had pictured and she made sure everything was on track and following the timeline. Thanks to Shadow, I was able to relax and enjoy our big day, as well as husband and family. A few weeks later, and everyone is still gushing over how perfect everything was! We used RW Events, specifically Shadow, as our day-of coordinator. She was AMAZING! Everything was perfect from the timing to the coordination of the ceremony to the last minute details. Shadow was a dream to work with as we were planning for the day and when it came. Even during rehearsal, she was able to manage our rambunctious 20-person wedding party for a quick and efficient practice. I'd highly recommend RW Events and Shadow. Don't stress about the details on your wedding day. Investing in a day-of coordinator is definitely worth the cost.

Rachel was my wedding planner and I never would have made it through without her! I had just a general idea of what I wanted and she made it all happen so perfectly. She was easy to talk to and gave me honest advice when I needed it and calmed me down every time I was freaking out about something. In our first meeting they gave me a budget based on my dream wedding which was the most helpful thing ever because I knew it was expensive but really had no clue. I would recommend them to anyone!

We booked Rachel to be our day-of coordinator and Shadow to design two vintage vignettes for us. First off, let me just say that both of these lovely ladies were the most professional, friendly, and amazing people I worked with during our entire wedding process. Rachel and Shadow were ALWAYS prompt in their responses to emails and made my life so much easier during this wedding process. I sometimes was very indecisive (not so much picky, but more along the lines of not knowing exactly what I wanted) and they were able to narrow things down to a few options which made it easier for me to pick. Shadow designed both of our vignettes (cocktail lounge vintage set-up and our sweetheart table) and they both looked spectacular :) We were so pleased with how everything looked and appreciated the small details that Shadow included in each. Additionally, Rachel was handled our rehearsal walk through the evening before and remained professional throughout it even though most of my bridesmaids were running a little behind. Rachel also had done a lot of work behind the scenes with communicating with all of my vendors and it was something that words cannot convey of how much I appreciated this. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly and if anything went awry, I had no idea! You seriously cannot go wrong booking RW Events for your wedding :)

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Shadow for the past year and she is absolutely wonderful!! She is so sweet, personable and SO GOOD at what she does!

I found out about RW Events through social media. If you were to pull up my Pinterest wedding board, a lot of my pins are weddings RW has done. I was definitely set on going through them for styling and rentals, and they were the only company I contacted. Their work really speaks for itself and I think that's so important when choosing a vendor. I contacted RW almost a year prior to my wedding and Shadow followed back up with me right away. We scheduled a phone consultation and went over a few ideas. I thought I knew what I wanted but I really didn't. This is why the ladies of RW are so great, they really invest their time in getting to know you and your specific style/feel. Shadow got to know us and created a package customized to us and our tastes.

The attention to detail and the customer service that these ladies provide is what sets them apart from other vendors. Shadow was responsive to every email, every text and was always available when I needed her - it's like she knew when I was freaking out and always assured me everything would be okay. I truly believe she outdid herself. Our decor was beautiful! She worked closely with our florist and every last detail flowed together perfectly. Our reception was everything I had imagined and more. It was so us.

I really hit the jackpot with RW and Shadow! I referred my sister to RW Events for styling and coordination and I'm so excited to see what magic they come up with for her wedding in March! :)

RW events is the best place to go for rentals! When you walk in their warehouse it's like a kid in a candy shop. You will have TONS of furniture to choose from!! Very reasonable for what you get. I'm working with Rachel and she has made our wedding experience the best.

My wife and I came to RW Events looking for some antique sweetheart chairs. We met with Shadow at the warehouse; however, as we sat and chatted for an hour regarding the details of our wedding, much to our surprise we both gravitated to Shadows personality and genuine interest and charm. Not only did we leave with booking our lovely sweetheart chairs and table. Completely impressed with the professionalism and ideas provided we booked RW Events for a full wedding planner package. Shadow and the RW Events team will make your day truly sensational! Our April wedding at Cypress Grove Estate House was absolutely wonderful, due largely in part to the hard work and dedication of Shadow, our day-of wedding coordinator. We knew from the day we met her that it would be a perfect fit and we just had to have her! She kept us organized and met with us several times before the big day arrived, always with a positive, calming attitude and the ability to remind me of the fact that it would all work out in the end and be amazing. On our actual wedding day, Shadow had everything under control and we couldn’t have asked for more. From coordinating the vendors…to keeping everything on schedule…from decorating the venue with all of our personal touches and then packing them up at the end of the night…from making sure we had time to eat our delicious food to an emergency repair of the bustle on my dress when it ripped…she was a tremendous help and it made our day so extra special. Shadow was with us every step of the way! She’s got this!

I can't say enough great things about her, Our guests are still raving ! She is so knowledgeable in the whole wedding process, and will work with your florist and other vendors to make a cohesive design . Rachel from RW was our day of coordinator, and I truly do not know where to begin except to say SHE IS AMAZING! She has been with me from day one, and I am BEYOND thankful! She was always there right beside me to give advice, answer questions, and ease my concerns. She was at every meeting early & even traveled to the venue site numerous times, just to talk things out with me! Along the way I had some bumps in the road, but Rachel was ALWAYS on top of them and able to make the issues disappear! On the day of the wedding she arrived early to oversee set-up and place all of my personal decor {which I can admit, I had too many}! But what amazed me was her never ending effort to make sure the day was just as I had envisioned it, and it was!! Throughout the entire reception ALL of my family mentioned how AMAZING Rachel had been, and how impressed they were with her. I cannot tell you what it truly means to have someone care SO much about your wedding as you do, even to the tiniest detail. My husband and I got married almost two months ago and our wedding would not have been what it was without the assistance of Shadow Anderson and the RW Events Team. I first met Shadow at a Bridal Show in Orlando before she became a wedding coordinator! We instantly clicked and became fast friends. Shadow knew what I wanted and her personality left me wanting more and excited for the planning process. When Shadow became our day of coordinator through Cypress Grove Estate House, she came in and picked up right where we had left off at the Bridal show. Shadow was amazing with working with both mine and my husband's crazy schedule, due to working weird hours and living out of town, she always kept in constant contact with us. Our rehearsal ran smoothly with Shadow and the assistance of Rachel. I was amazed by how Shadow conducted herself and was constantly smiling, even after coming down with a bug. I can not say enough wonderful things about Shadow and the ladies at RW Events, they were by far the best decision vendor wise my husband and I made. Simply WOW! I don't even know where to start about the pleasure of working with Shadow.. My husband and I hired Shadow to be our day of event coordinator and stylist for the reception. Shadow did such an amazing job with every task. Her can do attitude and bubbly personality made the planning painless and fun. For day of coordination, Shadow would email or call me frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. If a problem ever arose she was on it quickly to correct the situation. Shadow saved me so much time by being a problem solver and quick thinker. If an issue did come up on our wedding day I never knew about it.. She did an excellent job at making the big day stress free.
When it came to the styling aspect, Shadow knew and could see my vision of my dream wedding. We loved every inch of our reception. We rented farm tables, mismatch chairs and china, along with a social lounge that included couches, chairs and décor to match. I never got a no we can't do that. If an element was missing Shadow went out of her way to find something that fit. She went above and beyond our expectations. I am so happy we had Shadow.

We used RW Events for day of coordination and some decor. Let me start by saying that Rachel was our fairy godmother! She was absolutely amazing in helping set everything up and working with our other vendors to keep everything running seamless. She was incredible in that anytime we had a question she was there to tell us what needed to be done or even better had already done it. Because she was there we actually got to enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about the hundreds of little things that need to be taken care of on our wedding day. Thanks to Rachel and all of her hard work, we were able to sit back, relax and really enjoy our wedding day. My mom came up to me during the reception and was commenting on how fantastic she was. When it was time to be escorted down the aisle my mother still had her purse on her but Rachel was right there and ready to take it off of her hands for the big entrance and when my mother made her way to her seat for the ceremony it was already waiting for her. It’s all those small things that you don’t think of that just magically happen when Rachel is around.

At first I didn’t think we really needed a wedding coordinator. My stepdad actually decided to hire her as a wedding present and it was hands down the greatest investment in our wedding. I would highly recommend Rachel and RW Events for day of coordination. It's total peace of mind and worth every penny!

From the moment My Daughter and I first met with RW Events we felt special!! They listened carefully as my Daughter described her dream Wedding asking just the right questions. RW Events was a fantastic option and an amazing team to work with! Katie was our stylist and she created such beautiful vignettes. From her beautifully detailed hand painted sketches to the execution! Such lovely work :) Shadow was our coordinator (with Rachel's assistance) and we could not have made it through the day without here. We thought she was just going to be our day of assistance, but she helped with the planning along the way and getting my vendors in order. She even met me for both dress fittings, picked up my dress, picked up the cake and brought all of our decor to the venue. Shadow, Katie and Rachel worked together to incorporate our items with the pieces they brought and it was beautifully executed. Shadow and Rachel packed all of our belongings (decor items) and all we had to do was pull the car around front when the night was over. What an amazing team! Did I mention it was Shadow's birthday and she spent the whole day with us to coordinate our wedding :) The day was magical and the day was fantastic! The only set back was that the guests were not directed through the house (Cypress Grove Estate) to sign in at our version of a guest book. We did get a sweet note from all of our lovely vendors and about 5 more notes. I do wish more people would have signed the guest book but that was not the fault of RW, I just wish they guest would have been directed through the house more. Thank you RW for helping make our wedding day seamlessly easy and breathtaking beautiful!!!

We got married almost a month ago and we had the wedding of our dreams. Shadow Anderson from RW Events was our planner and she is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her. We live in California and planned our "destination" wedding in Orlando at Cypress Grove Estate. Everything turned out beautiful and was just as I had pictured it. I let Shadow know my ideas and dreams and she really recreated them to reality. I'm in awe of her hard work, even when I mess up the time (3 hour time difference) on the phone meeting to the florist. Shadow took care of it for me and again did an amazing job. Any time I would reach out to her she was fast to respond and was always a text away. I cannot thank her enough! Shadow, you rock girl! My fiancee and I were set on having a destination wedding in the Carribean, but events happened and we ended up in Orlando, FL. I did not feel right with signing the dotted line to have a wedding on an island but I felt just right when I met Tamuel of RW Events and knew that she would have to be our wedding planner for the fun and lively wedding that we wanted with style and elegance that was achieved. She was able to provide us with THE BEST of THE BEST vendors in Orlando with honesty and good business sense to boot!!!. I don't know what other brides experience when planning their wedding but I can truly say that we had the time of our life with the help and Tamuel and RW Events!! As I write this review 10 days after our wedding I feel like I could call Tamuel just to chat about anything..from food to life. THANKS so much for making our day wonderful and spectacular!!

I used RW Events wedding styling services for my wedding in January 2015. I was absolutely thrilled with the entire process and with my stylist, Katie. I met with Katie multiple times to compile ideas for our centerpieces, sweetheart table, ceremony space, and a few other little spots around the reception. What she helped me design was absolutely beautiful and the perfect compliment to our venue. We also rented a few larger pieces of furniture from them to create a beautiful and unique s'mores bar and gift table. She even had her team build a piece of furniture specifically for me, based on an idea I had snapped a photo of in a hotel! The team was prompt and quick in their drop-off and set-up. It was an absolutely amazing service to have such beautiful and unique decor, all designed, sourced, transported, set-up and taken down by Katie and her team! I would certainly recommend their services to any future bride!

I got married a month ago and I'm still smiling about the sheer perfection of my wedding day. All of which, wouldn't have been possible without the dream team of RW Events.

Tamuel was detail oriented, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was open and constant, she allowed me to really carry out my vision but, was quick to offer suggestions and provide ANY kind of assistance needed. After meeting with her, touring her warehouse, and meeting her team - I knew my day was going to be perfect. Everyone in my bridal party was nervous about how calm I was on my wedding day but, they provided me that priceless luxury on my wedding day. I knew everything was going to be beautiful and handled seamlessly.

When I walked in to my ceremony and reception space, I had that My Fair Wedding moment of complete shock and awe - everything was exactly as I dreamt it would be and then some. Tamuel and her team at RW Events add that special touch and truly go above and beyond to ensure their clients are elated on their special day.

Honestly, I wish I could do it over and over again and I wouldn't change a thing!

I worked with RW events while planning my wedding. Tori was a wonderful event coordinator! She was prompt with returning emails and voice mails, answered every little question I (and my out of state mom) had and was extremely personable. Let me just start out by saying, RW Events is AMAZING!!!!!! I cannot imagine what our wedding day would have been like if we didn't have this team on hand. We had a destination wedding and just began calling local Wedding Planners in Orlando. When I got on the phone with them, I just knew this was the place we wanted to work with and entrust our day in their hands and was nothing short true perfection. From finding local deals to save money to arriving in Orlando and showing us the way! We had a last minute wedding (less then 30 days out) and Tamuel Cowart from RW Events did such as amazing job. Before calling Tamuel, I called at least 7 different wedding planners and was getting the run around from each one of them. I was frustrated and Tamuel solved all my problems. Not only was the wedding cheaper then all the others that were offered, but much more bang for my money!!! I am a full time collage student (so keeping the wedding on a serious budget) and Tamuel did all the leg work, all I had to do was give some basic things I wanted, and she took care of everything. On the day of the wedding it was a raining, and everything had to be moved inside. A few minutes before I was supposed to go down the aisle, the sun broke through and the rain stopped. She rushed to get everything set up back outside like I wanted!!! I can go on and on about what a great job she did! All in all it was amazing and a pleasure to have Tamuel as my wedding planner!!

My husband and I hired RW Events for the event design of our wedding. Tamuel and Tori were awesome to work with. They were both incredibly helpful, professional and flexible (always willing to work around my strict 9-5 work hours). Tamuel and Tori were also super patient and quick to respond to the (way too) many emails I sent throughout the process.

One of the most memorable parts of the entire day was walking over to the reception area at our venue (Cypress Grove Estate House) and seeing how our vision had been impeccably brought to life. It was just like I had imagined it would be... but better! All the minor details (that are a big deal to a perfectionist bride/control freak) had been executed flawlessly! With their design expertise, our wedding even earned a feature on the ever popular wedding blog, StyleMePretty.com!

The RW staff put out several "small fires" that day without missing a beat. Kara was on-site the day of our wedding and was also incredibly helpful. She made sure we were completely taken care of the entire night!

I would highly recommend RW Events to even the most perfectionist of brides!

You can't get any better than Tori Woods. She was very precise, punctual, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend a "day of" coordinator to deal with anything that day to allow yourself to relax and enjoy the day. Tori is nothing short of a lifesaver. On our wedding day, the totally outdoor ceremony and reception had to be changed to an indoor reception. Tori's levelheaded, and effective reactions helped to make for a stellar event. WOW! I was kind of against having someone be day-of coordinator, but I knew it would be helpful to my mom so she wouldn't be running around on the day of the wedding. Tori was our first contact, and she's just incredible to work with! I absolutely adore her! We had a good time getting work done, and to me, that's the mark of a true professional. She was able to get work done and have fun at the same time. Closer to event time, Tamuel came in on the process, and I LOVE HER TOO!. =) They were both invaluable sources for my mother and me. Even though we only contracted 'day-of' services, they were there whenever I needed them. They were even there when I DIDN'T need them! We booked our wedding through cypress grove and Tamuel was our co-ordinator. Tamuel orgainsed the food from big city catering, the band buzz catz, the flowers/photography/hair and makeup. The entire day was magical, it went without fault. The attention to detail was flawless, the food was amazing. I had no stress at all and all the day turned out perfect. They totally rocked it! Tamuel & Tori came through with helping me find my venue and planning the whole thing. All I did was show up. They were truly a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend that all brides hire a planner to help. I met with them after the wedding over dinner and we could not stop laughing at all of the last minute changes they hid from me!

They were freaking awesome and deserve 100 stars!!

Oh my goodness. Where do I begin. I'll start off my saying that I am VERY much a DIY bride. I started off my planning with the intention of doing EVERYTHING myself. As our wedding day approached I came under the harsh realization that while I COULD have done everything myself, I would have been stir crazy by the end of it all. That's when we decided to hire RW Events for month of coordination and wow, we are SOOOO glad we did. Tamuel was a LIFE. SAVER!!!! One month out, she picked up everything from where I left off, tied up all the loose ends, followed up with vendors I hadn't heard from...she did everything. I never had a request to big for her to handle. I seriously think I could have asked for a purple unicorn to fly in during the ceremony and she would have made it happen! RW Events is SUPERB at what they do and you can tell Tamuel loves her job. Our wedding day was so stress free - for my husband and I, as well as my family and friends. We're so grateful for Tamuel and the staff at RW Events. They're world class. WORLD. CLASS!

Vanessa and RW Events were excellent for our wedding day. Vanessa was outstanding with her service, attention to detail, and made us feel like everything was taken care off all the time. From the preparation to the final last minute arrangements, I can tell Vanessa really did a great job. We are very happy that we had her as our wedding planner. We have to start from the top and work our way down. We absolutely loved Tamuel and Kim. They were so attentive and on point with all of the details. I appreciated how they kept us within budget while pulling off a gorgeous wedding that looked like it cost us a million buck! Not to mentioned that we loved the entire team of vendors they recommended to us we could tell that they enjoyed working together.

My photographer Chris with Snap Photography is not on here but we love him!!! He was so flexible with our last minute changes and anyone that can get my husband (love the sound of that word!! :))to smile 'got it goin' on'. I wish I could give both of them a 10+++++++++++++

What can I say about the ladies of RW Events. They were just awesome. We only used them as Day of, but they were still very helpful during the planning process. I can only imagine what they are like if you have there services for the entire process. Nesha was always and email away for whatever needed. Thank You RW Events you guys did a fantastic job.

Tamuel was awsome!! She was warm personable and professional. I have a very hectic work schedule and she was able to do all of the leg work for me so I had all the neccesary information to make my final desicions. She was great with my fiance and my family. The day of the wedding I forgot so many little things but Tamuel swooped in and made all the adjustments needed. She even handled a few family members that needed to be wrangled.
With out Tamuel I have no clue how I would have pulled of my wedding! I wish I had a wedding for her to plan every year she made everything so effortless.

Working with Tamuel was an awesome experience for me. I currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina and needed some extra help since my wedding was being held in Cocoa, Florida. She jumped right in and made herself availabe when ever I was able to come to town to meet with her. I pretty much had things planned out but wanted relief the day of the wedding.

Tamuel was there to offer advice whenever I needed it. I found relief texting her with any questions that popped up. I would receive an immediate response. There were things that I did not think about that she stayed on top of for me so that my day would turn out perfect, and to say the least, it did. I also received discounts for vendors by going through Tamuel. Her expertise also led me to a wonderful preacher who was very personable. His name is Glen Ferguson.

Working with Tamuel was a wonderful experience and I will treasure the memories for ever. I recommend her 100% and would speak to any bride for further verification if need be. You will not be disapointed. I guess she could work as a therapist too, the day of the wedding and the weeks leading up she kept me calm, cool, and collective! People will try to sell you their business a million ways, her personality, professionalism, and attention to detail sells itself one hundred percent!

The day really flew by fast but we wouldn't have had it any other way. Everything was to our liking and they were able to see the vision we wanted in the decorations and made it happen.

The day ran smoothly with the exception of not having champagne poured for our toasts and the candles weren't lit on the tables until after everyone was already seated and ready to eat.

RW Events is linked to our venue, Cypress Grove Estate House, and Tori, our day-of coordinator, was including in our venue cost to assist with the ceremony. When we first met with Tori, she was friendly and helpful. However, I didn't hear from her in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and finally reached out. At this time, she recommended we hire her for the full day, but I declined. She later talked to my mom and convinced her. So we ended up paying $750 for 5 hours of assistance at our reception. If I could do it over, I wouldn't.

The week of our wedding our venue added some erroneous charges on to our bill. Tori smoothed over the problems. However, we were unclear on what our additional fee was going towards, and asked for clarification, which we didn't receive.

I'm not sure if there was something else going on in Tori's life, but even though she was friendly and polite, she seemed checked out during our rehearsal and the day of our wedding, and we had a number of problems. My mom had asked her to bring some easels for signs we had made for the wedding, but she forgot to bring them the day of the wedding, and so we ended up having to lean the signs against the building. During the family photos, we were having a difficult time corralling our family members to the gazebo, and then I noticed Tori sitting in the back with her arms crossed, not noticing the problems. During the reception, she told our DJ to go ahead with the Mother-Son dance, even though the Mother of the Groom was in the bathroom. So we all stood there awkwardly after the announcement, until our DJ jumped in and began playing other dance music. The other small issue we had was that Tori showed up in jeans and boots to our very formal wedding/reception. She is now visible in many of our professional photos of the reception, sitting in the background and looking bored. I assume she was doing things behind the scenes to assist, but I think we could have managed fine without the extra help.

We had our wedding at Cypress Grove Estate and they were the day-of-coordination. The woman who was assigned to us was very aggressive. We had already had a meeting discussing the coordination of the day, and once the rehearsal came around she seemed to "forget" everything went over.
She was aggressive and rude towards my fiance and my coordinator that we had hired for the day, as well as my family.

I understand her job, but at the same time, this is OUR wedding day. We werent asking to do anything extravagant. We would have appreciated to be heard and not to have to repeat myself, since we are a paying customer.
