Ruby for the win!
The entire team at Ruby is such a joy to work with. I could not have asked for a better wedding venue experience. They answered questions in a timely manner and with a smile. They were always readily available on the day of our wedding, and made me feel at home on the day of our wedding. Seriously the best venue, and it ain't so bad on the eyes either. -

You can't go wrong with Ruby. It is such a wonderful and unique venue. We wanted an intimate wedding and it was everything we dreamed it would be. The staff is wonderful as well. Our wedding was a dream at Ruby! -

My dream wedding
My husband and I recently had our wedding and reception at Ruby in April. We had a destination wedding since our families are scattered all over the US. From searching, to securing our date, to hosting our wedding, Ruby was a delight to work with. Brenda and Dan were always quick to respond when I needed to ask a million questions. It was difficult to find a venue that allowed our two dogs and have the magic we were looking for. I never visited Ruby before securing my date, from the photos online I knew I had to get married here.
The venue is stunning - we just loved the modern industrial look! The building itself is a complete surprise and absolutely beautiful. It was so convenient to have everything happen in one location. I love how you are given a blank canvas to work with, it made for a truly special day. It stormed throughout my wedding and most of the reception. The covered patio came in handy. This is exactly what I've always dreamt my wedding would be like. Ruby exceeded my expectations, I’m in love with this venue. It’s perfect. -

The Ruby was the perfect space for our perfect day. It was a short distance from the busy downtown and made for a breathtaking canvas. We must have looked at 10 - 12 venues and we both knew the Ruby was the one after we walked through the huge front doors. It took us a year to plan, but the Ruby team supported us every step of the way. We are thankful for all that participated.
If anyone is ever interested in using the Ruby, I would always be willing to help. -

The elegance and simplicity of the venue is timeless. We had staff at Ruby coordinate everything the day of the wedding and it went even better than we could have imagined. All of the staff were courteous, professional, kind, and made everything as simple as possible for us. I would highly recommend booking an event/wedding at Ruby and using their staff members to coordinate. You will be very happy! -

The evening couldn’t have been more perfect. The reception was seamless and every detail was thought of. Wish I could do it all over again!

Our wedding turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined! I HIGHLY recommend The Ruby it is worth every single penny!

We had about 120 guests and it felt big enough, yet cozy. The venue owners and manager were so easy to work with. It made planning a wedding a breeze! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for both style and efficiency! -

Ruby's main event hall is so beautiful, you could have zero decor and it would still be amazing. Brenda was very responsive and helpful prior to the event, and the day of went off without a hitch - as far as I know :) - which speaks to our coordinator and the venue. They do have approved vendors, which I was leery of at first, but it made the process of choosing easier and most of our vendors had worked together before. Ruby made our wedding even more magical, while still being one of the most affordable options. -

Incredible venue!
My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Ruby this October! The venue was exactly what we were looking for: beautiful, indoor, close to downtown, and able to host the ceremony and reception! We toured both Ruby and Clementine, but decided on Ruby because it just felt right when we were there! Our planner worked with them throughout the planning process and it was very easy. The only reason why I selected 4 stars for value and flexibility was because the back "tent" behind the building caused confusion and frustration. It's rented by the venue and we had to provide and pay for it for the catering staff, even though its there year round. My planner handled this dilemma, so to be honest I didn't have that much to worry about. Thank you Ruby and staff for creating the best day of our lives! -
