If you are thinking of doing this without a wedding planner… think again. If you are thinking of doing this without Shaw… think again. Shaw was the reason my wedding went as perfect as it did. Everything was organized and planned out completely. She handled and coordinated with all of the vendors before the event and the day of. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I hired a wedding planner, but I am SO GLAD I did. I had numerous people from my wedding party compliment how professional and amazing she was. I will always choose Shaw as my Go-To event planner. Shaw & her team are a MUST! -

Shaw and her team did an AMAZING job coordinating our wedding! She was the first vendor I booked as she coordinated my sister's wedding and did a fabulous job as well! I am so thankful for everything she did to plan and execute our wedding day. She understood my vision and helped me bring it to life adding in great ideas such as a boat exit! She helped me through a wedding planning crisis with ease and professionalism and is very responsive. Another wedding vendor even told me how professional and great to work with she is. She handled everything with expertise and ease. I will forever be so appreciative and grateful for everything she did to make our perfect day truly perfect!!! -

RSG and Shaw were absolutely lifesavers for our wedding! The attention to detail, organizational skills, and calm demeanor made the entire planning process a breeze. We purchased the Partial Wedding Planning package and would highly recommend it to those with a vision and want to be more involved in the process. We met with her after finding her on Google and in Citrine Bride's "I do" booklet. We had a chat over coffee locally and we had such a great time that we hired her that day. She has a wealth of experience and connections that make her a must have for any event. A thing we constantly said throughout the process was "Let's ask Shaw" and she always had an answer or follow up to ensure we felt heard, our needs were met, and most often it was either already taken care of or we resolved any issues within a day or a few days. On the big day, everything ran so smoothly, and it was all thanks to her expertise and leadership (she had at least one helper!) If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, do it and make sure it's RSG Weddings and Events! -

I knew Shaw was amazing at her job but I was completely blown away by how seamless and easy-going our wedding day was for us! We felt no sense of worry or concern even with the day starting out pouring rain. Shaw and Taylor made our dream wedding come to life, outdoor ceremony and all!! We only got her for the month of package and it was truly amazing. She coordinated with all our vendors for the final touches and we truly knew everything was taken care of. We had the absolute time of our lives ALL day! From getting ready, to photos, to the ceremony, PARTY, send-off and all the little things in between(like figuring out our branding ceremony! crushed it!). If you want an amazing wedding day or any kind of event, you can 110% count on Shaw and her team. They truly embraced everything we wanted, and made suggestions and recommendations as needed. Words cannot describe how vital she was to this milestone in our lives. Attentive, detail oriented, trustworthy, and so charismatic; Shaw and her team will not disappoint! We love you!! -

Shaw did an amazing job! She kept all our vendors organized, had any hard day of conversations so any blips we’re not even on my radar, kept everything running smoothly, and even helped me go to the bathroom in a pinch-she truly went above and beyond! -

We hired Shaw for wedding day coordination and her execution of our vision was better than we could have imagined! I spent the day in the bridal suite being pampered with my girls and never once felt worried about the set up happening downstairs. Shaw popped in for a few questions and to capture some sweet behind the scenes footage that she shared with us later! She truly made our wedding dream come true! We could not have been in better hands and we are so glad we found her! -
