Kelly from Rose Hill Events was my full service wedding planner, and she was a dream to work with from start to finish. Kelly brought my vision to life in a way that I could never have done myself. She identified fantastic vendors, managed timelines and expectations, and was the single threaded owner throughout the entire process. On wedding day, Kelly brought her team of coordinators to execute the day exactly as we discussed - everything went flawlessly. She is the definition of professionalism, incredibly responsible, and flexible to meet my needs and schedule. I would absolutely recommend Kelly 100x over for any bride planning a wedding in the New York / Connecticut area. -

Lindsay was incredibly flexible, always one step ahead, and somehow managed to keep both me and my mom calm and present on a day that could have easily felt overwhelming. She handled everything with grace and precision, allowing us to actually enjoy every moment of our wedding—which is such a gift.
I can confidently say we could not have done any of it without her. Lindsay wasn’t just a planner; she became such an essential part of our day. If we had to do it all over again, we’d hire her a million times over!

Our most favorite aspect of wedding planning was having someone to speak to about everything. Kelly was a strong and peaceful presence with a keen sense of style, a vast amount of knowledge, and expertise.
Kelly, who was a joy to work with, was in charge of bringing our dream fall New England wedding to life. Planning a wedding in my hometown when you live 1,845 miles away in Colorado is not easy, and Kelly made the process feel smooth, always being there to answer our one million questions! Her calm and joyful demeanor was something we loved. She was and remains an incredible person. We are deeply grateful for her hard work and love for us during a year of hard family and personal challenges.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with. I am a bit of a perfectionist who had a very clear vision for how I wanted the design of the day to go, but I needed someone to help me bring it to life. That was Kelly. My favorite aspect about her was her calm demeanor. Wedding planning is extremely chaotic and whenever I felt frantic about something, Kelly almost immediately made me feel better. Her knowledge and recommendations also added a lot of value to my decision making. On my actual wedding day, I felt like nothing was needed from me and if anything went "wrong" Kelly was able to handle it. The only time I was approached was to make a decision was for our ceremony which was outside and at risk of getting rained on (this should have always been my decision though). Thank you Kelly for helping to make my day so amazing!! -

To borrow a cliche, Kelly (and her Rose Hill Events team) really did turn our dream into reality.
Her guidance throughout the planning process was invaluable as we navigated vendor meetings, venue walkthroughs, the whole works. She was there to help with every decision, no matter how small, and always made us feel like a top priority.
On our wedding day, she handled EVERYTHING, so all we had to worry about was how much fun we would have.

You will not regret booking Rose Hill Events for your planning needs! We worked with Kelly M for our wedding in October 2023 and cannot say enough good things about her and the entire process. Kelly was on top of everything! She was such a huge help from the first meeting with the venue through the entire end of the wedding night. We all could relax and enjoy knowing the Kelly was there to help the day go smoothly. On top of being organized and an excellent planner, Kelly is an absolute pleasure to work with. Rose Hill Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding! We hired Kelly as our month-of coordinator and throughout the whole wedding planning process, she was extremely helpful and attentive to all details. She always made herself available if we had any questions or concerns, was extremely organized, detail-oriented and made sure that everything ran smoothly. One thing in particular that we appreciated most was her calm demeanor throughout the pre-wedding process. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful, but Kelly made us feel so much more relaxed about everything. If there were any issues that came up during the wedding, I wouldn't even know because Kelly took care of everything, which allowed my husband and I to truly be present and enjoy the weekend with our friends & family. Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and it was all thanks to Rose Hill Events! -

Rose Hill (Kelly) was there for us from the first moment we started planning all the way through every detail and our wedding day. Kelly was attentive, responsive, communicative with both us and our vendors, and supportive of any and all ideas that we had throughout the process. From the beginning, when we were even overwhelmed by the first step of picking a venue and date, Kelly heard us out and gave her ideas. Our monthly calls helped to keep us on track with vendor communication and staying on top of the checklist of the million things we needed to think about. As the wedding got closer, Kelly was very available for all of my panicked texts and emails, and was often a few steps ahead of me. On the wedding day, Kelly was SO calm and organized. I don't know how she did it and pulled off every little detail that we had discussed along the way! Her demeanor on the wedding day put all of our minds at ease, and helped to calm me down as any nerves started to rise. -

Rose Hill Events came highly recommended to me by another one of my vendors, and they did not disappoint. Kelly was super organized and on top on everything from the moment we began working together. Not only that, but she provided me with lists and tools that made my life so much easier as I was planning! The biggest thing for me was that Kelly showed me that I could trust her to make sure everything went smoothly on my wedding day - and it did. The entire event went perfectly, and she was calm and collected the entire day through. We loved working with Kelly!! She is such a joy and will make sure you have the most fabulous wedding day. -

I cannot stress enough how amazing, attentive, and sweet Kelly is. I think that I was pretty hard to handle with what I wanted as well as the personalities of our guests. Anytime I had questions or concerns with vendors she handled it and made sure my vision was met. I promise you won’t be disappointed with what Kelly creates for your wedding day. Words cannot describe what a pleasure it was to work with Kelly for my wedding on New Year's Eve...
I would recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking or even considering a Wedding Planner / Coordinator.
She is so organized, very relaxed and patient to work with. I did have most vendors booked, but when I had questions about other vendors she provided a few on a timely manner. Kelly worked well with all of our vendors, and was on top of everything no questions asked! My wedding was on New Year's eve, which was the height of Omicron and even though I was stressed, she kept me grounded. Due to this outbreak, the GM of where we held our reception was out sick, and Kelly really stepped up and everything turned out perfect. It was as if nothing had gone wrong. She always made sure I had a drink in my hand ( 🙂 ) and asked if there was anything I needed.
If you aren't sure that you really need to hire someone, I suggest you put that thought behind you and hire Kelly. She is amazing.
Also, her timeline of events was a savior for all of our vendors and wedding party. There were no extra questions asked, as she had everything taken care of. Even my (now husband) had no further questions as she had everything taken care of which was huge !! -

Best decision we made during wedding planning!
Hiring Kelly was the best decision we made during wedding planning. At first, we didn't feel the need to hire a planner since our event was relatively small (40-50 people) and it wasn't not a full-on wedding. It was more of a delayed reception due to covid. Additionally, we had most of our vendors booked so I didn't know if we needed a planner, especially since we had budgetary considerations too. I reached out to Kelly and she proposed a service package that was in line with our needs and budget. At that point, it was an easy decision to work with her. Kelly has a calm demeanor and is reliable, making the reception day absolutely stress-free for me and my husband. Not only is she incredibly organized, she also has great eye on design. I wanted a romantic event with Bridgerton-ish vibes and Kelly helped me pull everything together into a cohesive theme and we could not be happier with the results! -

Kelly is amazing! My fiance and I worked with Kelly with wedding design and event planning. We had a short engagement of 5 months, with a wedding that was cross country from where we live. She was the perfect wedding planner for us. Kelly has a beautiful sense of style and design - we knew that with her, things would look and flow beautifully. With cross-country wedding planning, this was really important to us. She also has such a sweet, friendly, kind, and professional demeanor. She is so organized, and got to know us as a couple and what was important to us. We always felt comfortable that she listened, and would work off of our preferences. She has such a way of putting people at ease. From our virtual check-ins, and how she would ask to see how we were doing and what we needed before running through a list of things she knew we needed to hit, to being so sweet and understanding to our family and guests, though yet also commanding attention and directing people when necessary. Kelly has great connections with wonderful vendors who deliver exceptional service and products. All her recommendations for florists, hair and make-up artists, design, and DJ's were incredible. We're grateful for each one. Even though we only met in person for the first time at our rehearsal dinner, she felt like someone we had known for a while and a friend. She was a friendly and supportive presence on the day of the wedding, making sure everything ran flawlessly. We loved her! We feel so blessed to have had Kelly as our wedding planner and highly recommend her to anyone! -

Kelly was a joy to work with! In the months leading up to our wedding, I was overwhelmed with everything we had left on our 'wedding to-do list' and Kelly stepped right in and took that burden off of our shoulders. She was extremely organized, detail oriented, and was so fun to work with. I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day because I knew Kelly was there on the ground coordinating with our vendors and making sure everything was going smoothly. She went out of her way to make sure that we had nothing to worry about and that we were soaking up and enjoying every moment of our special day. Kelly is simply as good as it gets. She was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding July 24, 2021 and I was awed by her ability to organize and flawlessly manage this event that had so many moving parts. She is meticulous down to every last detail and is gifted artistically, offering ideas on everything from the "tablescape" and the prettiest way to fold the napkin to arranging the dessert bar, and choosing the color scheme for the candy. She drew many different options for our floor plan to scale and came up with one that was so inventive and perfect for our needs. Kelly is also incredibly soothing and calming amidst chaos and is so understanding and able to accommodate all the different personalities involved. I am definitely not the easiest person to please and can be demanding (gulp!) and Kelly was at the ready and handled my momentary omg's with poise, and such professionalism.. Kelly works tirelessly for you, was always readily available and responded to texts and emails so quickly.. She is a rare find and a true gem who made my daughter's wedding a dream! -

Let's be honest, planning a wedding can be torture. Kelly made EVERY part of my day run smoothly. She helped me with every detail, from how many chivari chairs and tables I needed, number napkins to order, planning the tablescape and color scheme, floorplans, and making sure we had everything we needed from our caterer. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She made site visits and gave me her honest opinion on everything. She is just a pleasure in every way! I wish I could be as organized as her, and thank god I found her! Highly recommended! -

Weddings are stressful! Especially planning a wedding during Covid. Do yourself a favor and hire Kelly! Kelly was so amazing throughout the entire process! I selected the partial planning option and I don’t regret that decision. Kelly and I met (virtually) once a month starting in October for my June wedding. As the wedding for closer our check-ins also became more frequent. In addition to our meetings Kelly was available to answer questions (or just to send picture updates) via text and email. She was a great sounding board, helping me make decisions that made my day beautiful. She was also so helpful reaching out to vendors and starting those conversations. She helped us secure our lighting vendor was was very active with other vendors such as our hotel, photographer, caterer, venue and DJ. The day of, Kelly was a saving grace. I didn’t worry at all about everything getting set up and when I saw the ceremony and reception area set up I wanted to cry it was so beautiful. Kelly did such an amazing job putting my ideas into a real vision. Also many of my guests have told me the timing of the entire event was amazing. Kelly created our timeline, so she is definitely to thank for you. I would hire her again and again! -

I recently hired Kelly as my Month Of wedding coordinator and couldn’t recommend her enough! As someone who is very detail oriented, having Kelly as my second hand in the weeks leading up to our wedding - particularly during a pandemic when I did the bulk of planning myself - helped me immensely with all final vendor coordination, day-of timeline and details. Kelly was on top of everything and her calm, personable demeanor made her a joy to work with. When we started planning our wedding, I was getting super stressed about making sure the day was going to run smoothly on our own. Kelly was the answer to our prayers. She was hands down the best coordinator I could have ever dreamed of. Super reliable, very understanding, and so on top of everything! She made sure I had water and a snack before the ceremony when I was starting to feel dizzy & through the whole reception she made it all go so smoothly. Michelle Sent on 09/06/2018Kelly Marie Events helped me plan a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend at my residence. It was an intimate party, but Kelly made it amazing! She is focused, has great ideas and kept me on track. I am submitting this review because I went on WeddingWire after I got her name as a potential planner for my event. I wanted to read about her and I thought that this review could be helpful for couples,since my event entailed orchestrating caterers, servers, flowers, decorations, etc...and because individuals planning private events come to WeddingWire for recommendations on planners!
Kelly did not have 9 months to plan my event, rather something like 6 weeks! I dumped a TON of ideas on her plate and she sifted through them & streamlined them from caterers, to special ideas for my cake-and a bakery who could pull it off, to flowers, decorations and all the extras. When appropriate, she was honest and offered options that she thought might work better than ones I had, but never extinguished an idea about which I was excited. Rather, she helped me make my ideas come to life!
Kelly kept me organized. I work full time and she worked around my schedule, having conference calls with me at 7:30/ 8PM at night if needed. She created a daily time line the week before the event and an HOURLY timeline for the day of event, so I would be ready. She was just fantastic every step of the way. With Kelly's help, I was able to pull off a festive, classy, successful surprise birthday celebration.
Kelly is a complete pleasure to work with and is committed to organizing every aspect of your party that you would like her to. She even personally picked up the cake for me at the n-th hour...with a smile! She's just great.
I know you read about this, but I truly felt like a guest at my own party instead of a host running around like crazy to ensure everyone is happy. The food, the music, the decor was just perfect. I recommend her without reservation. -

I was on the fence about if I needed a wedding coordinator, but Rose Hill Events made me so happy I did! Kelly at Rose Hill Events was so amazing, she provided great advice for things I was uncertain about, helped me get organized with all of my vendors, and day of was a dream to have onsite! She helped me think through a lot of items I didn't know where to start or think of, especially the timeline for the day of which was the most daunting part to me. The weather was terrible but she was so calm and quick to problem solve that I was as relaxed as I could possibly be! I loved the planning tool that Rose Hill events provided too - it really helped me organize those last minute details. I would highly recommend Kelly and her team!!! It is worth it. -

We hired Kelly for day of coordination/ management only a couple of weeks before our wedding anniversary celebration after having worked with her before.
