If you are in need of a wedding planner or coordinator Rose is your girl!! Rose made our wedding planning process so easy and she was so on top of everything. She had so many helpful tools to keep us organized and was always there to answer all questions and concerns. Her communication was top tier. We could not have done it without her expertise and her and her assistants on wedding day were AMAZING! They handled everything with such ease and we were truly so impressed by them! We could not have asked for a better day and Rose was such a huge part of that. I would highly recommend booking Rose for your wedding day. -

We were very weary of hiring a planner because it just wasn’t in the budget but it ended up being money well spent! Rose helped us so much! She kept us on track and thought of things we didn’t even think of! The day of we had a porter potty fail and she handled it so we didn’t have to! Her team the day of was amazing and as a bride I wanted for nothing! She and her team were amazing! 10000% I’d recommend her to anyone getting married! She allowed me to just relax and enjoy my big day!

Rose and her team were a wonderful asset to ensuring the enjoyment of our wedding! We hired Rose as a month of coordinator for our May 2024 wedding. Once we started working with her the month prior to the wedding a lot of my anxieties regarding how the day was going to go were taken away due to her depth of experience and professionalism. She really took the reins during those last weeks to follow up on final details with our vendors and getting closer to the date I had people asking me if I was stressed out and I can honestly say that I was not as I knew that we were in great hands. The time frame leading up to the wedding I felt my excitement build with each meeting that we had with Rose! The day of the wedding her team of professionals I feel went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my wishes. They constantly checked in on me during the whole day from when I started getting my makeup done to the last dance, I felt incredibly happy and was truly able to enjoy my wedding day. They made sure everything ran smoothly, that I stayed hydrated, that I ate at cocktail hour and dinner, helped me change into my second dress of the evening and even helped to fix my hair. I highly recommend anybody looking for a wedding coordinator to hire Rose to the Occasions. We are so glad that we did and can sincerely say that it made our wedding the best day of our lives! -

So relieved!
I spoke with Rose via video call to inquire about her day of coordination services for my November wedding. Felt so great about Rose from the start! She offered a few (free) solid tips that ended up benefitting me on my wedding day, and I felt solid about working with Rose for my wedding coordination needs. We hired her for day of planning but Rose and I started working together about 3 months out. Checking in here and there and staying in touch. She was accessible and responsive, and always so professional, kind and cheerful! In the weeks leading up to my wedding she scheduled weekly check in calls to make sure things were running smooth and she always started by asking how I was doing/feeling. She never made me feel guilty about emails, calls or texts as we kept in touch and always reassured me that she was available for whatever I needed. Handing everything off to her starting the night of rehearsal was seamless and the day of my wedding I needn't worry about anything. My sister handled some of the need to knows and from there, Rose had it all under control. I could let go and focus on only where I was and what I needed to be doing. I felt so confident in Rose and trusted her timing and decision making. Exactly what a bride needs on her wedding day! Rose feels like a friend and at the end of the night even felt like family! She is cheerful, thoughtful, friendly and fun. I even spotted her a few times dancing with us and our family and friends while the live band played! At the end of the night, Rose bundled all the florals from our bud vase arrangements and passed them out to guests, made sure gifts and the like made it back to my room, and cleared the room so we were out on time. If you have any reservations about hiring Rose, don't worry! She's got you and she will make it fun along the way. If you allow yourself to give up the reigns, she will make sure you spend your day focusing on making your wedding day enjoyable, memorable and fun! -

Above and beyond
We loved having Rose as our coordinator, she took the stress out of the last few weeks of planning, and allowed us to relax. Rose and her assistant went above and beyond on the day to make sure we were taken care of and the day went smoothly. -

I hired rose to be my wedding planner in sep 2022, and she really eased my anxiety! She not only helped with everything wedding related but helped with after wedding problems as well, she kept in touch and continued to be the best wedding planner ever. I highly recommend!😊 -

Rose was fantastic! She helped make our dream wedding come to life. From start to finish Rose was there to help me with every little detail that went into our big day. Zoom calls, to emails to in person she never missed a beat. She handled situations with other vendors with such ease and she made all my wedding anxiety melt away. When our wedding day arrived her attention to detail was incredible and her organization skills made the day run so smooth. We love that she is such a sweetheart and will make you feel so supported from the get go. I highly recommend booking with Rose to the Occasions for all your event needs!

As a wedding vendor, it is so important to be able to rely on a planner who is organized and can answer any questions my team and I may have. Rose was outgoing and friendly and easy to work with. She answered all our questions promptly. The wedding day ran on schedule (always appreciated!) and everything was beautiful. I especially appreciate, as a videographer, that Rose was conscious of making sure we knew when things were about to happen and that we were ready to go. It was great to work with her!
