  Work Party

  This facility hosted my work Christmas party and it was a blast. We were late finishing up and they helped us close up at no charge past our reserved time. It made me heavily consider them as a vendor for our wedding next summer! Perfect size for 30-60 people throughout the night. Allowed for our own hired bartender. Great decor before adding lights. Could imagine a ceremony there as well as a reception!

  The most beautiful, intimate, and unique venue!

  You can't go wrong with Ruby. It is such a wonderful and unique venue. We wanted an intimate wedding and it was everything we dreamed it would be. The staff is wonderful as well. Our wedding was a dream at Ruby!

  Ruby for the win!

  The entire team at Ruby is such a joy to work with. I could not have asked for a better wedding venue experience. They answered questions in a timely manner and with a smile. They were always readily available on the day of our wedding, and made me feel at home on the day of our wedding. Seriously the best venue, and it ain't so bad on the eyes either.

  My dream wedding

  My husband and I recently had our wedding and reception at Ruby in April. We had a destination wedding since our families are scattered all over the US. From searching, to securing our date, to hosting our wedding, Ruby was a delight to work with. Brenda and Dan were always quick to respond when I needed to ask a million questions. It was difficult to find a venue that allowed our two dogs and have the magic we were looking for. I never visited Ruby before securing my date, from the photos online I knew I had to get married here.
  
  The venue is stunning - we just loved the modern industrial look! The building itself is a complete surprise and absolutely beautiful. It was so convenient to have everything happen in one location. I love how you are given a blank canvas to work with, it made for a truly special day. It stormed throughout my wedding and most of the reception. The covered patio came in handy. This is exactly what I've always dreamt my wedding would be like. Ruby exceeded my expectations, I’m in love with this venue. It’s perfect.

  Perfect for Everything!

  The Ruby was the perfect space for our perfect day. It was a short distance from the busy downtown and made for a breathtaking canvas. We must have looked at 10 - 12 venues and we both knew the Ruby was the one after we walked through the huge front doors. It took us a year to plan, but the Ruby team supported us every step of the way. We are thankful for all that participated.
  If anyone is ever interested in using the Ruby, I would always be willing to help.

  Our wedding at Ruby was perfect!

  The elegance and simplicity of the venue is timeless. We had staff at Ruby coordinate everything the day of the wedding and it went even better than we could have imagined. All of the staff were courteous, professional, kind, and made everything as simple as possible for us. I would highly recommend booking an event/wedding at Ruby and using their staff members to coordinate. You will be very happy!

  We absolutely loved having our wedding and reception at Ruby! The venue is so unique. We especially loved the high pitched beams, original hardwood floors and concrete walls. The exterior is just as wonderful as the interior, all providing great backdrops for photos! Believe me, you won't be disappointed! Brenda Cook was a pleasure to work with and she provided great input and guidance in helping us bring our vision to life. Hannah Kate and Stephanie were great to work with the day of our event! They have everything worked out down to the smallest detail. Our guests raved about the venue. You won't be disappointed!

  Our wedding at Ruby was more wonderful than I could have imagined and so much of that was due to Brenda and our day-of-coordinator Stephanie being on top of everything. All my questions got answered quickly and they were flexible in the few last minute changes we needed to make.   Dan, Brenda & the Ruby team were so accommodating, professional and helpful. They really put me at ease knowing my special day would be in good hands- and it was. The evening couldn’t have been more perfect. The reception was seamless and every detail was thought of. Wish I could do it all over again!

  This venue is everything. Seriously, made my heart sing.
  Our colors were charcoal, light gray, white, and red. I picked these colors before I ever even heard of Ruby. As soon as I laid eyes on the place my heart was made up. The brick walls, gorgeous wood floors and doors, and gray EVERYTHING. It matched so perfectly I couldn't even handle it. PLUS, working with Hailey was so rad! She's the best! She crushed it. Truly best coordinator I could have asked for. SO so so stoked that this place held our best day ever! And so unbelievably grateful for everything Hailey did for us!

  Hailey, Ruby's in-house event manager, was such a pleasure to work with! She was SO helpful and patient and did everything she could to make sure our wedding was perfect. Ruby is such a unique venue and we have received so many compliments from our wedding guests on how great the space was.

  I could not have been happier with the Ruby! Hailey our coordinator and he Ruby's manager was beyond helpful! She went out of her way to ensure I did as little as possible! Our wedding turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined! I HIGHLY recommend The Ruby it is worth every single penny!

Brenda and Dan have worked very hard to ensure Ruby is a top notch venue from the architecture to landscaping. Hailey was absolutely the best as our coordinator and go to person about everything. Hailey and her staff were extremely helpful with every detail. They have a wonderful working relationship with so many vendors in and around Nashville, that it absolutely streamlines the process. Since this was a destination wedding for us, I relied heavily on guidance and suggestions from them on the entire process and everything came out perfectly! Our guests were so impressed with the venue. They really enjoyed the front courtyard! The entire venue is so beautifully done in every way and great care is taken to ensure everything is kept in top notch condition. The add-on rental options were such a great bonus for us and I'd recommend those to others. We couldn't imagine having had our special day anywhere else! Thank you Hailey and everyone at Ruby!

  We loved having our wedding at Ruby! Hailey was especially great to work with, and Dan as well. Hailey did a great job of comminicating with us along the entire journey leading up to our wedding and was always quickly responsive to answer our many questions. :) The venue is beautiful with lots of natural lighting, and you really don't need a ton of decorations to enjoy the space. Multiple guests of our wedding commented on how beautiful the venue was. Also being next to a park is a nice perk. My husband and I would both highly recommend Ruby to others for their wedding or another special event!

The venue owners and manager were so easy to work with. It made planning a wedding a breeze! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for both style and efficiency!

I highly recommend the lighting package (the string lights are magical) and if we had used Ruby for our ceremony site as well I absolutely would have added the Edison bulb chandelier. She thought of everything I never would have and made the entire night flow smoothly.   Ruby on Blakemore Ave in Nashville, TN was amazing. Dan and Brenda were so nice to work with and so helpful with all of our needs! The place was beautiful. The only downside I could think of is that the street noise was a little loud but it didn't matter to me at all! Modern feel with vintage, wooden touches.   Beautiful venue, great value!

  Ruby's main event hall is so beautiful, you could have zero decor and it would still be amazing. Brenda was very responsive and helpful prior to the event, and the day of went off without a hitch - as far as I know :) - which speaks to our coordinator and the venue. They do have approved vendors, which I was leery of at first, but it made the process of choosing easier and most of our vendors had worked together before. Ruby made our wedding even more magical, while still being one of the most affordable options.

They do have approved vendors, which I was leery of at first, but it made the process of choosing easier and most of our vendors had worked together before. Ruby made our wedding even more magical, while still being one of the most affordable options.

  The staff at Ruby is incredible. They're calm, helpful, responsive, accommodating, resourceful, and full of excellent suggestions. They recommended all of our other vendors, who were fantastic, and helped us to adjust to any hiccups both before and on our wedding day. Because of Brenda, Hannah Kate, and everyone else we worked with, our wedding was stress-free, fun, and very "us." If you get a chance to book Ruby, do it!

  Ruby was a great venue for our wedding! Hailey is their event coordinator and is very on top of her job! As a Nashville native who had a lot of out of towners visiting, this venue is an excellent location and reasonably priced for the space.
